L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le rooftop juste magique sur le ville au petit dej ou pour un verre,

Un peu dans son jus, quelques petits soucis de climatisation mais vite réglé

L accueil médiocre ,pas d aide pour les bagages,rooftop complètement HS ,peinture, caillebotis,véranda ,piscine ne vous fiez pas aux photos,les chambres propre,pas de chaîne cablé,en panne d après la réception, lié à des travaux extérieurs,je les cherches encore (faux j ai demandé au conçurent dans la même rue ,ras.c est pas important),lampe de chevet HS,fils dénudé dangereux.Baignoire se vide en retirant le bouchon car mécanisme en panne,la salle de bain est dans la chambre donc ne vous fiez pas a la superficie c'est pas 30 c est 24m2 quand le frigo dans la nuit ,il y a des étincelles a l AR lors du redémarrage au niveau de la prise ,quand on regarde les étage inférieurs les stores sont déchirés .Hotel ancien mais limite en terme d entretien le stricte minimum,je vous invite à regarder les photos des étiquettes du petit déjeuner ,et surtout le beurre fondu et recongeler ensuite ,je n' y est pas touché,le lendemain le même qui nageait dans des glaçons mais trop tard mais ils avaient laissé les même s mais une fois décongelé du beurre c est foutu j ai oublié de leur en dire en partant ,j ai vu des commentaires élogieux,je n 'était pas dans le même hôtel sans doute ,râleur non ,nous avons fais 6 hotels lors de notre séjours et ce n' est pas une question de prix 40 euros en moyenne ,et on a eu mieux ...mais c est la capital ...sans doute ,les photos par contre ne corresponde pas a la réalité actuelle,j essaye d être juste ,petit déjeuner tres moyen voir inquiétant.l expérience est pas terrible.

We had a water leak & it quickly flooded the room in the middle of the night. The gushing water from the bathroom woke me up & my quick action resulted in moving to another room on the same floor. This new room bathroom had water leakage issues

Check in was ok, friendly staff

Communal areas , hallways, and stairs were filthy and dirty, stained carpets, dust and dirt. Room floor and bathroom floor also not clean. Air con blew hot air and kept stopping. I ordered a club sandwich on roof top bar, which was deserted, worst dry club sandwich ever, should have gone out for food. Basin in bathroom was Painted with red paint which was chipped. Avoid this hotel, very disappointing, there are many others at this price which are cleaner and better.

Stayed for 5 nights in total to and from Siem Reap and the location was excellent for the main attractions and also the staff especially Mr Sothy was extremely helpful, kind and provided excellent hospitality and services

This is our 3rd visit to Phnom Penh and our favourite hotel. The location is great. Directly within the weekend street market and walking distance to a lot of attractions or a short ride away. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room is comfortable and clean. Good buffet breakfast with a lot of options. Fantastic rooftop restaurant bar and pool with the spectacular views of the palace and river.

The pool was great although it could do with a bit of maintenance. The location was prefect.

The balcony attached to our room was unusable. It was filthy and the outdoor bath looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The chairs on the balcony were also not suitable for sitting in.

We were a group of 22 people and stayed at this hotel for one night. It is a very basic hotel with limited facilities. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bed linen and towels were of good quality. However, there were several drawbacks. The breakfast was quite disappointing, with almost no options for Indian vegetarians apart from some fruits. The drinking water provided in the rooms did not seem suitable, and we preferred not to use it. There were no slippers provided in the rooms, and the in-room safe was not working during our stay. The hotel is located on a main street, which makes commuting convenient, but overall the property offers only basic amenities. It may be suitable for a short stay if you’re simply looking for a clean room, but don’t expect many facilities or a varied breakfast.

The location was excellent, just meters away from the Royal Palace, National Museum, the riverside, bars and restaurants, a 7-eleven right at the corner. There's a restaurant and rooftop with live music at night. Shout out to the staff, they were amazing, everyone (reception, bar, spa, everyone). Breakfast is good. I would stay with them again million times.

The room was comfortable and the location is convenient for strolling around. Lots of options for dining, sightseeing, and shopping are close by. The rooftop pool has a great view. It's a nice spot for sunset.

The room was a bit small, but it was fine for one night.

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of different foods on offer from fresh fruit to warm breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The hotel itself is excellently situated and close to many attractions or for a walk down the Mekong. I had a delightful time and would come back again.

The hotel would benefit from a little upkeep as some of the facilities are older especially upstairs. The ambiance in the sky bar could be enhanced by taking care of the bits and pieces that are already there, such as fresh flowers/plants in vases or reprint signs to make it look more update. I would suggest putting lids on the cereal containers,, as the birds kept eating out of the cereal.

The staff was very helpful. The location was great because its walking distance to a lot of prominant spots. The hotel was very clean as well.

We stayed here many years ago and was great coming back. Nice large room with a balcony and excellent location a short walk from the river and next door to the royal palace and museum. Lovely view over the river at breakfast.

The location is superb- very close to the Royal Palace and the river. The hotel is lovely inside- the entrance and foyer are beautiful.. I had a room with a balcony facing the front. The room was lovely- 4 poster bed. Everything was pristine. All staff were superb- polite and very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is great especially as the sun is setting

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. A big highlight was the rooftop pool and restaurant with the spectacular palace and river views. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection especially for vegetarians. We loved the old world charm, with antiques on display throughout the hotel, and the location was excellent. Mr Sothy was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful making our stay so enjoyable.

Given the location, it was a little noisy at night on the weekends but we could still easily sleep. The buffet breakfast would have been better with clearer labeling.

The pillows were very big and hard and I couldn’t sleep on them, just had to sleep without them. We had booked a superior room but were initially given a tiny room with no room for luggage. The next room they offered us smelled of fresh paint. The third room was finally acceptable.

Location is strategic to the city center and the rooftop view is top notch!

Old buildings and you will notice some cracks appear at the walls.

Having stayed here before I was interested to see if any change. On the plus side check in was quick. Breakfast was as dire as ever. Curiously the staff come across as friendly but do nothing to actually help. They see you waiting for a taxi but do not offer to carry your bag or say goodbye. Very odd.

The pool area is nice but like a furnace with minimal shade, a few more trees would help a lot. Leafy trees in big pots would make a big difference.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautifully designed, the most wonderful staff, incredible food and the pool and garden are so lush and relaxing.

It was a friendly hotel, with all the things I liked, breakfast included, roof pool, skybar. It has a certain charm about it. Room was ideal for me as a solo traveler. I liked the decor.

Some parts could use a lick of paint and varnish. My AC didn't feel powerful enough so I got a fan. The breakfast was fine but not amazing. Nonetheless I had ate there each morning and no major complaints

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la chambre. Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieur de 30m2, la chambre en faisait 20m2 (chambre standard) pareil pour la piscine. Pour le même prix il y a de meilleures hôtel. Nous avons envoyé un message privé, nous n’avons pas eu de réponse, le personnel nous a dit que les deux chambres étaient les même mais une avait la vue et l’autre pas. Dans le descriptif ce n’est pas ce qui est indiqué. De quelle vue parle t’on?? C’est clairement de la publicité mensongère. Le jus d’orange est chimique et le café imbuvable. Honteux pour un hôtel soit disant 4*

Pigeons everywhere had to request that the balcony have the pigeon poo removed as it was everywhere, not good for one's health when it dries & then can be inhaled, fair play to the hotel it was cleaned within a couple of hours
