Beautifully renovated boutique hotel w/spa. Second time here. Great location and nicely appointed rooms. Great staff and turn down your beds at night.

The breakfast was phenomenal. I did not expect it to be a full menu service with great options. I went with the chilaquiles myself and thought it was exquisite. Great service from the host with fast and reliable internet. Great location, right in the center of the city. Also great valet parking service where parking spots are few and hard to locate. Would definitely come again if given the chance!

There is nothing I did not like. Would have loved to enjoy the spa! Next time fore sure, great service!

Tienen un túnel muy importante en el hotel hace parte de la historia y nos enteramos el día que salíamos. Sino es porque la chica del restaurante nos cuenta la historia no nos hubiéramos enterado.

El hotel en general es hermoso, muy acorde a la ciudad. Queda equidistante a todo el casco histórico. La habitación hermosa, con un balcón con vista a la calle y a la belleza de su arquitectura.

Do recepcionista Cesar, muito dedicado, salvou toda a chegada ao hotel, porque o hotel nao bos avisou que as ruas estariam todas geladas por conta da semana santa entao foi difícil chegar, lento, estressante, mas o César nao mediu esforços para ajudar. O hotel tem excelente localização, e o café da manhã é ótimo, muito gostoso. O quarto é bom, chuveiro gostoso e bem silencioso.

O tempo de espera pelo veiculo é grande e uma outra recepcionista branquinho meio loira/ruiva, nao fez nenhuma questão de informar quando tempo ia demorar, primeiro disse 15 minutos, mas demorou 30. Também seria importante que o hotel alertasse os seus clientes previamente sobre eventos como este na cidade para preparar e orientar da melhor forma possível.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del jardín principal. El personal muy amable y atento. Cuentan con servicio de valet parking (programado con anticipación 10-20 min aprox). Las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y muy limpias. El servicio de masajes muy recomendable.

Casa 63 punches far above its weight! EVERYTHING was excellent—the service, the room, the value, the breakfast, the aesthetics etc. And although I’m not usually a spa gal, I decided to get a massage and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent.the hotel felt like a cozy luxurious home and the staff felt like family. My friend got a stomach virus and they went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended

Nothing really hard to fault this place

The room was spacious and comfortable. Full service hotel with restaurants on 2 levels and a rooftop bar with spectacular San Miguel de Allende sunset view. Breakfast on the roof was lovely -- delicious fruit, coffee, bread and an assortment of hot entrees. The service was exceptional. Cesar at the front desk arranged a tour of Guanajuato and was always available to answer questions about the city. Great stay in the center of a very walkable, beautiful city.

The staff is so welcoming, they go above and beyond. The hotel is genteel and right in the center of Centro. My sister and I shared a 2 bedroom suite.

There needs to be front desk reception people that speak English for three days nobody spoke English, so it’s very difficult to have our questions answered in our needs met. Finally, there was a person who could speak English, and she was very friendly.

Very tidy, well-appointed boutique hotel in the center of town.Creatively designed and artfully decorated, the hotel is delightful.The rooms are all located away from the street, so they are quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

La localización es inmejorable. El desayuno es buenísimo y la belleza del lugar.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas. No reponen el papel del wc, el agua caliente no es caliente, es casi fría.Nunca sale agua caliente. Si le das al agua caliente, te sale fría y viceversa. Las habitaciones a penas tienen luz. En general el dinero que pagas lo compensa por su belleza pero no por sus servicios

I love the place, the rooms are big and clean the staff are nice and helpful. No problem there at all very much recommended as a place of destination.

It is not related to Casa 63, but to coming to San Miguel in Dec, a warning for people if you don’t mind fireworks for at least 2 nights since the lighting of the tree like Monday Dec 8th fireworks since 5am to 7am and now it is 7:03 and one firework went on, I can understand the church bells, this is part of the charm which is only for few minutes but fireworks for a couple of hours on Monday morning is too much especially for families with kids, you guys are going to loose tourism in Dec if it keeps on going on. I will never come back in Dec.

