Good Time Relax Resort

We loved our stay at Good Time Relax resort, slept good and it was so peaceful to be so close to the nature. It is a very nice resort, we stayed first in the bungalows and then at the Villa. We enjoyed both. The staff were incredibly nice to us and we felt very welcomed. I think it was the hospitality of the staff that really stood out for us, we will definitely return if we have the chance. 🌸

L’établissement est charmant, avec ses bungalows et ses ponts en bois. La partie villa est légèrement excentrée et l’ambiance y est moins chaleureuse. Le personnel a été agréable et réactif, merci à Bunpheng qui s’est occupé de nous. Nous avons séjourné dans une villa de haut standing. Grande et propre. Les enfants ont apprécié de pouvoir se baigner. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte, vous pouvez faire plusieurs commandes de plat. La restauration est de qualité. Nous avons fait du kayak autour de l’hôtel mais n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’indication sur le chemin à suivre. Le resort se trouve à 20 min du centre. Une navette est disponible, à la demande. Pas de commerce accessible à pied. Les échanges avec le personnel se font sur whatsapp ou telegram.

Les travaux de la piscine principale, nous n’avons pas été prévenu en amont. L’accueil en anglais mériterait d’être amélioré. L’accès aux villas pourrait être amélioré. Il s’agit pour le moment d’un espace de stockage pour les travaux.

El personal és molt amable i atèn ràpidament les necessitats. L'entorn. El passeig en barca per la Green Cathedral. L'habitació (villa) amb piscina privada, molt gran i pràcticament nova. És un hotel molt recomanable.

En arribar vam comprovar que a la piscina s'estaven fent reparacions i no podia fer-se servir. Però ràpidament el gerent va reaccionar amb un upgrade a la villa amb piscina privada, així que sense queixes. Era temporada baixa i tot era a "mig gas". L'esmorzar no era buffet donada la poca quantitat d'hostes. Lògic, però la nostra estada, doncs, sense esmorzar buffet. No hi ha aigua calenta a la dutxa, sorprenent per contrast amb el nivell de les instal.lacions. Un únic rotllo de paper WC... alguns detalls que possiblement eren deguts a poc personal per temporada baixa. Així i tot, el recomano. És evident que amb més personal ha de funcionar millor i les instal.lacions són genials i el personal amable. La ubicació una mica massa allunyada... Però alhora és un punt positiu: entorn tranquil. Et faciliten un taxi diari d'anar-tornar. En qualsevol cas, amb Grab són 10-15 minuts de tuktuk per 3 dòlars...

Le cadre était idyllique. Le personnel très avenant. Des vélos sont à disposition, et canoës, c était super. Le linge est parfumé et sens bon. Un service de navette en voiture / tuk tuk pour aller en ville est mis à disposition gracieusement. On était au p’tits soins.

Serdecznie polecam. Resort poza zgiełkiem miasta. Jest wszystko co jest potrzebne do relaksu i odpoczynku. Jeśli chcecie zorganizować wycieczki to pojedźcie tuk -tukiem do miasta i zaleją was kierowcy ofertami za 30 USD za cały dzień. Polecam serdecznie.

Nie było gorącej wody pod prysznicem, ale przy takiej temperaturze na zewnątrz woda była w sam raz na schłodzenie się. Fanów gorącej kąpieli muszę zmartwić, ale nie jest to naprawdę duży minus.

Después de dos semanas recorriendo el país, pudimos relajarnos los tres últimos días de nuestro viaje en una de las villas del resort, que dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda sin perder la conexión con la naturaleza. Mi agradecimiento especial al señor Bunpheng, gerente del resort, que hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera memorable.

Realmente un lugar para relajarte, el desayuno estuvo muy rico y un plus los kayak gratis para recorrer el río

- The villas are quite new. Greetings was good. Room services was quick - The design is modern. I particularly like the lightings. Big bathroom.

- The room is not clean. I need to use flip flop instead of touching the ground with my bare foot - The breakfast was below average. Too crowded. Little food - The private pool is a bit small for a 2BR villa - The bed mattress is too hard

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans ce magnifique hôtel en pleine nature. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avions un chauffeur à disposition pour un aller-retour vers Kampot chaque jour. Très belle piscine ! Canoë Kayak à disposition pour se promener dans la cathédrale verte. C'est le plus bel hôtel de notre séjour. Si vous voulez un séjour paradisiaque, je vous recommande cet Hôtel.

