We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and everything was generally good. Unfortunately, there were two issues. When we arrived, the room key was not working and we had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. Also, we asked reception about having some clothes washed after a rough boat trip. As it was late, we were told to come back in the morning. However, the morning staff told us that the hotel does not offer laundry service. It would have been better to know this from the beginning, rather than being asked to return the next day. Apart from these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel. Better communication between staff and shifts would definitely improve the guest experience.

The hotel is particularly beautifully designed, every space is well thought and the highlight has to be the pool area. The food in the hotel is fabulous (even by the poolside), with breakfast being particularly pleasant. A fantastically tasteful experience.

Given how intentional all the spaces in the hotel are, I felt the junior suite could have offered a bit more exclusivity and attention to detail. For the price paid, a bit more of a personal touch would have completed a beautiful stay.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good and there was lots to choose from. Pool area was good, spa area and indoor pool was amazing we were really impressed.

Area of the hotel wasn’t as central as we expected, maybe this is our fault for not checking but we struggled to find much to do round by the hotel. Roof top pool was nice and kept well but you have to get there early to secure a bed as there aren’t a huge amount.

Hotel récent , déco trés sympa , proche du centre ville de palma ( 10 /15 mn a pied) , avantage d'avoir un parking souterrain sur place , sinon trés difficile de se garer le plus le roof top avec une belle piscine , et le spa trés beau accessible sans supplément pas mal de restaurants accessibles à pied et des petites supérettes nous avons testé le resto du midi , meme carte que le snack coté piscine , simple un peu cher pour la quantité et la qualité pas testé le resto gastro

les chambres sont plutot simples , pas d espace pour tendre ses serviettes ou maillot de bain , pas de petits produits comme des mouchoirs par exemple , juste gel douche qui ne sentait pas bon ( pas a notre gout ) bcp de bruits dans les couloirs , le ménage fait tjrs tardivement dans l après midi belle piscine mais avec des horaires trés restrictifs , le matin pas avant 9H , et pas bcp de transats a certaines heures ca coince et des personnes qui réservent les transats avec une serviette alors qu ils ne sont pas là , snack piscine bon mais la carte est vraiment courtes , on a trés vite fait le tour et pourtant nous ne sommes restés que 4 nuits , il faudrait varier le menu

Great location, central and in walking distance to old town, Cathedral and Marina. Breakfast buffet included with great choice of food. Room with wet room was great, large with comfortable beds.

I didn’t like that there was no natural light coming in from the outside, which is important for a summer vacation. We were shown 2 rooms where one overlooked a small street and the other a patio where people walked by and music was played from the morning, so we went for the room with the street view (facing another building). To dry out clothes we had to either wait two days or wear them to dry… which was inconvenient. Also, the person responsible for the breakfast is not very friendly and would at 10:20 start telling people that the breakfast will finish in 10 minutes which I have never seen in any hotel that I went to before.

Rooms on the street are quite noisy. Strange that for such a recent building choice was not made to invest on top windows and insulation. I eat gluten free and the staff was completely lost with the request even though I had communicated it before arrival Pool on top floor is nice but way too crowded with young crowd who I believe is not staying at hotel but paying a day pass. We as hotel resident could not get even one space for 4 to put our stuff.

Great location and perfect for a couple of nights in Palma! My room was very small and was next to the lift so there was quite a bit of noise, but it was perfect for what I needed it for.

This is a lovely hotel with a great ambiance, and it’s well located close to the centre. The rooftop pool and bar are lovely but I only managed to go once, as the space is quite small and very popular, so finding a seat was a bit tricky. The hotel also has a spa (which I didn’t use) and an outdoor terrace area which was a relaxing place to sit. Breakfast is served as a buffet with a good variety of options, and the seating, both indoors and outdoors, is a nice place to eat.

Nous ne trouvons pas que l’établissement soit adapté avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine sur le toit, semble plus petite que sur les images. Il n’y avait que des « adultes » et nous avions vraiment l’impression, en plus d’avoir reçu une remarque d’un couple à côté de nous, de déranger dans la pisicine avec nos deux enfants. De plus notre chambre était très bruyante en entendant tout de la route .. mis à part ça l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait.

A good location and a nice pool area with service, room beds were comfortable and the general hotel space overall was nice, including the roof terrace area. The rooms were nice and practical, however there were no amenities in the room, for the price we were surprised these were not provided. However generally staff were helpful and warm.

