we stay here every time we are in Osoyoos- because we like the location, price, staff, amenities, easy access to the car, quiet, non smoking room with some cooking facilities. Although the staff are not on site when we check in, they left a code for the door which helps when you need to arrive later. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was full size. Room was clean.

Closet space is a small rack, bathroom has no place to put toiletries or clothes, a hook on the door would help. A bath mat would help from slipping in the tub which is very slippery. TV should have directions, we could not get it to work and there was no staff to help in the evening.

Location is perfect. Room was very clean and well equipped. Very efficient check in/check out process.

There are not enough working outlets and we had to move everything that needed using or charging to two locations so constantly unplugging, plugging in and moving. This is par for the course at old facilities but one outlet didn't work at all and having use of that would have made a big difference. Also, the bathroom sink area was impossible - nowhere to put anything, very cramped location.

The stuff was amazingly helpful, the suite was clean ,comfortable and great living room with kitchen. We didn't cook but was nice to have the possibility to have a cup of tea in the evening and coffee in the morning .

The cleanliness was very sub standard. The entire property requires a thorough professional deep clean. A thick layer of grime is present on everything from baseboards to walls and ceilings, window frames, fixtures and furniture. It has obviously accumulated over a long period of time. The cleanliness was what you might expect in a low cost university or college rental home, that had been over occupied and not maintained.

The beach.

The room smelled so bad, was NOT clean, there was one towel for 3 of us for 3 days, no toilet paper, the floors were sticky and disgusting, the bed sheets were dirty, bathroom was nasty and not clean at all, and the fridge stank like something died in there. The people next door partied until 3AM with loud music and yelling, the owner who lives on the property did not care. Will not stay here ever again!

Great location, right on the beach. The room was very comfortable, clean, with kitchen facilities. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the lake which was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine! Very friendly , helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Very bright lights outside keeping the room lit up overnight, blind out blinds highly recommended. thankfully we had our sleep mask. mattress is old and curved.

Even in high season $200+ for a tiny, rundown motel room — even by a lake beach — was over the top.

Everything was run-down, in need of paint and repair.

When we checked into the room late at night, the door to the bathroom was broken, it would not close, the staff was no longer there to change the room for us, we had to stay there. There was a noisy company on the common balcony that did not let you sleep all night, although according to the rules of the motel there should be silence at night, but I repeat at night the staff is not in the motel and there is no one to turn to for help. The soundproofing is terrible, you could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms. The room is very, very small, in bad condition and dirty. The only advantage of this place is its location on the shore of the lake

Location was good it was easy to get checked in and get our stuff settled.

I had to clean the filter on the air conditioner it was a big map of dust and stuff and there was stuff around the AC unit that hadn't been cleaned in a while.

It was a great location, water on both sides. The beach is nice.

Reception was not open when we arrived (5:30pm) until when we left the next morning (10:00AM), so I didn't meet any staff. A few other guests tried to contact reception with no luck. Our room could do with a really good clean inside and outside. The floors where quite dirty and there was burnt cheese and food crumbs in the oven from a previous guest.

Beach front location, within walking distance to the main strip - good location. Full sized fridge w/ freezer.

The bed was concaved in the middle and squeaky as all heck. The furniture in the room clearly had not been updated in 40 years. Thin walls. Questionable cleanliness. Despite still being one of the cheapest options in the City, the price was inflated due to the time of year. Parking was limited at night and not guaranteed. You also have to do pretty much all the cleaning yourself before you leave (e.g. taking out the trash)

The lights on the upper deck where our room was were so bright and on all night. Made it feel like was 6am so I couldn't sleep.

That it was on the main road and there was a beach

The whole place felt inhospitable in so many ways. It says on their website that they provide a designated smoking area, but after we paid and when we got there, they told us they don’t have any designated smoking place on their property, and that my husband would have to leave the property to go stand at the highway or cross it to reach a city park. Our room was mediocre and unacceptable for the price they charged us. There were ugly cords and a box hanging down the wall from the tv. The bottom half of the front door was falling apart. Before and upon our arrival, we were greeted with a list of rules and associated charges for breaking them, and received a text asking us to not leave pizza boxes or diapers or garbage laying around - instead of just making us feel welcome and valued. Stayed for all of 10 minutes before we asked politely for our money back; the manager refused and said I would have to ask booking.com to refund our money. We have not been refunded for the room as of yet. We knew we could not enjoy staying a night there for our anniversary, so we booked another hotel room elsewhere for the night. For a few dollars more we enjoyed a very nice room in a good establishment, where instead of being treated as delinquents, we were treated kindly as valued and respected guests.

The location was perfect for a family beach day on a road trip. The room was a great size for us, for the two nights we were there.

The bright lights outside of the room! They lit up the room all night. The curtains aren't quite enough to keep the light out, some blinds would be awesome. Other than that, this place is great.

The staff was very responsive via text. They were friendly and approachable. The property is right on Osoyoos Lake, so that was a bonus.

