La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, avec une décoration contemporaine et originale. Malgré le fait qu’elle donnait sur la rue, elle était relativement calme, ce qui nous a permis de passer un séjour agréable.

Nous avons un peu moins apprécié le service du petit déjeuner. Une seule personne était présente pour servir les boissons et débarrasser les tables, ce qui semblait insuffisant compte tenu du nombre de clients. Les tables n’étaient par ailleurs pas dressées à l’arrivée. Pour une nuit, cela reste tout à fait acceptable, mais pour un séjour plus long, nous aurions apprécié un service plus fluide et mieux organisé.

Von Hotel war niemand erreichbar, werdet telefonisch noch per WhatsApp. Der Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Die email sollte einen Link enthalten, der jedoch defekt oder falsch war, er hat jedenfalls nicht funktioniert. Auch die sehr nette Frau, die das Frühstück bereitete, hat nichts finden können; auch ihr wurde nicht per WhatsApp geantwortet. Da der Check-in nicht funktionierte, haben wir keine Tickets für die Öffis erhalten, die mit dem Zimmerpreis bereits bezahlt waren. Auf eine Email hat das Hotel bis heute nicht reagiert. Das ist ein extrem schlechter Service! Und wenn ich es genau betrachte, fühle ich mich betrogen: ich musste nochmals Öffi Tickets kaufen und bezahlen. Daher die schlechte Bewertung, auch wenn ich das Hotel selbst ganz schön fand. Nochmals werde ich hier definitiv nicht buchen.

die fahrräder galten als ständig besetzt, obwohl sie überwiegend in den ständern vor ort waren. es hiess dann per whatsapp, man soll zu den ständern gehen und nachsehen, ob sie besetzt sind...what???? unser zimmer war recht dunkel (nur ein kleines fenster) und es gab kein duschgel oder shampoo, nur seife und bodymilk. Polster waren sehr unbequem - aber das ist alles geschmachssache 😊

Very nice that you can have access to a storage room before the check-in time. It was convenient and a restroom was also available. You almost don't see/interact with the staff and although it seems odd, it worked pretty well. The keyless system worked well and we were offered a late check-out for an extra fee that was very reasonable. The hotel is somewhat walking distance to the city centre and some attractions. Not far from the train station either. I would totally recommend it to friends and would come back. The breakfast at first seemed a bit pricey but in the end it was almost the same price as everywhere else. The bathroom and amenities where good and the bedroom had a really nice size for a family of three.

They could have some vending machines or water bottles for sale. Although tap water is okay in Europe, it is always good to have the option of buying regular or sparkling water too.

The room is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to find the building. Self check-in worked out perfectly. The information provided by the host is amazing. The organic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash are very good. Love the idea of having basin outside of the bathroom.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar, die Zimmer sind sauber. Während der Festspielzeit in Salzburg ein absolut erschwinglicher Preis. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Servicepersonal zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Alles zusammen war sehr stimmig für mich, das Salz ist ein Geheimtipp für Salzburg...und die feine & gemütliche Frühstücksauswahl in Retro-Ambiente ist wundervoll ☺️

Schöne und komfortable Zimmer. Gute basic Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist zwar gut in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und man kann in ca. 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen. Die Gegend in der sich das Hotel befindet ist aber eher heruntergekommen und nicht ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist etwas zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Die Kaffeemaschine war leider kaputt und außer Betrieb. Für 1-2 Nächte kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

The hotel was great for the start of our trip hiking in the Austrian Alps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. We slept great! The blackout drapes kept the room dark and the A/C kept it nice and cool. The location was central but the hotel room was very quiet. It is close to the Salzburg train station, easy to get to from the airport, and made for enjoyable walks along the river to the Altstadt and Mirabelle gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr anonym, es war im Vorfeld nicht möglich mit einem echten Menschen zu sprechen. Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht besonders attraktiv. Wir konnten die Klimaanlage nicht abstellen und haben die Nacht mit einem Brummton verbracht. Insgesamt finde ich das Hotel viel zu teuer. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und der Filterkaffee aus einer großen Thermoskanne hätte 4€ gekostet.

