This is a lovely hotel and area. The staff at front desk, breakfast, cleaning floor staff in bedrooms and beach staff were absolutely brilliant (Biden & Sajith on the beach were particularly attentive to all my family needs!) only issue was it’s extremely loud from the beach at night. The sound needs to be turned off or down earlier than 2am. Maybe this suits younger couples😉

We are moving to Dubai soon in February and are staying here at Voco for 8 days while we organise things over the New YearI just want to say the thing that makes this hotel are the people who work here. Every person that we have interacted with has provided 1st class service. The restaurant staff Shifa, Rashmi, Sharjeel all so attentive and fantastic with our food allergies. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and I am allergic to sesame and they have taken such good care of us, explaining what is safe to eat - this has been the best allergy treatment we’ve ever experienced. Even the room service we ordered, someone personally phoned us after our order to explain that our order was safe and the allergens were not present. The food was delicious also by the way!!! The receptionist who checked us in, the doorman who took up all our bags, and the lovely man who brought up a z-bed for our daughter - all of these people with a smile and lovely attitude. The concierge outside helping me when I was lost as well. The bedroom had a great view of the ocean, fresh water, clean white fresh linen sheets - it was super. The location is right in the middle of west beach - vibrant, lively, so much is here. The pool is on the roof top with amazing views, lots of sunbeds, same with the beach, they have sunbeds there as well. The lifeguards are such gentlemen taking you to the sunbeds and preparing the towels for you with a smile as well. The WiFi worked perfectly which was exactly what we needed for our devices and laptops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dubai - it is outstanding. We will ensure to become frequent visitors of the restaurant and bar once we move to Dubai as the service was so excellent. Thank you Voco, we will enjoy the remaining days here with you! Very nice hotel, top location directly on the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The dinner was also of very good quality. The rooms were very nice and sufficiently large. Due to the nearby monorail, you are also very flexible with public transport. However, the highlight is the staff. The employees are very friendly, courteous and helpful, even though some hotel guests often don't deserve it. That's why I would like to highlight a few of them. At reception were Glenys and Hazem, absolutely great. Surendra helped us with our suitcases and was very friendly. At the bar, we had a lot of fun with Aziz, Ken, Sen and Mandip. Roni Samiullah was very helpful at the beach and pool and we had nice conversations. Representing the very friendly, fast and diligent restaurant team, I would like to mention Runa and Ivy, who always found nice words despite the stress. Unfortunately, in our observation, the staff is very little appreciated; it is worth talking to the employees. If we come back to Dubai again, it will definitely be Voco The Palm.

Excellent brunch and Marion was an amazing and very accommodating waiter. Food and beverages were amazing and gingerbread house making for the children. Plus creative face painters.

Location is great just few step from the seaside. Cleanliness: Housekeeping did an excellent job. They were very friendly and helpful.thx a lot.you do all days your best. My stay at the Voco on the Palm in Dubai was one of the best places I have stayed! The staff went above and beyond! I can’t say enough about the men and woman that work here! When we needed a ride, they were accommodating, when we needed help with anything, they were accommodating! I was treated like a Royal, and I’m just an ordinary person.. this is a must stay if you are looking for a place to stay on the Palm! The food was amazing, location, ambience of the hotel was amazing!

Having enjoyed time on the palm in the past, I decided to try Voco. The property is smaller than many of the others and the staff from the front desk to the beach club were all extremely accommodating. The room was very comfortable. I tried two different rooms one on the side and one on the front overlooking the golf with great views of blue waters and Marina areas. The restaurant had good food and again great views.

Breakfast is wonderful at the Voco! They have the best staff, so helpful, kind and attentive. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Hara and Khine who have both been so gracious and kind. Thank you for the ginger shot, Hara!! We’ve had a lovely stay at the Voco!

Excellent time, just my daughter and I for 15 days. Always had beds available, friendly guys who couldn't fo enough for you. Every morning a friendly hello how are you. Moved beds if needed. I had a great time at the best located hotel in Dubai. West Beach is THE place to relax, enjoy, and escape the chaos so common in most of Dubai. The staff was, as usual, so very helpful and considerate. Special shout out to Samiullah and the guys at the pool; my happy place with the best sunset view in the UAE!

Room was great , staff super attentive and helpful, especially Amaliya, Marat, Glenys and Bardot at reception. Pool area a little small and place a bit noisy at night (but earplugs provided)

Check-in was very quick and efficient by Glenys, who also gave us some good tips. The location of Voco is perfect: West Beach with lots of restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away. The room was very clean, there was plenty of storage space and the bathroom was nice, good lighting as well. Breakfast was a very good buffet but you could also order omelettes etc. The service was also very good, especially, by Ei, Runa and Sheila. There were lounges on the beach and towels free of charge. We were very well looked after by Bidan, Mubarak and Sajith. There really was nothing to complain about.

