Concept, propreté, petit sac avec serviettes, chaussons, pyjama : très bien. Ce que j’ai moins aimé c’est dureté de l’oreiller. J’ai eu très mal dans la nuque et la tête le lendemain matin.

Excellent location and does the job for a cheap and clean women only stay in Tokyo!

Quite noisy with the other guests and not everyone is very considerate of the shared spaces. It is not manned 24/7 so if you have an issue you may be stuck without help for a while.

Probar el hotel cápsula fue mucho mejor experiencia de lo que me pensé inicialmente. Todo muy limpio y cerca de transportes. Si que es verdad que al tener que meter el equipaje en lockers hay que ser organizado. La cápsula es amplia y no da sensación de claustrofobia ninguna. Todo en silencio

Easy to get around from, staff were helpful when needed, everyone was respectful and courteous.

Limited space in the areas with the lockers and to get ready. Often there was a line to get anything done in the morning so if you were in a rush you either got up early or late. I found that while people themselves were quiet in their pods there was a lot of ambient noise from the building itself that filtered in.

The location is great, the facilities are clean, the staff is helpful and they accepted my luggage delivery the day after I checked in, vending machines have toiletries available, very quiet.

I really don’t have any complaints. Just be aware that large luggage must be stored in the locker room outside of the locker and will not be kept in a separate storage room.

15時からしか入れない、15時前の手荷物預りができない。フロントシステムじゃなく、機械でのチェクインがかなり不安だし、わかりにくい

口コミでも見たが、まず、疲れがとれない。ロッカールームが狭くて1人しか使えないくらいに通路が狭い、飲食は9階のみ、シャワーも洗面所も狭いし座れない。ドライヤーも風 弱い。モーニングもカフェの美味しいセットだったが外へでないといけないし、ホントに寝泊まりだけならいいと思う若い方向きかとおもいました。

Het bed is zo hard. Ik heb geen oog dicht gedaan. Er is amper ruimte om je koffer open te leggen en zo heel veel douches en wastafels zijn er niet. Doordat je om 11:00 weg moet zijn is het ook erg druk sochtends. Er is maar 1 lift en daar sta je dan eeuwen op te wachten. Ik had 2 nachten geboekt, maar zag er de 2e dag de hele dag tegenop om weer zo’n slechte nacht te hebben, dus ben ik weg gegaan savonds

I stayed here with my friend since we really wanted to test out capsule hotels. They provided pajamas and slippers. It was clean and the check in was smooth and easy.

In the morning they played loud announcements which disrupted my sleep. And people were also being loud. You can’t close the door to your capsule it’s just a curtain.

ラウンジの空調が効いていなかった。2日目のみだったので、空調の設定ミスか不具合かもしれないが、特に案内はなかった。

The location, close to shinjuku sanchome station which could transfer to any line super fast! And 10 minutes away from the shinjuku crossing and kabukicho, also there was a 7 eleven really close to the property, so convenient! It was clean, and always provided new pajamas, towels and slippers.

There was only one lift and there were no stairs to climb up instead, also that some girls were not thoughtful of everyone’s space, I’d have to wait until they closed their suitcases to get to my locker… Once I left my card key inside my locker on accident and a staff member was so nice and got me another card, thank you so much.

L'emplacement est bien: proche de la station Shinjuku et dans la nightlife. Tu peux facilement marcher à pleins d'attractions, magasins, restaurants et bars.

Le check-in se fait à travers un écran, il n'y a pas de réception. Cela dit, il y a quelqu'un pendant les heures de check-in qui peut physiquement venir t'aider. Les douches et les casiers pour les valises se trouvent aux 3 premiers étages et les étages plus haut sont les capsules. C'est assez loin et encombrant de faire le voyage entre les deux places tenant compte qu'il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur pour les 9 étages.

機会のタッチ入力でチェックインできなかったが、窓口で対応してくれたスタッフがとても感じ良く、初めての利用で案内も適切にご説明して頂けた。細かく質問してもニコニコと安心感を持ちました。 シンプルながらも清潔感があって良かった。 宿泊利用者のマナーが良く以外に静かにゆっくりできました。 睡眠測定リポートは参考になりました。ありがとうございました。

Somente da cama.

