Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The facilities were really clean. Though the room was small it was a great layout which made it totally functional. Location was great overlooking the church. The communication with hosts was great. They were very responsive right from booking phase and throughout our stay.
My only call out is parking. It was actually harder to park and drop off than we anticipated with many of the roads in the area for locals only meaning you can be fined for driving down them, something we discovered later.

Man muss wissen, dass das kein klassisches Hotel ist und kein Personal anwesend, wohl aber 24 Stunden erreichbar. Wenn man keinen weiteren Service braucht und keinen großen Wert auf Charme legt, dann ist das eine praktische Unterkunft.

Che non fosse compresa la colazione nel prezzo che era comunque già un po' alto .

La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, proprio davanti alla Basilica di Sant’Antonio, ideale per godersi appieno il luogo e l’atmosfera unica della zona. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni aspetto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Reviewed May 28, 2026Sehr gute Lage, Einrichtung modern, sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Basilika gegenüber, eine Bar im Erdgeschoss. Digeritale Türöffnung funktioniert super. Vermieter ist über WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet sofort. Sehr schöne Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirlich sehr empfehlen und waren voll zufrieden.

Reviewed May 26, 2026In bester Lage in Padua zu wohnen, direkt an der Basilica di Sant'Antonio, sehr nah am Prato della Valle und botanischen Garten, mitten im Stadtzentrum, ist echt klasse. Zimmerblick auf die Basilica ist wunderbar. Sehr kurze Fußwege in alle Bereiche der Innenstadt. Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Parken am Prato della Valle sehr gut.
Wenn man nicht nach einem Luxus-Spa-Hotel sucht, gibt es nichts, was hätte besser sein können für einen Stadt-Aufenthalt.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026La struttura si trova in piazza del Santo, proprio di fronte alla bellissima Basilica di sant’Antonio. Nonostante la posizione centralissima, la nostra stanza era perfettamente insonorizzata e nessuno ha disturbato il nostro sonno. Letto e cuscini comodi, ampi spazi. Insomma, la nostra suite era veramente confortevole, peccato esserci fermati una sola notte. Potrete parcheggiare in zona Prato della Valle. Non ci sono parcheggi convenzionati. Potrete però visitare tutta Padova a piedi da questa struttura.
Per il prezzo pagato, penso sarebbe una bella idea fare una convenzione con il bar al piano terra per la colazione, dato che l’abbiamo pagata circa 40€ in tre persone..i servizi sono inesistenti , check in contactless , no reception, anche se effettuare il check in in autonomia é stato semplice.

The location is excellent, very central and with views of the Piazza San Antonio with its majestic cathedral from most rooms. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and pristine. Bathrooms are spotless and also very comfortable. The owner is friendly, warm and helpful. Depending on the time of year, the price can be very reasonable for what you get, or it can be expensive. So as close to perfect as you can get.
The breakfast in the bistrot is very expensive.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Abbiamo appena soggiornato in questa struttura, ottima per pulizia, organizzazione, tecnologia e bellezza. La vista sulla basilica del Santo è bellissima, anche a 2 passi da Prato della Valle. Quando torneremo a Padova, ci piacerebbe molto tornare in questa struttura.

No puedes dejar el equipaje ni antes ni después de la horas. Fatal servicio en la cafetería tras esperar 20’ nos tuvimos que ir a desayunar a la cafetería de al lado. Nada resolutivos ni amables. De haber conocido la ciudad no hubiera elegido ese entorno que aunque está cerca de todo está alejado del centro.

Over the air entrance system is 'modern' .. first time i have met. (no physical reception staff). I wondered what would happened if delayed at breakfast causing one to run over checkout time! I nearly found out as breakfast took an age to appear in downstairs cafe - I had to pack/ vacate apartment before finishing breakfast :). Alternatively if I had connectivity problem with phone .. I guess the entry system uses mobile data.
