Clean, spacious, bright, and cosy, with a lovely interior. The terrace at our ground floor was huge and had a beautiful view, although we preferred to have our meals inside as it was too hot outside. The apartment is conveniently situated near the historic centre of Kas, so you can walk everywhere easily. The kitchen was very well equipped, with all the appliances we needed. We really enjoy cooking for ourselves, so the kitchen fully met our needs. The place is ideal for three people. The managers were super responsive and stayed in touch well in advance of our stay.

A shoe rack and a couple of hangers next to the entrance would have been nice to have

The property is a new construction with good quality materials, so appears and it is very nice accomodation, it has big fridge, kitchen, a very nice view from the balcony. It is a bit hilly, and if you are having a car there is space on site to park.

Only the fact that has no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have everytime to climb plus the hilly road to get there. But there is alternative road, that is ok to het to the center and reach on about 10-15 min. Otherwise the property is very good, i would stay again

Хорошие просторные апартаменты. Есть всё необходимое: стиральная, посудомоечная машина, большой холодильник. Мы были всего 1 день, но хотелось остаться. Очень вежливый администратор, помог с морской экскурсией.

Далековато от центра и возвращаясь, приходится подыматься по довольно крутому подъему. Завышена цена, на мой взгляд, но был разгар сезона.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui était propre, grand et équipé d’un lave linge. L’équipe était réactive.

비록 언덕 윗자락이라 마을 나갔다가 다시 올라오기 버거울순있지만, 제가 여행했던 5월말 기준 카쉬 마을을 벗어나지 않는 선에선 이 가격(1박당 20만원)에 머물수있는건 여기가 유일했네요. 시설 접근성 청결 다 만족했습니다 오히려 높은 곳에 있어서 바다쪽에 해지는 노을 뷰도 너무 좋았어요! 스태프도 친절했고, 케코바보트투어도 펜션 통해서 예약했습니다

Appartamento spazioso, pulito, moderno e veramente confortevole! Terrazzo molto grande dove cenare in tranquillità con vista mare. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci ha anche organizzato un'escursione in barca molto bella!

Posizione centrale ma in cima ad una salita molto ripida! In cucina sarebbe stato utile avere carta mani, condimenti per cucinate e canovacci.

Excellent apartment, modern, well-equipped, very clean, comfortable for a stay with several people (two bathrooms for a 2+1 apartment is really convenient). Wonderful views. Clear communication with the staff.

Not an issue with the accommodation itself, but since there are a lot of panoramic windows you can hear more of what is happening outside even when they are closed. We had a misfortune of downstairs neighbours having very loud conversations outside starting from 3 AM every night. If they didn’t make so much noise outside at night, our stay would have been perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in Happy Kas. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and great location.

Отличные апартаменты с прекрасным видом на море. Кухня хорошо оборудованная, разве что нет микроволновки. Зато есть кофеварка. В номере 2+1 две спальни, кухня -столовая- гостинная, два санузла. Гостиная очень большая, два дивана.

Отличное месторасположение, близко к центру Каша и не очень высоко в горах. Рядом детская площадка, магазин Мухтар, выезд к пляжу и марину. Апартаменты очень комфортные, останавливались второй год подряд, всё для проживания есть (посуда, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, фен, утюг, гладильная доска). Мы жили на первом этаже и завтракали, ужинали на террасе, встречая закат. Нам очень понравилось. Приедем еще.

Идеальный вид из окна! Горка под углом 45гр совсем не испугала. И даже блондинка смогла припарковаться)) До центра пара минут. На соседней улице прекрасный овощной магазин, именно там надо покупать, а не в Мигросе. Апартаменты просторные, на кухне плита, духовка, стиральная, посудомоечная машины. Кровать удобная. Все чисто, уютно.

На кухне не хватает бумажных полотенец. И очень мало света вечером. Очень хочется люстру 😄

Достаточно большое для семьи из 4х человек жилье, все чисто, с балкончика классный вид на море, вежливый персонал, отличное соотношение цена-качечтво. Жилье однозначно рекомендую.

Сразу оговорюсь, это не замечания а больше предложения для хозяина жилья, что бы жилье стало близко к идеалу. 1. Есть кухня но очень мало кухонного инвентаря, например, нет ни одной сковороды...... 2. Мебель, в частности, подушки стульев тоже неплохо было бы заменить. 3. Крутая горка к отелю, нам с детьми 4 и 8 лет больших неудобств не доставило, но если с коляской, то будет не очень удобно.

Достаточно просторные апартаменты с полноценной кухней, стиральной и посудомоечной машинами. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Недалеко от старого города (пешком неспешно 10 минут). Приятный вид с террасы, возможность высушить вещи на террасе.

