The apartment was spacious and centrally located. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. A very safe location.

Room was not wheelchair accessible.

The rooms were clean, and comfortable

The showers was having a bad smell from the drain. There is no aircon and it was hot. I suggest you put aircons

the place was very beautiful not gonna lie. i normally don't rate places i visit, but this one earned it. it was nothing short of amazing !

Nice 2 bedroom apartment which was nice and clean and was good value for money

Parking was a bit difficult and the apartment needs a bit of updating

I stayed in apartment 303, which was next to the laundry/linen room - Staff were speaking out load during early hours and continued during the day. Reported this to reception and my wife had to ask them to lower they voices. Shame this was the only downfall at this apartment.

The apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and clean

The outside was filthy. When we first entered i was a bit freaked out because the tiles were so dirty and it was dark. Highly reccomend just keeping the floors swept and mopped. But the apartment was beautiful so it wasn't bad.

The staff was friendly, they had all the basic amenities like tea and coffee.

Parking was limited, it's located on a very busy road in Greenside.

The apartment was bigger than I expected. The location as well, perfect. We really enjoyed staying there.

1 There was no lids on the bins, this wasn't the only apartment with this issue. 2. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't close and my toddler kept wandering into the bath room. 3. One of the chairs in the lounge is damaged and cracked, the kids couldn't use the chair. The coffee table was also rickety. 4. Two rooms but only one fan is provided. 5. One bowl and less cutlery, we had to ask for this. 6. No water for two days of the stay, there was a JoJo tank but the connection was apparently broken. We were told this would be fixed promptly but this wasn't fixed. 7. My family booked a few rooms, we noticed there was no bin lid in their apartment as well, this must explain why the apartment is smelly. 8. The extractor fan in the second bathroom was either broken or there wasn't one, the bathroom kept steaming up and the other bathroom door was broken and could not close so we had to use the bathroom that kept steaming up. 9. The front door lock casing on the inside of the apartment was loose. 10. The cleaning lady opened the balcony door and left it open and left when we had a 1 year old wandering around the apartment, shocking. We even told her to please keep the front door closed as we have a baby walking around and we don't want her leaving the apartment so not sure why the balcony door was opened.

The location is terrible. There is a ganja store next door and there is smell of weed on the reception and entire building. I requested to be moved to their Sandton apartments.

MINT Apartments is amazing and beautiful🙌🏽 I can honestly say that from the location to the apartment itself, to the staff - everything was amazing. I will definitely return to MINT Apartments and would definitely recommend it! Thank you for a great stay.

The apartment environment.

The beds are VEEERY POOR & UNCOMFORTABLE. For a paid accomodation establishment, its dow right poor. The facilities are great!.. sans the bedding. Remember, the primary for any accomodation is comfortable bedding.

The kitchen had all you needed for a long stay. I liked the extra touches of good quality sanitizer in the kitchen and hand-wash, shampoo, body-wash and hand lotion in the bathroom. It was located a minute away (walking distance) from a woolies food centre.

There were no mats/rugs in the bedrooms and bathroom which are a necessity.

Everything! Please was dirty. From the entrance through out the building was u pleasant. I had to ask reception to make sure the lift and floors were cleaned. Cleaning staff had to be called every day to come and clean where as in other properties it standard procedure. Making a booking for transport to the airport was a nightmare. Staff member never knows how to read time. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. Would never reccomend this place.

There was a smell in the apartment firstly secondly we asked to move to another mint hotel only to get there and the lights gave my daughter a seizure i asked for a refund as I could not stay there but ul refused I will neva recommend ul to any1

The property was dirty, showers were dirty, roaches everywhere, including our coffee. It's the worst experience for me and my family. Management has zero accountability and worst customer service. I would not recommend MINT Apartments Greenside. To make things worse, we were told they don't have cleaning chemicals to disinfect the bathrooms.

The guy I found there was assisting and the lady that assisted me in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back. The apartment was fabulously clean and comfortable exceeded my expectations.

Being moved to another room. In future, please create a facility with the guest to check if they will be extending their stay before you give their room away to someone else while they are still there

I loved how spacious the Penthouse, two bedroom apartment and the one bedroom apartment were. They were also very very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The penthouse was the absolute best.

I didn't like how short our stay was. I wish I could have extended my stay because it was sooo wonderful there. The people were warm and very welcoming.

The location was great. Close to many restaurants. The apartment was spacious.

Bathroom i love it

When I got there there was someone working there, the carpet was dirty, the couch needed to be cleaned as well,curtains and windows were dirty and the room didn't smell fresh at all I had to open the whole sliding door(not the person I bumped into when I got there)no keys at the bedroom I did not like that.

Convenience of location. And it's fairly priced for the amount of space you get. If roach problem could be attended to then Id definetly give the place a thumbs up 👍. Otherwise overall overnight stay was great Another plus is few restaurant literally downstairs.
