Great bed and pillows!! Breakfast is good with full continental offerings. Booking.com is cheaper than counter pricing which they don’t match - oddly.

Front desk lady was nice. Location was great along the water.

Layout of the rooms. Ground floor bedroom was not nice. Dungeon looking feel. The hotel doors are so loud every time someone goes in and out of the building they slam and you can hear everything. Other guests were out past midnight talking outside our room and smoking couldn’t sleep. The pet friendly rooms were all on the first floor, which was the most high traffic area so every time there’s was people shouting outside it would alert our dog. The photos for the room in the booking were definitely not the room we got. The photos also didn’t represent the actual quality and state of the room. Over all, not a great stay, thankfully it was just for one night could barely get any sleep. People going in and out of the doors all night. Also unfortunate timing for us. There was a water advisory in the town so could t drink it but luckily they had freshwater for us in the breakfast room but not in our room. They gave us two water bottles at check-in, but that’s all we had for the night.

Fantastic location right along the beach. We visited in September so it was quite quiet. The hotel is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants to the east as well as west to downtown.

Osoyoos has had a water advisory for some time. Not a complaint about the hotel just something to be aware of. The hotel allows guests to fill water from the breakfast room at any time.

*Staff - Courteous and professional. Frontdesk, maintenance and housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. *Suite - Comfortable and had everything we need for our stay. Kitchen had a good sized fridge with freezer, stove, cutleries, microwave; Dining table and chairs. Two beds that comfortably fit our family of 4 plus our puppy. A/C was also really cold which is great as it was really warm depsite being September already (but it's expected given the location of course lol). *Indoor pool and hot tub - kids enjoyed it, great size as it was not busy during the few nights and days of our stay. *EV Charger - efficient and close to the suites. Unlike other hotels that do not have EV chargers at all. *Location was great. A lot of restaurants close by and are walking-distance. There is a nice park/marina across the street. Nice for relaxing, strolling, walking, and appreciating the view and fresh air. *Lake was also right behind the hotel which was very accessible. Lots of chairs and facilities that can be used/borrowed by guests for free (although we did not use them such as kayak or floaties). *Staff promptly advised was able to advise us ahead of time thru the messaging app in Booking.com that the lakeview suite we got was not pet-friendly. I advised that there was no way to book a "pet friendly room" through the website and all it says is that the property is pet-friendly. They reassigned us and luckily there is a remaining suite however it was facing the parking lot/city but they will waive the pet fees as well as our early check-in fees. It was such a very accommodating service.

*Bathroom door - It was wonky and not locking properly. *Electrical sockets - Some were loose and won't work when we plug in our device chargers. *There were lots of ants by the door as there was an ant hole - my kid was freaking out (neurodivergent) so I had to sweep them away each time. *Pool was big but not as clean, but needing maintance for sure as you could really see the sand on its floor. *Pool water and hot tub - there's a lot of brownish lining surrounding the water level, it is indeed dirt because you can smudge and wipe it off. Not sure if this is a maintenance issue or a water issue. Seems like there was a water advisory during this season (high contents of magnesium?). *Water from shower/sink - could be from the currenr water advisory issue as we have been very itchy despite moisturizing after each wash and shower. Even me and my husband noticed some breakouts on our faces which we don't normally experience at all. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights.

Location on the beach was acceptional and the proximity to coffee, food and shops was great. Each and every staff member was friendly and made us as comfortable as possible.

The plumbing, the staff did their best to mitigate the issues.

It could have been a lot cleaner, it was clean enough but definitely not the best. Dirty baseboard, vent fans covered in dust, walls dirty and stained and the tub was kind of gross but it was ok for a beach hotel with my family.

the kitchenette was not as well equipped as we would expect. too many items missing and not available even when asked for.

A room with one bed had no air conditioning. Requested a room with a view of the lake. Told that although there was a room available, we were denied because we had a small dog with us. Advertised as a pet bun friendly hotel. It’s not.

Manager was friendly and listened to our concerns.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we received was nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. It was not clean, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable because it disconnected every five minutes. The biggest issue happened at check-in. We were assigned a room in the corner of the parking lot. When we politely explained that this was not the room we expected and appeared to be one of the worst rooms in the hotel, the receptionist ( name was Nyokina ) responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to help, she went to her computer and threatened to cancel our reservation immediately. This was completely unacceptable, especially since we had done nothing wrong, and we had paid totally and did not agree to cancel our booking. Eventually, we had no choice but to accept the room. It had virtually no view and very little natural light. We were told that because we had a dog, this was the hotel’s “pet-friendly” room. However, during our stay we clearly saw other guests with dogs staying in different rooms, which makes this explanation difficult to believe. Overall, the room did not match the description or photos on Booking.com, the cleanliness was below expectations, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the staff’s attitude was disappointing. Unfortunately, we would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

Expensive for quality level. Facility is in very poor condition. Very little maintenance. Freezer door broken, air conditioner was filthy and smelled awful, door to the fridge cabinet was broken, door to the room was hard to close. Free breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine not functioning. All they had was bad pastries out of a package, boxed cereal and fruit.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our room was super clean, which made us feel right at home.

