Nicht sehr viel. Das Zimmer Mädchen war sehr freundlich. Nähe von dem Hotel war ein uban Station was für uns hilfreich war.

I ordered a king-size room and got a double-bed room. It seemed like the front desk person didn't release i was with my partner who was right next to me at the desk. So they gave us a double room and not a one-bedroom. They should consider the original request or inform that there were no king-size left. We were too tired to go downstairs to change rooms at that point.

The people at the front desk were excellent. They were helpful, friendly, interesting and interested. And that wasn’t just my opinion. While we were chatting everyone who came off the elevator waved a cheerful hello to the man who checked me in. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shades made it easy to sleep even in the daylight. The shower was fabulous. The room had everything needed in temporary accommodations.

The breakfast room, although a decent size, was packed and difficult to move around. The attendant who was there Sunday morning August 23, 2026 was unnecessarily rude. I accidentally dropped serving tongs on the floor. I didn’t see anyone who I could tell so I put them back on the counter. But apparently this woman was nearby when it happened and she scolded me loudly in the middle of the crowded room for not telling her I had dropped them. It was unnecessary and inappropriate to embarrass me in front of a crowd of strangers, but she did it anyway. And I received some dirty looks because of what she said, causing me embarrassment - for what? An accident. She could have quietly replaced the tongs without scolding and embarrassing me. Nowadays smart televisions are complicated and difficult for older people to operate. Although I finally found the list of shows and channels I couldn’t actually get the shows by highlighting the listing and clicking on it or by using the number next to the name of the show. Some simple instructions in the room about how to actually access the shows using the remote would save time and frustration for people over 30.

Cena zbyt wysoka w stosunku do jakości. Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Przy rezerwacji hotel zapewnił mnie że będzie dla mnie dostępna opcja bezglutenowa na śniadanie- na miejscu nikt nic nie wiedział i dostałam info, że nie ma takiej opcji. Śniadanie tragicznie - jajecznica bez smaku, jajka sadzone nie wyglądały jak jajka. Bardzo mały wybór, produkty niskiej jakości. Talerze papierowe, sztućce plastikowe. Dramat. Na Manhattanie w tej cenie mieliśmy dużo lepsze warunki.

Breakfast options were easy to choose from. I would say there were food options for everyone.

In my room, there was a reoccuring high pitched noise that would occasionally irritate me and turn on while I was sleeping. And the AC in the unit was fine, but I felt like I was constantly having to turn it back on.

Overall felt it wasn't that clean. Our bed didn't have a blanket and we had one towel for 4 people. The bathroom soap was broken and the vent kept dropping down

The breakfast was really good, I liked how there were different options every day. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the train station and I overall felt safe at the hotel.

I am a tidy person so I didn't like how I wasn't given an option to skip out on the daily housekeeping (1 person, 4 days). There was no sign I could put on my door to avoid this. My room was on the ground/basement level, so I don't know if this was an issue upstairs, but the suite doors are heavy and sometimes the hard slam of the doors in the middle of the night woke me up.

Standaard ontbijt, met ruime keuze om af te wisselen. Zeer vriendelijke dame die zorgde dat alles aangevuld werd en netjes bleef.

We hadden meer kastruimte gewild. Nu hebben we uit de koffers geleefd, waar ook weinig ruimte voor was om die te openen, omdat we ze niet op het bed wilden leggen.

Room in basement, charge my 2credit cards didn’t give me a receipt when leaving, no parking accommodations.

Ontbijt was perfect! Locatie was super, veilig savonds, goede restaurants in de buurt, metro dichtbij.

Que cancelan sin previo aviso y no les importa las condiciones del daño que le hacen al turista sin justificación y sabiendo que ellos ya an sacado el dinero de nuestra tarjeta que asta hoy 5de agosto no reembolsado el dinero😡

Not a lot - quite down market

Despite confirmation from booking.com and the hotel itself they couldn’t find our reservation. It took an hour from 11pm to negotiate the last 2 remaining rooms which were not those we had booked. For an hour we thought we would be on the street. They blamed the booking.com reservation system for not linking to theirs.