Unfortunately was unwell due to air conditioning and a shame the room had no view and was covered with metal. The spa area was lovely but as soon as the doors opened to the spa the chlorine smell was overwhelming and caused coughing. A shame for a nice space.

Ein sehr tolles Boutique Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal, toller Bar und tollem Frühstück! Fussläufig sehr nah zur Innenstadt, ein Bus unmittelbar vor dem Eingang, Supermarkt und Apotheke quasi nebenan. Die Zimmer sind recht tiny, für Wochenendeköfferchen sehr gut, mit großem Koffer gibt es ein Platzproblem. Betten für große Leute mit Polstern am Kopfende verlängerbar und super Matratzen. Neben Klima insbesondere der mehrstufige Ventilator too

Meget skuffende værelse. Vores værelse var ekstremt lille (vær. 201), alt for dyrt i forhold til det vi blev tilbudt. Det levede på ingen måde op til et 4 stjernet hotel. Vi kunne ikke have vores kufferter nogen steder. Badfaciliteterne og toilet var meget primitive.

Fint hotell, rent, komfortable senger og veldig god frokost. Bra priser på mat og drikke i bassengbaren.

Ganske få solsenger ved bassenget og du må omtrent være der kl.09 når de åpner bassenget for å få to solstoler.

Great location. Easy to use the excellent public transport system in Palma. Rooms was lovely. Spa facilities excellent as was the rooftop pool. Service there was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent & really good value.

This is very very minor, but not having a headboard on the back of the bed was strange & meant my pillow kept on falling off the back of the bed.

Liked the facilities! Spa, sauna, upstairs pool amazing. Room layout really good, nice and big! Breakfast pretty good. Everything looked great.

The rooms don't have any view. There is a lattice structure over the whole building (which I suppose is good for privacy) but it makes the rooms dark. Didn't love the bar staff! Also - I have never heard of this -- to get ice to your room you would have to pay a room service charge.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Palma, making it easy to explore the city while also being close to beautiful beaches. It offers the perfect balance of relaxation and sightseeing. The spa was excellent, the rooftop swimming pool was a great place to unwind with beautiful views, the lobby was stylish and welcoming, and the restaurant served delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Der Poolbereich war jedoch eine grosse Enttäuschung. Da auch zahlreiche externe Gäste Zugang hatten, war er hoffnungslos überfüllt. An eine freie Liege war den ganzen Tag nicht zu denken, und selbst im Pool gab es keinen Platz, um sich abzukühlen. Wer in Palma ein Hotel mit einem angenehmen Poolbereich sucht, sollte sich definitiv für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

I could not get the room very cold

Overall I rate this 3/5 stars. The main pros are location, it's very clean and facilities outside of the actual room are good. We really enjoyed the spa and pool. One small issue is that drink cups were collected, but food was not. Often leftover food was around sun loungers for 2-3 hours causing flys. Main issues were rooms too small, and because there is no balcony any clothes like swimwear etc could not dry properly. No where to also hang any wet clothes either. TV was very glitchy, and shower was tiny and door opened outwards so all of the water even with the towel came running out. Also service wise I found the cleaning and catering staff at breakfast nice, but actual waiters and male reception staff quite rude at times. The woman were mostly nice. Breakfast was also disappointing considering the money, food was always lukewarm, they have hot plates but no covers which I think causes this issue. Also a bit unhygienic. My first day ordering an omelette, it was not cooked inside and all liquid and raw, the next day this was corrected but I overheard someone else saying this during my stay so something to check for future. Was ok stay but not worth the money, probably wouldn't book again.

We stayed 5 nights at HM Palma Blanc in Santa Catalina, Palma. The hotel is clean, stylish, and well situated, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa's free amenities, including an indoor pool and sauna, plus a small but nice gym. On-site parking was convenient, though the driveway down is tight and needs careful navigation. One disappointment: the hotel advertised showing every World Cup match and encouraged guests to watch in the lobby, but never turned on the volume for any game we saw, leaving fans of several teams frustrated. More seriously, we returned one evening to find our room door unlocked and ajar, with cleaning items left inside on a chair. It appeared housekeeping had left it unlocked earlier that day, and it stayed that way for hours. To their credit, the hotel reviewed camera footage and confirmed no one entered, and nothing was missing. Francina at the front desk was courteous throughout. We were disappointed with the compensation offered, though: wine, chocolates, an unusable late check-out (we left at 7 AM), cocktail vouchers (two of us don't drink), and a 12-euro credit, in place of the one-night refund we requested. This was declined by the Front Office Manager and, ultimately, the hotel director. Strong location, style, and amenities, but a security lapse like this deserved a more serious response.

