Granda Apart

Diese Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Besonders der Pool hat uns gefallen. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

Es waren ein paar Sachen die kaputt waren und müssen repariert werden. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

The only positive aspect was the view. The view from the property was genuinely beautiful, and we enjoyed the sunset there. Unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the condition of the apartment and the overall experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at Grand Apart in Kaş was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The photos online give the impression of a clean, modern, and well-maintained property, but the reality was completely different. I have photos and videos documenting everything mentioned in this review. From the moment we entered the apartment, we noticed cleanliness issues. There were spiders throughout the apartment. There was a spider in the bedroom curtains, and when I tried to move the curtains, it actually fell onto me. There was another larger spider in the living room, including a large spider web/nest directly above the bed. The apartment was also dusty and poorly cleaned. There was a significant amount of dust accumulated on the lamps and ceiling fixtures. The biggest issue, however, was the mold and humidity. Mold was visible on the walls and throughout the bathroom, and the effects of the humidity could be seen on the wooden flooring and kitchen areas, where parts of the wood were already damaged and deteriorated. The apartment clearly needs proper maintenance and renovation. The furniture was also extremely old and poorly maintained. The dining table and chairs were uncomfortable and visibly worn out. The sofa was in such poor condition that it was difficult even to sit on it. The apartment we received was on the ground floor, which unfortunately made the experience even worse. There is no elevator, so we had to use the long stairs repeatedly. When we first arrived, the taxi dropped us lower down the hill, meaning we had to carry our luggage up the steep road ourselves. Although this was not necessarily the property’s fault, it made our arrival extremely difficult. The location also needs to be clearly explained in the property description. Although it is only around 400 meters from the city center and approximately a 10-minute walk, the property is located on a very steep hill.

Новый, относительно недорогой с хорошим видом отель. Отличный выбор по соотношению цена качество. Находится наверху, со смотровой площадки отличный вид на Каш. Но чтоб подъехать и припарковаться нужно иметь хороший опыт вождения и не лысую резину. Медель новая, в номерах светло и чисто. При компактном размещении отеля есть все необходимое, даже небольшой бассейн.

Локация потрясающая , хороший вид и недалеко от самых красивых центральных улиц . Чистые номера , хороший собственный ресторан и бассейн , подходит для камерного отдыха

Сначала хотели апартаменты, но передумали, персонаж вошел в положение и заменил номер на очень красивый -видовой с террасой , спасибо ! Наш медовый месяц удался 🙏🏻🤍 Иногда слышно минарет во время службы , но не критично

Nos gustaron mucho las vistas y la piscina. También nos resultó muy práctico disponer de servicio de lavandería y parking. La cama y el baño eran muy cómodos, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable.

A great place to stay! We come here regularly and always choose a room with direct access to the pool. It’s very convenient and our children absolutely love it. We always enjoy our time here and are happy to come back again!

We had booked one of the larger rooms originally, for a family of 4. Unfortunately on the day of arrival there was only one of the smaller ones available. The staff was so friendly to let us move into the larger room on the next day, which was much better size wise and more comfortable for 4 people. The cleanliness of the rooms could be slightly better and was certainly better in the second room we got. Pool is nice!

Un peu plus d’assiettes, couverts, … En voiture les derniers mètres sont compliqués la pente et assez démente. Vaut mieux laisser la voiture avant la pente (à 20m).

Vista fantastica dal balcone. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Kas. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi. Bisogna comunque essere disposti a fare della salita vista la morfologia del paese.

Il frigo non funzionava bene.

Apartamento moderno e bem organizado. Piscina muito simpática para um mergulho ao final do dia. Vistas maravilhosas sobre Kas. Café muito simpático no empreendimento para pequeno almoço ou refeições.

Fica numa zona muito alta o que dificulta a ida a pé ao centro da cidade. Nada que não possa ser resolvido com um carro ou táxi.

Amabilidad del personal. Nos informaron a la llegada que por causas ajenas a su voluntad, nuestro apartamento no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron a otro de categoría superior. Así que perfecto. Instalaciones, cocina equipada, espacioso, nuevo, fácil de aparcar. Todo perfecto. Vistas a la bahia.

