Staff, location and room cleanliness

Swimming pool was closed during my stay and I was not informed when booking. If I was informed, I would not have booked this hotel as I was looking forward to using the big pool.

Leuke familiekamers, direct aan het zwembad. Op zaterdag was er een schuimparty, heel leuk georganiseerd.

Miste wat beleg bij het ontbijt (ham/kaas). Daarnaast hebben de familiekamers geen terras, dat mis je als je nog even buiten wilt zitten als je kinderen liggen te slapen.

Merci au staff, toujours souriant, toujours la pour aider. Je les adore. Mention special pour Ice et Ron😉L’hotel est incroyable, comme a chaque fois que je viens ici. Votre boss peut etre fier de l’equipe qu’il a la chance d’avoir et qui gère avec merveille les demandes et les requêtes des clients parfois exigeants. Les chambres sont incroyables.

A brilliant property to stay at. The staff were amazing, the room comfortable and clean, the facilities- breakfast, pool bar, pool, deck chairs all great. Worth every penny to stay here.

We’ve been travelling for 3 months around the world and this has been our favourite hotel so far. First off the rooms are massive and the bed is big and comfy too. The staff are so lovely and breakfast was great. A highlight for us was the pool and swim up bar, they have great deals, the cocktails are fab and it was always very calm and peaceful.

Présence de cafard dans le buffet (petit déjeuner). Des personnes sont rentrés dans ma chambre alors que j'y étais ! Ils avaient une carte comment cela se fait il?

Rooms were large with comfortable beds. Strong WiFi Balcony had views of both the pool and mountains. Pools were clean and had plenty of seating. Hotel is set up a country road, so quiet at night. Hotel shuttle several times a day to Ao Nang beach. Friendly drivers.

OK, the food! Breakfast is catered towards the Muslim customer. Chicken curry's, chicken sausage, chicken ham. Chicken chicken every day! Extremely rude female Chef, I asked her if she could make an omelette for me, rolled her eyes and nearly threw it at me. Food quality isn't great, hard half cooked potatoes in a masaman curry. Broken equipment in fitness rooms, toilets on 2nd floor locked. So you had to return to lobby, walk through the dining room to get to toilet if using the gym. Hotel room door broken, wouldn't close. Maintenance man just shoved the broken piece of wood back in! Kept sticking all of my stay. Accommodation staff not replacing items in rooms, no tea bags, cotton buds etc. Finally, roof top pool, very young kids without swimwear using it. Not nice, could be an accident. Eurgh!

Alles was top. Vriendelijke personeel. Goed ontbijt. Fijne kamers. Goede faciliteiten.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privaten Pool. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und ist geräumig und luxuriös. Der Innenpool und der Infinity Pool sind schön angelegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hat uns nach der Frühstückszeit etwas zum essen gebracht. Das nenne ich Service. Die Lage etwas weiter weg und dafür wesentlich ruhiger Nachts!

Der private Pool wird nicht vom Housekeeping gereinigt. Sonst gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

عدم السماح بالدخول قبل الساعة 15:00 لو بنصف ساعة فقط حتى وان كانت الغرفة جاهزة ..المناشف وخاصة تبع المسبح مهترية ومتقطعة بشكل مخجل.

Swimming pool jacuzzi is not working near Swimming bar and also prices very expensive in Swimming bar

Aircon, water pressure. Breakfast was sumptuous with a large spread. Staff were nice and friendly. Convenient scooter rental.

Only 1 key card was given, better if got 2.

De kamers, zwembaden, lobby en ontbijtruimye zijn ruim, mooi en schoon. Het personeel erg vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt buiten de drukte, er is een gratis shuttlebus, lopen kan ook en een taxi is met een minuut geregeld dus de rust is heerlijk. Het uitzicht vanaf het rooftop zwembad is heel mooi. Beneden kun je lekker bij het/vanuit het zwembad een drankje doen of zelfs eten. Het was een rustpunt in een drukke reis. De beste accommodatie voor ons in Thailand.

Very responsive,helpful,we remain without water at around 11 pm and we asked at reception if they can provide us 2 bottles of water,and they did that without hesitation,i really recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed here and, while there were positive aspects, the room experience fell short in a few areas. There was a persistent, foul sewer smell coming from the bathroom floor drain that made the room quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the amenities were lacking: the TV provided was surprisingly small, and there was no proper storage space for clothes—only a single, small hanger. For a property of this standard, I expected better maintenance and more practical room furnishings.

We had a great stay at Infinity Aonang Krabi. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean. One of the highlights was the fast Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection of food. The hotel also has two swimming pools, including a rooftop pool that stays open until 10:00 PM, which was a great bonus. If we ever visit Krabi again, we would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again. P.S. Greetings to Ron from the bar by the lower pool! Best wishes, Ela & Arek from Poland 😊

Spotless clean, big spacious rooms and lovely staff. Bus shuttle a great service.