Funcionária da tarde/noite otima, da parte da manhã, péssima. Nao atendia. Demorava para responder. Nem um bom dia era capaz de dizer. Nao consegui dormir com barulho de entra e sai. Paguei com cafe da manhã mas recebi somente um. Detestei o lugar. Minha viagem somente melhorou depois que troquei hotel. Infelizmente tive péssima impressões.

Everything was super clean and easy to use. Perfect location because the place is central and also close to the bus terminal. Staff was really friendly and eager to help.

Be mindful with what things you take to your capsule, because otherwise you'll need to run back and forth to the cloak room to take things out of you luggage.

The location is great, no issues with trains if you plan to go out. It looks nice inside.

Those beds are not made for sleeping. A yogamat will provide more support. Not being able to shower or rest during the hottest hours of the day (11.00-15.00) is really, really inconvenient.

Habe leider recht schlecht geschlafen, da sehr stickig. 12 Leute in einem kleinen Raum, dafür braucht es ein besseres Lüftungskonzept.

Great location for Shinjuku station and surrounding areas. Really clean and quiet (however low volume music playing in the room). Staff were really kind. New towel everyday. Competitive pricing for the centre of Tokyo.

Lockers were on a different floor to the bedroom and you are not allowed to take your bags to your room, it felt like a lot of moving up and down the floors and with only one lift for multiple floors this was inconvenient. Mattress and pillow were not comfortable in my opinion. No water filling station, kitchen facilities or refrigerator. During cleaning hours 11am-3pm, you could not be in your pod and were ushered out. Really inconvenient if you were jet lagged or just tired, felt a waste of paying for accommodation. You are given a bag with pyjamas and towel and toothbrush and slippers. Nice touch but these are replaced everyday so you have to dispose of them everyday which felt both wasteful and inconvenient.

Luggage storage and showers on a differnet floor from sleeping pods. the area for teh luggage storage and showers, plus toilets was so cramped only 1 or 2 people could access their luggage at a time. After sight seeing all day and no charge left on my phone I would have appreciated being able to charge my phone in teh sleep pod while I selpt but no this was not an option.

Ich mag Kapsel Hotels gern, das hier fand ich bisschen komisch. Es werden Schlaftests gemacht, das ist auch verpflichtend. Das bedeutet: Im Bett hängt ne Kamera und ich sag’s ehrlich: Hab mich nur so mittelwohl gefühlt. Sonst ist alles geräumig, es wird viel sauber gemacht, ok für ein zwei Nächte.

Para um hostel, a experiência foi realmente muito boa. Vi alguns comentários negativos, mas muitos deles me parecem vir de pessoas que não têm experiência com esse tipo de hospedagem. Em um quarto compartilhado, é completamente normal que pessoas entrem e saiam durante o dia e durante a noite. Sempre que precisei de alguma coisa, fui atendida muito rapidamente, tanto pelo telefone disponível no corredor quanto pelas mensagens aqui no Booking. O fato de o hostel ser exclusivo para mulheres é um grande diferencial. Muitas vezes pagamos por dormitórios femininos em outros hostels e, ainda assim, existem situações desagradáveis nas áreas comuns. Aqui isso não aconteceu. Tudo estava muito limpo e organizado. Há toalhas à vontade, pijama fornecido pelo próprio hostel e a estrutura é muito bem cuidada. A localização também facilita bastante o deslocamento. Dá para conhecer muitos lugares caminhando, o que tornou a viagem muito mais prática. Os armários são ótimos e há um espaço seguro para deixar malas do lado de fora, caso necessário. Também gostei do fato de não precisar levar ou alugar cadeado: todo o sistema é eletrônico, o que torna tudo mais prático e seguro.