Camera pulita e buona posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi (da considerare una discesa/salita abbastanza ripida per raggiungerlo). Le spiagge le abbiamo raggiunte in macchina. Strade attorno con molti gatti molto socievoli (ieri ne avevamo 2 sul terrazzo)

Ohne Auto oder Motoroller kann es schon anstrengend werden die Unterkunft oben am Berg zu erreichen. Deswegen haben wir uns auch für paar Tage ein Motorroller ausgeliehen.

L'adresse mentionnée sur booking est inexacte. Il faut aller ailleurs pour aller chercher les clés. Ils ne se déplacent pas. L'appartement pour 4 disposait de 2 couteaux, 2 tasses, rien comme équipement pour cuisiner ne fut ce que des pâtes. Nous avons dû faire toutes les remarques pour recevoir le minimum. Les turcs ne savent pas encore ce que veut dire toursime et services au client.

Las instalaciones muy buenas, había posibilidad de comer en el chiringuito de la piscina, lo que era muy cómodo. Además tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos lo solucionaron al instante.

La ubicación, está a 10 minutos caminando del centro pero está en lo alto de una colina y volver del centro se complicaba. Importante tenerlo en cuenta sobre todo para gente con movilidad reducida.

Granda Apart has a great location in Kas, offering stunning views from its rooms as well as its newly opened cafe. We had burgers, dessert and breakfast at the cafe and all of them were tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are really helpful in taking care of all your needs such as calling taxis and booking boat tours for you. They also have a small swimming pool with cool water.

Честно сказать, я даже не знаю что можно написать про хорошее? Бассейн в целом не плохой, вроде чистый, но очень маленький. Там 3 лежака и больше как-то никто и не поместится. Есть какая-то посуда, но готовить не комфортно, потому что апарты маленькие и запах сразу по всем апартам. Не понимаю, почему такой высокий рейтинг? Единственное, что там есть кафе и можно перекусить или позавтракать, если не хочется спускаться в город. Правда, фастфуд (

Очень маленькие апарты. Еще и находятся на горе и в тупиковой улице, с который спуститься и найти лестницу, которая заросла, очень сложно. Сами апарты с уставшим ремонтом. Находится в них было не комфортно. Лампочки где-то перегорели, шкафчики покосились, в туалете очень душно, за кроватью пыль килограммовая, тк кровать была отодвинута и я заглядывала, чтобы включить зарядку. Мы по семейным обстоятельствам уехали пораньше, написали им заранее, попросили сделать возврат, но они отказали. Но кажется можно было пойти на встречу, и тем более мы предупредили заранее и они могли их сдать. Но кажется, там мало желающих останавливаться у них. Это конечно подпортило нам впечатление о Каше((( Да и в целом, в Каше можно остановится на 2-3 дня и больше там делать нечего. Вода классная, но пляжей нет. Только бич-клубы с лестницами. А пляжи до которых надо ехать забиты народом(( В общем, как-то не понравилась нам в этот раз поездка ((( Остановится на 1-2 дня можно и желательно максимум 2 человека. Нас было 3-е, было тесно.

Está ubicada arriba de una colina. La vista es espectacular. Reservamos con balcón (vale mucho la pena, hace la diferencia). La piscina súper bien cuidada con agua limpia y sombrilla. Cerca del centro histórico pero hay varias subidas y bajadas, si están en auto es un 10.

Me gustó mucho todo. Solo considero que deberían tener en consideración cuestiones mínimas: limpiar abajo de la cama estaría bueno porque quieran o no, se ve cuando uno se está yendo y se fija si se olvidó algo. TODO EL RESTO SUPER LIMPIO.