No wardrobe or drawer space for clothes. Had to live out of a case in a family room. Complementary tray only has coffee facilities and no tea for tea drinkers

The facility is good. The most important is they got shuttle van to take us travel to aonang beach or nearby

Some of the staff is not really know about hotel information that will cause us need to wait them some time… even we are rushing… the mosquito and fly is everywhere. I think can improve regarding this matter. The location to ao nang is bit distance away from hotel around 10mins driving. If walk I think need 25-30mins

Es ist etwas abgelegen vom Trubel, was auf gar keinen Fall ein Nachteil ist. Das Hotel bietet ein kostenloses Shuttle und über Grab kostet es nicht mal 100 bath zum Nachtmarkt in der Nebensaison.

The hotel was nice, big rooms, clean! Has 2 great swimming pools! Location is great near the main road in Ao Nang!

Food can be better

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, recommend for couples as it’s away from the families and close to the infinity pool up top. This is our second stay here as we enjoyed our first stay so much, it’s relaxed and the staff really make this place. They are all so helpful and friendly.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast in my opinion, especially the coffee. But I’m western so just less options for my tastes (that doesn’t mean bad). They are catering to a lot of cultures and it was possible to get fruit & freshly cooked eggs every day so I can’t complain.

- le check in a 15:00, je n’avais pas fait attention lors de ma réservation, c’est vraiment exagéré… Si vraiment les femmes de ménage ont besoin de 3h, je me permets de vous conseiller de décaler le check out à 11:00 pour un check in à 14:00. En Thaïlande, il fait nuit à 18:30, alors faire un check in à 15:00… Il y a encore quelques années c’était 12:00, puis 13:00, aujourd’hui c’est 14:00, et pour la première fois je viens d’expérimenter 15:00 dans cet hôtel… Bientôt le check in à 18:00 ?!… Vraiment, c’est un gros point faible, que je vous recommande de corriger, en toute bienveillance. - le lit était très dur, j’ai eu mal au dos pendant 2 jours après être rentré chez moi. - la climatisation, même réglée au minimum de sa ventilation, c’était assourdissant ! Je ne sais pas si c’est pareil dans toutes les chambres, mais la mienne c’était compliqué de dormir, vraiment (chambre C205). - une canette de bière à 140 baht au bar de la piscine, c’est trop… C’est presque le prix de 3 grandes bouteilles en magasin.

Très bon hôtel, les chambres sont propres, personnel gentil. Petit déjeuner ok. Assez loin du centre à pieds mais ok si vous prenez un grab.

Absolutely nothing was 2 days like nightmare

I took a room with private pool, to be comfortable with my family, but nothing was private not the pool not even the room, alot of little fly’s was stack in the window in the next morning, and a giant lazer was there to eating them, started to ask them to come and clean from 10 they came at 17:00 after a 7 times i asked them to came.

Tôi ở phòng B622, phòng rất đẹp ngoại trừ bồn cầu. Họ dán một cảnh báo không được vứt bất cứ thứ gì vào bồn cầu, bao gồm cả giấy vệ sinh. Tuy nhiên, kể cả không vất gì vào thì hệ thống xả nước bồn cầu và hệ thống thoát nước bồn cầu rất tệ, chậm, và không thể cuốn trôi tất cả. Tôi đã đến lễ tân 2 lần để trình bày về vấn đề này, tuy nhiên họ có sửa nhưng không hoàn toàn giải quyết được vấn đề nên suốt 7 ngày lưu trú tôi chỉ dám đi tiểu, còn muốn đi đại tiện tôi sẽ đi ra bên ngoài nhà vệ sinh gần bể bơi. Và thật nực cười là bồn cầu nhà vệ sinh ở bể bơi lại không dán bất cứ cảnh báo nào về việc không được vất bất cứ thứ gì vào bồn cầu. Dường như khách sạn đã biết vấn đề ở bồn cầu phòng B622 nên đã dán cảnh báo ở đó và không cố gắng sửa chữa vấn đề. Thật áp lực trong vòng 7 ngày ở tại phòng B622, chỉ sợ nếu khách sạn đổ lỗi do tôi và phạt 5000 bath mặc dù tôi chẳng có lỗi nào. Ngoài điều này ra thì mọi thứ đều tốt, đội ngũ nhân viên vô cùng niềm nở.

Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr oberflächlich. Einmal haben die frischen Handtücher gefehlt, ein anderes Mal wurde vergessen die Kosmetiktücher nachzufüllen. Oberflächen wurden schlampig.

Staff, accogliente e disponibile, buona colazione, tutti gentilissimi.

Unica pecca, l'aria condizionata in stanza si spegne quando esci, al rientro trovi intorno ai 40gradi in stanza (di giorno) e avendo in minifrigo veramente piccolo in stanza non puoi lasciare praticamente nulla perche si cuoce.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es gibt gute Lichtverhältnisse und viele Spiegel im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es war immer sehr sauber.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Pool gebucht. Tatsächlich hatten wir erwartet, dass es privater ist. Die Pools sind zu dem grossen Pool ausgerichtet und mit einem Gebüsch getrennt. Da gibt es Lücken, man kann also durchschauen. Mir ist zwar nicht aufgefallen, dass das jemand gemacht hat, aber ich hatte mir den Bereich etwas privater vorgestellt.

