El primer día al llegar, tuvimos que esperar 5 minutos a que la habitación estuviera lista y tuve que usar el baño público cerca de recepción. No solo estaba sucio sino que olía muchísimo a tabaco (y había ceniza en el suelo). La bañera de nuestra habitación tenía una fuga y perdía mucho agua

Ks ko chuẩn bị đồ dùng đầy đủ : trong phòng ko có thùng rác, ko có trang bị giấy trên bàn cho khách sử dụng. Muốn bỏ rác phải vô toilet hơi bất tiện.

Reviewed May 29, 2026La literie est confortable et la chambre est spacieuse. Le wifi est correct.
L’hôtel est décevant par rapport aux photos de l’annonce. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas du tout aux jolies photos de buffet bien garni. De plus, le café était toujours froid. La salle de bain mérite un bon décrassage et un nettoyage en profondeur. Si vous utilisez leur service de laundry, attention à bien noter ce que vous donnez à laver car ils nous ont égaré du linge qu’ils ont fini par retrouver quelques heures après.

Thất vọng nhiều. Nhân viên dọn phòng quá tệ. Thiếu sót rất nhiều thứ. Ko có ly để đánh răng. Hình ảnh ngoài thực tế không giống như lúc tôi book phòng. Két sắt thì bị hư ko xài được 😂. Kêu đổi cái khác thì họ nói toàn bộ các két sắt đều bị hư.. Ko có cái nào xài được 😡. Áo choàng tắm cũng ko có chỗ khách. Tóm lại là quá thất vọng 😡😡

Das Frühstück war nicht ausreichend. Verstehe wenn das Hotel nicht ausgebucht ist, dass man weniger anbietet...aber einen Saft für die Kinder wäre schön gewesen und der Kaffee aus der Kanne war kalt.

1...the person in reception was not helpful... 2...the bar fridge didn't work... 3... charging you for dirty towels that you use... 4.... Mould over the ceiling in the bathroom above bath / shower.. 5...the room are not clean properly.. 6...wall mark and .the walls paper is bulbing and come the wall...the rooms are very tired 7... breakfast is designed for the Asian market... Not the west market.. 8... It is not a 3 star hotel... This hotel should not have a star rating at all ..

The rooms were moldy and dirty. Super run down. We paid for the breakfast but went the first morning to find some fruit, bread and soup that looked like it had been there for hrs all covered in flies.

The room was spacious but cold,the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.The breakfast was abysmal, no toaster, plate of fried eggs on a plate which were cold, it was set up for Asian guests not western. Though some of the staff were helpful they had limited English. Also did not take credit cards! Overpriced for what it was compared to others.