I guess if i had to say something it would be the view and the jacuzzi on the balcony and one of the people who worked there was very nice and was the only one that really helped us

Where to begin, first of all we couldn’t find the reception or for as far as we know there isn’t even one? So we walked through the hotel to the bar to ask the people who worked there where the reception is because we wanted to check in. I don’t know if i ever saw an more irritated face look back at me in my life. The woman didn’t even respond back to me in english and went straight to her phone. It was an absolute bizar experience. I don’t think i ever been treated this way as a paying costumer. She responded in a very strange way without answering any of my questions. This went on for a while and luckily there was one guy with a darker skinncolour that helped us and offered us some drinks. After a long while we finally get our roomkey. We went to the room but the door didn’t fully locked.. so there was that. After informing the staff it was nog fixed during the remeander of our trip. Also the refrigarator didnt work and wasnt plugged in.

O único ponto positivo é a vista

Primeiramente o local não é de fácil acesso e bastante difícil de manobrar o carro para estacionar. Fica bastante longe do centro da cidade, não aconselho ir a pé pois são ruas bastante íngremes. Em termos de limpeza o apartamento não estava muito bem limpo e o pior é que só tem room service de 7 em 7 dias. Essa informação não esta disponível no momento da reserva, se soubesse teríamos escolhido outro hotel.

Very small room. No black out curtains. You can hear the least noise coming from corridor. Shower water sometimes hot sometimes cold. Not easy to find proper parking place for the car.

The hotel has many things going for it: an excellent location, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The team was always willing to assist, and the property is situated in a very convenient area, which made our stay enjoyable.

However, the biggest issue is the lack of proper maintenance and housekeeping standards. While the hotel appears attractive at first glance, a closer look reveals numerous problems that should not be present at this level. There was visible mold in the shower, significant dust and dirt behind the sofas and other furniture, and some fixtures, such as curtain rods, were broken. These are not isolated cosmetic issues but signs that routine maintenance and deep cleaning are being neglected. I hope management takes these comments seriously because the hotel has great potential. With better upkeep, attention to cleanliness, and timely repairs, it could easily provide an outstanding guest experience. At the moment, the location and staff deserve high praise, but the property’s condition falls well below the standard that the hotel otherwise seems capable of delivering.

The views, the pool and the room itself

The stuff could not be more rude and inattentive. They also forgot to give us bedsheets, and offered to give them when we were leaving. They also say they have parking, it is more like hunting for a parking.

Do not let the pool and other pictures deceive you - read all the reviews first on Google and Booking before booking. Book only if you do not have hygiene standards. The property is not maintained at all and not clean either, strange smell inside, dirty floors, damaged room, etc.

The view from the balcony is excellent. After sunset, it is lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view and the music coming from the town center. The apartment is in a quiet area, so we had no problems sleeping. The apartment also has air conditioning, which was a great advantage, especially on hot days.

The location is a bit challenging. If you don’t have a car or a motorbike, getting to the apartment can be difficult, especially on hot days, as it is located on a steep hill. The property is still under construction, and some electrical cables are exposed outside the outlets, which did not feel very safe. We booked the loft apartment, and it was almost impossible to sit on the balcony during the day because there was no shade. It would be great if a canopy or sunshade could be installed. The cleanliness could also be improved. It was not terrible, but families with young children, especially babies, might find it below their expectations.

Номер уставший, стены тонкие и отлично слышно соседей. Полотенце одно на человека, на кухне мало посуды для приготовления пищи. Расположение высоко на холме, без машины проделывать такой путь несколько раз в день было бы очень сложно.

Прекрасный вид из бассейна

Апартаменты очень и очень уставшие. В номере было грязно и неприятно. Грязный пол, мебель поцарапанная и облезлая. Посуда со сколами, заляпанный фартук, чайник разваливается. Стены в номере белые и все в пятнах и затертостях. Мы были в июне, неужели трудно подготовиться к сезону. Плинтуса грязные и отходят от стены. В ванне плесень. На территории бассейна тоже грязь, пауки по углам, мелкий мусор в общих зонах. Трава вокруг высушена палящим солнцем. Нам предоставили номер на первом этаже, и в нём было неприятно находиться, запах затхлый. Уточнили у менеджера, есть ли другие свободные номера, нам ответили отказом и предложили убрать в номере ещё раз. Но это делу не поможет, там нужна не просто уборка, а генеральная очистка всего. На второй день пребывания вырубился кондиционер. Попросили исправить ситуации, нам пообещали разобраться, но так никто и не пришел. Оставили на ночь без кондиционера, спать было невозможно. Мастер пришел только утром, и оказалось, что проблема в том, что у них единая система кондиционирования, и соседи сверху включили на обогрев. Мы уехали раньше оплаченного времени, сняли другой отель. Не хотелось портить впечатление о путешествии таким местом.

