Reviewed Nov 30, 2025The apartment in Lugano was clean, beautiful, and well-organized. There is a Coop supermarket right behind the building, easily reachable on foot, which was very convenient. However, it is a bit far from the lake and from Lugano city center if you’re walking. I really liked the bedside lamp that can charge your phone — such a smart and useful idea!

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025we were a family of six 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 years. only difficulty we faced was walking back to the apartment in the evening after our small trips to nearby places .
As we do not drive and with kids little nearer to the railway station would be ideal but this is a very minor point

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The hotel is well situated, an apt hotel which are well equipped, clean and has all the amenities that one needs. The reason for the low rating is due mainly to a mix up in the reservations that we have and how it was handled. We reserved two bedrooms apt, got only one, and also by mistake they overcharge me, and it took me two months and many phone calls and emails to get my money back. Also, we were there during the heat wave and their AC doesn't work that great and it does not go below 22 degrees

All perfect. I thought the self-check in was complicated but it was easy. However, since the apartment is luxurious and with top hotel service maybe it would be better if you have someone to check-in guests even if with additional fee.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-located, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service from Askar. He went above and beyond to assist us, from check-in to local recommendations. He kindly shared the location of a beautiful beach (Lido di Lugano), which turned out to be a perfect spot to relax.
