Oda özellikle geceleri soğuktu. Kendimize birer baytaniye aldık mecburen. Bir temizlik günü kızımmın battaniyesi kayboldu. Haftalarca bakıyoruz, soruyoruz. Biz kiraya başka bir adrese çıktık ve bizim servislerde bulunmadı. Sizin valizlerden çıkacak dediler. Çıkmadı. Odalarda kıymetli eşyanızı bırakmayın, güvenli bir hotel değil. Kahvaltı çok zayıftı.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The concept of small apartments is a great idea. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy stuff for the week and have comfortable dinners in. The breakfast was always very good. There were two different tram ways that you could use. Going by public transport is incredibly easy and pleasant. The routes of buses, trams, and trains are thoughtful with respect to where you need to get. The apartment was clean, orderly, nice and with everything you could possibly need. I loved the work with the space. The bedroom was up and you got there with stairs. The staff were very helpful, nice and kind.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026It was a perfect stay for my first trip in Finland and Helsinki. The standard room was in fact wider than I expected and I'm a fan of the duplex layout with the bed floor, very high ceiling and curtains. Not having used the kitchenette so much, all I can say is the minimal tableware and cooking stuff were enough with bottle opener and tea filter, water boiler, electric stove and oven for example. Same for the bathroom, sober and swift to use with a perfect stream and extra rainfall showerhead. Sensible to light I particularly appreciated the soft lighting and the dynamic switches to make the lights dim to strong using a short or long press. Bedding was ordinary with four big pillows and an ample mattress not too soft and not too hard either, two electric outlets with USB and even USB-C plugs. Beyond the studio and the silent access corridor, I haven't really visited the building, maybe I'll try the sauna and the breakfast some other time. The hotel is standing in a quiet and rather isolated area, about a small 15 minutes walk from downtown, 1 minute from the closest tram stop. The reception staff was friendly. The automatic doors at the entry is a nice touch.
Very minor stay-related oversights like previous guest's food left in the fridge and malfunctionning shampoo bottles.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Hotel który daje komfort mieszkania. Nowoczesne pokoje, urządzone z pomysłem. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w kuchni. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Cicho i spokojnie. Blisko metra i tramwaju, a jak ktoś lubi chodzić to i centrum. Blisko Lidl i inne tutejsze markety. Jeśli wybierasz się do Tallina to jednen z promów wypływa z portu w odległości 1 km od hotelu. Jeśli będziemy w Helsinkach ponownie na pewno się tutaj zatrzymamym
Brak zmiotki w pokoju, aby można było zmieść podłogę. Odkurzacz do wypożyczenia znajdował się na innym piętrze w ogolno dostępnym składziku wraz z workami na śmieci.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Spacious, the square footage appears small but since it’s 2 floors it was bigger than it sounds. Modern bathroom and cozy balcony. The TV has multiple radio stations and comfortable sofa-bed. The kitchen facility was exceptional too, we made eggs.
The upstairs room has a very low ceiling, I’m 5’8 so it felt as if my head would hit the ceiling if I wasn’t careful. They also don’t replenish the Instant Coffee, which is strange because it appears as if it’s an upscale accommodation that wouldn’t care about these small favors.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and several supermarkets. There's also dedicated scooter parking nearby, which makes getting around very easy if you're using one. Plus, the rooftop sauna is a great bonus.
The loft ceiling is very low and right above the stairs. Even at 5'2", I bumped my head multiple times.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Het was een super goede accommodatie met een ideale locatie in een rustigere buitenwijk van Helsinki. Het lag dicht bij een tramhalte en het centrum was ook te voet makkelijk bereikbaar. Ook ligt er een supermarkt die 24/7 open is en een aantal restaurants op loopafstand en is het niet ver lopen naar Terminal 2 voor met de boot naar Tallinn te gaan. De studio was prima schoon en had alles wat wij nodig hadden. De kamer was heel modern en uitgerust met goede meubels. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!
Er was niet echt iets dat tegenviel. Het overtrof onze verwachtingen. We hadden soms wel wat meer handdoeken, wc-papier, vaatwastabletten of bestek gewenst, maar het is wel te doen.

Die Wohnung ist mit einigen Touch-Schaltern ausgestattet, die nachts leuchten. Ich musste sie finden und überkleben. Die Lüftung über dem Bett könnte störend sein.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Clean, modern, good location, saunna. Overview from the saunna is great. Whish the breakfast would be upstairs in the bar, with the great view of the Helsinki. At breakfast most options were lactose free, and they did provided gluten free options too, bakery was also good generally. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Extractor hood did not worked well, while we were cooking and finally we just turn it off and opened the window since the smell became unbearable. Food selection at breakfast were poor (quality is good, except caffe), but scrummbled eggs and hot sausage which is usally basic were not included. I wish the bathroom lamp would be mechanical and not motion senzor based.