1. Хозяйке нужно подучить английский язык, а также немного быть более заинтересованной в своем деле. Вообще на пох.р все делала. 2. Обновите постельное белье и купите пододеяльники. 3. Качество уборки перед заездом гостя плохое, девочки не умеют убираться вообще. Везде разводы, полы грязные и тд и тп.

Всё необходимое в номере есть.

Вид шикарный, и из номера, и с смотровой площадки неподалеку, но это за счет высокого месторасположения, так что путь от исторического центра и побережья к вашему отелю - это непрерывный 20-минутный подъем вверх. Уточняйте при заселении пароль WiFi, так как в номере никакой информации об этом нет, приходятся связываться с персоналом на стойке регистрации, которая находится в другом отеле.

1. We informed the staff that we will arrive at 2 pm and asked to provide the linens and make the sofa bed for kids. When we arrived , the apartment was not ready. We waited almost 2 hours to get cleaned up. They did not provide the linens at first, the sofa was kinda half broken, the communication was really bad 2. In general it seemed that apartment is clean, but the toilet was awful, the kettle was full in limescale, the towels were in greasy spots, as the bed sheets :(

в букинге выбрали самый лучший номер с террасой и ванной на террасе, но по приезду нас заселили в номер без ванной на террасе, сказав, что мы выбрали только террасу - по итогу, будьте внимательны с выбором номера - не совпадает с тем, что на фото. Помимо этого не было уборки в номере, что крайне неудобно при длительном заселении

Nada. Solo que tenía aparcamiento en los aledaños y las vistas al mar desde el propio aparcamiento.

Todo mal. Llegamos y estaban de obras. Estaban trabajando los albañiles con una radial y ni siquiera la apagaron cuando pasábamos por al lado con las maletas. Una chica nos dio la llave de la habitación y cuando estábamos en ella vimos que estaba muy sucia y llena de arañas y hormigas. Arañas por todos lados, hormigas en el sofá, en la cama… Había una tarántula enorme en el baño!!!! Avisamos a la chica con quien habíamos hecho el check in y mandó a dos compañeras a limpiar nuestra habitación. Había telarañas en nuestra habitación y todo. Eso quiere decir que hacía tiempo que no limpiaban esa habitación. Incluso nosotros teníamos que decirle a las limpiadoras por donde tenían que limpiar. La basura del baño estaba llena, no la habían vaciado. Por la cocina también habían insectos. Ya eran conocedores de que había insectos en la planta en la que teníamos el apartamento. No nos dieron ninguna solución real porque tras “limpiar” mínimamente (no fueron ni 5 minutos) seguían habiendo hormigas y demás insectos por toda la habitación y tampoco nos cambiaron a otra. En definitiva, llevo muchos años viajando y he pasado por muchos alojamientos, pero en ninguno me he encontrado este nivel de suciedad y desastre. Menos mal que solo fue una noche.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is not too far from the city, but there are quite a lot of stairs as the area is mostly on hills. Overall, still a comfortable and nice stay.

У меня уточнили время прибытия, сказали ,что нужно быть до 18:00 (что не удобно будет многим путешественникам) мы были вовремя, но никакого на ресепшене не было. Мы ждали 30 мин персонал с маленьким ребенком на руках. Затем ехали до апартаментов, там нас завела девушка , и выбежала не извинившись. Номер грязный, постельное белье грязное, кухонный гарнитур изрядно истрепанный, вся мебель изношенная. Будьте готовы подниматься по очень сильному уклону ко входу. Этого нигде не указано. Сильно слышно соседей. И что-то все время щелкало в спальне ночью. Как будто отвалится с потолка. Просто ужасное жилье

I liked the location, about a 10-minute walk from the city center, although it was up a steep hill. For us, it wasn’t a problem. A self service laundry was available. Views were really nice as well as the common area near the pool.

