I liked how clean the room was and how nice the staff was.

I didn’t like how super small the room is. The bathroom is bigger than the room.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen zwei Metrostationen 36th Street und 25 th Street ( Express und Local) nach Manhattan ( 25 Min) . Saubere und helle Zimmer, ausreichendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis perfekt.

Camere molto piccole, impraticabili per 4 persone, con 2 letti ad una piazza e mezza e armadio piccolo Eravamo 3 adulti e una bambina non c’era spazio per tenere le valigie aperte tantomeno per mettere il contenuto delle valigie nell’armadio.il passeggino della bimba dovevamo tenerlo nel bagno per poterci muovere.

Struttura nuovissima. Personale fantastico. Pulizia molto buona. La camera viene, di norma, pulita ogni terzo giorno ma, qualora lo desideriate, potete richiedere (alla reception) che vi venga pulita anche negli altri giorni. Per quanto riguarda le dimensioni, la camera standard che mi hanno assegnato non era grandissima ma nemmeno angusta. Il bagno è bello grande in rapporto alla camera. La doccia è fantastica: grandissima ed equipaggiata sia con soffione che con doccetta da impugnare. È presente un WC con getto d'acqua (tipo quelli giapponesi) che funge sia da WC che da bidet. I letti sono comodi ma risultano piccoli per due adulti. Non hanno le dimensioni di un matrimoniale, diciamo che sono poco più grandi di quelli da una piazza e mezza. Sotto i letti c'è spazio per riporre le valigie. Nella stanza c'è una scrivania con lampada, una sedia, un armadio con cassaforte, il frigobar, una macchina per fare il caffè americano. La colazione è abbondante e prevede varie opzioni sia dolci sia salate. Il cibo non si esaurisce subito. Anche se scendete sul tardi (ma comunque nella fascia oraria prevista, ovviamente) ci sarà da mangiare. Se avete l'esigenza di fare colazione prima, ciò può essere richiesto alla reception. Non ho usufruito di questa possibilità quindi non so se sia a pagamento. L'hotel dispone di una piccola palestra e di una terrazza panoramica sul tetto. La posizione è buona se parliamo di prossimità alla metropolitana, tuttavia per raggiungere Lower Manhattan si impiega mezz'ora, per Midtown un'ora abbondante e per Central Park ci vuole quasi un'ora e mezza. Non è un difetto dell'hotel ma un qualcosa da tenere presente se andate fondamentalmente per visitare Manhattan.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Se posso dare un consiglio, amplierei le opzioni per quanto riguarda marmellata (c'era solo d'uva) e yogurt (c'era solo fragola) a colazione.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Le métro est à seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer à New York. Il y a également un grand magasin Marshalls à environ 6 minutes à pied, ainsi que plusieurs commerces à proximité. Le personnel est très compréhensif et accueillant. J’étais arrivée en avance et j’ai pu faire mon check-in plus tôt que prévu et avoir ma chambre immédiatement, ce que j’ai vraiment apprécié. Autre point très pratique : il est possible de laisser ses bagages à l’hôtel après le check-out, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsque l’on a un vol tardif. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et proposait un choix varié. J’ai également apprécié la présence de micro-ondes accessibles à tout moment, ce qui est très pratique pour réchauffer un repas. Enfin, la salle de bain est spacieuse, ce qui est vraiment agréable, notamment pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

L’insonorisation est le principal point négatif. On entend assez facilement les portes qui claquent dans le couloir ainsi que les bruits provenant des chambres voisines. Cela peut être gênant, notamment la nuit. Heureusement que j’avais des boules Quies avec moi.

The hotel was very beautiful. The hallways were clean and I love the fact they have no rug in the room or hallways. Love the sink in the bathroom and shower.

I was disappointed by the shower head. it was rusted and kind of dirty. The food was horrible because the bagels tasted and were stale. The pancakes were hard as if they warm them in the microwave. The scrambled eggs looked burnt. The only thing I was able to have was a cup of tea and hard boiled egg.

I loved everything about it, it was absolutely beautiful! The front staff was very very helpful and I asked for assistance with transportation and they were able to call a car service no problem, such great help! When I return to New York I will definitely book my stay with them again! 10/10 LOVED!

Hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera quadrupla con due letti matrimoniali alla francese: la camera è piuttosto piccola, ma comunque funzionale, mentre il bagno è sorprendentemente spazioso. La pulizia della camera, inclusa ma da richiedere, è stata sempre ottima. La colazione non è molto varia, ma offre tutto il necessario, sia dolce che salato; soggiornando più giorni può risultare forse un po’ ripetitiva. Molto comoda la sala colazione al piano terra, che può essere utilizzata anche durante la giornata per consumare cibo da asporto. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente da non perdere il rooftop, da cui si gode una bellissima vista su tutta Manhattan, soprattutto la sera. La posizione è un po’ defilata rispetto a Manhattan, ma l’hotel si trova vicinissimo a due stazioni della metropolitana e il quartiere è molto tranquillo. In circa 20 minuti si raggiungono facilmente sia DUMBO sia South Ferry. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione per visitare New York senza spendere cifre eccessive. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino a 2 stazioni della metro con cui si raggiunge molto facilmente Manhattan. Colazioni buone. Quartiere tranquillo con stazione della NYPD attaccata.

Niente di particolare da segnalare, tranne che la stanza per 4 persone è un pò piccolina ma dotata di quello che serve.

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione: l'hotel è situato a soli 300 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana. Ci è piaciuta anche la colazione a buffet inclusa nel prezzo.

The smell of the room

Fantastická lokalita, 5 minut od metra, obchod hned u metra, (otevřený večer do 11 hodin) bezpečná čtvrť, velmi ochotný a sympatický personál. Čisté, krásná koupelna s oknem, a s horní i ruční sprchou, bidet. Naprosto super snídaně na americké poměry, (s evropským hotelem nesrovnávám) lívance, pečené brambory, dušená zelenina, dobré pečivo. (ano čtvrtý den to už bylo stejné, ale fakt dobré) Je to opravdu blízko centra. cca 25 min k Brooklyn Bridge, kam jsme se druhý den pobytu vzhledem k jet leg jeli podívat na východ slunce.

Malý pokoj pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, ale dole v místnosti, která je určená pro snídaně můžete sedět i večer a sníst si tam svoje jídlo, což je úžasné. (asi mají větší pokoje, ale již nebyly k dispozici)

Hotel ligt dichtbij de metro zodat je snel in het centrum van New York bent. Daarnaast was het ontbijt ook prima. Mannelijk personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk (vergeleken met de vrouw die ons heeft geholpen tijdens het inchecken)

Wij hadden een superior tweepersoonskamer met 2 tweepersoonsbedden geboekt. De kamer was enorm klein hier kon je echt niet met vier personen verblijven. Terwijl ik bij andere hotels tijdens onze vakantie ook had gekozen voor hotels met een tweepersoonskamer met 2 queensize bedden die wel gewoon ruim genoeg waren. Toen we dit meteen kenbaar hadden gemaakt bij de receptie, konden zij ons de volgende dag misschien een andere kamer aanbieden. De volgende ochtend zijn wij gewoon richting het centrum gegaan en konden wij onze bagage in de kamer achterlaten. Het hotel heeft onze bagage dus verhuisd naar de andere kamer. Dat was wel heel fijn. Wij hadden in totaal drie nachten in dit hotel geboekt voor ruim € 1200. Ik vond dit heel duur betaald voor wat je ervoor kreeg.

We had five nights at the Liberty View. The room was well-appointed with convenience lights. The room was small, which was expected, but very clean & comfortable. There was a small desk & refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was stellar with a glass shower stall and WINDOWS!! Large lighted mirror and modern raised sink with waterfall faucet. Convenient to subway and many local grocery stores. We had a rental car and it was parked in the parking carousel for $35/night. Unbeknownst to me when I booked the room, there was a complimentary breakfast. It was small and had lots of basics like cereal, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee. The staff kept the area extremely clean. The front desk staff were polite, and helped with getting our car and more towels. Our room did not face Manhattan, but the busy urban neighborhood. It was quiet in our room seven floors up. We did not have a chance to partake, but we were told that staff would give access to.the roof of we wanted to check.out the view.

The rooms had nifty lighted signs outside each room, which you could toggle as to whether you wanted " do not disturb", "check in", or "clean the room". The once or twice that we chose "clean the room", it was not done when we returned later in the day. I even noticed something on the back of the hotel door, saying that "you may need to tell a front desk member that you want the room cleaned." I then wondered why they had the light up signs, if housekeeping didn't pay attention. I never saw any housekeeping staff in the halls. Maybe they hire as needed. We are not high maintenance people and did not leave messes. They do leave the linen cart by the elevator so that you can help your self to clean linens. We took what we required, but no one came in the five days to take the used towels. It wasn't a deal breaker, but not great hotel service that way.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small, but fit the needs of our stay and was very clean. We did not have much time to make use of all of the amenities.