Wonderful stay. Spacious room, we stayed in Suite. All the staff were very helpful. Very clean, calm atmosphere. Location were excellent.

The rooftop pool was a welcome treat in the heat, the bed and room was very clean and comfortable. The decor was very nice across the hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful, as were the breakfast buffet staff.

The buffet room at breakfast got very busy and could be better laid out. The rooftop pool was very cloudy (presumably dirty!) and was then entirely emptied meaning it was out of use for a whole day during our stay. The rules seemed to be a little bit strict and inconsistent by the pool, most of the groups there were wedding/hen parties enjoying music from a speaker and yet were being told music is prohibited, drinks in the pool were prohibited, etc. Given that 90% of the people on the day in question were from big wedding/hen groups having fun and spending a lot of money with the hotel, I would have thought they could exercise discretion and allow music. Still water in the room was said to be complimentary but was not topped up once during our 5 day stay. There was filming going on on our floor when we were there which was extremely disruptive, a film crew of 10+ people walking up the narrow corridor which we needed to squeeze past or wait for everytime we went to the room. Again this impacted the guest experience and should be done during low season etc

Didnt have the breakfast as we left early. It was fine, wouldn't stay again.

We were only there for a night but there was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid everywhere. The second bedroom for my teenage boys still had hair in the bathroom. My wife hurt her leg badly off my daughters bed as something was sticking out from the bottom of the roll away and was hidden by the bed sheet. Told reception and they gave us an email to send a message too, we've received no response.

Very convenient location, helpful and friendly service, gorgeous spa facilities and rooftop pool. Room was spacious, clean and well presented with a comfortable bed. House keeping dealt very quickly and efficiently with a situation with ants. Happy to store our luggage and let us enjoy the facilities after checkout before a late flight.

Breakfast was lovely with a great choice but the chef seemed grumpy when I requested eggs to be fried to my liking. Nothing difficult, just cooked so the yolks were not cold and too runny.

The hotel is modern stylish hotel situated about 8 minutes walking from the central area of Palma. So good for shopping, restaurants and bars. Staff were lovely and always helpful, the pool is on the 4th floor and surrounded by large comfortable lounges with sunshades. It has its own bar area which food from the restaurant can be purchased from. A few floors below is a quieter area to relax with lots of seating and shades. The breakfast is buffet style with hot selection and you can get omelettes made to order. Bedrooms are average side with comfortable beds and air conditioning and fan and sufficient storage. There is no actual bathroom, the toilet and shower are off the entrance corridor which has the sink. It's unusual but works fine and allows bedroom to be larger. I'd stay again if was visiting Palma

**A pleasant stay, but with some points that need improvement** We stayed at HM Palma Blanc and, overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very pleasant, modern, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is definitely one of the highlights: it is generous, varied and of good quality. We particularly appreciated that our room was ready well before 3:00 pm on arrival. We also appreciated being able to keep the room until 12:00 pm on the day of departure, which was a very nice gesture and shows good attention to guests. However, there were a few points that disappointed us. On arrival, we were surprised and disappointed to be asked for our passports, even though we are French citizens and our identity cards were valid. Fortunately, all three of us had our passports with us, but the way this was requested felt rather unpleasant. For a hotel of this standard, we also regretted that more staff members did not speak French, which would have made communication easier for some guests. Our room was on the 5th floor, facing the street. The soundproofing is a real weakness: noise coming through the large windows was quite noticeable in the morning and affected our rest. We also noticed a problem with the sliding doors between the bedroom and the bathroom, which had come off their rails. The door stopper was loose, making it difficult to put them back properly. We reported the issue, but no action was taken. Regarding the spa, we were stopped at the entrance by a young staff member who reminded us that the spa was for adults only. We are all over 18, of course, but the way we were approached, apparently based only on our appearance, was unpleasant and could have been handled with more tact. At breakfast, the service is efficient but sometimes too quick: glasses and plates are removed immediately, which can make guests feel rushed. If you want another coffee or need another plate, you have to take new ones, which is not very practical. Despite these comments, we have a positive overall impression of the hotel. It is a beautiful establishment with many qualities. A few improvements in guest reception, communication and attention to small details would make the experience truly worthy of a hotel of this category.