Huoneen ilmastointia ei voinut säätää lainkaan Henkilökuntaa ei ole saatavilla, huoneeseen pääsee numerokoodilla tasan klo 15.00 ja uloskirjautuminen jo klo 10.00 Kadun äänet voimakkaat myös yöaikaan. Sijainti vilkkaan kadun varressa ei optimaalinen Syrjäinen sijainti.

Es gibt kein Personal, alles läuft digital. Das ist kein Hotel, das ist ein serviced apartment. Die Lage ist recht zentral, aber in keiner schönen Gegend, keine Altstadt. Parksituation auch schlecht, selbst zum Beladen kann man nicht halten. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist laut, Zimmer zur Straße daher nachts ohne Option Fenster zu öffnen. Die Zimmergestaltung ist bemüht modern, aber im Ergebnis beengend und dunkel. Insgesamt für den Preis sehr enttäuschend.

Dieses moderne Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Salzach und ist nur etwa 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein Öffiticket. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann auch spontan gebucht werden und bietet eine kleine, aber feine Auswahl. Zimmerzugang erfolgt über einen Code der via Mail geschickt wird.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Tiefgarage ist nicht direkt im Gebäude, sondern in Gehweite. Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort, daher ist das Hotel ausschließlich online buchbar und der Check-in / Zimmerzugang erfolgt über einen Code.

Es gab überhaupt keinen Ansprechpartner,keine Rezeption,den Zugangscode zum Eingang und Zimmer erhielt ich erst 15.30 Uhr auf meinem Handy

I didn’t like that hotel staff would enter the room after knocking only once, without waiting for an answer. I would have preferred them to wait for confirmation before coming in. Also, the 10:00 AM checkout was too early and not very convenient.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war ideal - besonders für Festspielgäste - alles fußläufig bestens erreichbar. Das Zimmer im 3. Stock war trotz Straßenlage und Hitzewelle überraschend ruhig und angenehm klimatisiert. Beim Frühstück im Cafe war alles da was man sich in der Regel so wünscht 😋

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the train station and the historic city centre. Our room was clean, and the double bed was comfortable (although the third bed was far less so, being very low and extremely firm). Breakfast initially seemed excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality food. Unfortunately, this was only true on the first morning. On the following days, the buffet was only partially stocked, with several items unavailable, including fruit salad, scrambled eggs, and most of the pastries. It was clear that a single staff member was trying to manage everything, and service suffered as a result. Even the coffee dispenser ran empty, and we had to wait nearly 15 minutes for it to be refilled.

The parking advertised on Booking.com is actually more than 300 metres from the hotel, which is inconvenient when arriving by car with luggage. The hotel is also unstaffed during the afternoon and evening. While remote check-in is available, there is no one on site to assist if you have questions or encounter any problems. Our room was much smaller than expected. There was only enough space for a tiny table, already occupied by the tea kettle, and not even a single chair. The balcony measured little more than one square metre, with room for only one chair. Despite being marketed as a "rooftop retreat with city view," the outdoor space was too small to be enjoyable, and the view was far less impressive than the description suggested. Our room was not serviced on the second day, despite the fact that we left the hotel around 11:00 a.m. with the green "Please clean the room" sign displayed on the door. Overall, while the location, cleanliness, and comfortable double bed were positive aspects, they were outweighed by poor service, misleading expectations, and a lack of attention to detail. Considering the price I paid for a "rooftop retreat with city view," I expected a significantly better experience.