O travesseiro deixou bastante a desejar. Era muito duro e, apesar de eu não ser uma pessoa exigente com esse tipo de coisa, ele realmente me causou dores. Em uma viagem em que se anda tanto durante o dia, no fim da noite tudo o que queremos é descansar bem. Outro ponto é que o hostel possui apenas um elevador. Achei que os comentários sobre isso fossem exagerados, mas realmente pode ser um pouco estressante nos horários de maior movimento. Embora eu entenda e respeite a cultura japonesa e o cuidado que existe com o silêncio, um hostel é, por natureza, um ambiente multicultural. Em alguns momentos, na área comum do último andar, pessoas apenas conversavam, faziam uma refeição ou relaxavam após um dia de passeio, e houve situações em que outras hóspedes demonstraram incômodo com esse nível normal de interação. Particularmente, achei essa expectativa de silêncio absoluto um pouco desnecessária para um espaço que existe justamente para convivência. Por fim, embora a localização seja boa, achei os arredores um pouco estranhos durante a noite. Vi uma movimentação que passou sensação de insegurança, com alguns gritos na rua e uma vida noturna que não me pareceu muito tranquila. Não aconteceu nada comigo e foi possível evitar essas áreas, mas, para quem viaja sozinha, esse pode ser um ponto de atenção.

Get option. Very convenient and good facilities. The staff member on site was very helpful. The building and lockers are very secure, you open using the QR code on your keycard.

I was initially assigned an upper capsule which I found really difficult to get out of. However, there was a lower capsule available so I was able to be reassigned.

Location is good, easily accessible to subway.

Only 1 lift, have to wait very long. Many customers didn't pay attention to notice. Very few basins to wash up as well, should have a separate place for dressing up or drying hair.

Birden fazla kişiyseniz hiç uygun bir yer değil. Oturup rahatça sohbet edebileceğiniz bir alan yok. Sosyal alan denilen yer telefonla konuşmak için bile uygun değil. Ses yaparım diye gerilmekten rahat edemezsiniz. Hele balizden bir şey almak, kıyafeti değiştirmek resmen işkence. Bunları ayarlayabileceğimiz bir masa gibi bir şey olmalıydı. Herkes yerlerde sürünüyor. Valizle seyahat eden biri için hijyenik ve rahat asla değil.

experience à faire une fois dans sa vie ; globalement bonne organisation

je cherchais une experience capsule, je pense que j'ai fait un mauvais choix. Ambiance froide, lunaire, je n'étais clairement pas à ma place parmi les travailleuses japonaises. Et je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit, on entend tout, la majorité des colocataires sont rentrées entre minuit et 2 heures, un enfer. Je pensais qu'on était un minimum isolées les unes des autres, ce n'est pas du tout le cas. Et quelle galère pour accéder à ses effets personnels... c'est le jeu mais je ne m'attendais pas à ça

clean beds every day, the staff worked really hard and also will always help if you’ve lost your key or left it in your locker! really big locker for a hostel and a great shared shower area. the common area was a little small and often was always full but it was pretty comfortable. also it was only a 12 mins earlier walk walk to shinjuku station and the other closest station was a 7 mins walk! and it was also next to a lot of nice bars

i had one incident with a rude staff member but other than that it was a nice time

Klimalar çok soğuktu uzun kollu bir pijama giyerseniz ancak yeterli oluyordu, tuvaletlerin içindeki lavabolarda sabun yoktu, ortak dinlenme alanlarında yemek için kaynar su olabilirdi bir de dolaplar büyük boy valizleri saklamak için çok küçük kalıyor

Bed wasn’t super comfy, pods got quite hot, had to be out in the day when they cleaned.

Hadde lyst til å oppleve en capsule-hotell. Senga var veldig behagelig. Dusj- og toalettområdene er rene, og hotellet tilbyr alt man trenger av nødvendigheter som håndklær, pysjamas og toalettartikler. Man får n pakke hver dag. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt.

Dusj- og toaletter kunne ha vært litt større.

רצינו להתנסות בקונספט של קפסולות והיה מעניין. מקבלים פיג'מה, מגבות ועוד כל מיני דברים. יש לאונג' נחמד לישיבה בקומה העליונה. הכל היה נקי ומסודר טוב. מקבלים שובר לארוחת בוקר בבית קפה סמוך- כריך וקפה (אחלה!) אהבתי שזה רק לנשים- מרגיש בטוח. אחרי כמה ימים מקבלים למייל ניתוח של השינה- מעניין דווקא.