I booked this resort on my own without seeing any ads on social media, and I’m so glad I did ✨. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere felt peaceful and private, making it the perfect escape from the busy outside world 🍃🤍 The only issue was with my booking date—I accidentally booked for August 😭, which was three months later. I honestly thought everything was ruined, but the receptionist handled the situation with so much professionalism and kindness 🥹💓. He quickly helped rearrange new dates and even found another room for me without making the process stressful at all ✨ When night came, we went to the swimming pool , ordered some drinks 🍹, and requested a few Lana Del Rey songs 🎶. The bartender ended up playing the entire playlist for us, which made the atmosphere feel even more magical and relaxing 🌌💫 We spent the night swimming, listening to music, and simply enjoying the moment 🫶🏻. It was such a simple experience, yet it became one of the most memorable parts of our stay 🥰🤍 That small act of care made my stay even more memorable and showed me what genuine hospitality truly feels like 💌✨ Thank you, Bong 🌷

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel. Les services et les équipements sont vraiment parfaits, tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très attentionné et toujours réactif à la moindre demande. 😊 Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les activités proposées, notamment la possibilité de faire du canoë, ainsi que le service de bateau qui permet de découvrir les environs, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et dépaysant. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

It is a nice resort, good location and views, rooms are pretty. Swimming pool is good as well when it is clean. The staff in the restaurant are nice and responsive in the evening.

The room on arrival wasn’t clean, although it was cleaned after the request. They allow 5-6 people stay in one house so resort was overcrowded, swimming pool area was dirty most of the time noone was in a hurry to clean it. Breakfast situation was completely out of control. Noone was refilling the food, at some point there was not a single cup left and again no attempts to fix it. Dirty dishes were also left on the table so there was nowhere to sit. Not sure if it is a bad management or other issues but it feels like the resort went downhill since our last visit in January.

Enorm Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heel goed geholpen met onze uitstapjes en met vervoer. We kwamen een beetje onbeholpen aan bij het busstation waar men ons stond op te wachten met persoonlijk vervoer dit was fantastisch. Het hotel ligt iets buiten de stad maar dit zorgt net voor rust. Er is vervoer door het hotel naar de stad.

Nous avons pris une villa 1 chambre et salon , ce qui était parfait avec notre bébé qui pouvait dormir tranquillement dans la chambre pendant que nous continuions à profiter de la piscine privée et des cocktails en room service 😊 Il y avait aussi une cuisine bien équipée pour un petit séjour avec tout ce qu’il faut.

Le petit déjeuné était bien , mais la nourriture en room service pourrait être meilleure .

Staff are very attentive, helpful and polite. Restaurant food was A+ quality and delicious Room was immaculate and cleaned daily as soon as we left for breakfast, returned to clean room clean sheets and fresh towels. Can fish from your balcony, has free kayaking, free return shuttle bus to town Regret not staying longer.

There was a reasonably decent pool

It’s located in a tropical swamp area infested with mosquitoes. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The quality and variety of breakfast choices was very poor. Can hear call to prayer from local mosque at 4am which is loud.

A lovely resort just outside the centre. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help, picking us up and taking us back into Kampot centre for our buses. We enjoyed the kayaking around the mangroves of the resort.

Gym was advertise but no gym was available

We have just spent our time at this beautiful resort in Kampot. For those travellers who don't want to be in the heart of the hussle & bussle of a city, this resort is perfect, but it is still only a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is traditional Cambodian style & charm, set among lush gardens. The villas are all located around a beautiful large central pool. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The staff, well, they are another level, so friendly, so helpful, we really can't fault them. A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay such a memorable one. We hope to come back and see you all again soon ❤️

We Lobe it so much

We have just spent 1nights at this beautiful resort in Lovely Town Kampot. For those travellers who don't want to be in the heart of the hussle & bussle of a city, this resort is perfect, but it is still only a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is traditional Cambodian style & charm, set among lush gardens. The villas are all located around a beautiful large central pool. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The staff, well, they are another level, so friendly, so helpful, we really can't fault them. A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay such a memorable one. The location was super because it is a bit far from the Kampot center but the resort offers a free tuktuk to one way. The staff was super friendly and took care of us in the best way. The resort has very nice and big pool.

