Great pillows. Good location - direct tram to city centre. Helpful staff provided us a place to store luggage before check in.

Siisteys ei ollut ihan sillä tasolla mitä olisi odottanut, vastaanoton henkilökunnan palveluasenteessa olisi parantamisen varaa ja aamiaisella olisin kaivannut niitä mainostettuja hapanjuurisämpylöitä :)

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026A good hotel, with a lot of character, a lot of art, and exceptionally friendly staff. We had a great stay, without any real issues. The internal decorations were really unique and made for a memorable stay. The tram stop just outside the hotel helped a lot to get to the city center easily, which is about 10 minutes away.
The only minor complaint is the size of the room, but this is a typical issue with most hotels in the Nordic countries.

Posizione ottima, circa 10 minuti con il tram dal centro e la fermata proprio sotto l'hotel. Offrono qualche servizio extra come trasmissione di film in inglese.
La colazione dolce non era fornitissima, ma nulla di cosi grave in una nazione dove prediligono la colazione salata che invece era molto ricca.

Location good although if relevant a touch out of the city centre - tram stop is however next door. Very convenient for ferries to Estonia and elsewhere. Relatively quiet area but excellent craft beer bar next door with another about ten minutes walk down the canal. Cable Factory and some other interesting locations nearby. Decent value for money, recommended!
Room was a little small, no refrigerator. Neither particularly big issues.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Sehr umweltbewusstes Hotel mit einem vielseitigen Frühstücksbuffet und auch veganen Optionen. Die Lage, Erreichbarkeit und der Preis waren top. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Für mich als Frischluftfanatikerin war das nicht ideal. Es gibt zwar eine Lüftung mit Temperatureinstellung, aber das war mein persönlicher „Nicht gefallen“ Punkt. Trotzdem ist das Hotel insgesamt super.

The beverages are superb. The staff is professional, hospitable, efficient and warm. The rooms are fantastic and the common areas are fantastic. I would make the trip to Helsinki just to stay in this hotel. The tram and bus are just a few steps away. There are cafes and food options in the neighborhood as well. This hotel is over the top!!!

Arrivati ci hanno dato una camera disabili ma l'ho fatta cambiare perche non richiesta visto che era senza tenda bagno doccia. Colazione non provata perche costo elevato.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. The ingredients used were of top quality and the options for vegans was absolutely outstanding. The beauty of the hotel is amazing - artwork everywhere and the staff were so lovely and friendly.
Our room was too cold on the first night but it was quickly rectified by personnel turning the settings up.

El desayuno en el hall con los huéspedes que por ejemplo están haciendo checking, el café del desayuno debería mejorar.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026We gingen voor de 4 de keer in de ax. Heel goed gelegen tram stopt voor de deur en op 7 min in helsinki. veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heel mooi hotel met veel kunst en heel goede bedden en rustige kamers. Een aanrader.
Ecologisch hotel dus wordt alle drie dagen gekuist . Sta ik volledig achter maar tip is wel koffie aanvullen en propere tassen zetten.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Lokalizacja super. Fajna dzielnica, wszystko dookoła nowe. Tramwaj pod hotelem. Knajpy i sklepy też blisko. Kilka przystanków od dworca głównego. Przyjemny spacer do centrum zajmuje ok 15-20 minut. Wybór na śniadanie jest bardzo szeroki. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Szkoda, że pulpeciki są tylko wege (choć dobre) Codziennie praktycznie to samo jedynie owoce się zmieniały. Jakość też na plus. Kilkadziesiąt opcji do wyboru. Design całego obiektu 👍👍👍 jedyny w swoim rodzaju 👍👍👍 Wielkie okna na 8-9 piętrze robią wrażenie. Bardzo przyjemna cała załoga. Wszyscy mili i uśmiechnięci. Można? Można! Wygodne duże łóżko. Duży tv. Przyjemny widok. Budynek z zewnątrz jest piękny, szczególnie podświetlony w nocy lub wieczorem. Helsinki są super, hotel też.
Fatalne miejsce gdzie podawane jest śniadanie. Dokładnie po obu stronach recepcji! Szok, co? Prawdopodobnie nie ma drugiego takiego hotelu na świecie, 4* hotelu. Pełno ludzi i walizek rano przy recepcji, a ty musisz mijać ich z pełnym talerzem aby przejść do (zazwyczaj zajętych) stolików i spróbować coś zjeść. Chcesz nałożyć coś wiecej? Znowu musisz przechodzić przez całą recepcję i kręcące się tam osoby aby to zrobić. Nie do wiary? To idź na śniadanie w AX Helsinki. Tym bardziej to szokuje bo na poziomie minus 1 jest masa niewykorzystanego miejsca. Za każdym razem jak tam schodziłem to nigdy nie spotkałem choć jednej osoby. Niewykorzystana olbrzymia przestrzeń. Drugi minus to wielkość pokoju. Jest po prostu mały, mała też łazienka. Brak półek, brak krzesła, masa kurzu. Brak chusteczek higienicznych!
