Schöne, saubere Wohnung. Sehr ruhig.

Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung, fast unerträglich. Es gab nur 1 Ventilator in der Wohnung.

Beliggenhed og størrelsen på lejligheden.

Der var en stor altan, men ingen møbler, så den kunne ikke bruges. Der var ikke blevet støvsuget ordentligt, især i soveværelserne. Meget varmt i juli uden aircondition.

Sehr nah beim Lido. 15 Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum.

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In Gehdistanz hat es Läden, Restaurants und die Seepromenade. Ruhige Lage in Wohnquartier. Geschmackvoll und sparsam dekoriert.

Wir konnten den Abfall Container mit den vorhandenen Angaben nicht finden. Ein Übersichtsplan wäre hilfreich gewesen.

L’appartement (Lido 4) était propre et tout à fait adapté pour quatre personnes se connaissant bien (2 lits matrimoniaux!). Un grand et un petit linge par personne se trouvaient sur les lits et il y avait un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain (attention, le diffuseur n’a pas le bon embout!) Au niveau de l’agencement de cuisine, s’ il y a assez de verres, de bols, d’assiettes, de couverts et de casseroles, il manque cruellement d’un pot (pour préparer un sirop ou du thé, par exemple), de même qu’il n’y a aucun saladier !!! Il y avait également un petit peu de sel, de poivre, d’huile d’olives et de vinaigre, de quoi se débrouiller quelques jours, mais pas une semaine ! Il y avait encore quelques biscottes, des petits pots de confiture, quelques sachets de thé et quelques capsules pour la machine à café. Et pour la salle de bain, quelques petits tubes de savon liquide, de shampooing et des petits savons pour les mains. Ces différents éléments sont toujours les bienvenus ! L’appartement est bien situé (proche du lac, du parc et de la vieille ville, à quelques minutes d’arrêts de bus dans chaque direction) et dans un quartier tout à fait sûr. Magasins également proches en quelques minutes à pied (COOP, Migros, Denner).

Nous n’avions pas reçu le code pour ouvrir la boîte à clé au moment de notre arrivée et avons dû appeler pour l’ obtenir. Il n’y a rien pour pouvoir profiter du balcon (ni chaises, ni table). C’est vraiment dommage car au printemps, il serait très agréable de pouvoir y prendre un petit apéro ou de s’y asseoir après une bonne journée de visite. Niveau papier de toilette, il est de vraiment très mauvaise qualité et nous avions épuisé la réserve en deux jours ! Après deux jours d’utilisation de la vaisselle, nous avons mis la machine à laver en marche avant d’aller nous coucher. Le lendemain, surprise, pas d’électricité ! La machine avait fait sauter le plombs !!! Résultat : nous avons du appeler l’agence et attendre l’arrivée du réparateur. Imaginez le résultat de plusieurs heures sans électricité sur ce qui se trouvait dans le frigo…!!!

Ho partecipato alla fiera Tisana e l'appartamento era davvero vicino, 5 minuti a piedi. Nella stessa via c'è un ristorante pizzeria di ottima qualità e con prezzi modici. La via è silenziosa e tranquilla. Il lago è molto vicino e raggiungibile a piedi.

It was clean. The location was OK.

It was bland to the point of being sterile. There was no coffee table or side tables, no artwork, no decor of any kind. It looked like an IKEA truck had pulled into the driveway and unloaded some cheap furniture the day before. No one answered the customer service number. The trash drop off wasn’t on the property and required a five minute walk each way. This was not indicated on the checkout instructions.

This was a lovely apartment for our stay in Lugano. We walked everywhere the walkways along the river and the lakefront park and promanade were the icing on the cake of Lugano. This appartment was situated and appointed very well, I would recomend it to anyone visiting Lugano.

Having had another property cancel unexpectedly the day prior to arrival for a week long work event, I was very relieved to secure this accommodation. very responsive and prompt booking procedures.

Amazing location, very clean, super spacious and excellent value for money compared to other accomodation in Lugano. Super easy to access, great public transit nearby, close to the lake, veryquiet area. Loved it here

Didn't provide enough toiletries. we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy shampoo and conditioner. They only supply two tiny body wash/shampoos and not nearly enough toilet paper. We stayed in the spring but I think the apartment would be extremely hot in the summer with no AC and very little air circulation even with all the windows open. They did provide two fans (which we needed even though it was only spring)

Nice well equipped apartment. Able to walk to the lakeside park and town. Bus stop close by that goes to town and on to the train station. Supermarket about 5 mins walk away and a gelato shop with excellent ice cream.

The very clean and well equipped Apartments were ideally located for access to the city, railway station, The Lake and other attractions. We would strongly recommend these Apartments.

We had a small issue with the drawer in the kitchen- it was not easy to open the fridge door, that is why the rating as very good (not excellent). In the past we stayed in a similar apartment, on the same floor - just on opposite side - it was great!

I misread the check out time and we were about 20 minutes late vacating the room. The clean up person was waiting at the door and she demanded we pay her 50 francs per the late check out rules. I accept that the fee was per the use terms and it was my fault. However, it didn't seem customer friendly and not a way to build a loyal future tenant. I will not stay again because of that reason. The room was not the issue.

- Location is great, nearby to downtown area and Lake Lugano. - Adequate facilities: elevator, kitchen & appliances, washing machine & pressing. - Apartment is spacious & pristine. - Instruction to obtain apartment keys was easily understandable & straight forward.

- The apartment unit has no AC, but fortunately during my visit the weather was quite cool. Electric fans are provided, though.

Big apartment with everything one needs for a good stay, very good location, close to the Lido and the the center. Good communication with the host. Nice touches like finding some coffee capsules and some basic things when we arrived

The cleanliness is one of the major minus points: dust in the corners and under the beds, windows and window frames had not been cleaned in a long time, the fridge had a big layer of ice on it which means had not been cleaned in quite some time. A small basic table and 2 chairs are definitely needed on the balcony so that people can enjoy a drink and some fresh air in the evening. Is not the fault of the host but the sound isolation of the building is very low and also people are completely disrespectful: slamming doors, talking loud at night etc

Comfortable and spacious enough for us (family of 4). Cleaning was very good. The bus stop (+-5min walk) has routes to the center and the train station although the walk trough Parco Ciani and along the lake margin till the center is much more pleasant than a bus ride. Nice pizzaria nearby, supermarkets and even a pharmacy.

Something to hang swimming suites and beach towels as there are several opportunities for water activities on Lugano Lake.

Annoying and even illegal way for payment of the few franks city tax. The beauty of booking is that reserving taxes 2 minutes. However for the city tax one is asked to insert again all personal data of the guests. When you forget one you get an error message (fine), but also all inserted data are deleted and one has to insert again (annoying). The need to upload a copy of your ID is against the law. Please simplify this.

Very comfortable apartament for 4 people, with two proper bedrooms so that no one needs to sleep in the living room couch. Very clean and spacious.

Appartment for 4 but only 3 chairs for dining table. Some pots required washing before use. Paid tourist tax but no tourist benefits (e.g. holiday card). Outside light on balcony didn't work and wasn't fixed despite us flagging it on arrival.

Not at all accessible for disabled guests-it states in the listing it is, which is why we booked it. Beds were large, but terribly uncomfortable, and pillows were quite hard.