The fridge did not work - only freezer. The room (103) was very old and not updated. The bathroom window was open and we were unable to close it. There were not enough plugs in the room.

The room was not what I ordered - it was tight and small for 4 people. The floor was full of crumbs and dirt ( not sand) Toilet paper roll was missing and they left 1/5th of a toilet roll on the ledge of the bathtub. Very UNSANITARTY

I would like a refund. AC did not work for our whole stay, it was 37 degrees out and had an awful time

Loved the close proximity to everything osoyoos has to offer. The beautiful, clean beach practically outside the door, and the shared kitchen/bbq space were great. This is one place my family has been talking about for the future... we will be coming back for sure!

Extremely rundown, bathtub surround cracked, ripped, caulking cracked, venner of plastic surround peeled, bathtub dirty, shower curtain greasy, floor vinyl unglued, curtain dirty, place not vacuumed and floors not washed,extra bed where table/kitchenette should have been, etc., etc. Most disgusting place ever encountered on my travels in Canada.

Excellent price for a clean and comfy stay with direct access to the beach and lake. Our room had one queen bed and a kitchenette. This is my second time staying here. Lots of parking spots too.

The location is amazing.

The internet was not working so the TV was unavailable. We understand it is out of your control but the manager did seem to care that I wasn't satisfied as a customer and I had to be more concerned with her not being able to checkin guests.

The apartments definitely need some updates but they are clean. And an elevator would be great for the guests staying on the 3rd floor. Definitely got my 10,000 steps in every day though!

They have amazing staff and the location is very nice. The room are nice. Great next time we will be staying but longer.

The location was steps to the beach. The bed was so comfy and the sleeping arrangements was perfect for our group. The room was all around wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly and we lived the fact the beach towels were supplied.

The room needed a bit of maintenance and small items but did not affect our stay.

lake view location was excellent. the facility was walking distance to downtow Osoyoo. it was close to many restaurants and super market.

Needs a better mattress.

We really liked the location of the apartment as it was facing the lake with big windows. Easy to get to the lake for swimming. The apartment was simple and might have needed some repair, but it was spacious, cozy and comfortable.

Only thing I would suggest for improvement was the second bed room. It lacked a proper window. The window was opening to the shared hallway with other apartments, so it had to be kept closed and would let the light in from the hallway, even though with the black papers behind the blinds. I would suggest to have a proper black out drapes. It also needed to be able to be opened for air ventilation once the room door is closed. Also the closet needs to have a hanging rod to hang the clothes. Two of our adults that stayed in that room had to use the master bedroom to hang their clothes! I know the management tries to maintain the building constantly, but the baseboards and door frames in our apartment really needed some love and attention. :)

Simple two bedroom apartment in the beach and on the narrows strip. Walking distance to town and water. Good amenities and well maintained if a little dated.

Advertised bbq was unavailable upon arrival. Wanted to grill steaks but really an inconvenience more than a problem.

Best location in Osoyoos..... staff is great.... you can go straight in the lake to swim from your hotel room.....overall good value for money.....stayed a few times always great

Everything was worn out. The bed had slumped on both sides from overwear, wasn’t comfortable and should be replaced. The bath was a bit past its best, the drain was flaking and rusty. The toilet bucked forwards off the wall when you sat on it and got up. The kitchen supplies were worn out, pots, pans, appliances were distressed

No stairs to worry about, easy parking The location was lovely and the gardens and benches along the foreshore were very well kept and manicured. A lovely Italian Style Restaurant opposite supermarket had delicious pizza.

The location of my room was wonderful -- so close to a beautiful beach and a swimmable lake. The staff were super-helpful and the room was spotless and extremely well-equipped.

I suggested that the resort include some teabags in the room for people who don't drink coffee and also change the opening of the fridge door to improve access.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und direkt am See. Ein Mann hat wirklich einen schönen Blick und kann sogar zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt laufen

Die Möbel in dem Zimmer waren sehr verwandt und gehörten eher zur Klasse Sperrmüll. Die Stühle und die Couch waren so dreckig, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen wollte.

Great location right on the water was really nice spot. I really liked how they offered check in online when I arrived my code was ready and easy to check in with keypad on the room really great that you don’t need a key and just easy to get into the rooms. Price was good for a budget motel. Would stay again cheap value whilst travelling through solo.

It is an older motel so the walls are thin definitely can hear tv, coughing and just normal sounds of other people from rooms nearby but expected for an older motel. The bathrooms are also very old a lot of paint chipping from roof and chips all on the ceramics but again it is a budget motel so expected to be a bit more run down.

we didn't meet any staff as we arrived after the office was closed and left before it was open in the morning. the on-line system to register and receive our door code in an email worked VERY well. seamless.

There are no hangers or closets for clothes to hang. there was a humming sound during the night and the room was VERY light all night due to lights on the deck outside- no dark out curtains.

This property is completely run down and old and stinks. Would not ever stay there I would sleep in a car before ever staying there