Breakfast was included in our stay, and we found the hot items to be a little cold. The coffee wasn't ready by the opening of breakfast. We felt that the parking was difficult to figure out. We needed to figure out where to park to check in, then drive all the way back around to utilize the offered parking. And we needed to be extra careful, because the hotel is right next to the police precinct.

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אבל הוספנו כמה דברים והארוחה היתה מספקת. יש אפשרות מאוד נוחה וזולה לעשות כביסה. יש אפשרות להשאיר את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים לאחר צ'ק אאוט. צוות יעיל ותקשורתי,שלחו משהו לתקן אסלה סתומה במהירות,נתנו לנו לראות את פסל החרות מגג המלון. מיקום טוב בין 2 תחנות סבואוי. הרבה מכולת קטנות ליד המלון ומתחם אוכל גדול כמה דקות הליכה מהמלון בindustry city. יש כספת גדולה למחשב נייד. יש חדר כושר עם ציוד טוב. יש שפופרת לטוש במקלחת,נדיר בארהב. אפשר לבקש מתי לנקות את החדר.הניקיון היה טוב וחדשו את כל מה שהיה חסר כל פעם.

חדר צפוף,דווקא חדר אמבט מרווח וגדול. אין פריזר רק מקרר. בחדר כושר חסרות מגבת גדולות ומקום למילוי מים.

This is a lovely hotel with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline. The bathrooms are wonderful complete with a bidet! They offer a full hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast bagels, yogurt and fruit

It was the closest hotel to industry city, which is the only positive. The are is dirty, shabby, and dangerous, despite being near a police station. The room is like a shelter room, it is small, not quaint and smelled musky. Too far from food options. Overpriced at $400-$500 a night. Should be $50 a night. I do not recommend at all. Stay in manhattan or westchester.

Das Bad war geräumig und auf neustem Stand. Wir hatten aus dem Zimmer einen Blick auf die Freiheitsstatue. Das Frühstück war gut, Obst zur Auswahl. Insgesamt genügend Auswahl. Die Lage war top. Man kam mit der U-Bahn schnell überall hin.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Dadurch, dass sie in Intervallen gearbeitet hat, sprang sie ca. alle 15 min an. Schwierig, in einen tiefen Schlaf zu gelangen. Normalerweise habe ich keine Ptobleme mit einer Klimaanlage zu schlafen, aber die war speziell. Die Bettgröße hat uns überrascht. Ich bin 1,90 m groß und meine Füße waren außerhalb des Bettes (Geschätzt kann das Bett nicht länger als 1,90 m gewesen sein). Das habe ich so in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Ein Hinweis vorher wäre wünschenswert. Die Zimmergröße ist so wie angekündigt. Nicht groß, aber das wussten wir vorher.

Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu dwie stacje metra z szybkim dojazdem do Manhattanu. Bardzo dobre śniadania ale mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone . Idealny na nieco dłuższy pobyt.

Only once ice machine in the whole building. In the BASEMENT. That was stupid. The ice machine wasn't even a dispenser, it was a stupid VEVOR ice chest with a communal scoop that everyone's germs was on. Useless. Water was hot all over the hotel, and the water dispenser IN THE BASEMENT was beeping continuously, and dispensing lukewarm water only. I couldn't get a cold drink of water in that place without a HUGE hassle. 90º and 90% humidity all week made water a necessity. Aaaaaand, you didn't deliver. Also, a key required to turn on the power? Come on. No automatic room service? Come on. One ice machine in the wholeplace? Come on. There was 0 service, and I hated that about it.

Breakfast was stupid. Frozen vegetable blend and chicken nuggets? For real? That was shit. The only good thing was the watermelon, and the ONE guy working there who I begged to just bring the tray of watermelon HE ALREADY CUT couldn't be bothered to help me out. The breakfast was late. I had work at 9, and I didn't want to wait until 8 to get started. Too late.

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious modern bathroom, plenty of breakfast. Theeyto is 5 minutes away. Safe neighbourhood.

The room itself was tiny for 4 people, but we only spent the nights there so it was ok for us.