I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness. And we only had 1 towel per person.

Modern apartment with great view on top of the hill. Confortable beds, nice pool. Parking on site, 8 min to go in the town center, easy to go down, but get ready to go up, it’s an other story..

Нам понравилось. В первую очередь конечно виды с балкона - это невероятно красиво! В апартаментах, в целом, есть все что нужно для нескольких дней пребывания (есть посуда и кухонная утварь, можно что-то простое приготовить, но всякие гели для душа и шампуни берите с собой) Расположение считаю удачным, недалеко от центра и всех красивых улиц и ресторанчиков, магазинов. Также недалеко есть автовокзал, с которого можно уехать в Калкан или на пляж Капуташ Из того, что важно знать: это Каш, а значит здесь очень много подъемов и спусков. До апартаментов из центра города придется подниматься в горку, по жаре это вообще не просто даже спортивным молодым людям. Но такова цена красивого вида Также учитывайте что это апартаменты, а не отель, поэтому ежедневной уборки и смены полотенец не будет, мусор нужно будет выносить самостоятельно

Апартаменты не новые, можно сказать "уставшие". Местами мебель пошарпанная, есть пятна. С уборкой тут сильно не заморачиваются (имейте в виду, для кого это важно). В здании плохая звукоизоляция. Соседи сверху сильно шумели ночью, слышно было так, как будто они находятся в твоей комнате Ну и возможно это редкое явление, но когда мы заселялись, в районе не было электричества из-за аварии. Не знаю, сколько времени оно уже было отключено, но через несколько часов это починили.

A great choice if you are after incredible views and a simple but very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great price. Bed was super comfy! Laundry self-service room was great for washing when you needed (no extra charge) and there was also a full kitchen downstairs (as well as a kitchenette in the room). Common outdoor areas were nice to sit and have a beer and can imagine is even better when the pool is full!

The pool was empty when we arrived but the staff explained there had been a leak. It was being fixed the day we left. Freezer was iced up so unusable in our room which was a bit annoying.

A newly built property with a modern interior, kitchen and facilities. Additional terraces located on the territory were you can chill, eat outside or work. Sun loungers for guests. Incredible views of the city, sea, and islands. The best location specially if you want to stay in for a while!

Amazing common area for yoga and work outside

We have reserved the room with the sea view, but the hotel had two rooms of the same category located on different floors. Only of them had a sea view from all of the rooms. We were located below that room and from kitchen and bedroom we were looking at neighbouring hotel. So even if you reserve the sea view room with balcony, don’t mind to ask whether you are getting the top room on the 3rd floor, or the one below that has views only from the balcony. Either way you’ll be paying the same.

I stayed at this apart-hotel in Kaş for a few days at the end of March and overall had a very positive experience. The apartment was in good condition and matched the photos exactly. The view from the balcony was excellent, with a beautiful sea panorama, and the balcony itself was a great place to relax. The bed linens were clean and comfortable, and the bedroom was cozy (note that the TV is located in the living room, not the bedroom). Communication with the staff was entirely online, but everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Despite the small inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for its comfort and stunning view.

There were just a couple of minor downsides: previous guests had left some stains on the sofa and on the electric stovetop (hob), which slightly affected the overall appearance. Also, the location of the building is not the most convenient—it's a bit tricky to find, especially at night, as there is no proper street lighting, and I had to search for the place.

отличное расположение апартаментов - открывается потрясающий вид, но добираться сложно так как апартаменты находятся на самом верху и если у вас тяжелый чемодан и нет машины то добраться будет сложно. А так, сами апартаменты не плохие, главное не забывать, что это не отель и обслуживание более простое остановилась только ради вида и джакузи на балконе ( джакузи работало)

мне не хватало одеяла, посещала в конце марта и было довольно таки прохладно спать ночами, не хотелось бы включать кондиционер на всю ночь, а просто спать под теплым одеялом, но спала под простынкой и с кондиционером на +30

The location is great. It takes 12 minutes to get down to the port. The climb up is a bit tough, though. But it's KASH! That's normal here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, though. The room is clean, modern, with good plumbing and air conditioning. Parking is nearby. The staff is friendly and ready to help you.

