Las camas rechinan deberían de chocar el por qué , no nos quisieron dejar entrar al cuarto antes de las 3 cuando ya estaba listo y el personal que nos recibió nada amable , no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación por qué nos dijeron que tuvieron muchos cuartos por hacer y no les dio tiempo .

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Most of the staff were friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable. No noise inside and outside the room. Beds were very comfortable. Very easy to regulate the temperature in the room. Nice breakfast.
The fridge in the room shifts inside the cabinet and cause the door not to fully close then it causes things inside to freeze. You must wedge the fridge tight so it does not shift. You need a fan in the bathroom.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The staff was nice but everything was down hill after that. The walk-in shower would have been nice except for the mildew in the corners. The room came with a nice, pretty large tv but there was no streaming service available and you couldn't cast to it and the cable channel selection was poor. There was construction right outside my windows so I closed the blinds only to discover how utterly inadequate the lighting was for the space. Add that the hallways could use a good vacuum and the elevators could be mopped, I felt the room was overpriced and did not live up to my expectations for the brand.

Reviewed May 16, 2026- Excellent location just off the 401 into Port Hope - Nice Breakfast included, and provided many hot and cold options. - Seating in breakfast area was cozy, comfortable, and offered many seating arrangements….from table and chairs, to booths, to island seating. - plenty of towels/facecloths that were very white, clean and soft. - Nightlight in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise, enabling visits to the bathroom at night without having to be blinded by turning on the bright overhead lights! - in the bathroom there were receptacles on the wall filled with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
- upon arrival at the property, there was garbage strewn about in front of the building…..either coming from the overflowing garbage bin, or perhaps from a guest who did not dispose of their food and drink containers and serviettes in a proper manner. - the first room assigned to us did not have clean sheets and pillowcases. Several long hairs were found upon inspection. - the dead bolt on the door was not engaging with the door frame, and thus the door could not be locked from inside the room. - in the second room assigned, we found a long black hair in the shower base. Also, there were smears down the shower glass, appearing as if a dirty rag was used to wipe the glass down after previous guests. - there is no closet to hang clothes, just a set of three wall hooks, of which one hook was missing.

The room was a little run down. Looked like our bathroom mirror had mold on the frame and the AC in our room was leaking. Also our safety lock on our door was broken.

Was no cleaning service in the room , you have to request the cleaning in your room, and we stayed 3 days ,so we had no towels , or empty garbage, or a clean room for 3 days ..... And its says in the room, every other day of your stay is the cleaning, but nobody cleaned ,even doh we see the cleaning ladies . And than we get the information when we checked out ,the cleaning it's only on request, which I never heard about it before.

Bed sheets too thin. Time for upgrade to better quality. Bath towels were terrible, too small and too thin. Breakfast was a big disappointment, sausages looked dead. Not many varieties for muffins, only blueberries. Orange juice was too watered down. Coffee was weak.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We stayed for one night and left right after breakfast the following morning. The staff were very accommodating at checkin and checkout. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and even though there were a lot of people checking in, a number of them with dogs which we loved, our room was quiet which was much appreciated. We would stay there again!

On the surface, the room was clean. However, it was not well dusted. Rooms/TVs should have a channel guide. The breakfast was not enjoyable. Bread, muffins and sausages were dry. The deposit for incidentals is taken up front. However, it can take days to be retuned to my account. It leaves the onus on me to monitor. No invoice was received after checking out to acknowledge the refund. Not very good customer service.

Breakfast food makes me sick...especially the sausage...sorry.. More fresh coffee and clean your boiled water pot for tea.It was dispensing yellow water... I would stay there again because of the location but not in my view Worth two hundred dollars a night for 1 person. I really like your pool with the warm water.But you need to scrub the mold or scum from the top above the waterline...

The Hampton Inn was very kind and allowed me to change the booking dates, even though my original option did not allow cancellations. I’m really grateful for that. Also, I appreciate the drinks available in the lobby and the bright, comfortable space for working in the evening. In addition, the room even had double-layer blackout curtains—something I had never seen before! My child needs a dark environment to sleep, and these curtains worked perfectly, much better than those in other hotels.

I also had the credit card with me, but they only would take my Debit card, added an additional $50 security to the card which I had to return to the counter to reclaim. Overall a Mickey Mouse operation.

Shower plugged, dirty caulking in bathroom, no water glasses in bathroom, no clock or radio, no paper/pens, limited tv options, no maps or info of area, mattress was shaky and showed its age, and Chairs uncomfortable. What happened to the small details that can make the stay memorable? We have never been disappointed before at an Hampton Inn.

The breakfast options are too simple, and they remained the same with no variety during my three-night stay. The hotel room rates are relatively high, especially the prices on weekends.

The bathroom shower already shows some water damage (it seems they used wrong construction materials in shower) as brown/yellowish stains appear. The bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. Our room was clean.

We like the added benefit of being able to just go downstairs for an easy breakfast and coffee before heading out the next day. I have always found staff very friendly and helpful. Second time staying at this hotel.
