Reviewed Sep 14, 2026La ubicación muy buena. Las habitaciones mucho más amplias que lo que nos hemos encontrado otras veces en Tokyo y Japón en general (aún así no son grandes). ¡Super silencioso!
Si buscas zonas comunes, no es tu hotel, no cuenta con muchos servicios a parte de un bar self-service y un par de lavadoras. El extractor del baño olía a comida pocha, era eso porque apagandolo dejaba de oler.

夜中に火災報知機がなり火事です、避難して下さいとアナウンスされ、7階から外階段で１階まで避難した。 結局 ６階の客が間違えて押したようで火事はなかったんですが、ホテル側の避難に対する指示が全く無かった。 ◆避難経路は部屋に貼ってあったがまさか外階段だとは思わなかったので足が悪い高齢の母がケガをしないか無事降りるまで非常に怖かった ◆外階段でおりて扉があり、なぜか入り口の前に土のうが置かれていて、鍵は空いていた。鍵がかかっていたら出られなかったのでそれは良かったのだが、ホテルはカードキーが無くては入れないシステムなのに非常扉に鍵がかかってないと外部から簡単に侵入できるセキュリティに問題を感じた。あと、土のうをまたぐのが高齢の母には大変でしたし、 ◆実際外に出るとたいして、人も避難しておらず、私のフロアの人達だけが避難してるようだった。他の階の警報器は鳴らなかったのか？もっとパニックになってるかと思ったのだがあまり避難してなくて驚いた ◆ホテルの方もパニックだったのか、従業員の方から何も説明なく2階のフロントに客が聞きに行って始めて間違いだと知った。 ◆間違いだとわかり部屋には戻ったが、ホテル側から館内放送で説明してくれるまでかなり時間がかかった ◆誤作動だとわかって不安で眠れず最悪でした。 ホテル自体は悪くないが、今回の事でホテルの緊急時に対して対応があまりにも悪く不安を抱きました。 今後、最悪の事態が起きないように緊急時の避難誘導をしっかり改善して頂きたいです。

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026最大の魅力は、駅近で、地下道を通り行けて、地上出口からも近い。更にスタッフ全員の接客が素晴らしい。常に笑顔で丁寧。外国人スタッフもいたけど、変わりなく素晴らしい接客に感心。コンパクトなホテルだが、今まで宿泊した大きなホテルの接客より個人的には素晴らしいと思った。是非、今後も東京旅行の際は利用させていただきたい。

The also have a self serve drink and soup bar open after breakfast which we appreciated after returning from being in the heat all day.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The location is excellent! The cleanliness is also outstanding, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. There are lots of skincare product samples, which is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service!
The single room is very small. Even in a single room, the bed could be queen-size. The hotel is surrounded by other buildings, so the room had very little natural light and no view. There is no swimming pool, which I knew beforehand, but I still missed having one.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026All the staff I have met were very helpful and friendly. The hotel provides really nice amenities, including hotsprings bathing salt. I have to leave for three days to attend matsuri in the Tohoku region, the hotel is able to store my luggage and have it in my room when I return, which I really appreciated.
The bed and pillow are both too hard for me.

Hot and cold Drinks are free at the reception area including some small stuff for quick skin pampering. .With luggage storage while enjoying the rest of the day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Salute to the cleaning dep't. who maintained the rooms and overall cleanliness. Happy to come back..
No sugar provided in the room.. Only coffee, creamer and tea are available.

Staff are not friendly. No replenishment of amenities and bottle water for my stay for 3 nights ( I put Do not disburb sign outside my room). It seemed that the lifts stop at reception floor every time, which is a bit annoying. No convenient store downstairs and nearby ones are few minutes away.

I had a very disappointing experience with the taxi service arranged by the hotel reception. I booked a transfer to Narita Airport through the reception and was told three separate times that the fare would be ¥8,800. However, when we arrived at the airport, the driver charged us ¥33,000 instead.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el Hotel Monte Hermana. El precio muy asequible. Ha sido todo un acierto la reserva. Totalmente recomendable.
Los baños generalmente suelen ser pequeños pero se ve que es lo normal en Japón.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026a block and half from the Tokyo Station which we loved. Small room but clean, comfortable. Staff was super friendly. We stayed 3 nights and then going on a side trip to Kyoto for 2 nights and we then returning to the hotel for 1 night before we left Japan. The front desk offered to keep out luggage, which I wasn't even thinking of asking. When we checked in for our 1 night stay before leaving Japan our luggage was already in our room. So efficient.
It was a bit expensive but I think Tokyo hotel rooms are. Because the location was good and everything was nice at the hotel it was good.