The apartment is great, modern, big and new. I loved the quite area and the owner was available even if I did not meet them.

I didn't know the apartment was up hill, with stairs, so a bit difficult to teach with luggage, but the view and the quite is totally worth it l. Only 10min walking to the center.

Het uitzicht vanop de top floor is verbluffend, mooie terrassen. Goede bedden.

Appartement uitrusting was niet helemaal toereikend voor meerdaags verblijf: vb te weinig lepels, geen keukenhanddoek. Jammer genoeg was er ook (nog) geen water in het zwembad.

We didn't find any stuff for cleaning and no staff come to our apartment for cleaning neither. We couldn't even sweep the floor.

Wauw, wat een geweldige kamer! Een bizar mooi uitzicht op de baai van Kas vanaf het balkon en op datzelfde balkon dan ook een jacuzzi, wat wil je nog meer?

These are wonderful apartments with a beautiful sea view. Everything is very clean, modern, and stylish. The territory is nice and well maintained, with a lovely pool area and plenty of space to park your car. The apartment itself is excellent — spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a hairdryer, a large balcony, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The reception is located about 150 meters away in another building, but they contact you in advance and explain everything clearly. The apartments are located on a hill, which gives you a fantastic view of the sea. The walk up is quite steep, so it’s something to keep in mind. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. I would have happily stayed longer and would definitely come back again. I really loved this place.

Location was great. It's a just a short walk into town. We didn't book a room with a balcony, but that didn't matter much, as the common outdoor space overlooks the town/sea with plenty of seating. Heaters worked well (we visited in February). We enjoyed the view so much that we extended our stay for a fourth night.

It's up on a steep hill from town. Wasn't a problem for us, but something to consider if you don't have a car and are physically unable to walk around much. There wasn't a cutting board in our kitchen. The pans were all non-stick and scratched up pretty bad. The stove only fit two pans, and we were not provided a small enough pan to use both burners at the same time.

Ik sliep onder een katoenen deken in plaats van een bed laken en dat vond ik minder comfortabel.

Это прекрасные апартаменты со всем необходимым что нужно для комфортного проживания. Есть спальная комната и кухня. Мне дали прекрасный номер с выходом к бассейну, удалось даже полежать позагорать. Спасибо Хавве 🙏

Wonderful property. Perfectly sized room, both cozy and spacious. Large balcony, which provided an extra space and was very enjoyable to use. Wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. Hotel and its amenities are located on different levels, which provides privacy, which is important. Excellent pool area, small, but very cozy and enjoyable. Views are absolutely beautiful, with tranquil morning skies and breathtaking, mesmerizing sunsets. Thank you for unforgettable stay!

Шикарный вид, комфортабельный номер со всем необходимым, большая территория: бассейн с лежаками, большая терраса с креслами, где можно полюбоваться прекрасным видом и звездами, милая женщина на выдаче ключей.

Немножко уставшие номера: у нас в номере торчала розетка, на балконе не было ручки снаружи, не работал общий свет в комнате, но при этом это не критично и нам все понравилось. Кстати, это не минус отеля, но учтите, что без машины или мопеда у вас будет намного больше спорта, так как там очень крутые уклоны вверх

Zimmer zu klein ca. 9 Quadratmeter angegeben 35 Quadratmeter ( wahrscheinlich mit Terrasse 35 Quadratmeter) Ausgestattet wie aus dem Flohmarkt und in schlechten Zustand. Steckdose schaut aus der Wand . Keine Lampe am Spiegelschrank im Bad .

Долбеж насоса по ночам, укомплектовать кухню более подходящей посудой. Шумоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего, в ехать слышно очень хорошо. Нет персонала на месте и если ты без сим карты и заранее сам не связался , рискуешь остаться на улице, т к в апартаментах никого нет и никто не ждёт.

Слышно музыку с баров до 2х часов ночи Без перерыва гудит и стучит водный насос. Невозможно отдыхать в номере, и долго не могли уснуть . Просто ужас , каждые 10-15 секунд глухой удар, когда срабатывает помпа
