Amanjaya Pancam Phnom Penh

Love this place.. Have stayed in junior and exec suites which have that classic spacious colonial feel with all the dark wood and views of the river.. Rooms are on a par with Raffles at a fraction of the price, but without all the extravagance of the pools, amenities and the uncomfortable fawning, which I don't want anyway. Just a beautiful place to chill. My new go-to now for Phnom Penh.

All good. Didn't try the breakfast. If I had to pick something, and it's tiny.... They have a huge, spacious bathroom suite with bath and shower, and then choose to pop the toilet in something the size of a cupboard.

Amanjaya is a perfect location. Nestled on the Mekong and within a stone’s throw of the Royal Palace.

This is one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room and the location were absolutely perfect! I was so sad I couldn’t stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay. We booked the Panoramic Suite, and it was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and beautifully finished with wooden floors. The views from the balcony were simply amazing, overlooking the riverfront promenade and the temple. The value for money was excellent, offering a perfect balance of quality and price. One of the highlights was the balcony itself. We could easily spend hours sitting there, watching daily life unfold along the river. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of the palace, the night market, restaurants, and many other attractions. Everything else is just a short tuk-tuk ride away. Some reviews mention noise, but it did not bother us at all. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return.

The location is truly exceptional, offering stunning river views. The Junior Suite was fantastic spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.

You would like to stay in the middle of Phonm Penh? Closed to its cultural sights and liveliness of City life. And you also would stay like a count? Stay here. I never expected what I got! Very accomodating staff, beeing inside of the heard of cambodia. Take the opportunity and get it!

The excellent location, next to the temple and close to the many bars and restaurants. The nice sizes suite. Well appointed bathroom, with a bath and walk in shower. The staff who are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is my favourite place to stay in Cambodia and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Being in the middle of all the restaurants and bars on the river front and an easy walk to the Royal Palace and Museum

Breakfast was not included, but the staff showed me the breakfast room and said this is where you have your breakfast which confused me. I did not know that breakfast was not included and it was expensive by local standards.

Always stay here whenever I am in Phnom Penh. The location, the receptionists, the friendliest of the staffs at the rooftop bar. I always enjoy myselft there.

The first night we went up to the Roof bar and restaurant to find an evening meal the vibe was excellent as it was the King’s birthday fireworks over the river but the food was poor

Room is very large, with a great bathtub. The staff is friendly. Great coffee pods

The premises and the room feel a bit dated. Common areas are non AC and extremely hot The hotel faces the riverfront. Although the location is good, it is quite noisy and very bright (billboard in front) Bottled water is not free. The free water is given in thermos but it was not very clean. This being said, there is a free water dispenser in the common area.

10 minutes walk to Royal palace and old market. River walk cross the street. Tons of restaurants around. Great staffs. Room was clean and spacious. Feel safe to walk around even after the sun down. Breakfast was exceptional.

If you are a light sleeper like me traffic sound could be a problem. However it didn't bother my wife.

Fantastic old colonial building. Floorboards could do with some work (many are very proud and uneven). Brilliant location, great breakfasts

La chambre est immense et le luxe, c'est l'espace. Le lit, les parquet, la chambre de bain, la vue...Une vraie et belle chambre. L'emplacement géographique et l'accès au bar du roof top.

L'accueil était très sympa contrairement au départ totalement impersonnel. L'ensemble des communs, du hall aux paliers d'étage est quelconque, en décalage avec la chambre. Le petit déjeuner servi avec attention est néanmoins un peu léger. Nous avons du utiliser nos bouchons d'oreilles (l'hôtel en fourni de toute façon). Les tarifs exercés par le bar du roof top.

There is so much to like about this place. Its central location is perfect and the room was huge and overlooked the square and the river so we really felt we were at the centre of things. It also made getting around very easy as so many places were walkable. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the rooftop bar is a welcome addition with great views in the evening. All in all, it was a great choice and we would go back.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it didn't detract from our stay overall.

The location and the beautiful balcony was excellent.

Be warned its on walking street so likely to be bright and noisy on weekends.

泊まったタイミングがお正月だったので、イベントを目の前の広場でやっていた。とても大きな音で音楽がなり、部屋のガラスがビビり音を上げるほどであった。 しかし、これを悪いと捉えるか、それだけ便利な場所に建っていると捉えるかで、旅の印象は大きく変わるだろう。 良くなかった点と言いながらも、私はこのホテルに再び訪れたいと思っている。

Absolutely gorgeous place in a perfect location for the riverside/palace area. Had the panoramic suite which was beautiful... big, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Helpful staff. Lovely balcony. Great air con and fan. Think it was about $70 or $80 a night which is exceptional value for such a nice place.
