NOT CLEAN. Stains on the bed, the pillow was yellowish with dried up watermarks. The toilet was slippery when wet. No basic amenities like soap and shampoo and toothbrush/toothpaste. The towel was aged and had frayed on the side. For the money we paid, not worth it.

There were lizard 🦎 at first room after that they moved us to 2nd room it was cockroach.. Only 3rd room was clean but we felt uncomfortable within the 7 ours we spent there.. Bad experience

Reviewed Mar 19, 2025My room was infested with roaches and ants. The first room I entered the bed was filthy and there was a roach on the pillow. When I brought the attendant up and showed her she said that the staff never changed the bed from the previous customer. This gives you an idea how they ran it. I was actually afraid to stay there but had no choice. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody

The towel provided is not totally clean because I can see so many stains, the remote control they provided for aircond is not functioning, and noise at late night.

1. I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major letdown. Upon arrival, I was greeted with little to no friendliness or warmth. 2. When I asked for confirmation on something, I was met with an impatient attitude. Customer service is key to a positive hotel experience, and sadly, that was lacking here. I hope they improve their service in the future. 3. I spotted a cockroach crawling across the table. It’s clear that this hotel doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or pest control.

The room is too small. The freshner used at the reception has a strong and distinctive smell which is very unpleasant.