הצ'ק אין לקח הרבה זמן- היה תור והמכונות של שניה נתקעו. מבאס שהלוקרים בקומה אחרת. היה גם מבאס שקיבלתי מיטה בקומה שניה, העלייה והירידה לא הכי נוחות. המיטה קטנה, מרגיש קצת קלסטרופובי לפעמים מצלצל שעון מעורר של מישהי אז לא הכי שקט (מקבלים אטמים). בתכלס בעיני לא שווה את המחיר ששילמנו.

O espaço das cápsulas é muito bom. Também gostei do kit de amenities. A localização também é muito boa.

O espaço dos armários e banheiros deveria ser melhor e ter uma limpeza melhor. No momento do check in deveria ser dada a opção de escolher se a cama poderia ser em cima ou embaixo.

駅に近い。 コンセント付きのラウンジがある。 他の宿泊者がルームを間違えて使用していたのでスタッフに問い合わせしたら数分で出向いて、迅速に対応してもらえ、メールも届いた。

夜中にラウンジで大声で話す人がいたり、朝アラームを大音量で何回もかける人がいたり、宿泊者のマナーが悪い。 エレベーターが1台しかない。 ラウンジの自動販売機の種類がもう少しほしいのと現金でも対応できるようにしてほしい。 繁華街が近いので、夜騒がしい。

時間帯によってはロッカーが混み合い荷物が取りにくい。

シャワールームが脱衣所から個室になっておりとても快適です。他の宿泊客も皆マナーが良くて、快適に過ごせました。キャビンも広くて良いです。自分は使いませんでしたが1番上の階のラウンジもオシャレです！

The linen and towels are changed every day. They provide pj, slippers, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner and body gel. So you can travel lightly. We were also able to drop off our luggage before check in. (No luggage storage after check out. But near by station has coin lockers). Good value for money considering great location. Remember it’s low cost option for staying in Tokyo. Don’t expect 5-star facility. It’s clean and well maintained and it is all that matters.

The pillow is…interesting. Feels like a bean bag of an awkward shape. I didn’t find it comfortable. The capsule is not sound proof as it just has privacy screen. Not a big concern for me but might be an issue for some. We stayed for 4 nights and by the end of the stay it was a bit tiring to share the space with strangers.

The hostel has a good location near metro station, supermaket, bars and restaurants; It was a great experience staying in a capsule hostel for the first time and they offer sllep report to the guests, included on the rate. The capsule, the bathrooms and the commom area were absolutely clean and organized. They offer towels, pijamas, slippers and all the toiletries to the guests. This hostel was a great an affordable place to stay near the busiest area of Shinjuku

There´s no reception area so at the begging it was a strange to make my check-in alone in a machine. After that, it was easy to get used to the hostel´s automated system. There´s no breakfast, and also no kitchen to prepare food althoug there was a very nice common area on the top floor, where you can have your meals and relax after a busy day exploring the city. The luggage area near the bathroom was a bit cold because of the air conditioning, which was not good after a hot shower.

Lo practico

Genial ubicación, todo muy limpio y ponen a tu disposición todo lo necesario y más para tener una buena estancia. La bolsa con ropa de dormir, toallas, cepillo de dientes y pantuflas viene genial. Todo muy limpio.

El colchón y la almohada no son lo más cómodo del mundo. No es terrible pero tampoco es para tirar cohetes.

It was my first capsule hotel experience, and I think it was really quiet and fun. The facilities were very clean, the showers were very convenient and even though it was a bit crowded, the fact it was an all-women hotel made me feel very safe. They were very kind and understanding to me. Right outside the door, it's 2-Chome Shinjuku, so it's absolutely the perfect location for pride shenanigans with the girlies. Just don't sleep in the same pod!

The beds were a little hard, but I didn't mind that. The blanket was very comfortable, but the pillow was not very soft. The loungewear they provided was actually quite nice, but the slippers were pretty cheap.

Beds are rock hard as well as pillows in particular. Wasn’t bothered much by other sleepers and the space in the pods wasn’t bad considering the capsular nature but given the hardness of the bed and pillow itself, couldn’t stay in one of these for more than two nights
