The administration is very unprofetional , they do not explain well the charges at the moment that you make the reservation when you get there they have an extra charge for service , never see that before , and AC do not work ok , they have to bring me a fan , so bad .

El hotel es muy lindo muy bien ubicado la cama almohadas de sábanas deliciosas. El desayuno muy rico el personal súper amable. La verdad todo espectacular mi única recomendación sería que por un tema ambiental pregunten si queremos que nos cambien las sábanas y las toallas todos los días, todo estaba impecable pero creo que no era necesario también todos los días. Súper recomendado!!

La stanza numero 1 che era proprio di fronte alla reception e all’ingresso. Quindi zero privacy e rumore perché era al piano terra su strada. Ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e lo staff, appena si è liberata un’altra stanza, ha accolto la nostra richiesta

Close to downtown

Standard rooms are small. Outdoor terrace closes early. Breakfast was not good at all. We went out to eat breakfast two days out of our five day stay. Coffee was never warm enough, always had to ask for them to warm up our coffee. Sweet bread wrapped in a plastic wrapper not fresh, Breakfast was not served hot.

Siendo extraordinario el desayuno, quizás la opción de un desayuno continental más sencillo con tostadas y cereales y yogur se apreciaría.

El lugar, la decoración , la calidad de todo ! La ubicación es espectacular ! Caminando al lado de todo! Y además muy importante, te solucionan el tema estacionamiento del auto! El Personal muy agradable ! Volvería de todas maneras !!

I liked the design of the hotel and how well kept the property was. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the towels and internet was reliable.

Would prefer an enclosed water closet. The AC unit wasn’t very strong but kept the room cooler.

Located in the historic center so you can walk to many attractions. The room was good and staff friendly. Also the breakfast included was good.

There are not private parking, and the public parking even though is within walking distance there are tunnels which makes it little difficult to access the hotel.

Beautiful aesthetic and the location within the town is perfect!

Lo unico malo es que mi habitación tenia la ventana hacia la calle principal y habia un poco de ruido.

I loved this property! From the moment I entered my room, I was charmed. It had a lovely boutique feel, was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable bed, and a cute little outdoor sitting area. The staff was excellent, attending to every detail and communicating immediately to help me navigate my arrival. It was extremely well maintained and the cleaning staff even remembered personal preference details. Eduardo at the upstairs breakfast location was very kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was beautifully presented, delicious and generous. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

The only thing that I would recommend is maybe breakfast to start before 9am? (Although it was served until noon which was great too.)

The location was perfect. We did not need a car and walked everywhere. We were two females and felt super safe the entire time. The rooms are very clean, modern, and quiet. Super comfortable furnishings, towels, beds, and linens. There is a cute restaurant/bar that is open for breakfast and dinner that was convenient. The staff was all super friendly.

The only complaint is the amount of light that comes through the window in the morning. It is very bright at 6 am. I brought a sleep mask though, so this did not bother me. There is also a lot of stairs to reach the upper units.

The breakfast was delicious, you had 3 options everyday. We had de chilaquiles with eggs, it was yummy. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and happy to help with any extras.

Sometimes the restaurant at the hotel was closed and we had to walk to the one on the other Side of the street.

Way beyond my expectations and the jacaranda tree in the yard will stay in my memory

My room was nice and spacious with a nice terrace with a great view of one of the historic churches.

No water available in the room. Everything available was extremely overpriced. First night when I went to take a shower there was a cockroach under the bathroom mat. Really disgusting. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with a very poor quality of food and service. The hotel lacks pleasant common areas.

El desayuno tenía pocas opciones. Muy ricos las dos opciones pero al tercer día ya no hay variedad. Faltaba un poco de fruta, muy pequeñas las porciones. EL café no es muy bueno. El personal un poco distraído todos los dás se les olvidaba algo en la orden.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and comfortable.

There was sometimes difficulty communicating with front desk staff because of language barriers. We would have liked an outside area to sit and read in the afternoon. As the rooftop bar was mostly empty in the afternoons, perhaps some of that area could be converted into a relaxing space without the need to order a drink.

We liked the location. Good walkability to parks, shops , markets & restaurants. Nice quiet location for sleeping. Nice option to have breakfast right at the restaurant.

We had an issue with our door not locking. Our room could not be locked for the first day we were there . Another room was offered AFTER the first night . I think they were full the first night . More communication regarding that , would have been appreciated.

We stayed at this small hotel for 6 nights and loved it. Great location, quiet but close to the central square and cathedral. The bedding and towels were of high quality and there were several nice touches in the room. Included was a very nice Mexican breakfast on a partly covered outdoor patio.