Wenn man am Pool etwas bestellen möchte etwas umständlich mit scannen und Mail schreiben, aber hat schon funktioniert

A haven of peace in a green setting, the bungalows on stilts, the comfort of the rooms with their sunny terraces and views of the water. Kindness, availability, responsiveness and patience of the staff. Our super nice and super available driver to accompany us to the city center of Kampot. All the staff were AMAZING

I liked everything, the gym was under renovation and the GM Mr. Bunpheng Phun found a solution so that I could workout in a great gym outside the hotel without extra cost. Beware of the proximity of the mosque during Ramadan, prayers at sunrise and sunset can disturb by the very loud sound of the street speakers. But I put up with it, it didn't bother me too much and in addition it's completely independent of the hotel.

Very natural and relaxing location. Right outside the hustle from Kampot. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was by the menu, with very tasteful choices and beautifully served. As coffee lovers we enjoyed the double espressos (and no we did not have to pay extra). Nice to have the kayak available to paddle across the river.

It is a bit out of town, but shuttle service easily transfers you. We used the rented scooter to move around. Resort is upgrading its spa area, so must be great when finished.

L'hôtel était dans un très bel environnement, les chambres au milieu d'un écrain de verdure. Les chambres était accueillantes et le personnel adorable. Ils nous ont énormément aidé afin d'organiser nos transferts, nos tours et afin de louer des motos. Le restaurant avait une très bonne sélection et de très bon cocktails. Les canoës gratuits nous ont permis une sympathique balade.

Great settings, super quiet, free kayaks to explore the river, large room, very comfy beds, impeccable service. 10 minutes from downtown by tuktuk.

Breakfast not as nice as in other hotels of similar standings we stayed at, but adequate. And manager will provide special-meals on demand, just need to ask.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Good Time Relax Resort in Kampot. Spending three nights in the bungalow was an incredible experience. The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, making it an ideal getaway. The bungalow was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and lush gardens that created a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine kleine Panne im Zimmer die umgehend gelöst wurde und uns dann noch ein upgrade gewährt wurde war erstklassige Leistung vom Personal. Der Manager schaut sehr auf seine Gäste und bietet einen Service auf sehr hohem Niveau. Würden auf alle Fälle dort hin zurückkommen. Großes Pro - Kajaks frei zur Verfügung.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, avec un service très agréable. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Monsieur Rith pour son sens de l'organisation et sa disponibilité. Avant même notre arrivée, il a pris contact avec nous via WhatsApp pour s'assurer que tout était prêt. Il nous a proposé de nous faire découvrir la région et nous a organisé deux après-midi absolument extraordinaires. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu profiter de visites que nous n'oublierons jamais. Un immense merci à lui pour son dévouement et son service irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement !

L’hôtel est confortable mais pas vraiment authentique. Nous aurions préféré être dans un établissement au centre et plus historique. Mais c’est une halte reposante. Nous avons été surclassés, nos chambres étaient immenses et les salles de bain très fun!

Son manque d’authenticité. C’est un village de vacances posé sur la rivière dans un environnement sans rapport. L’appel à la prière a 5h du matin de la mosquée voisine nous a réveillé: mais en fait c’est le seul point qui nous rappelait les lieux et les villages de “Chams” qui sont musulmans le long de l’eau! Donc inconvénient mais authentique cette fois.

The quiet relaxing ambience of the resort with its lush gardens and water setting was immediate on arrival and continued for three wonderful days. However, the staff are the greatest attribute of this resort. From the moment of arrival until we left they attended to our every need. Mr Rith was exceptional in organising transport, tours, pickups and we couldn’t be happier. He also sorted out a problem I had at one of the local banks calmly and competently while I was rather panicked. Mr Rith is also an exceptional kind man. On our tour up Bokor Mountain where that day there were very high winds, he rescued a man who was struggling hard to hold onto a small baby he was carrying in his arms. Mr Keo the operations manager was also very kind and helpful and it is easy to see this attitude of both the managers flows through to all the staff. We ate one night in the restaurant and the food was truely excellent. Before arriving I had one concern about the remoteness and safety of this resort. However, my concerns were allayed and there was no problem going to and fro into the town from the resort.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour : le cadre est à la fois reposant et idyllique. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, le petit-déjeuner correct, et la possibilité de louer des kayaks est un vrai plus. L’un de mes meilleurs logements au Cambodge ! Le personnel était très gentil et arrangeant. La salle de sport était malheureusement fermé mais on nous a prêté des tapis de yoga

Het was erg rustig, daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Daardoor is het personeel bij het zwembad soms wat minder actief om te vragen voor een drankje of menukaart.