J’avais réservé un logement pour 3 adultes, seulement il n’y avait que 2 chaises (sans possibilité d’en avoir une autre) et une petite table pas assez grande pour 3 personnes, une banquette étroite qui était supposée être le couchage de la 3ème personne. Le chauffage qui été limité à 23,5°C alors que dehors il faisait froid et qu’il avait plus (nous étions donc trempés, donc difficile de se réchauffer) La salle de bain était assez étroite Le personnel n’avait pas toujours l’air de comprendre ce que l’on disait en anglais (que ce soit via le chat ou en face à face)

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Wir haben einen Städtetrip mit unserem 4jährigen Sohn gemacht. Für uns hat die Lage am Rand in der Innenstadt gut gepasst, man ist schnell im Zentrum, es gibt ein paar Restaurants in Laufweite. Sehr nettes Personal, schöner Ausblick aus dem Zimmer
Wir hatten die kleinste Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Auch ohne Kind wäre sehr wenig Platz gewesen, zB kein Platz für den Koffer. Das dritte Bett (Schlafsofa) hatte eine schräge Liegefläche, der Boden war nicht so sauber.

The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping policy. There is no housekeeping unless you pay an additional €50, and it is only included for stays of seven nights or more. This is not mentioned on Booking.com or at check-in. At around €120 per night, I find this unacceptable and have never experienced this before. The hotel is quite poorly soundproofed, the duvet was too thin for a comfortable night, and the toiletries provided (shampoo and shower gel) were of rather poor quality. Communication in English at reception could also be better.

ヘルシンキ中央駅から路面電車で10分ほどで、そこから少し歩きます 朝はサウナやってなく夕方からのみ

Sofa und Sitzmöbel im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon sehr hart und unbequem. Sofa hatte Flecken auf dem Polster. Keine Kissen oder Decke. Bissel Dunkel im Zimmer, da Aussicht vom Balkon auf andere Häuser im Hinterhof. Nur nachmittags etwas Sonne. Eine der beiden Bettlampen war defekt.

Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl sehr klein, Kaffee außer Filterkaffee aus einer Thermoskanne kostet 2 € Aufpreis. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist ansonsten okay. Die Treppe zum Bett ist sehr steil, fast eine Leiter. Erfordert gute Trittsicherheit und Konzentration.

Faltan algunos detalles en la habitación, como una cafetera. Para estancias de una semana, es escasa la cantidad de rollos de papel higiénico o pastillas de lavavajillas, lo que implica tener que comprar paquetes completos para pocos días.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Unity Hotel Helsinki nabízí úžasné ubytování v poklidné části Helsinek, jen pár minut od tramvajové zastávky, z níž se do centra dostanete zhruba za čtvrt hodiny. Velkou výhodou (zvlášť po celodenním výletu) je i blízkost přístavu, odkud odplouvají trajekty do Tallinnu – dostanete se k němu za šest minut tramvají nebo za třináct minut pěšky. Co se týče samotného ubytování, tak personál byl milý a ochotně zodpověděl všechny mé dotazy. Pokoj odpovídal očekávání, prostorově byl tak akorát a nabízel velmi pohodlnou queen-size postel. V ceně ubytování byla zahrnuta posilovna a vstup do sauny. Hostům je přístupná také prádelna, takže zde najdete opravdu vše, co potřebujete. Check-in i check-out probíhají online. Klíče jsou digitální, a přestože mi přes mobil příliš nefungovaly, nebyl problém si na recepci vyžádat fyzickou kartu. Pobyt jsem si užil a hotel rozhodně doporučuji!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026This was the most perfect week-long stay I could’ve asked for. Everything was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable. The view was great and there were so many amenities available. The cafe was wonderful as was the sauna. All the staff were so nice and helpful! Also the tram stop is right outside so convenient!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Great location, clean. Number 9 tram a very short walk away and direct into the centre every 10 mins. From there you can get the train to the airport which was very simple to do. I was frustrated as we had booked 2 rooms as there were 5 of us and they were 5 floors apart which was really disappointing, no possibility to change as there was a broken dishwasher. Staff mostly helpful especially about downloading the HSL transport app but when we asked for extra bedding (at an extra cost) it was met with hostility.
The fact that our rooms were not on the same floor. We had a kitchen but for 3 of us it’s not ideal to eat in the room as only a small table and 2 chairs. The stairs were very steep in our room on level 2 (which others before me had commented on) but I agree they really are steep! I would for a higher floor (level 7 stairs were great) and the view was lovely or book somewhere else if you have mobility issues.
