It’s in a nice spot along the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, new spacious rooms.

They have a new policy of not supplying toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc), unless requested. I would imagine most people have their own toothbrush, but through years of travel every hotel at least supplies soap and shampoo. Don’t really like the idea of having to call someone before I wash my hands.

Service de laundry cher ( 2,50 dollars le teeshirt plus des taxes), le petit Perrier à 6, 58 dollars. La climatisation trop froide dans la chambre qu’on n’a pas réussi à régler.

The entry and outside environment was poor, cars parked, broken pavement and poor signage for the hotel as it's coffee shop dominated the frontage and entrance is hidden

Great location, great people, very good facilities, perfect roof top, and access to Vertical Fitness; one of the best gyms in town was a huge plus!! Siev ming, Koich, Piseth, Lei, Channy, Sun, were all exceptional, Stay Awesome!

I visited Phnom penh, I choose KVL Hotel is correct Place. Room was very NICE & COOl, Front service very friendly, I was stay here for 3 Nights, Breakfast is hot, Our check in smooth by Reception ,helpful, warm Welcomed by Front Manager, I am Surprised that all reception Greeted me by Name,He introduced promote Restaurant Embar Korea at Vattanac Capital. I can say that I and family are not Regret to choose this Hotel.

Good location, easy access to amenities, very near the Royal Palace. Beautiful view of the Mekong River from my room. Staff were accommodating and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Phnom Penh.

Every time I’m in Phnom Penh, I always choose to stay at KVL Hotel. This is my 6th stay and i’ve tried multiple rooms. The rooms are super comfortable, the toiletries are from L’Occitane, the water pressure is perfect, and most importantly, they have one of the best beds. The location is another big plus. Right by the riverside, just a few steps from the lively walking street at night, and right next to Cambodia’s favorite coffee spot, Tube Coffee. Some places just make you feel at home, and KVL is definitely one of them.

The people working there is outstanding and really taking the extra step for you!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel KVL! The location, atmosphere, and service are all outstanding, making it a standout choice in Phnom Penh. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A huge thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and allowing us to hold our graduation photoshoot at the property. The setting was absolutely perfect for capturing such a meaningful milestone, and we truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility shown to us during our visit.

Otelin konumu ve kaldığımız odanın (nehir) manzarası mükemmeldi. Personel güler yüzlü ve çok yardım severdi. Yatak geniş ve rahattı. Otel genel olarak temizdi.

Kahvaltısı alakart. Çok kısıtlı bir (mini) büfesi var. Siparişten sonra epey bekliyorsunuz. Bol yer olduğu halde odada Tuvalet-Banyo birbirinden ayrı bölmelerde. Kullanışlı değil. Nereden girmiş bilemiyorum ama odada yerde çekirge türü bir böcek geziniyordu. Neyse ki kendimiz hallettik.

Saturday and Sunday has road closures due to the walking market until 22:30. No concerns as the staff meet you and direct you to the hotel but would be a concern if you have mobility issues.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel KVL in Phnom Penh and would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Cambodia. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, and very high end. The location is perfect right on the waterfront, beside the Royal Palace, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and cafés. One of my favourite parts was the weekend street closure from 5–10 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, where the area transforms into a lively night market filled with amazing food, shopping, and local vendors. The rooftop bar was another highlight. The views overlooking the river are stunning, especially at sunset. They also have a great selection of food and drinks at very fair prices for such a beautiful rooftop setting. What truly made the experience special was the service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind throughout my stay. They generously allowed me a late checkout to better match my travel plans, which I really appreciated. Seyla checked me in and was so helpful answering all of my questions. She even helped me exchange some USD, which made things much easier for me. Sun in the evenings was also always very warm and welcoming. Another great touch was the complimentary tuk tuk rides nearby, which made getting around even more convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

Clean, friendly staff.

Do not stay here if you are arriving Saturday or Sunday evening. I only found out after Booking would refund only 50% of the cancellation fee. I discussed this with the hotel. This falls under misrepresentation in anyone’s language. I didn’t dispute it but the other 7 hotels on my trip I booked with Trip.

