La nourriture de l’hôtel n’est pas top et l’hôtel est un peu trop proche de l’aéroport donc on entend beaucoup les avions.

וואו היתה לנו חוויה פשוט מושלמת ! לא יכולנו לבקש מלון טוב יותר! גם השירות מהרגע הראשון שהגענו , התייחסו אלינו כמו לנסיכות, יחס מהיר ואדיב ופשוט באמת אין מילים לתאר. חוץ מהשירות המעולה גם אחלה חדרים ואוכל מושלם במלון . ישנו בחדר קרוב לאחת מבריכות השחיה והיה שם גם בר בבריכה שפתוח כל היום.. יש בריכת אינפיניטי מפוארת ומדהימה וגם בריכה מחוממת. בנוסף גם היינו בספא המדהים של המלון. אנחנו ממליצות בחום. זאת כבר שנה שניה שאנחנו במלון הזה ובטוח שנחזור. יש מתחת למלון את מועדון החוף טרופקינה שכל יום יש מסיבת חוף ואפשר להיכנס בחינם כאורחי המלון שזה ממש נחמד.

Локация шикарная с потрясающим видом , очень внимательный и чуткий персонал идеальная уборка и чистота в отеле! Супер полезный и вкусный завтрак. Отель новый , по территории и на пляж тебя возят на новеньком Мини купире , который буквально через несколько минут после звонка уже находится у тебя под номером . Жили в сьюте со своим бассейном и шикарным видом! Так же нам предложили бесплатный поздний выезд в день отъезда, что тоже было очень приятно ))Очень сильно рекомендую , спасибо большое за такой прием !

Totul a fost la superlativ. Suita a fost superbă, foarte curată și confortabilă, cu o priveliște minunată. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, atent și profesionist. Locația este excelentă, iar atmosfera și serviciile ne-au făcut sejurul în Mykonos cu adevărat special.

They always check up on you and provide the best care possible. The hotel is beautiful and all the pools are so relaxing. The room was surreal. We expected much and still, reality exceeded our expectations. Our Terra Suite was incredible. The staff was super helpful from even before we checked in. They have assisted my boyfriend to prepare a lovely birthday surprise for me (cake and flowers) for when we arrived. Housekeeping was very accommodating. Our room was and felt very clean throughout our whole stay. Special thanks to Elina, Christos, Connie and Jenny who helped us with absolutely everything we needed, from check in till check out and many thanks to the grooms Christos and Vaggelis and all the guys there for the super express and pleasant rides and lovely talks around the property. We would also like to thank the whole team at the spa for the amazing treatments and their kindness. 10 out of 10 across the board. We are definitely going back next year!!!

10 punti sono pochi per valutare una struttura del genere! Ci siamo trovate benissimo. Il personale, la pulizia, i servizi, il cibo. Tutti super disponibili e curato nei minimi dettagli. E' proprio vero che quando un servizio costa si vede. Consiglio: provate la loro colazione. E' qualcosa di unico! Grazie per tutto, torneremo con piacere.

La posizione è un pò scomoda poichè si trova lontana dal centro e bisogna muoversi con i mezzi dato che lì intorno non c'è nient'altro.

A couple things that could take this place to the next level - refill water bottles and coffee in the room daily. We were always parched and went several times to refill our plastic water bottles in the gym. This is standard for nicer hotels, such as this one. Offer body lotion in the room. Greece is so dry and the other toiletries offered were so nice, body lotion would be the perfect.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel insieme ai miei amici e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista! La struttura è bellissima e piena di servizi: dalla piscina alla spa, fino alle piscine direttamente fuori dalle stanze, che rendono l’atmosfera ancora più particolare e rilassante. C’è davvero tutto quello che serve per godersi al massimo la vacanza. Un giorno abbiamo deciso di provare anche la colazione a buffet e mi è piaciuta tantissimo: buffet ricco, prodotti di ottima qualità, tanta scelta e tutto davvero buonissimo. In generale, anche il cibo che abbiamo provato durante il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stata sicuramente la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Sono stati sempre gentilissimi, accoglienti e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi richiesta. Qualunque cosa ci servisse, a qualsiasi ora della giornata, hanno sempre fatto il possibile per accontentarci. Anche il room service è stato super efficiente: bastava chiedere qualcosa e veniva portato direttamente in camera in pochissimo tempo. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. Molto comodo anche l’ingresso gratuito al Tropicana Beach Club, che secondo me è un grande valore aggiunto e ci ha permesso di goderci ancora di più la vacanza. Personalmente mi sono trovata davvero benissimo e anche i miei amici sono rimasti molto soddisfatti. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo, reso ancora più speciale dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità dello staff. Voglio ringraziare di cuore tutto il personale, perché dal primo all’ultimo giorno sono stati sempre presenti, sorridenti e disponibili a fare davvero di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Обязательно берите номер с видом на море вы не пожалеете! Инфинити бассейн был с прекрасным видом! Не далеко есть таверна tasos очень рекомендую! В целом в этот отель хочется вернуться!