Very dated motel. Pet friendly suites had only one window facing the parking lot... The breakfast was just tim Hortons muffins, bread and jams. Their duvets are winter ones and are not suitable for the summer heat.

The breakfast was a joke, just a Tim Hortons muffin and some old bread. Almost nothing as an option, making the idea of having “breakfast included” a non-existent after paying $400+ for a night. Parking is super small and full during the night. The hotel was definitely disappointed.

Loved the nice sandy beach, loved that you got breakfast every morning, i especially loved you got a big fridge in the room, we needed that, the water slide was so much fun and we went on paddle boards everyday, I throughly enjoyed our family vacation

It’s a nice place, don’t expect anything fancy but it was comfortable

We had room overlooking the lake and beach. The view was beautiful and many people were enjoying the lake. The resort has an indoor pool (with a water slide for kids 4 to 8pm only) for those who don’t prefer the lake.

No real shortcomings; average breakfast; not an abundance of parking.

Be sure to look at reviews closely which I didn’t do. I was expecting a private balcony, but this was not the case. It is an older building and our room had some updates but really could use some TLC and attention to detail.

The location was awesome with a small private beach. Lake view was priceless on Canada day as you can watch the fireworks from the balcony. It’s within walking distance to downtown which again is super important on a day like Canada day. The staff there were all friendly and helpful.

The property could use a bit of extra maintenance. Some wear and tear on the wall, windows could use some cleaning, etc. We had mismatched cutlery in the drawer and a bread knife with a very sticky handle. Nothing major, but would greatly improve the experience. Their continental breakfast was subpar especially given the room prices and the fact it’s something they actively advertise for. It’s various pasties, milk and cereal, a few different kinds of toast and bread, a couple choices of fruits, juices and coffee and cold hard boiled eggs. It’s not bad, but some hot options like breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs and sausages/bacons would be nice. They have gluten free bread if you ask them for it which is good.

The hotel has a lot to offer. Free kayak and paddle board rentals, has a good continental breakfast, has a very nice beach area.

Rooms need a bit of tlc paint os chipping, and even though the room was over all clean the high touch areas(light switches) were not regularly cleaned and visibly dirty, staff are not aware of all the requirements for using rental equipment.

2 double beds in a room that should have been a king bed. Very little room between the bed and wall.

The breakfast was great/delicious! The pool and hot tub was a nice feature. Location on the lake was nice. Easy walk to gyro beach and to a nearby playground (2km away, but safe and accessible with a stroller). The staff were beyond friendly. The gym was great, all the equipment you need to get a good workout, easy to access. The room was big and nice to have a kitchenette in the one we stayed in. It was quiet despite being the room with a window to the main road.

Older building and the room had a few things here and there (cracked floor that was taped, carpet felt dirty), Attention to detailed cleanliness (I.e. behind the nightstands, in the corners, under the table) was missed.

Great position on beach.

Had booked a room with a kitchenette. On arrival they offered us a free upgrade, but didn’t mention this room didn’t have a kitchenette. Could have gone back down to desk and asked to be changed back, but tired after a long journey. Change should have been properly explained at checkout in, instead of making out we were getting something better would have preferred to make an informed choice. Didn’t like the use of disposable everything, including cutlery, at breakfast. Surely proper dishes and using a dishwasher is not that hard.

The room had a kitchenette, 2 lg beds, and a view of the beach & lake. The patio door opened right on to the beach. The staff were great and super accommodating.

The AC didn't work great and the housing was broken, the phone in the room didn't work, the electrical plugs kept losing charge, the microwave housing was broken and EXTREMELY close to the top of the stove and the rooms on either side of us were extremely loud during quiet hours.

The view was absolutely beautiful, have direct access to the beach from our room.

Le matelas semblait un peu vieux, des bosses et renfoncé au milieu. La variété de fermeté des oreillers était bien, par contre.

We stayed here with our family and had an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and safe. Staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended for families!

Great vacation spot! We went in May before the busy season and the weather and beach was wonderful. My son loved the indoor pool and water slide for the evenings. BBQs, beach chairs, volleyball, little putting green, and floaties - great spot to hang out by the beach in the evenings. Walking distance to everything. They were so great and very pet friendly. Staff took immediate action when our AC unit was acting up and the problem was fixed right away. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this place as an affordable vacation place.

I understand we had a dog so staff wouldn't want to come in the room while we were there, but it would have been nice to have our floors done while we were out.
