Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Staff were great. Easy set up. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Capsules were a good size with tv and personal mirror and light.
The common space is not comfortable. No lounges and smoking room is accessed through this space so the common area smells of cigarettes too. There are no kitchen facilities other than hot water and microwave. No cups etc for making coffee. Beds are hard but that’s to be expected.

I booked this property expecting a standard, secure capsule hotel, but it is actually a poorly maintained shared-room hostel layout with severe safety and hygiene issues. The property is located in an incredibly sketchy, high-risk area of Kabukicho that felt entirely unsafe, especially at night. Inside the facility, the security is practically non-existent. The "capsules" have absolutely no doors—only a basic cloth curtain that cannot be locked. Furthermore, there is no secure luggage storage. All guest bags are left completely exposed in a public, high-traffic common area right next to the open sleeping spaces. To make matters worse, the property was highly unsanitary. The communal spaces and facilities were dirty and poorly cleaned. As a solo traveler, I felt so vulnerable and unsafe due to the lack of security, filth, and dangerous surroundings that I had to abandon my booking immediately upon arrival. I left right away and paid out of pocket to stay at a safe hotel elsewhere. I strongly advise travelers, especially solo women, to avoid this property if you value cleanliness, basic room security, and your personal safety.

夏場は個人差や泊まる部屋の位置もあるかもしれないですが、毎回暑くて少し寝苦しい。ブラインドを開けておけばそこそこマシにはなりますが……暑がりの人は置型ハンディファンとかを持ち込んで置くと良いかも。

The hotel closes from 11am until 3pm, they literally tell you that you HAVE to leave the hotel and can’t come back until after that time. I know it’s done to clean, but there was a day when I wasn’t feeling so well and I couldn’t lay down on my bed or shower because of this.

First, immediately upon my arrival I was verbally attacked by at least two staff members at once, demanding I remove my shoes. I didn't mind removing my shoes, but I did not enjoy the attack. Second, My shoes, once removed, were locked away in one spot, my backpack in another, my larger travel bag in yet another spot, and the capsule I slept in was somewhere else again. In short, my belongings and I were distributed across four different locations on three different floors of the building. Furthermore, the larger travel bag was not secured in the room it was in, anyone could have wandered in and rifled through it if they wished.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The public washing facilities were nice. However, note that there are no private washing facilities, so if you don't want to shower or bathe with random dudes, this place is probably not for you.
THEY KICK YOU OUT AT 11AM EVERY DAY. Annoying AF. When I am tired and hungover, I want to be able to rest in the bed I paid for.... I don't want to be kicked out into a typhoon and have to lie half dead in the streets for 4 hours before being given the privilege of being allowed to go back to bed. Also, the lockers are on the reception floor and the lifts are really slow.

Het is gehorig en dat maakt dat je niet heel comfortabel slaapt. Logisch als je met zoveel onbekenden in een ruimte slaapt. Dat is iets waar je voor kiest natuurlijk!

Las cápsulas están un poco viejunas. Hay una TV dentro de la cápsula (que no se necesita) y quita espacio, da más sensación de agobio. Esto es independiente al alojamiento pero había un grupo de rusas jóvenes con sus profesoras que estuvieron hablando y haciendo ruido hasta las 12 am lo que hizo que el resto de huéspedes durmiésemos peor.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026W hotelu spałam tylko jedną noc, ponieważ chciałam sprawdzić, jak to jest zatrzymać się w takim miejscu — wcześniej nigdy nie miałam okazji. Hotel znajduje się w samym centrum, a mimo to było bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Do dyspozycji były kosmetyki, piżamka, ręczniki, kapcie oraz kapsuła do spania. Każdy miał również własną szafkę na klucz, chociaż była ona niewielka i nie zmieściła się w niej walizka. Była też wspólna sala, w której można było usiąść i poczytać. W cenie pobytu było również śniadanie w postaci bułki i napoju. Dla mnie było to bardzo ciekawe i miłe doświadczenie, które zdecydowanie warto było sprawdzić. Na dłuższy pobyt wybrałabym jednak miejsce, w którym mam więcej prywatności. Polecam osobom, którym nie przeszkadzają wspólne warunki i które chcą spróbować czegoś innego.

Extrem alt, eng, verstaubt. Die Lüftung in den Kapseln funktioniert nicht gut, uralte Kapseln mit Röhren- TV! Männer sind auf anderer Ebene als Frauen- für Familien daher unpassend. Sind nach 15 min wieder weg.

夜中、韓国？の方の話し声がうるさかった。各国の風習マナーが違うので仕方がないですが。7月初旬の利用だったが布団がジトッと湿気を感じた

Check out obligatoire tous les jours. Metal rouillé dans certain bain du sento. Les chambre du 6ème sont juste au dessus d'un karaoke donc on entend parfois les gens chanter. Pas de clim dans la capsule

They make you leave for 4 hours a day! They nickle and dime you for things like a towel. They play this incredibly loud, ear pericing recording over the intercom in the morning. Seriously, you'll get hearing damage from it. There's no air conditioning in your pod and they keep the sleeping floors close to 80 degrees F. It's bad, choose another place.

L’établissement était sale, pas de vue sur l’extérieur, contraignant avec l’échange de clé/ chaussures, toujours beauuuucoup de monde à la réception. La cabine était vieille, oppressante, sale, pas confortable. Le matelas est aussi épais qu’une phalange.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026繁華街の近くだけど宿泊費が高くない。男性女性とフロア分けされている。アメニティとして部屋着とバスタオルフェイスタオルと簡易スリッパがロッカーにセットされている。(購入することもできる)。寝る所とシャワー&トイレルーム、ロッカールームが扉で区切られているから騒音がそこまでしない。寝る所はTVが付いていた(使用してないので詳細不明)。シーツ類が清潔だった。
人が多いのもあり、看板が見えづらくしばらく探した。エレベーターが1基しかないため結構待つ。下駄箱が外出すればその都度場所が変わるのが地味に面倒。寝る所が今回は上だったが登るのが少し大変。朝方女性専用ルームなのに外国人の男性が中に入って入り口付近でパソコンを使っていたので入り口の暗証番号によるセキュリティはあまり機能していないと思われる。

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026大浴場があるのでリラックスできた 今回は歩き回る仕事での出張だったので疲れをとることができた サウナもあるので好きな人にはお勧め また、4階のリラックスエリアはコンセントも多くスペースがあり、テレビも見れる 空調も良く効いている 4階にはスーツケース置き場があるので、海外からくるような大きなスーツケースを持っていても泊まれるカプセルホテルとして便利
4階のリラックスエリアの喫煙所の扉のドアノブが老朽化していて、閉まり切らない状態で臭いが漏れていた 早く修理して欲しい エレベーターのどちらが使えるのか、矛盾した張り紙が貼ってあって分かりづらかった

Total veraltet, alles eng und verschachtelt gebaut ( nicht nur die Kapseln), uralte Fernseher in den Kapseln, es muffelt alles, keine gute Durchlüftung der Kapseln
