Hotel Saratoga

The location of this hotel is great and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful ☺️ . It was also nice that the luggage was carried up to the room. We also enjoyed very much the view from the sky bar, although I find the prices of the drinks a bit steep considering their quality. The Cathedral is very close, which was basically the most important thing for me when booking this hotel. Overall, my mom and I were very happy with this hotel, and we would definitely come back 😁.

Location was perfect to explore Palma. The breakfast and food were excellent, the staff friendly and the inclusive use of the gym, pools and day beds was very welcome. The Sky Bar provided great views of the Cathedral.

We were in a room under the sky bar & there was a lot of chairs/sunbeds being moved late at night.

A localização é excelente, o quarto é amplo e confortável, e o chuveiro é ótimo.

Tudo maravilhoso

Breakfast buffet is wonderful! So many options and even cava available if you fancy a glass in the morning. The room was very spacious and I loved having a terrace to sit outside in the evening. We ate dinner one evening in the Sky Bar and it was delicious, really enjoyed it. Spent some time at the pool and oasis bar as well one afternoon, overall a lovely place to spend a few days in Palma. It's so easy to take public transport (A1 bus) to the hotel from the Airport as well if you don't want to hire a car service or Uber. If you don't have large luggage, probably the best method. We'd definitely stay again!

Location and pools

No proper coffee for breakfast

Location was excellent. Rooftop bar was great with views of the port and Cathedral. Bed was very comfortable and large room. Breakfast was excellent.

The glass door to the bathroom in the bedroom. Bar staff at the rooftop were not very friendly.,

We loved the location and ambience of all three of the swimming pool areas, from the peacefullness of the lower ground spa area to the rooftop vibes, which also had amazing views of Palma! The breakfast was brilliant with a huge range of foods and the beds were very comfy! Last but not least, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing!

Good location, close to all major attractions l.

Rather disappointed with the roof top pool area, there were limited number of sunbeds and two were broken. I would have expected higher standard bearing in mind the cost of the hotel.

Great location, and overall the hotel did feel like a proper four-star hotel. I also appreciated the general atmosphere and facilities.

The room I received did not match the photos of the room I had booked, which was disappointing. The receptionist was not particularly pleasant. More importantly, about three hours before my scheduled check-out, I returned to my room after breakfast and found two hotel employees trying to enter my room. They said they had been informed at reception that I had already checked out, although I had not. I found this very concerning and uncomfortable, as all my personal belongings were still in the room and I did not feel that my privacy and security were respected.

The swimming pools and the rooftop bar

Short hours for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfriendly staff at the rooftop bar.

- rooftop pool and bar area was lovely, relaxing, and had a great view - staff were so friendly and put our bags away before our room was ready and put the bags up to our room for us when it was ready - location is great super close to shopping and amazing restaurants and bars in the old town

Nothing

Very stylish room with comfy beds and silky bed linen. Great air-con for hot days. Location brilliant as very near to main shopping street. Great varied breakfast including cava (if you like it) and outdoor area of seating.

Central location. Rooftop adults only pool and bar with great views of Palma. Excellent buffet breakfast offering.

Location and facilities

Staff at reception were inflexible and not very agreeable when managing a double booking made by error. However, the manager helped us resolve it.

Lovely fresh looking hotel in Palma close to shops and marina. Everywhere was spotless and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing something for everyone.

Nothing

The location is excellent . Staff very helpful and pleasant , shower was incredible.

Bedding not changed for 6 days , never happened in the many years we have spent in hotels when staying for such a time.

The hotel's pool were fabulous. The rooftop restaurant and bar gave exceptional views. The staff were amazing and the food was very good.

It was clean the staff were amazing, beds really comfortable and they had face washers in the bathroom. The restaurant was delicious I would highly recommend it.

By the time we realised we had to ask for an iron we were in a rush to go out with no time to wait for it to be delivered.

Location

Beds could be a little more comfortable but not a major problem as everything else was 👌

Friendly staff, informative,very clean

Litt for harde senger.

The reception staff (and manager (?), Henry) were extremely engaged and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Great shower (size, water pressure, immediacy of hot water. Comfortable, properly-fitting robes. Good breakfast selection. Amazing location.

The breakfast room feels very institutional, which isn't great. Our bathroom opened onto a light- / air -well. A lot of noise and light from the bathroom on the other side, which was bothersome. Perhaps better glazing, and a blind, would solve this problem.

Great location very clean

Extremely noisy both outside and inside. Rooms being cleaned early in the morning and slot of noise from other rooms

Great location, close to the center and all the attractions. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and willing to help us with anything we needed.

There were ants in the bathroom. We were asked at the reception if we had left any food, but there was no such possibility. They sprayed one afternoon, but the problem was not solved, they continued to exist. There was no other empty room available for us to change.

