Avilia Suites

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It has an excellent location near the waterfront, and the owners have thought of absolutely everything imaginable. The comfortable furniture, cleanliness, and welcoming staff left a very positive impression.

Everything was excellent

Perfect location Extremely helpful staff on duty at all times Nothing was too much trouble and always happy to assist My daughter really enjoyed the gym facilities

Nothing to dislike really. Maybe a single electric hob would be very useful and also a toaster We will be back and would highly recommend

Great location, free parking, super clean, comfortable bed, suite was spacious, staff was friendly, and the gym was equipped with everything we needed

Nothing

Everything was super nice! Really great location, next to the shore and all restaurants, but super quiet, and on the other side it’s only 2 minutes from bus stop to the beaches or to buses to Oludeniz. Lots of migros of different sizes😄 The room was very big, with great AC and very clean, everything smelled very nice! Great huge bed🙌 Also great hosts! Thanks once again🧡 There’s a nice gym and swimming pool, perfect for a hot day. Don’t even know what else to add, we’ve really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay here once again!

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The location was convenient, making it simple to get around and explore the area. Staff were great and we got a free room upgrade which we were very pleased about.

Honestly, everything was great and met my expectations.

Nada

The pool was wonderful. Property very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful

Nothing . All good 👍

The staff was really helpful and accommodating, and the facilities were nice and new. The location was also really good - away from the crowded old town, but still close enough to walk there. We definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and helpful hosts

Nothing

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, lovely pool area!!

Perfect experience from start till the very end. The villa is modern, clean and is a very nice place to spend your time. The location is very close to old city center and lots of restaurants, yet in a quiet place away from noise. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming.

Very clean, spacious apartment.

First time a hotel has been better than the advertised pictures, immaculate. The comfiest bed, staff were so helpful and the location was perfect. A 5 min walk and we were at the harbour with a choice of beautiful restaurants. 15 min walk to centre of town and a big supermarket 5 mins away. Kitchen came with cutlet and cleaning gel for the washing machine. Amazing

Nothing it was perfect

Location is good, staff friendly, bonus hotel has little gym!

Price slightly bigger than average

Nos pareció un buen lugar, cómodo. El personal muy amable y buena ubicación

convenient spot in fethiye, wasnt too far to drive to the restaurants/old town. gym facilities were good, a pity we didnt have time to use the pool. washing machine and laundry rack was a godsend. definitely will consider coming back if i'm in fethiye

slightly dusty when we got there but got rectified promptly when we told the reception. music from the bar nearby went on till 3am, probably why they provided ear plugs.

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and had all the facilities. Slightly outside of the old town but we enjoyed the short walk or e-scooter into the town . The cafes and restaurants across the main road were also enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. The staff, were very friendly and always willing to help us.

Very clean and modern room. Location is great and the staff at the reception very kind and helpful. There is Starbucks just few meters away and there was no noise at night so we had a great time at Avilia.

Smart clean and perfect location

Nothing

Great location. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Room was clean and plenty of space

Nothing,

Very clean rooms and public spaces and the pool. Staff were very helpful. Location was perfect for us. The suite was comfortable and spacious and the hot-tub was very nice

The kitchen is not very equipped. It would be difficult to cook a meal (but there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby). The noise from the next door restaurant is still an issue and continues late. Earplugs are provided.

Hotel is lovely, clean, modern, comfortable

The restaurant next door, Onalar, plays loud music and the drums are really loud as late as 1:30 a.m.

Nothing.

Location and facilities

This is my second time at avilia and everything is as always perfect. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service all round. 10 mins out from city centre via taxi. All amenities are close by.

Location is great. Many restaurants and cafes are within a walking distance. The facilities include well equipped gym, swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. We enjoyed this stay for many reasons. The staff were also kind and helpful and the hotel was clean and well equipped.

NA

A nice well fitted out apartment away from the hustle and bustle in Fethiye. Ideal for a longer stay with cooktop enabling you to make breakfast and easy meals. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely.

Absolutely everything you need in one place - swimming pool, gym and washing machine. The guys on reception were really helpful and there was also a paper with some great tips about local restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay at Avilia Suites and I'd definitely book here again if I am back in Fethiye!

The staff were so lovely. The gym was the best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. It was all so pleasant and peaceful

The only downfall is the music from a bar nearby (it wasn’t every night). But they provide earplugs which were useful

The best hotel gym we have ever been to! Walking distance to restaurants but within 20minutes. It’s a little out of the main strip. The pool was closed but looked lovely for summer! Carparking was street parking but in a safe spot

Only the location wouldn’t be ideal for solo traveler to walk to restaurants and bars at night alone due to backstreet location of hotel away from main areas

Super clean. Great rooms and comfortable stay. Staff were sweet and helpful with any request.

The staff was very friendly and the accommodation was a short walk to the pier and all the cafes. They even reached out to us asking if we would like an earlier check in time and helped arrange activities with pick up and drop. I definitely recommend staying here if you visit Fethiye.

NA

The location is perfect, the place is amazing and newly built. The gym room is well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly

Nothing about the property itself but there were some late night parties nearby.

Everything

Very good location in a quiet area. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Clean and well equipped

Clean and comfortable place to stay, location is a short walk to central fethiye. Very close to some lovely restaurants on the Harbour. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My second time staying here and will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff at Avilia suites for being so accommodating and helpful.

