Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location is perfect close to the airport with an available airport shuttle for a small fee. It's clean and provides everything needed for a quick stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores next to it.
Nothing.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026It's clean. That is really the only good thing to say about it.
It is ridiculously overpriced for a building whose interior looks like a prison. There are so many better options near the airport, I don't understand why the reviews here are good. The staff told me their airport shuttle is running all night -- NO ONE told me I needed to reserve it in advance. When I arrived at 1 AM and there was no shuttle, they told me to take Grab. But no Grab drivers are available at the airport late at night so I took an airport taxi. Do not rely on the staff for any useful information.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Convenient and close to the airport with helpful and friendly staff. They even organised a shuttle to the airport. For meals, they have an in-house restaurant, a mini convenience store in the hotel lobby, and several restaurants which are open until late, within walking distance distance (local food, Japanese, fast food, pizza…). Having a gym there was also great.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Unfortunately I didn't get my breakfast. Came downstairs at 09.05 and showed the waitress what I wanted on the menu. Half an hour later, it still hadn't arrived and my taxi fetched me at 10am, to take me to the airport, so I missed breakfast.
I wasn't aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Surprised to see pipes and wiring on the ceiling and unpainted, cement walls.