Habitacion comoda y espaciosa, bonita decoracion y ubicacion.

En la publicacion incluyen servicio de valet parking, lo que no dice en la publicacion es que no tienen estacionamiento, entonces estacionan tu coche quien sabe donde, y cuando quieres salir en tu coche se pueden tardar hasta 30m o mas en traertelo. La habitacion incluye desayuno con un menu limitado, todo bien hasta ahi, pero algunas cosas de ese desayuno son ridiculas, por ejemplo el pan con mermelada solo incluye cuatro rebanas del grosor de una galleta Maria cada una y cantidades muy pequeñas de mantequilla y mermelada, ademas, si pides mas no te lo traen. Como extra, a nosotros nos azotaron las cosas cuando nos las sirvieron. Preferiblemente no ofrezcan este servicio si sera pesimo. La regadera no tenia cancel completo entonces se encharcaba mucho el piso y lo hacia resbaloso, lo cual puede ser muy peligroso.

Me hicieron doble cargo por la habitación (casi 5,000 pesos) sin que hasta este momento me hayan realizado el reembolso, aun cuando se comprometieron a hacerlo, alegando que la administracion no la llevan en el hotel. Adicional a eso estacionamos el auto afuera y se lo llevo la grúa aun cuando el personal dijo que no había problema por dejarlo ahi, el hotel es muy lindo pero situaciones como esta me dejan cero ganas de regresar. Llevo un mes esperando a que me den alguna solución y ahora ni el teléfono me toma. Lamentable.

Excelente atención y amabilidad por parte del personal, me quitaron todas las dudas que tuve y siempre se portaron muy gentiles. La ubicación fue estupenda, había muchos restaurantes y bares cerca, caminando recorrimos el centro sin problema. En la habitación no nos faltó absolutamente nada, fue cómoda, limpia y acogedora.

El personal es muy amable, pero como todo hotel boutique no tiene muchas cosas, porque no sería rentable. La calle donde está es muy ruidosa y nos pusieron en un primer piso, así que se oía absolutamente todo lo que pasaba afuera. Y me di cuenta desde que entré y vi los tapones de oídos. Todo está puesto al revés, desde la manija de la puerta de la habitación (abre hacia arriba), las llaves se abren en sentido contrario a como deben, la regadera tiene el agua caliente donde la fría, cierras para donde deberías abrir etc. Solo hay un colgador en el baño. El aire acondicionado tiene una rejilla de madera por estética me imagino, pero se ve la luz toda la noche. Se preocuparon más por el estilo que por la función, en resumen. El coche tarda en llegar, ya que se ve que estacionan lejos y aunque te preguntan a qué hora lo quieres, tarda. Nuestra estancia estuvo bien, pero siento que para el precio no obtienes lo que deberías. La ubicación es excelente, estas cerca de todo y eso sí es muy conveniente. No volvería. Pero la gente es linda y amable.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, friendly staff. Cannot recommend it enough! Exceeded expectations! We didn't try the breakfast that's included, but the café downstairs is pretty good.

Well, where can I start? This place was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Kenia (at reception) was extremely sweet, courteous, and polite. She took us to the rooftop where we were to take our breakfast every morning, as it was included with our stay. The room and the hotel were great. The amenities and the rooms were extremely clean, and the smell you get the moment you walk into the room was so pleasant that you relaxed right away. I will extremely definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. Our next trip will be with our girls, and we will stay at the same hotel for sure. I guess the only negative was that our room did not include a safe, but the people there are honest, but saying that, I will overlook that and stay there again. Our morning server at the restaurant was Lupita; she was extremely nice and a hard worker. She made our morning breakfast unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this hotel in San Miguel de Allende and stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are lovely, my one small complaint is that my room had no windows to the outside so it was pretty dark in the room and bathroom.