Flor was fantastic and helping us get our rooms arranged late at night even though there was a line out the door. She helped us get parking while it was raining and gave us some really good advice on local areas to go. I came with seven other members of my family and our check-in and check out were seamless, breakfast was ready in the morning and the lines were reasonable. The rooms were clean and smelled vaguely of some kind of soap, all the bathroom amenities were stocked. I have zero complaints

The free wifi is too complicated ... and it isn't clear how to get to it. but we finally figured it out. Bjorn was very helpful, the manager.

The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Room was a bit tight for a family of 4. Parking was a bit expensive.

Worst part was the fruit fly infestation. Bathroom was swarmed. Asked front desk to send someone to deal with it on two separate occasions and no one ever came. Hated being outside the elevator and staff break room on the lower level. It was very loud early and all day long. Also had no view. Windows were at the ceiling facing car bumpers in the parking lot.

My reservation was for 2 days, after my first night they said I had to check out because they were over booked. Unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Best service ever seen. Breakfast was so helpful and the woman running it hustled like the best server on the planet. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance staff were all simply fantastic. Such a great week in Brooklyn, played hard, slept well. And I was here when the Knicks won the title!!

The mattress was smelly so it was a bit disgusting to sleep on it. It says the rooms are 31m2 but if it is true, it certainly doesn't feel so. It's very tight. The floor was dirty when we arrived and there were some food debris behind the bed. Breakfast was bad.

plastové příbory a papírové tácky místo nádobí. Ráda bych také doplnila, že je to přes měsíc, kdy se mi strhla záloha a doposud peníze nemám zpět. Komunikace s hotelem a i s Bookingem je taková, že na Bookingu na mou stížnost nikdo nereaguje a hotel odpovídá s prodlevami pokud tedy vůbec odpoví.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Comfort Inn Prospect Park Brooklyn. I traveled all the way from Los Angeles and arrived in New York early in the morning after flying overnight. Exhausted, hungry, unfamiliar with the subway system, and navigating the city for the very first time, I honestly wasn’t sure how the rest of my day would go. From the moment I arrived around 8:30 a.m., the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Billy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He kindly held my luggage, showed me where the restroom was, and treated me with such warmth and professionalism during a time when I was running on very little sleep. General Manager Kemol truly demonstrated outstanding leadership and hospitality by asking his team to accommodate an early check-in request. After traveling through the night, this level of compassion meant more than words can express. I also want to recognize Elizabeth from the housekeeping team, who worked hard to ensure that my room was cleaned and ready as quickly as possible. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated. As a first-time visitor to New York, this experience reminded me that genuine kindness still exists. The entire team made what could have been a stressful morning into one filled with comfort, relief, and gratitude. Thank you, Kemol, Billy, Elizabeth, and the entire staff for your exceptional service. You turned a tired traveler’s day around, and I will never forget it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brooklyn. The hospitality here is truly five-star.

Hotel sa nachádza v pešej dostupnosti metra. Do centra NYC je to niečo vyše 30min. Lokalita je tichá. Raňajky boli postačujúce, jediné čo mi chýbalo - čerstvá zelenina. Najviac nás potešili waffle, mňam!

The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The comfort inn has a nice atmosphere with a dining area for guests that includes coffee, tea, condiments and a nice TV for those who watch television. Great location close to trains and the staff is quite helpful.

BIJORN was great and the hotel was great. I strongly recommend it!

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn at 150 20th St. in Brooklyn and had a very good experience. The room was small, which I expected being in New York City, but it was very clean and had just about everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially want to recognize Marilú at the front desk. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. The only thing I would suggest for future guests would be a simple TV channel guide card next to the television. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!

Typisch amerikanisches Hotel...auf dem Flur lief die ganze Nacht die Eiswürfelmaschine, bei den dünnen Wänden hört man einfach alles...das Zimmer sollte Premium sein (keine Ahnung was die darunter verstehen), ein kleiner Schrank und keine Abstellmöglichkeit für die Koffer....alles sehr eng,obwohl wir ja nur zu zweit waren ...das Duschwasser hat sehr lange gebraucht bis es heiß war und das Frühstück war grauenvoll...
