The room that I was in was secluded with a fountain view.

Convenient… easily accessible
Staff had lunch on the patio in front of our room… don’t think it is very professional
The cleanliness of the the room, the staff, Dickson and everyone was amazing
Nothing
The location is great and the setup of the main house was amazing, and the decor and paintings everywhere were really beautiful. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.
The walk to one of the rooms (near the dining room) required us to walk right on the edge of the pool to get there - almost fell in. The breakfast was late the second morning (we had booked for 6:30, but only started bringing food out at 6:45 - this was a big deal for us as we had to leave early for our conferences). The coffee machine was not setup and ready, and when we did finally get a cuppachino, it was bitter and sour all in one... not a great breakfast experience, and we ended up going to Mugg and Bean. DSTV was off the second day as the bill hadn't been paid.
The property was nice
One of the rooms had a bath that had not been cleaned.
Nothing really
The pools were dirty. Staff was late Gate bell doesn't work
The stuff was very welcoming and the breakfast was good 😊
The cleaning didn't satisfy me
Nice and neat Closer to the training centre where I attended the training

Nice area
It's mega noisy, especially in the morning from 6 am while we want to rest. Couldn't keep up with the noise.
Nothing
Inexperienced staff.
Beautifully cared for guesthouse with lovely large bed- and bathrooms. Friendly staff.
Always very clean and comfortable
Booked and paid for Deluxe room with microwave fridge and kettle was placed in a standard room not happy about that
Clean room.
I was a bit confused, usually there's at least a kettle and or microwave in a single room.
Location was very good for me. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
B & B is a bit busy as there is a Salon. Breakfast was average and not a full english and buffet as advertised.
The initial room designated to us had some shortcomings and the receptionist allocated a much better room to us. We appreciate this gesture.
The initial room was not satisfactorily and did not meet our expectations. The room was very close to the reception area, the TV was dysfunctional and some light bulbs were out of order. Luckily, we were offered another room and accepted the offer with great appreciation - that changed our stay for the better (much better!).
The location of the property is very good. The breakfast is very nice and the staff is very friendly.
The staff will still come into your room after you have requested them not to clean it and leave a dirty cloth in the bathroom.
Peaceful
No kettle, no mini fridge
Good place
Mr Dee’s warm welcoming. His service is out of this world.

Good location
No coffee or tea making equipment in the room
Rooms inside comfortable. Shower and bath. Loved our room. Beautiful gardens and furniture.
The exterior threw us off a bit but when we got inside it was Beautiful. The pink and blue sign at reception makes it look a bit cheap and doesn't fit the rest of the beautiful decor.
It was clean
Everything
Great service, rooms clean and breakfast excellent as always
Nothing
I liked the convenience of where the guesthouse is located and the staff was quite welcoming.
I traveled to Gauteng from another province and expected to have a nice comfortable rest. However the room I booked was not clean. The floor was quite dusty and it was evident that the room was not cleaned prior to my arrival because the bin still had trash from the previous guests. The accommodation is at a good area, with welcoming staff, I was just disappointed by that one factor.
Close to shopping centers, good restaurants and highways.
Peaceful
Nothing o don't like about the place
This establishment is conveniently located and great for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, lovely little book nook.
Breakfast could have offered a bit more variety.

I'm good with a place that create peace of mind. TCS Lynnwood gave me that completely. Such a stunning and interesting place.
The rain disturbed a bit as i wanted to swim but guess what i had rested.
Its in a lovely area and very easy to find. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, its very quiet and that was needed for my stay.
They could add a fridge in the room but other that, nothing.
The location was good and I have used the BnB in prior years before they put a hair saloon.
The Guesthouse now has multiple functions, raising security concerns. There is a salon in the Guesthouse, and guests pass through the salon and interface with clients and service providers for hair and nails in the place, which is a small place.
Breakfast very good - friendly staff
The room was clean and ready on my last minute booking and it's definitely value for money. Friendly staff
There wasn't something I did not like, I would just recommend that they put a fan in room 12. The room was humid because of the concrete roof.
Location, wasn't far from work. Breakfast was also good
Old furniture and smelly rooms, None hygienic, blanket smells awful
Staff assistance and how they treat customers well. Though the ironing I was offered was very dirty and burnt my shirt with it.
On Saturday, they did not provided towels that were clean nor provided shampoo and soap. Had to buy and use mine.
Did not cater for vegetarians
More options for breakfast

I stayed at TCS Guesthouse on January 31st, 2025, and unfortunately had one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve encountered. Service Issues: Upon arrival, the receptionist flatly refused to show me to my room, stating he had “walked up the stairs too much” and wasn’t going to take me. This set an unprofessional tone from the start. Power Outage: When I returned to the guesthouse at 7pm, there was no electricity. I was left standing outside in the rain waiting for assistance. When staff eventually arrived, they were rude and unhelpful during what was already a stressful situation. Breakfast: Despite indicating at check-in that I would have breakfast at 8am (the time they specifically asked me to circle), when I came down in the morning there was absolutely no food left. To make matters worse, when I attempted to make coffee, a cockroach ran out of the coffee machine. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Overall: Between the poor customer service, lack of basic amenities like power, and serious hygiene concerns, I cannot recommend this guesthouse. There are many other options in Pretoria that offer far better service and standards.
The breakfast was delicious
There’s nothing I didn’t like
Clean and location is good
The parking was very bad. It was chaotic when we arrived and our rooms weren’t ready
Breakfast for normal
Parking is far and the property had lot of stairs to climb
Breakfast was fresh omg sooo nice....
I loved everything
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accomodation was warm and inviting felt like being at home, staff was extremely helpful and friendly thank you will definitely visit agan
I didn’t like anything, the room was dirty, the door wasn’t closing properly, I could feel the wind blowing inside the room.
It looked so scary, whatever that on the internet about the rooms, I don’t see it .
Cleanliness, water in the shower were hot
Heater is not warming the place, fridge was disconnected
Very good
Great location.
Thought the breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get as there is no variety. Mould in the bathroom and maintenance needs to be done on the building. I would say a little over priced for what you get.
I can come with my children

Everything about the place was beautiful 😍
The property is in a nice neighbourhood
The location was good, but the room did not meet expectations in terms of size and comfort. Looked like the ceiling was being worked on or half done, looked really bad I think the room was misleadingly advertised.
The set up on the rooms with the touch of vintage look. It’s not a big proper which was a extra plus
They could put some small refrigerators in the room s
Breakfast good and fresh, staff attitude wonderful, treated me with respect and dignity, receptionist friendly and understanding
Bed not comfortable, towels are no changed, the towels that were there on my arrival on Monday were no changed until I left on Friday, they hang them on the shower door. No provion for tea in the room, no kettle nothing provided for tea
Dicson our host, very friendly and attentive. Walking distance to Lynnwood Ridge shopping centre with shops and restaurants