Everyone on property is very friendly and I felt I could ask them any questions I had. The property on the outside had me a bit nervous being unfamiliar to the area and all. That said the room was clean and well kept. No weird smells, the bathroom, and the bedding was clean. Overall, a very nice stay and I would come back if I was in NYC.

The only thing that was a bit off for me (if I can even say that) the doors are a bit heavy. So when someone’s leaving a room you do hear the door slam. Not too bad but I’m a bit of a sensitive sleeper.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was great with guests from all over the world. The breakfast lounge area was spacious and sunny. The food was varied and nutritious. The location is fabulous: a short walk from the subway and close to a grocery store. The staff couldn’t have been nicer! We will be back!

This hotel was within walking distance to a wedding that took place at industry city, so while the area isn’t exciting it was convenient for our purposes. We did pay more for a room with a view of the Statue of Liberty, which was fun for our kid.

This hotel was pretty bare bones. The room was a bit smaller than expected, smelled strongly of cleaner, and was quite stuffy even with the AC. They couldn’t accommodate an earlier check-in because they were quite full, which was disappointing; most hotels seem able to allow a check-in an hour or two early. The breakfast was a hodgepodge and not great quality.

Wir haben zu zweit in einem Doppelzimmer mit zwei Queensize Betten gewohnt und hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit im Liberty View Brooklyn Hotel. wir haben gut in den Betten schlafen können, hatten ausreichend Platz und ein schönes Bad. Auch den Safe und den kleinen Kühlschrank haben wir täglich genutzt. Und an den warmen Tagen haben wir uns auch über die Klimaanlage sehr gefreut. Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen zwei Subway Stationen und in kürzester Zeit sind wir überall dort gewesen, wo wir hin wollten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel sauber und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Frühstück war wie schon in vorherigen Rezensionen. Etwas speziell. Aber wir haben an den Tagen, wo wir im Hotel gefrühstückt haben, immer etwas gefunden.

this is a scam. the rooms don't look at all like the pictures. It's really bad, dirty and old. staff is terrible, they entered the room even tho we had a no disturb sign. avoid this place at all costs.

The views of the statue of liberty over the sun-set were breathtaking. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast wasn't terrible. There were options and fresh-fruit which is great. The rooms are small but they are perfect if you just need a place to sleep.

The bathroom sink had green stuff coming out of the faucet. Other than that the place looked clean. The AC unit was not easy to operate and it shut-off during the night and re-set itself back to a warm temperature.

This place is a gem. Reasonably priced, has everything you need, great staff. Everything about the place is just nice people going out of their way to take care of you while you’re visiting New York. Convenient to subway stations that take you quickly to Manhattan, with parking available on property. Highly recommend!

The room size is very small. You have to leave a room key in a card slot to keep the lights on. There are no vending machines on the premises. The food option for breakfast is limited and the quality is poor.

Relación calidad precio para como están los precios de los alojamientos en NYC. Todo un acierto que incluya el desayuno, lo aprovechamos muy bien los 10 días. El aislamiento de las habitaciones esta muy bien, no se oye nada del resto de huéspedes. Dos paradas de metro a unos 5-10 min andando. Comisaría de policía al lado del hotel.

La habitación era bastante pequeña y mas cuando son estancias tan largas. No había ninguna vista a la Estatua desde las ventanas. El hecho de que este en Brooklynn implica unos 40-50 min hasta Times Square.

Okolica bezpieczna i spokojna. Hotel nowoczesny i komfortowy, jak na standardy nowojorskie. Pokój typowo nowojorski jeżeli chodzi o powierzchnię, chociaż nie można narzekać - do nocowania po całodniowych eskapadach całkowicie wystarczający. Było czysto i schludnie, na plus bardzo duża łazienka ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Śniadania natomiast przewyższały typowy standard amerykański, było smacznie, potrawy urozmaicone, bez monotonii, doskonała kawa, to wszystko zachęcało do celebrowania posiłków i sprawiało, że poranne wyjazdy na zwiedzanie zawsze się nam opóźniały ;-))) Następnym razem wybierzemy ten sam hotel.

Nie widzę zbyt wielu możliwości poprawy czegokolwiek. Nie wiem jak działał zmechanizowany parking hotelowy - nasz samochód postawiliśmy pod komisariatem policji i sobie stał kilka dni bez problemu, miejsc parkingowych było przy ulicy zresztą pod dostatkiem.