Don’t treat this hotel as a pool side hotel as some people did the pool side was crazy.for a city break its a good option.

I would not have come here if the website would have advertised that there is building work going on right next to the hotel so when I was sat at the pool all day I couldn’t read in peace or have a nap! There’s scaffolding up and work men there making very loud noises and it’s no place to relax and for 4 nights it’s cost me £1250. It’s ruined my time here and I’m currently sat in my room so I can have a bit of peace! At 3/30 in the afternoon.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three or four times over the last three years, and the location is excellent. The hotel itself is nice, which is why I’ve returned on several occasions. Unfortunately, it now seems to be catering more towards large groups, and the atmosphere has changed significantly. During my stay, there were people running up and down the corridors in the early hours, screaming and shouting, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were also large groups sitting around the pool eating McDonald’s, which detracted from the overall experience. Sadly, this isn’t the hotel I remember from my previous visits. While the location is still fantastic, the change in atmosphere means I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.

My room was dirty. The first time I went into the shower it had someone else's hair in it. The bedsheets aren't fitted sheets, so she sheets easily come off showing the mattress.... you can see exactly how dirty and stained the mattress is. The doors are so thin you hear absolutely everything. I stayed in this hotel as my office is nearby. Never returning again. I did not sleep at all. The walls are so thin you hear everyone walking, talking, shouting as they go back to their rooms at 2/3/4AM. You hear the cleaners with the trolleys, its so loud its like a plane taking off. My friend asked me which hotel I was staying in, when I told him the first thing he said was... that hotel is so noisy you can't sleep, it's impossible. Not the right hotel if you need to rest!

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice - location was good, double rooms were small but sometimes to be expected in a city. The spa area was amazing - its a must to try.

Didn't like that anyone from outside can enter the lobby and the lifts without using a pass, therefore can potentially break into your room. We had issues with our room door not closing over properly therefore could have been disastrous if someone had gone into our room. The pool area was very busy and not enough loungers and there were potentially people from outside our hotel enjoying the space, which I don't agree with, especially when you cannot get a lounger.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from Palma Old Town, making it ideal for exploring the city. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the outdoor pool was a lovely place to relax. The spa and gym were both excellent and really added to the experience. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel well looked after from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in good location - immaculately clean, super friendly staff and stylish interiors. Delicious breakfast buffet with wide variety of options. It was busier this visit than last June so the pool area felt very crowded one day due to a conference being held at the hotel for vets who came up to the pool when they’d finished for the day. The same day another large group arrived who were noisy and even brought their own speaker to play music at the pool. It was a shame because the main appeal of the hotel having visited last year was the fact it was peaceful and relaxing. But this was just our experience on one day. Everything else was amazing!

The room smelled like absolute fart. We asked for them to fix it, but they said there was nothing they could do. It’s unacceptable that a hotel of this price and caliber has such foul smelling rooms.

Picked this Hotel for it's location which is excellent for the old town. However a number of things let it down and I wouldn't stay again. Firstly the good points. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Three of us were sharing so we had a single bed as well as a very large king bed and a sofa. Plenty of room and hanging space for clothes. The pool area was very nice but not enough sun beds. If you weren't in place when it opened, no chance. Breakfast was excellent, absolutely nothing to complain about there. The main negative was the staff with the exception of Christian at breakfast and the lady and man that took our cases for storage at checkout. No one was in the least bit friendly or helpful and some were downright rude.

The rooms are small and if you have large suitcases it could be an issue. The air conditioning appeared to be centrally controlled and it was set to cold.

We had stayed at the hotel last year for the first time. We loved it so much that we decided to stay there again. We love the city of palma and the hotel has a great situation in the city.