El lugar queda cerca de todo ,es muy limpio, la cama es muy cómoda y te dejan café para todos los días y además cuenta con una linda decoración.

En primer lugar te cobran un coste adicional por servicio de 5% el cual te enteras en el lugar y se supone que es para no dar propinas pero luego vas a tomar desayuno y te la piden igual. El baño es muy lindo pero cero funcional se moja todo el piso cuando te bañas y de humedece toda la pieza por lo mismo. Y lo más complejo de todo es que es demasiado ruidoso, nos quedamos en una pieza alejada de la recepción pero aún así hay música de la terraza y se escucha también lo que habla la gente de ahí. En general es un lugar muy lindo y cercano a todo pero estas cosas hacen que la experiencia no sea tan buena.

Very modern and nicely designed room, good shower with hot water (albeit, it took a while for the hot water to come through); complimentary water, plush towels, and very good breakfast served in two locations, on the second floor outdoor balcony and the restaurant across the street. Wait staff at the restaurant across the street, where we took our breakfast, were very prompt and friendly. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is only a block and a half from the main church/garden square, which is the heart of the town.

The bathroom is poorly designed as water from the open shower flows out to the toilet area making the floor wet constantly. Also there is no privacy in the toilet area as there is no door separating the bathroom/toilet from the rest of the bedroom. The room safe was not operational. Also, the hotel charges a surprising 5% service charge on check in and also takes a US$ 120 “deposit” on check in, another unpleasant surprise. We arrived at 11:30 am, but the front desk staff made us wait until 2:45 pm to get into our room.

We got issues with the ac every single night due to a malfunction of the equipment.

The facilities and breakfast are great! The location is perfect!

The breakfast was SO delicious. We started every morning with the Cantera 1910 breakfast and enjoyed the fresh coffee and fruit, and each got a different entree each morning. It was beautiful and quiet on the terrace and our waiter was always so friendly and helpful. It was one of the best aspects of the hotel to be able to get something in our stomachs without needing to leave the hotel.

The checkout process was a little slow and we missed our Uber because it was taking so long. I think part of the issue was a language barrier, but generally speaking, we were able to communicate well with the staff, even with limited Spanish skills on our part.

The location was amazing. The facilities were really comfortable and clean.

We were there during December and although it was beautiful after 10:30 or 11 the mornings were pretty cold and the breakfast area was unheated and pretty cold and the food got cold quickly

Nice stylish hotel, great location in historic center, minutes from main sites. Lush bathroom/shower with luxury towels and products. Lovely terrace with good included breakfast, very nice staff.

Room had weird smell. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a car, as very busy street.

Staff very unhelpful and accused us of taking items from the mini bar without paying. We had to send them a receipt to prove we paid and then they never acknowledged their mistake. Very rude ton in their emails. They also were unable to recommend restaurants or help with any questions we had.

Location is excellent. Rooms are roomy and beautifully decorated.

We were there over Christmas and there was no mention of "no" breakfast on the 24th of 25th. Also we tried to cancel our last nights stay due to a change in plan. Booking.com approved it but the hotel would not refund us. The staff were ok. Sone of them could barely speak any English, so it was hard to communicate.

Nothing stay at live aqua instead

This is the state that my lash review is talking about for three nights. They wouldn’t cancel the stay for one night because I flew in at eight in the morning and to check out at 11 and they wanted me to pay the entire amount.

Está muy bonito el hotel, súper céntrico pero estuvimos sin luz una parte del día pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación (por que solo unas tenían luz otras no pero no quisieron ) el agua del lavamanos no servía pedimos la checaran y nunca fueron

El desayuno los sirven hasta las 9 asi que como iba de trabajo ninguno de los dos días aplicaron. Intente verlo con la recepción y las señoritas super apaticas solo dijeron que eran las politicas. Cuando mucho logre un cafe y frio.

Te dicen que hay un servicio de ballet que es una estafa. Me cobraron horas extras porque segun esto llegue antes del check in pero también me salí antes y eso no lo consideran. Por un lado te dicen que no es servicio del hotel y por otro lado lo pegan al horario del check in. Y por supuesto el carro en un terreno al sol. Intente tomar una llamada de trabajo estaba la misma gente administrativa del hotel en una macro junta arreglando un tema laboral del que me entere completo pero fue imposible tomar mi junta y me hicieron salirme a mi que soy la huesped. Que lastima de ubicación y la inversión en las instalaciones que son lindas.

Todo. Precio , ubicación, el lugar está muy bonito. Lo recomiendo al 100 %.