Ik had geboekt voor 2 volw en kind van 12 er was maar 1 bed 2 pers.ze hebben geen 3 pers kamer wel de boeking geaccepteerd. Als bij bookings.com reservering invoer kan ik niet verder als ik kind aanklik enn gee leeftijd invult 3 in een bed dat voor 188 euro

Moderne Unterkunft ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum/Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet (Klimaanlage, Safe, Föhn, etc), eine Minibar/Kühlschrank wäre noch wünschenswert.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, insb. die Glastüre zur Dusche.

لكن كانت هناك نقطتان سلبيتان تستحقان الذكر: أولًا، الشقة تقع على شارع رئيسي، لذلك تمر سيارات الإسعاف بشكل متكرر، خاصة في الليل، وكان صوت صفارات الإنذار مزعجًا وأثر على جودة النوم. ثانيًا، المواقف ليست بجوار الشقة، بل تبعد حوالي 5 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام، كما أنها مدفوعة برسوم مرتفعة، وهو ما كان مخيبًا لتوقعاتنا.

The hotel upgraded us for free so we can stay next to each other with two adjacent rooms. To be honest I had expected them to arrange that from the start given that we have young kids, should have room next to ours. Still we appreciated that they arranged it for us in the end after messaging and calling a few times. The hotel is not far away from the city center by bus.

There is no reception in the hotel, and only from 13:30 onwards someone can take care of your questions in the phone, which is quite inconvenient. Since there is no one around, we didn’t get the Salzburg public transport card on the first day either.

Minä sairastuin matkalla ja pääsin hotelliin sisälle odottamaan huoneeseen sisäänpääsyä. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja minusta pidettiin hyvää huolta sekä olo oli turvallinen. Minun sairauteni huomioitiin kaikessa. En ole koskaan kokenut missään hotellissa vastaavaa. Irene oli lämmin, joustava ja erittäin ystävällinen. Paljon enemmän kuin hotellin työntekijä. Huoneet olivat erittäin siistit, hyvällä maulla sisustettu ja sänky sekä tyynyt olivat laadukkaita. Huoneessa oli ylelliset pesuaineet sekä vartalovoide. Aamiaiselta löytyi varmasti syötävää kaikille. Aamiainen on myös pitkään tarjolla jos haluat nukkua pidempään. Sijainti oli hyvä. Päärautatieaseman ja ostoskeskuksen läheisyydessä ja vanhaan kaupunkiin pystyi kävelemään kaunista joen rantaa pitkin. Linja-autoilla ja raitiovaunuilla pääsee joka paikkaan. Niin ja sisäpihalla oli ihana puutarha poissa liikenteen metelistä. Sieltä oli mahdollisuus vuokrata polkupyörä joilla kaupungissa ihmiset liikkuivat paljon. Voin lämpimästi suositella hotellia kaikille. Jos matkustan vielä Salzburgiin tiedän kyllä mihin menen majoittumaan.

Zentrale Lage - trotz Hauptverkehrsstrasse hielten die Lärmschutzfenster den Straßenlärm fest. Gutes Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal.

Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Es lag eine teilweise verspeiste Pizza und eine benutzte Kaffeetasse auf einem Tisch. Zwei gebrauchte Handtücher hingen an der Wand und der Fußboden war nicht gesaugt. Wegen des Self-Check-in war überhaupt kein Hotelpersonal zur Ansprache anwesend bei dem man sich beschweren konnte und die Reinigung des Zimmers verlangen konnte.

The hotel’s exterior design is beautiful.

I had an extremely serious and unacceptable experience with this property. I booked a room for the night of 29 June and arrived at around 21:30. This was a self check-in property with no reception on site. I followed the check-in instructions and entered the room with the code provided by the property. After entering the room, I found that it had not been cleaned and was not in a usable condition for an overnight stay. The bed and the room were in a used, messy condition. This was not a minor cleanliness issue or a matter of comfort. The room was simply not ready for a guest to stay in. I tried to contact the property by phone that night, but nobody answered. The automated message said that contact would only be possible from 08:00. I also contacted Booking.com, but no alternative accommodation was arranged for me that night. Since I had no usable room and no help was available, I had to book another hotel myself at short notice. The next morning, I called the property at around 09:00. I was told that the room issue could only be handled later and that I should call again at 13:30 or write an email. In my opinion, this was not an acceptable response to such a serious failure, especially after a guest had already been left without a usable room late at night. Booking.com also contacted the property regarding compensation, but no agreement was reached. I had to pay for replacement accommodation myself because the room provided by this property was not usable. For a self check-in property without reception, reliable cleaning control and emergency support are absolutely essential. In this case, both failed. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I cannot recommend this property unless they make major improvements to room preparation, emergency communication, and guest support.