Un véritable havre de paix. L’hôtel est idéal pour se ressourcer dans un cadre naturel et calme, loin de toute agitation. L’emplacement, au pied de la « cathédrale verte », rend le séjour encore plus unique : on est entouré de végétation, d’eau et de silence, ce qui crée une atmosphère vraiment apaisante. Le service est attentionné du début à la fin, toujours présent sans être intrusif. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et parfaitement adaptées pour profiter pleinement du lieu. La mise à disposition des kayaks pour sillonner la cathédrale verte est un véritable plus. Un excellent choix si l’on cherche tranquillité, nature et authenticité.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat stets dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit großzügigen Zimmern und einem tollen Restaurant. Ein zwei Ecken sind evtl. ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber das stört überhaupt nicht, denn es ist trotzdem alles super sauber.

This is a luxury resort set in an extraordinary location, water bungalows raised up overlooking a river system and lake. It’s an extremely unusual setting. The bungalows are first class with the finest linen, state of the art lighting and beautiful woodwork. Staff cannot do enough for you and are the kindest and friendliest of people, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Mr Rith went above and beyond to look after me and my partner. I was here for 2 nights alone before he arrived and Mr Rith ensured I was looked after by taking time to explain things to me, setting up a WhatsApp link so I could communicate easily and providing a taxi service to town. When my partner arrived we took a couple of day trips to Bokor mountain and a local cave with Mr Rith. He was professional, kind, fun, informative and we had 2 amazing days out with him. One evening we were the only westerners here amongst a party of Cambodian bankers. Despite it being a private party we were made welcome by everyone and ended up drinking and partying with them. The Cambodian 🇰🇭 people truly are some of the kindest hearted people I have ever met and I will be sad to leave them and this beautiful hotel. Oh I forgot to mention that there is the worlds coolest kayaking from this hotel around a 3km loop (The green Cathedral). Never seen anything like it in my life! 100% recommend staying here.

Really beautiful hotel! It's quiet and serene away from the hustle and bustle of campot! It's situated away from the road and on a small river with access to kayaks if you wish to go boating amongst the jungle! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, food was good and everything was affordable! :)

Room was very confortable and spacious. Perfect location if you want to spend time in Kampot. Kayak on the river was very fun.

This is a beautiful hotel and the water running through it, is lovely. The staff try to be helpful. the swimming pool was lovely and the rooms are big. I would stay here again as it was beautiful but I would test the bed before I accepted the room!

However, although our room was big, nothing seemed to work and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The lock didn't work so they changed it for us, but we still couldn't lock our door. The shower didn't drain. We waited an hour for a glass of wine in the restaurant (although I can forgive this as obviously wine is not within their culture). I feel very sorry to write this as I think with some changes this hotel could be amazing!

We loved everything about this resort hotel. It is rustic but elegant. Simple and extremely comfortable. My daughter and I spent two nights there -- I wish we had stayed a week. The resort is about 15 minutes from down by tuk tuk -- it is in the jungle, set on canals. We could hear all the night critters, frogs, insects -- mixed with the gorgeous call to prayer by a nearby mosque. Beautiful. The pool is divine. The restaurant is absolutely stellar. The service is beautiful. We love Cambodia and the Cambodian people. Ten stars out of five!

The accommodation was awesome, beautiful peaceful and relaxing. The staff accommodated our group of 10. And helped to organise our trip going forward with bus and ferry tickets and transportation.

The surounding nature, very quite and relaxing

Perfect spot to stay in Kampot but not be in the city!

I went to the restaurant for dinner one night and no one was there (ended up going into town instead). No fault of the hotel directly, but the laundry service they use shrunk a fair amount (to the point I had to discard it) of my clothing and lost a piece as well.