Modern and clean.

It was easy to communicate with personal and also the owner.

Suites are very well kept. Mr. Can (front desk) was extremely helpful with answering our inquiries (tours/activities, transport). Good location and within a 5-7 walk to the water/commercial area.

Very clean and well kept. Great facilities, nice gym and pool.

Construction next door during the day and bar music in the evenings.

Clean, spacious, extremely kind and helpful staff. The location was a short walk from the beautiful marina which had many authentic Turkish restaurants and led to the old town of Paspatur. The staff could not be more kind or helpful

We came with car and had a parking spot directly in front of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Always interested in their guests and very eager to guarantee a great stay. The room was spacious with a quiet AC. I highly recommend this hotel, as it is perfectly placed (close to the water and restaurants) and has a lot of advantages including a clean refreshing pool and a gym.

Unfortunately, the hotel is next to a restaurant/bar that plays very loud music some days until midnight or 1 AM. However, the hotel provides earplugs which come in handy.

- pool - location is good - was not noisy at night, though maybe we just got lucky - clean room - room decor is very good - staff is very friendly

Amazing place. Another reason to visit Fethiye. It is clear that everyone at the hotel values quality and customer satisfaction above everything. We stayed in the room with a cozy balcony where you can enjoy evenings having some drinks. Small but very clean and well-maintained swimming pool. Shower and other room facilities are also very good. Location is also excellent, 5-10 minutes walk to Fethiye kordon. Very special thanks to Can bey and Mete bey from the reception. They are very friendly, know a lot about the city, including places to visit and eat, and always ready to help by assisting in arranging the tours and etc. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next Fethiye visit.

One of the best I stayed at everything was super clean

Gym was amazing and price for money too. Modern facilities and spacious room that can fit easily 5

Check out was a bit early

Very clean rooms! The pool was gorgeous, with fresh towels easily available. The shower had a good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable! We had no issues with noise but we did stay mid-week! Location is close to nice restaurants near the water. Very sweet hosts and receptionists who also booked a boat trip for us! Would highly recommend

The suites were beautiful contemporary and very clean. The pool and pool area was tranquil and peaceful and our suite opened onto the pool. John the Manager was wonderful very friendly and exceptionally helpful in every way. Great parking out the front of the building and only a very short walk to the promenade. Mini mart a few steps away and lots of eating places. Old town a 10 minute drive.

Nothing absolutely loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, always spaces by the pool, very clean and the hotel itself is in a great location next to some of the finest restaurants in Fethiye. Staff were amazing, so helpful.

The staff was amazing - they stayed up with me to welcome my friend into the property after 12pm (delayed flight) and they were so generous. Offering us water and coffee in their outdoor sitting area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My partner found stairs difficult as he has COPD.

It was an excellent stay with Avilia Suites. The location was perfect, not too close and not too far from Center. Parking is easy, just outside the residence. Kodus to John at the reception, he oriented us well on what to visit, eat and other recommendations. We highly recommend Avilia Suites.

None

The room, the pool, the friendliness of the staff, the good tips for getting around and seeing things in Fethiye, and the tips for restaurants.

Nothing

Avilia Suit is a lovely place to stay if visiting Fethiyhe. The facilities are modern and homely. Can and Mete at reception make sure to make you feel very welcome. They give great recommendations on local restaurants and things to see and do.

Exceptional stay in a great location, situated right beside the promenade with many restaurants to choose from and a 20 mins stroll from the old town. Staff went above and beyond and were very helpful. The pool and general facilities were also perfect.

The room did not have cooking facilities, however we were provided with a microwave

Very comfortable and clean. It would have been even better if a breakfast had been included

Great accommodation. Staff were excellent

The staff was amazing and the owners were helpful. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. There was a little bit of noice from the next door bar but the manager moved us to a quieter room for the rest of our stay. The location is amazing and easily accessible to Fethiye's boardwalk and city center.

Noise wasn't a dealbreaker since we were able to move rooms but it is something to factor in. The hotel is kind and provides ear plugs as well.

The suite was spacious and bright. We had some kitchen facilities (not all rooms here do). The staff were delightful and could not have done anything more to be helpful. Everyone spoke near perfect English.

Saturday night was a little noisy next door. This had been anticipated by the staff who warned us that Saturdays can be like that and they provided earplugs (without being asked). The other nights were quiet.

I do not know where to start. Everything was perfect. Mr Can at the reception was very kind, friendly and helpful. He behaved like someone from family. He informed, helped and directed us about every topic, a tourist can need in a new city. Hotel location is great; near to many cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and has high quality equipment. Definitely worth for money. We are glad that we stayed there. I would like to thank them again for doing their job excellently.

The property was outstanding , it was exceptional clean and tidy. Our room was very well organised. All the staff from the Co owner to reception staff and cleaning team were all attentive and any information was given and so helpful. The apartment is located close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return and stay here again . We loved it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nothing to say as we liked everything 😀

Perfect location! The rooms were bright, clean and modern, they had everything we needed. The host at reception was amazing and super helpful, each day they would check everything was ok! We loved our stay at Avilia Suites and would definitely stay here again, thank you

Nothing, everything was great!

Everything was excellent. The room is beautiful, comfortable and big. The hotel is always clean and Onur and his brother are great hosts. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