Locatie, het veilig kunnen stallen in de binnentuin van de fietsen en het ontbijt. En de mevrouw die alles regelde.

We hadden voor dit hotel gekozen omdat er airco was (buiten 37graden). Helaas deed in onze kamer de airco het niet, waardoor het binnen ook bloedjeheet was.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το πρωινό ήταν άψογο, η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείου. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε.

The air conditioning was quiet and effective. The hotel is perfectly situated for the number 2 bus to the airport and also for a pleasant river walk into town. Breakfast was carefully prepared and wonderfully presented. Best night’s sleep of the trip!

There was a bit of a mix-up with what room we were in as I received emails with 2 different room numbers so there was a bit of trial and error to get into the room.

Everything about the hotel was great. It was very kind of them to check us in way early than the actual check-in time. The staff were great. The design and setup of the room was very practical. The breakfast was very good and of high quality. The location was great too, 25 mins bus ride from airport and 15 mins walk to the train station. Great connectivity to town centre too. Value for money when compared to other locations for the budget. We really loved the place.

das frühstück war ok. es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war nett und schön eingerichtet.

Die Lage war nicht gut. man kann nicht mit dem Auto zufahren. Der weg zur Garage war lang. Der Strassenlärm war deutlich im Zimmer zu hören.

It was clean and comfortable. It's a fine place if you just want to see Salzburg and need a place to sleep.

It wasn't clear from the add how little support there was. If we'd had any issues with our room code, we would have been stuck because there's no staff available at the times when you can check in. There's a number to call, but if you don't have calling in Europe, you're in trouble. Also, the area wasn't as nice as advertised. It was farther from the old city than it looked and there wasn't much around it. It's also close to the hospital so you hear lots of ambulance noise. Really we just used it as a place to sleep. Finally, the breakfast is not worth the price. You can get better at a cafe.

My grouped do not eat 20 euros worth of breakfast therefore we asked for individually priced items eg fruit and yogurt and coffee only. Thanks to one member of staff this was possible but was a problem for others.

Not being able to keep a small amount of milk cool in ones room so that one could use the kettle and tea and coffee provided. A little fridge would have been very useful. The sofa bed in room 206 used to allow my sisters to sleep separately was extremely uncomfortable. it needed my extra duvet from room 304 to soften the base.

Zimmer zur Straße sehr unruhig.

Convenient. Clean. Courtyard garden out the back of the hotel.

Had a room at the front of the hotel and one of the windows would not shut properly. So could hear the traffic on the street outside more loudly than expected. Hard to sleep. Perhaps stopped the AC working properly. No fridge in the room 😔

Its design-led interior was nice, the breakfast buffet looked tasty. Parking at reduced day rate of 21 Euros at public parking lot nearby. Luggage storage room.

I wouldn’t classify it as a hotel, as it does not have staff on site all day, or a proper reception. I would classify it as a B&B. It’s on a very noisy street, the neighbourhood is not very nice. The room itself has nice decor, but is quite small - especially as we booked the “rooftop retreat” - turned out to be a 12sqm room with one small window. This place is ok for one night - we stayed for the Salzburg Marathon - but not for a longer period of time.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und das Zimmer war sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war auch mehr als ausreichend und es wurden immer andere Sachen gebracht.

Hat alles soweit gepasst.