De arrogantie van het personeel. Duidelijk verwend door de vele toeristen en hoge bezettingsgraad. Het was onze trip ter ere van ons 25 jarig huwelijksfeest. Dat was ook zo vooraf aangekondigd. Desondanks kregen we de kleinste en slechtste kamer helemaal achterin de gang op de derde verdieping. Pas nadat ik bij de balie protest heb ingediend voor het feit hoe ze ons in zo’n kamer konden leggen als ze weten dat het onze jubileum reis was, kon er plotseling wel een betere standaardkamer vrijgemaakt worden. I loved that they floded my sons sweater and shirts when they cleaned the room it was so nice. And I love the room service the food was excellent the pool was perfect all the staff were so so nice! The front desk was so helpful the pool people were friendly and were so quick the breakfast was lovely

Just returned from a four night stay in this lovely immaculate hotel, location is fantastic 15 mins walk to the old centre, two supermarkets for essentials within a few minutes walk. Would recommend a superior room as a lot more spacious, standard are very small, also request a room on inside of hotel as very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, continental and cooked breakfast, lots of choice. Great terrace for lunch in the shade. We made good use of the rooftop pool due to very high temperatures, it was great to be able to cool off, pool area was very busy, so if you wanted a sun lounger you needed to be up there for 9am when the area opened. Would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel.

Absolútne nepomer cena - výkon, za jednu noc sme zaplatili cez 600 euro za “aprtmán junior” nebol to vôbec apartmán, bola to dvojlôžková izba s prístelkou pre naše dieťa, síce priestorná, ale nebol to aprtmán. (Aby som bol fér, do vstupnej chodbičky dali stolík, aby to vypadalo, že je to samostaný priestor, takže splnenie požadavky aprtmanú bol na oko splnený, ale fakticky ani náhodou) Považujem to za ak nie klamlivé, tak minimálne hodne zavádzajúce označenie zo strany prevádzkovateľa, poťážmo bookingu. Izba za 600 euro za noc, bola situovaná do ulice kde je hlavná, dosť hlučná cesta. Keď prechádzal autobus mal som pocit, že ma v posteli prejde. Bazén a jeho zázemie na 4 poschodí je síce pekný, ale dosť malý, čo by asi až tak nevadilo, ale dosť nepekné výhľady do okolitých neudržiavaných obytných domov a okien vo vás vytvárajú pocit nemiestnosti. Aby som to zhrnul, keby znížili cenu o polovicu, asi by to bola fér cena - výkon. Takto je to len navoňaná bieda, ktorá sa snaží sadrokratonovými obkladmi tváriť na luxus, ktorý tam nieje.

The location was excellent and very close to the centre and the marina with a choice of restaurants not too far away. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Considering the price paid, the standard double is too small for two people who are not a couple with not enough privacy. In addition there need to be sockets for phone chargers near the top end of the bed.

The all day pass for the spa was really great ! Reception people are really nice. Very beautiful room !!! Very clean !!! People are nice !!!! Good food at the room service, I loved the burger, the duck pasta, the chicken sandwich even the little fried shrimps !!!

The pool is a complete scam. Very small pool. And freezing cold. That hotel pretends to be luxury but it’s very disorganized and unprofessional. No one is at the spa, because it’s free entry all day. No bathclothes, no towels, no one to check other people’s behaviors. They said no children at the spa but they are children every morning with inflatable pool ring/ float on the JACCUZZI !! This was crazy. Young Men are doing massage to women with absolutely ZERO EXPERIENCE and the massage is crazy expensive. The cleaning lady took my second blanket in my room I called the reception 3 mornings in a row for someone to give me a second blanket I never saw my blanket back. (The hotel’s blanket of course). I asked the bald bartender if he could do my mojito with no sugar he said no cause that’s how it is around here he said “either you drink it or I take it back”. I said ok.

Fantastic location, with great staff. Breakfasts are well worth the money

Great location just 5 mins walk from tbe beautiful old town of Palma. Lovely staff and comfortable modern rooms. The spa is great and breakfast was particularly delicious.

Room cleaning tended to happen quite late - about 3pm for us which was a bit inconvenient. The pool gets quite busy and they could do with stopping people reserving beds.

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean, nice decor , great breakfast, roof top bar and pool really great, BUT the standard rooms are too small for the price!!! There is no bathroom really, there is two v small ,”cupboard “size, one houses the toilet the other the shower! The basin is in the hallway where there is a v small wardrobe! No privacy at all just a sliding obscure door from that area to the bed! The doors to the toilet and shower open into the walkway from the main door, they can’t open inwards as the “cupboards “ are too small!! Awful design!! Sorry would not stay again on that basis!!