The location is fantastic with surrounded restaurants and convenient stores. The room is lovely and cozy. Quiet for a good sleep after a long day. Only the pillow is too soft for me, and I have to go too far for the gym-which 10 minutes by tuktuk.

2 nights stay — really warm, pleasant staff and very modern, clean rooms. Extremely good location being right by the riverside and we could enjoy all the new year festivities from right on the hotel’s doorstep. Gorgeous view of the national museum and palace, and no noise except for the odd pigeon cooing nearby. The staff were extremely kind in coordinating pick up as the roads were closed due to the new year. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at hotel with my mother for her birthday celebration. Hotel prepared gorgeous hotel room for us, and my mother enjoyed the room a lot. The staff in the hotel was very kind and offered free tuk tuk ride within 2km from hotel. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it, too. We will come back to this place again for the next time!

Perfect location! Short walk from everything. The hotel was very clean and had a delightful atmosphere. The rooms were very well done and immaculate. If your looking for a view, it's got that too. We had a GREAT view of the river and the crowds that came on Sunday night for the Walking Street were right outside. Even so, it wasn't noisy. We were more than satisfied with the amenities and the staff and service were excellent. We can't wait to stay here again!

The glass block walls for bathroom as it meant you couldn’t turn on the light at night without disturbing the other person in the room.

Posizione perfetta sul "lungomare" di Phnom Penh, la sera si puo uscire per fare una lunga passeggiata e approfittare delle bancarelle. SI va a piedi al palazzo reale, al museo nazionale e all'imbarcadero per i giri sul Mekong. Tutto nuovo e camere perfette, staff attento e super disponibile, siamo stati benissimo. Unico appunto, il cibo nel ristorante interno e' molto caro per quello che offrono, quindi consiglio di uscire e cercare alternative per colazione e cena, che non mancano nei dintorni.

Hotel KVL is new, modern and chic. The vibe is so relaxing and I wake up to the most beautiful and serene river view. Staff are exceptionally helpful, polite and professional!! They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The room is clean, shower is efficient and the amenities are of spa quality. I enjoyed my stay there so much, will definitely return with more friends from Hong Kong!!

Our original hotel choice canceled our reservation, and I think we ended up in a much better hotel. Staff were amazing, the hotel was beautiful, and the included breakfast was delicious. Take advantage of the local breakfasts - they were so good! We also loved the rooftop bar - better than others on the riverfront!

We had amazing views of the rivers and busy Malacon from our 6th floor room. It's a newer concrete building making it a quiet retreat from the busy and often noisy city below. Very comfortable bed, excellent AC and staff that couldn't do enough for you. One of nicest places we've stayed at

The food is a bit pricey but there are lots of options all around the hotel.

Location Location Location, the staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was modern and very comfortable. The on site restaurant which caters for breakfast lunch and dinner is at a very good standard also. The on site Cafe on the ground floor and the roof top Sky Bar is a must

Die Preise für Ausländer ist sehr gut nicht so teuer aber das Frühstücksraum hätte auf dem Dach oder Vorderraum sein könnte. Das Essen im Hotel zu ich meine für frühstücken die kambodschanische essen sind sehr identisch. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, weil ich das Essen oder Geschmack sehr gut kenne.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Royal Palace and picking up a tuk tuk to the other sites that we visited. Our room was really nice and we were upgraded to a river view room which was beautiful. The staff are very helpful, breakfast was good and we enjoyed spending time in the evening in the sky bar. The hotel is close to many places to eat. I would recommend it.

Me encantó el hotel, se siente muy nuevo y tiene buen espacio, desayuno y personal. La ubicación es excelente.

Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que está en la calle que se cierra los fines de semana en la noche, entonces por una parte hay que tomar precauciones, y por otra si la habitación da a esa calle, se escucha bastante. Para mí no fue problema porque estaba agotada y llevaba tapones de oídos, entonces dormí muy bien.