Awesome location / great pool and bars

Beds are ok not great

Central location

Lack of iron and ironing board. Looking out over street which was noisy

Great location - easy to get around, grab a taxi, etc Fabulous rooftop bar Easygoing vibe with a lovely pool/lounging around area on the ground floor - this is really well done and a natural getting-together point

Clean modern pools ares really nice and the sky bar is great

Bit more shade or beds at the top pool would be nice

Good location, spacious clean rooms Hotel staff ,especially reception very helpful and friendly

Even though the roof top bar was lovely for the views etc ,we found the sunbeds and pool a bit cramped and on top of each other . And service was slow

Lovely de luxe room, beds comfortable, bathroom clean nice size with Ritual products. Balcony overlooking street which was fine as after a hot day we wanted shade. It was quiet. Roof pool lovely place to chill and plan day’s activities.

The pool top was smaller than it looked in pictures however that didn’t disappoint. It would have been nice if coffee bar available earlier otherwise you need to go to ground floor to collect. Last day a bus load of very loud Americans arrived and took over the entire rooftop jumping in the pool completely filling it and creating massive queues at the Bar which the staff couldn’t cope with. The tranquility we were all enjoying completely disappeared for the entire afternoon. Staff should have kindly signposted them to the ground floor Pool and sunbeds where there was a huge area for them to spread out and enjoy..

Fantastic location and have stayed twice before room renovations since last stay which are great! Modern and spacious rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend

N/A

I loved everything. The room size. The bathroom size. The bench space. The balcony. The bed size. The tv. THE SPACE!!

There’s nothing not to like

3 decent size pooled and in a good location of the city as surrounded by loads good restaurants. good size shower unit and the room comes with a balcony.

The toilet door is made my glass and has a small gap even it is closed. I needed to ask my partner stay at the balcony when I am using the toilet.

The rooftop bar views are amazing. The location is top. The breakfast is very good.

The rooftop bar is not open in the morning, so you can have a coffee with the best view 🙂

Keine schönen Pools. Strenger Geruch im Zimmer nach Reinigungsmitteln. Zimmer nicht besonders schön.

Location

Rooms are dampy because the bathroom lacks exhaust, it moistens up the room whenever someone takes a bath.

Everyhying, the convenience, the staff all the vibes

The ac was pretty hot… we would prefer cooler ac

Expensive for what it was. Great location though

Location was fabulous!

Nice room, staff were friendly

Thought it was quite expensive

Modern, clean hotel with a great location. Good size pools for a city hotel.

Nothing

U boljem hotelu nismo bili do sada.

Morgenmads salen var lidt for hektisk

Excellent location, great value, great breakfast, bar and restaurant are fantastic

Lots of choice in large room and outside

Beautiful boutique hotel in a convenient location in the centre of Palma. Easy walk to the Cathedral, old town, main shops and restaurants but also quiet. Loved the rooftop bar and three pools and the staff were efficient and friendly.

Fantastic location central to sightseeing and restaurants. Extremely Comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff and very clean hotel.

Breakfast was good but not great. More space around pool would have been nice but I guess limited with location of hotel.

Lokalizacja

Lovely hotel, great location, rooftop bar and fab breakfast 😀

Location

Location

Excellent location

Bit noisy at night as there’s a rooftop bar with music at the hotel (cool bar though if you fancy a drink).

Location

One staff member wasnt very friendly

Excellent location very close to the old town. The staff were extremely responsive, proactive, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

Rooftop lounge Ground floor breakfast terrace Great staff

Had to walk around the block for Uber pickups.

Beautiful hotel super clean greta location

Gym and pool opened a bit late and closed a bit early

Lage, Rooftopbar, Pools, nettes Personal

Great breakfast buffet, comfortable and clean room, great location. Heidi on the reception desk was especially helpful and cheerful. The roof terrace has beautiful views and a lovely vibe. The shower room (which you have to book) was a fantastic facility as we had a late flight out and needed to freshen up.

The coffee at breakfast was very average and I encountered a couple of quite grumpy staff members.

10min walk to all sites. $25E cab to the airport. 3 Pools making there was always a spot. Fresh pool towels everyday!!

Nothing it was perfect

Clean & well situated

All good

Läget fantastiskt! Likaså personalen

Sängarna lite hårda

Amazing service and amazing hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for the guests and we felt welcomed. We would definitely recommend and if we went to Palma again it would be our first choice hotel

Nothing was an amazing hotel

Toll.

Alles war super

Everything was perfect

No complaints at all

Fabulous location and reception staff were so helpful and attentive. Room was amazing with lovely view. Really comfy bed and everything in there you’d need for a great stay. Sky bar has fantastic views.

The sky bar service was rather hit and miss in the daytime as you’d have to search for staff sometimes to get a drink.

The location, the three pools and adults only zone on the rooftop. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing

Breakfast was great. Room was clean.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival, and had to wait 40 minutes to get in. Corridors were piled high with used bedding and cleaning equipment. There was a used cot in the corridor the whole stay. The room was loud, all night with what sounded like children in rooms above running around and banging. Staff were surly and not especially helpful.

Location was excellent.Bed very comfortable.

Location, room, balcony, breakfast

Breakfast pressure to leave the room after closing hours

Great location. Room was excellent. Fab breakfast and pool facilities were really good.

Poolside bar and food service was really slow.

Super schönes Hotel, sehr schicke Zimmer, sehr sauber.

Great spot, lovely staff very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit school dinner

Czysto, dobra lokalizacja

Dużo ludzi, głośno