1. Отель находится на горе , это не проблема но лучше это знать,! 2. Пляж не относиться к отелю он платный 100 евро за 2 места и зонтик плюс депозит в кафе 30 евро на каждого! Можно пройти дальше по пляжу там все дешевле! 3. Часто над отель пролетают самолеты на посадку, создавая шум! Но и это не испортило наши впечатления! 4 обратите внимание на погоду , в целом на миконосе всегда очень ветрено, это не очень комфортно но такое место!

Sehr viel Privacy, absolut perfekte Villa, ein Traum! Modern grosszügig und super ausgestattet. Einfach herrlich!! Der Service ist einsame spitze. Man wird rund um verwöhnt und alle sind sehr freundlich. Insbesondere möchten wir einen Dank aussprechen an die Rezeption, an Coni und Christos, sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist mit dem Hotel Taxi jederzeit von der einen Hotel Estelle zu anderen gebracht worden und auch dieses Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich. Dabei möchte ich auch insbesondere den Christus vom Fahrdienst erwähnen. Er ist sehr freundlich zuvorkommend, einfach perfekt. Bei der Poolbar und am Frühstücksbuffet waren auch alle wirklich ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider konnte ich mir die Namen dort nicht merken. Ich glaube es war Eleni und auf jeden Fall an der Bar Panagiotis. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Hotel, an das ganze Personal und überhaupt alles. Es war wunderbar bei euch!! Ihr macht einen tollen Job.!

wir hatten etwas Pech und anfänglich nicht genau das Zimmer erhalten, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Ich hatte eine Villa mit Panorama Meerblick und privaten Pool gebucht, was pro Nacht 900 Fr. kostete, doch leider war nichts mit dem Panoramablick. Der ganze Poolbereich war mit Palmen zugedeckt, so dass man das Meer nur ein wenig durch die Blätter sehen konnte. Wir haben das dann reklamiert, und das Hotel Personal hat sofort reagiert und uns eine richtig tolle Alternative geboten! Somit alles perfekt, genau so stellt man es sich vor.

Esperienza davvero bellissima al Tropicana Villa Hotel Mykonos! La struttura è stupenda, curata in ogni dettaglio, con tantissime piscine e davvero tutti i servizi che si possono desiderare. Ma la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stata sicuramente lo staff: sempre sorridente, disponibile e super accogliente, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa e a farci sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Atmosfera perfetta, servizi impeccabili e una struttura in cui è davvero difficile trovare qualcosa che non vada. Uno dei posti più belli in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Mykonos. Ci torneremmo senza dubbio!

Beim Frühstück wurden die leeren Teller oft lange nicht abgeräumt . Generell das Nachfragen zb nach Getränken oder ob man was möchte war nicht so gegeben (Poolbereich und Restaurant) Aber sonst war alles top!

Magnificent property. Phenomenal Suites. Shuttle service around the resort is fast and easy and makes it so easy to get around. Breakfast was 11/10 Pools and in-pool sunloungers were epic. If you want beach club it’s a 2 minute internal shuttle. Overall the best week of our holiday.

Multumim lui Condi, Chris ,de la receptie care ne-au intampinat foarte frumos, Denis , Vanghelis,Aztrim, Constantinos ,din staff, personalului de la micul dejun care erau mereu atenti la cerintele noastre si barmanului de la micul dejun care ne facea cappuccino latte art.

Unser Aufenthalt im Tropicana Paradise Hotel Mykonos war insgesamt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Als Erstes möchten wir uns herzlich für den exzellenten Service bedanken. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Christos, der außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam war. Solche Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied und sorgen dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Das Hotel erfüllt selbst die höchsten Ansprüche. Es wurde mit unglaublich viel Geschmack, Stil und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die modernen Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Besonders empfehlen wir die Terra Suite mit privatem Pool. Diese Suite ist einfach fantastisch – der private Pool, die stilvolle Einrichtung und der traumhafte Blick auf die Ägäis sowie die Paradise Beach machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist luxuriös, gleichzeitig lebendig und perfekt organisiert. Wer ein modernes Lifestyle-Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, guter Stimmung und einer exklusiven Umgebung sucht, wird hier begeistert sein. Wer jedoch Luxus, Partystimmung, erstklassigen Service und ein stilvolles Hotel auf Mykonos erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Tropicana Paradise Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Mein einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen. Dadurch fliegen den ganzen Tag und leider auch bis spät abends sehr viele Flugzeuge direkt über das Hotel. Der Fluglärm ist deutlich hörbar. Wer absolute Ruhe und Erholung sucht, sollte dies bei seiner Buchung berücksichtigen.

