Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Sin lugar a duda lo mejor es su ubicación estratégica al lado de la estación de Tokio, luego el hotel es de reciente construcción, impecablemente limpio, el personal es muy amable y servicial, y en nuestra reserva pedimos con desayuno incluido el cual no nos decepcionó, la habitación de tamaño correcto para hacer Tokio y de verdad toda la experiencia fue fabulosa.
Absolutamente nada.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We stayed here for one night because it was close to Tokyo Station and was leaving Tokyo to Izu through Tokyo Station. Only positive aspect is that it's super close to the station (5 min walk) and the room was clean enough. But other than that, would not recommend if you were coming to Tokyo and will stay multiple nights.
This is the smallest room i've ever stayed at in Tokyo. The bathroom was also tiny, would not recommend if you are bigger framed, cuz the bathroom was uncomfortable for both myself and my boyfriend and we are normal built, so I can only imagine if someone who was a little bigger tried to use their bathroom. Also the room was so small you can barely fit two luggages, we had to open our luggages agains the door. So don't stay here if you are going to stay multiple nights, only use it as a night transfer to be close to the station.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top, il y a très peu de choix.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Location, safety, facilities and how easy it was to get to Tokyo station., it was literally 1 min or max 2 min walk. All the amenities were right at the door step. Easy accept Shinjuku or Shibuya. Walking distance to Robot Cafe ( it was an excellent experience) Helpful staff . Room was ok, we had a big wall of the next door building as a view. It’s understandable as it’s located so centrally!!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026東京駅から近くて素泊まりに丁度よいと思いました。ライブの後の宿泊先として利用しましたが、大雨でずぶ濡れで帰ってきて夏場ですが室内のエアコンが自己調節可能で暖房も使えたので本当に助かりました。ジュースやコーヒー、スナックも自由にいただけて必要最低限のアメニティも揃っていて不自由なく利用させていただきました
特にありませんが、室内の床の清掃は学校レベルでした。フツーに髪の毛とかかなり落ちてるし

The breakfast is a joke. No space, sometime overfloaded and they invited me to collect my food and eat in my room!?!? The coffe machine making one of the most horrible caffeLatte even tested. One day we left the hotel 10minutes before 7.00am and as we have the Shinkansen 7.15am I was keen to grab same croissant or pan au chocolate. There was No Way to convince them to allowed me to get something. They said 7.00 whitout exception. I understand the time line but being inflexible like that doesn't make sense to me as the food was already displayed... If the breakfast is a top point for you look somewhere else.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The location was very close to both Tokyo station and Nihombashi station so very easy to get to other districts. Staff were helpful as we thought we had lost our umbrella at the reception lounge but staff had taken it in and found it for us quite quickly. We took a bus limousine to and back narita airport and the station was located just a street away so was very happy about the location of the hotel. Close to both family mart and 7/11 so midnight snacks wasn't an issue :)
The room was slightly small so it barely fit a family of four with 4 large suitcases, otherwise it was perfect.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. When I was unable to speak Japanese in the morning, the young man I called at the front desk spoke with me in (completely fluent) English and helped me take my suitcases (I had many) to and from my room.

El personal es muy amable y hay un servicio de bebida y snacks gratis después del desayuno hasta las 7:00 (que empieza el siguiente turno del desayuno). Posibilidad de prepararte tu desayuno si tienes prisa para take away.
La zona del desayuno es pequeña y poca variedad del desayuno, pero la calidad de lo que hay está muy bien

As we stayed for only a single night we do not have anything negative to note.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Como en el resto de hoteles de este viaje de negocios elegí hoteles cerca de la estación de tren, está muy cerca del centro y personal con un ingles alto para lo que es Japon, cosa que no suele suceder a menudo, es uno de esos hoteles que te ponen Pijama que es muy graciosos por que en Europa no lo encuentras en ningún lado, aunque personalmente no lo utilizo
No puedo poner nada que no me gustara, incluso tienen servicio de paraguas gratuito para los clientes por si llueve que fue el caso, es una opción muy recomendable relación calidad precio

What we did not like that much was the breakfast. The food was not that good, variety limited and the area for the breakfast was noisy and had not much privacy.

Gadget spazzolino dentifricio cuffie ventaglio acqua gratis e caffè agli ospiti anche se nn prendevano la colazione. pigiama cambiato ogni giorno. Spray x le scarpe. Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff. Camera tripla piu grande della media.
Colazione buona e di qualità ma un poco limitata come scelta.

En una de las habitaciones el wc estaba es el mismo cuarto de la ducha, muy pequeňo y claustrofobico. Las duchas muy pequeňas y muy bajas. La almohada olía a tabaco. No estaba tan limpio como el resto de hoteles en los que estuvimos en Japón.
Las duchas que eran muy pequeñas y la limpieza.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026地點超讚，離東京車站非常近，要去任何地點或機場都非常方便。櫃檯人員友善有禮，每天下午都有飲料跟零食可以吃，門口有磅秤可量行李，如果有需要盥洗用品跟保養品，飯店也有小包裝的可以拿取。我們這間房間3人房都是舒服的單人床，不是雙人床加一個沙發床，讓我們每個人都能好好休息，真的很推。
廁所裏沒有洗手乳，上完廁所要出來浴室外的洗手台洗手。如果有人在洗澡把拉門關起來就要等一下。

Aamupalanurkkausta ei tehnyt mieli edes kokeilla. Huone oli varsin siisti ja erittäin toimiva, vaikka todella ahdas. Huone haisi lievästi homeelle.

We stayed on the 4th floor, which had a smoking room, along with the 9th floor if I remember correctly. On most nights, it wasn't a problem, but there was one night where we can smell cigarette smoke in our room.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Very convenient location near Tokyo Station and the staff were extremely friendly. Even though we didn't have any breakfast it was nice that there was still tea/coffee and biscuits available to us.
The room was quite cramped for 3 people and being bigger guys the shower stall was also a bit limited. Additionally, it would've been nice if there was some water provided as it was peak summer.