Toilette trop restreint, et le style de parois qui ferme les toilettes est pas top (nous aimons notre intimité au toilette et là on voyait la silhouette de la personne - gênant). Petit déjeuner répétitif et pas plus varié que ça.

距離Ao Nang Beach車程約5分鐘，飯店有免費接駁車；距離主要道路(4203公路)步行約6分鐘，路上有按摩店、大賣場；房間、廁所都很大，陽台超級舒適。

接駁車營運時間到下午就結束了。

Do tohoto hotelu jsme se vrátili, protože se nám tam poprvé líbilo. Líbilo se nám tam i teď, ale kvalita trochu upadla. Pokoje byly velké, ale nebyly každý den moc uklizené. Na zemi byl nepořádek, vlasy, špína. Zapomínali nám dávat čisté ručníky a osušky k bazénu. Co nás zarazilo, tak, že v naší budově nebylo možné dostat ručník na ruce - pouze ručníky velké. Což z hygienických důvodů nechápu. Vždy by měl byl ručník na ruce a na tělo zvlášť. Ale na recepci jsme opravdu moc moc poprosili a nakonec nám ho donesli. Bazén by si zasloužil už rekonstrukci, kachličky postupně odpadají. Personál je ale úžasný, všichni se pořád usmívají a jsou opravdu milí. Snídaně byly vynikající - vajíčka, omelety, ovoce, zelenina, pečivo, lívance a místní jídla - maso, rýže. V restauraci vaří taky výborně na večeře a dělají úžasné koktejly bez alkoholu, pouze z kupy ovoce.

Postel byla šíleně tvrdá, i po všech masážích mě všechno z ní bolelo. Málo polštářů, žádné ručníky na ruce. Nedostatečný úklid.

My favourite hotel in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and the breakfast and two pools are excellent.

The foam party for the children seemed to be quite fun. Looks great on the surface.

The beds were really really hard like a brick. Asked for two mattress toppers to try and soften and caused me back pain. Tiles round the edges of the pool are sharp and scratched my partners back & feet. Towels smelled damp. Paid for private pool but all pools are pretty much in the shade all day and are freezing. Aircon unit is very very loud. Breakfast wasn’t great. Not much selection for westerners. The bread was stale making extra dry toast and no amount of butter could save it. Brought up these issues with the front of house assistant manager and told them that because of the back pain caused from the really uncomfortable bed, we would have to leave and find alternative accommodation. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 remaining. They refused to refund the remaining two nights because we had “chosen” to leave even with the issues raised. I dont think it was acceptable from a 4 start hotel. I would rate it a 2-3 star at best. It’s also about 30 mins walk to the beach. We moved to the grand mercure hotel and had a lovely 2 more nights in absolute comfort!

2 piscines avec une en roof top avec une superbe vue et bar à disposition. la chambre avec piscine, très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Vous pouvez choisir des excursions depuis l hôtel et louer un scooter.

j ai donné mon linge à laver et ce n était pas vraiment au top : je compare par rapport à un autre hôtel, et le linge n est pas vraiment revenu blanc...ils ont dû mélanger les couleurs. la distance pour aller au centre ville et plage , au moins 30 min à pieds.

The private pool was so clean I liked the comfort Value for money

Les prestations sont superbes, le confort des chambres est incroyable, le cadre, le personnel est plutôt sympa, à l’écoute, et le petit dej est très bien et varié. Nous avons par ailleurs bien aimé le conseil sur le salon de massage que nous voulions.

Juste un petit souci sur le service Laundry la veille de notre départ, qui ne nous a pas rendu l’ensemble de notre linge mais ne nous a pas prévenu qu’il manquait du linge quand nous avons récupéré le paquet. Résultat: nous sommes partis le lendemain très tôt pour l’aéroport avec 2-3 vêtements en moins.

We liked that the location was a lot quieter than the main beach strip and that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Celebrating Songkran at Infinity was lovely as there were activities setup for the kids and adults to enjoy.

It was hard to know when our room would be cleaned each day even when we put the cleaning service light on. But when we asked for this service, the staff were quick to action.

The room was very spacious and good view of pool. Nice situation (outside of town). Good restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast had a large choice. Top floor pool was excellent.

Big pool with many sunbeds. Breakfast was good with different options. Staff was super friendly and helpful (scooter rental etc.) They offer a free shuttle from and to the beach.

Gym is small. Beach / restaurants isnt in walking distance but we had a scooter so it was no problem for us.

Slightly long walk to the beach area but there is a free shuttle at certain times. Could have more hot food vegetarian options at breakfast.