L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel d’une grande gentillesse et simplicité. 5 piscines, des vues magiques. A aucun moment, le personnel pousse à la consommation. J’ai choisi l’hôtel pour sa proximité avec les clubs, l’hôtel prévoit des bouchons d’oreille avec les produits de toilette (marque rituals) mais c’est très acceptable. Un excellent choix pour Mykonos.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto al Tropicana Hotel e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Fin dall’inizio , ancora prima della prenotazione, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla disponibilità e dalla gentilezza dello staff. Hanno risposto a ogni nostra domanda con professionalità e cortesia, facendoci sentire seguiti in ogni momento. Una volta arrivati, l’accoglienza è stata ancora più speciale: tutto il personale ci ha sempre accolto con il sorriso, facendoci sentire come a casa e soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta con una disponibilità davvero rara. L’hotel è semplicemente magnifico. Curato nei minimi dettagli, modernissimo e impeccabilmente pulito. Le piscine sono spettacolari e regalano una vista mozzafiato, perfette per rilassarsi e godersi ogni momento della giornata. La palestra è moderna, ben attrezzata e ideale per chi desidera continuare ad allenarsi anche in vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il servizio in camera: velocissimo, efficiente e con piatti davvero ottimi. Un’altra piacevolissima sorpresa è stata la colazione al Comus Resturant: assolutamente deliziosa e ricca di prodotti di qualità. La consigliamo vivamente! Anche la posizione è perfetta: basta uscire dall’hotel per raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi passi (e la discoteca Tropicana) e la fermata dell’autobus è comodissima per visitare il resto dell’isola senza alcuna difficoltà. Un grazie speciale va a tutto lo staff, che con la sua professionalità, gentilezza e continua attenzione ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella. After that, you’ve more or less experienced everything the resort has to offer.

* Due to the hotel’s very steep hillside location, you’ll often need a shuttle even to get around the property, for example from your room to the reception or restaurants. That said, all of the shuttle drivers were excellent—friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. * The reception team offers to arrange restaurant and club reservations as well as transportation. Sometimes this worked perfectly, but on other occasions it didn’t work at all. Communication, in particular, needs significant improvement. * The hotel is located directly under the airport’s flight path. Watching the planes is exciting at first, but the aircraft noise can become quite disruptive at night or when you’re trying to sleep. * The nightly rate is extremely expensive, as is Mykonos in general. While this is well known before visiting the island, it is still something future guests should keep in mind.

We stayed at Tropicana for our honeymoon, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay special, even giving us a wonderful room upgrade to celebrate the occasion. The customer service here is truly next-level. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Mary and Katerina at reception for being so incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and to Nicolas the porter for helping us with our bags and making arrival and departure seamless. They even let us stay in our room right up until our 3:30 transfer, which made our final day completely stress-free! We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff truly make you feel like family. We will definitely be back!

The location, the hotel was tops in all aspects - attention to detail was absolutely spot on and on POINT, The staff went out and beyond to help, and could not ignore how friendly, kind and super helpful every single one of them was. I will definitely be back next summer. Thanks again to Maria she is brilliant - so helpful.

There was nothing not to like. The club was a bit loud across the beach every day, but did not affect my stay, and was good to know many people enjoying themselves there.

Exceptional from start to finish. The room was absolutely wonderful, with breathtaking views that made our stay truly unforgettable. Every facility at the hotel was excellent. The pools, spa and breakfast exceeded our expectations and everything was maintained to a very high standard. What impressed us most, however, was the incredible level of service. Every member of staff treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their friendliness and attention to detail were simply outstanding. I would like to give special praise to the transfer service, which is absolutely invaluable. Arriving at the port and finding a member of the team waiting for us with a luxury vehicle was a fantastic start to our stay. Every trip from the hotel was arranged with the same impeccable service, and whenever we wanted to return, all it took was a phone call about half an hour in advance and they would come and pick us up. This level of care and convenience makes a huge difference and sets the Tropicana Suites & Villas. We had an exceptional experience and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Još jedan hotel na Mykonos koji nudi vrhunsku uslugu i odlične ljude koji rade u njemu. Nadam se da vlasnici hotela znaju i paze na svoje zaposlenike jer su oni bogatstvo ovog pravog malog raja na zemlji. Recepcija, vozači , svi konobari i mladi gospodin koji vodi brigu za sigurnost na bazenu,jednostavno savršeni.
