The location was great for work, the highway was a little noisey.

It was average. I should've been upgraded - as per booking.com, but I still got the same room. Plug points & the mirror were not together, made it difficult to do hair. Shower head was too close to the corner, made for a very awkward shower.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Beautiful setup of the units and garden. Great value for money.

Can't complain

The garden is well cared for and the room, linen and towels are clean. The property is secure and quiet, peaceful. The TV provided has Netflix and Prime streaming services, although I did not watch them, but I was able to play Spotify through the TV. The staff was friendly, but barely available.

On arrival, I had to phone twice to ask to be let in, when the person answered my calls, I was met with barely a sound instead of a professional or friendly greeting. It was freezing in Pretoria and unfortunately only a summer duvet was provided, I did ask for a heater or electric blanket, but was only offered a blanket which was not sufficient. I endured 2 very cold nights. The room was booked for 2 of us, but at the last moment my husband was unable to attend, and there were only 3 pillows on the bed. The floors are a high shine finish and the small rugs slipped very easily, an accident waiting to happen. I rolled the rugs up and stored them in the corner. The photos online make the room look larger than it actually is, so quite deceiving. The remote control for the gate I was initially given did not work, but they did replace it with a working one. Only one bag of rooibos tea was provided and two tiny servings of milk, I had to ask for more milk, and then they only provided another 2 tiny tiny servings, I didn't bother asking again. The shower in the very open plan bathroom wets everything when you take a shower, and you need to fill the kettle very awkwardly at the bathroom basin tap, and then you are able to fill it just enough to boil it. A full length mirror and a bathroom mirror would be welcomed by woman, especially when getting dressed to go out.

The place is very safe and secure, security all over patrolling so I loved it alots ,and I will book again and again ,such friendly old people and I love the fact that you can choose bath or shower

the staff was extremely rude for no reason

They dont offer body wash or soap. The lady came in to check the room while we were in there. My boyfriend has eczema so his skin sometimes comes out and a little bit of blood went on the sheets. They were complaining and saying we will charged for something he cant control. The cleaning lady was waiting outside the room immediately it hit 10. And she didnt leave until we left .

The quietness and peace

First night the bathroom was dirty and pillow cases had a foul smell. Informed the cleaner the following morning, who at first had a funny attitude but she ended up cleaning and the room actually smelt fresh from after that. They should upgrade the bathroom and put new tiling for the entire room and a small kitchenette to wash the dirty dishes Other than that it was a nice stay and I managed to finish my assignments

Great location

The hosts are very inconsiderate. Accepting bookings knowing very well they dont have the capacity. There was no hot water... no vanities, there was only a small roll of toilet paper, and the bath looked dirty. We tried for over 20 min ringing the doorbell and knocking in order to hand over the keys after our overnight stay... they just hid away. Very rude! Why take in paying guests meanwhile, their things are not in order?

I stayed for one night and I was satisfied. For the price the room had everything I needed. No complaints. The bathroom could do with a little updating in the future but otherwise accommodation was good.