Возвращаться из старого города пешком требует определенной физической подготовки - идти нужно по весьма крутому подъёму.

Das Apartment liegt zentral, allerdings befindet es sich auf einem Berg, sodass der Fußweg dorthin recht anstrengend sein kann. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es kleinere Mängel: Sofa und Bett waren nicht mehr im besten Zustand und in einem der Badezimmer war Schimmel an der Decke zu sehen. Zudem war die Ausstattung recht schlicht – Dinge wie Staubsauger, ausreichend Geschirr oder eine Pfanne haben gefehlt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war jederzeit erreichbar. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Apartment geeignet

Be prepared it's a steep up hill rise, but we treated it as sport, so more as a plus.

All good. But staff is extremely nice and helpful. When I got sick on Sunday, and all pharmacies nearby were closed, Alparslan was sooo kind and managed to get needed medicine from a pharmacy in the town nearby. THANK YOU! Apartment itself is clean and nice. It's also very quiet.

L'appartement était super propre très bien aménagée ne manquait de rien j'ai apprécié chaque moment là-bas, Mr Alparslan est super gentil accueillant et chaleureux, emplacement idéal juste la montée qui dérange mais heureusement par les recommandations de Mr Alparslan il m'a montrer un chemin plus accessible et moins fatiguant.

Ailemiz ve arkadaşlarımızla dört oda şeklinde ayırdık ve çok güzel bir deneyim geçirdik, çok temiz bir yer, bir artı bir oda şeklinde her oda klimalı, mutfağında gerekli araç gereç var. Konforlu ve temiz bir tatil oldu. Teşekkürler. Yeri çarşıya yakın, rampalı biraz ama yine de maks 7-8 dk yürüme mesafesinde çarşıda olabiliyorsunuz. Otoparkı var o da güzel bir ayrıntı.

The accommodation was better than expected. The host was incredibly friendly and happy to help; truly embodying the name of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that they had dedicated parking spots for the hotel, which is rare in the area considering the proximity to the city center.

The road north to the hotel, the road from which you enter the city and drive to the hotel, is one of the steepest declines I've ever seen in my life. So brace yourself and make sure you know how to control the car.

Apartment has everything you may need for a short or longer stay: cooking facilities, washing machine, fridge, dish washer. Nice view from the balcony. Very pleasant owner. Really recommend it!

The private terrace with Seaview and sunset and view of activities below was very nice. Clean modern apartment with comfortable bed. Large refrigerator. Very friendly host.

For longer stays, salt and pepper and initial bottle of drinking water should be provided along with dish drying towels. Fridge had fish odor, but that can easily be cleaned.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment perfect for a group of friends or a family. 2 bedrooms, with 1 double bed and 2 singles, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living area and 2 bathrooms. Clean and comfortable, with air conditioning fitted in each room. The view from the balcony is a real highlight!

The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous, but that does unfortunately involve climbing up a very steep hill to get there from the main town. We rented a car so didn't have to carry our luggage up, otherwise that may have been a problem.

Beautiful Apartment but Lacking in Key Amenities We recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Kaş, and while the place was beautiful and spacious with all the necessary amenities, we faced some significant challenges that impacted our experience. The owner was very helpful in arranging a taxi from Antalya to Kaş at a great rate and was responsive to our inquiries, which we appreciated. However, one major downside was that we were not informed ahead of time about having to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs, as there is no lift in the building. The owner did assist us with our bags, which was a kind gesture. Another issue arose during checkout. We wanted to leave our luggage at the property while we explored the area, but there was no storage space available. The owner suggested we could leave our bags outside, which didn’t sit well with us. Eventually, he found a spot in the cleaning room for our luggage, but when we returned, we were shocked to find all our suitcases just sitting at the entrance, completely unsecured. This was concerning, as it left our belongings vulnerable to theft. While we enjoyed the apartment itself, the lack of communication regarding the stairs and the absence of a secure storage option were significant drawbacks. I believe these points should be clearly communicated to future guests to avoid similar issues.

We loved everything! Clean, modern, comfortable apartment in a quiet location with a sea view. Very helpful host. My husband had a bad toothache when we arrived. Our host phoned a local dentist and arranged a same day appointment. He even offered to take him there in his car!

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The location is fantastic, a short walk into the centre but far away enough to be quiet at night. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Super clean and had everything you could possibly need. And the staff from the cleaners to the gentleman on reception were beyond lovely. Always said morning and Apo on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. From helping us exchange money to looking into how we could see places we wanted to for the cheapest to gifting us some Turkish coffee he was just incredible.

Excellent in all aspects, the view, the fittings, the cleanliness, the fixtures, beds etc all excellent. Really nice accomodation.

The reception can be tricky to find and the whole area is uphill so walking is almost impossible so highly recommend renting a car or scooter in advance.