Voco Dubai The Palm has been a great place to stay while my husband attended the Dubai Air Show and I enjoyed the delights of staying on The Palm and seeing all it has to offer. Voco has a convenient location being on the beach, with the Palm Jumeirah mall and monorail within walking distance. It’s surrounded by many dining options but we really liked breakfasts in the hotel at Maison Mathias, a Belgium restaurant that serves pork products. The service is fantastic and a shout out to Jabed and HK for servicing our room so well! Our only note is with the construction going on right beside this hotel. Voco is upfront about the noise and offer earplugs in the room. It wasn’t an issue for us but it could be for light sleepers.

Very comfortable hotel for a weekend away in Dubai. The only down side is the building site next door, and construction seems to be 24 hours a day. We were originally placed next to this, but the hotel moved us as soon as they could and were very apologetic about the noise, even though it’s not their fault! Staff at the hotel are excellent and very helpful.

We had a great experience at Voco Dubai the Palm. Room sea view was great (check out photos), hotel facilities great and for all the tastes but the true cherry on the cake is the staff: everyone was amazingly gentle and welcoming especially with our 13 month baby, entertaining him and relieving us from parenthood duties and gifting us with some minutes of relax. A special thank to the beach staff Bidan, Osman and Roni : our kid was sad when he had to tell bye to them. Also the partner restaurant staff was great and accommodating all our needs including the baby needs: a special thank to mr. Nader Mohammad and all of his staff for the great service with kindness and smiles at all of our requests (even the most difficult ones for the baby). The only problem we had with staff was with the transport service provider partner company: airport to hotel transfer was good and I would recommend it because would spare you the pain to find the uber spots but communication via mail wasn’t really clear and the person in front of the hotel was keep trying to sell us their overpriced services becoming borderline annoying. The “joke” was that if you order a Uber with baby seat option you’ll get the same car, driver and baby seat of the hotel transport service partner at 30% off the price because the same drivers of that company are also on Uber. On the down side Palm West Beach is a touristic party place so especially over the weekend the music was playing loud in front of our room until 03.00 AM in the morning, if you want to party it is a just perfect spot but if you want to rest is possible but not ideal.

Great location with beach close by. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Ei, Puja, Shiela and Bhumi are a fantastic team, very attentive and happy! Room was very well equipped and spacious. Good value for money and the food is excellent.

We had a wonderful week at the Voco Hotel! Excellent hotel, private beach. But I especially want to highlight the work of the Staff! The team is just super! Lifeguard Team, Resection Team, the guys from the Frenia bar, Cleaning Services - thank you for what you do! The guys from the Maison restaurant! Marion, thank you for every evening! We felt incredibly special. All in all, you made our vacation!

Hello and good day to Dubai. Unfortunately, I am only now able to review our vacation, sorry for that. It was our first time at this hotel, and even though we arrived around 1:30 AM, the reception was very, very warm. From the first second, we were thrilled with the hotel, but even more so with the staff. Whether it was the best breakfast or the delicious dinner, everything could not have been better. ALL the staff felt like family; we felt very comfortable. Just to name a few with whom we also chatted, many thanks for the great service, Irshad, Rone, Osman, Bidan, Puja, Anu, Marion, Shirela, Pratina, Rojean, Ravi...and so many others. Great modern and very clean and pristine hotel. Great service from staff who are very attentive. A great restaurant and bar for relaxing. Only draw back is the construction project happening next depending where your room is it could be disturbing. Special mention to Hazem, Gopi for their attention to detail and polite manner, a credit to the hotel. I look forward to visiting again.

Modern Hotel right by West Beach, Friendly staff on Welcoming, given homemade Granola Bars on Arrival for each person, decent size room with Balcony, and view of the beach. Private Beach available with plenty of beds. Roof Top Pool and Bar area little on the small side with only 16-20 beds available. Breakfast Buffet Available with a great selection and at 120aed per person I thought it was a steal, didn’t have to pay for our 4 year old or 10 month old which as a bonus. Staff wise: Breakfast staff remembered names and order of eggs, Beach Staff very helpful and friendly with the children Slight downfalls- A lot of building work taking place around the hotel with a new building/hotel being built directly next door.

Fab hotel in superb location, great staff Pool staff Samiullah and Sajoth really are amazing and look after you really well. Roof top pool with great views. Lovely beach area. Really good breakfasts and restaurant for the evening. Loud music from the bar on the 1st floor can be heard until about 2am at weekends. -it was loud in a beachfront room on the 6 floor.

This hotel is a beauty - the staff from the second you walk through the door make you feel like the most important guest in the place. The reception from reception is worth the visit alone and I love the restaurant. The staff make this place a perfect location for a break and I can’t wait to return. If you want excellent service, a quality vacation, clean rooms, and delicious food, then this hotel is definitely the place for you! Voco impressed us with its service. The rooms were clean, cleaned daily, and equipped with everything we needed. The administrator, Amaliya, put us in a room with a view of the beach and always helped us with any questions we had. She advised us that it was better to pay everywhere in dirhams, and that there were shopping centers with official exchange offices nearby. In the lobby, they immediately helped us with our suitcases. I would like to give special mention to Sam and Hany, who helped us with our suitcases, calling a taxi, and parking the car. All the staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable about everything related to the hotel. The hotel restaurant served excellent breakfasts with a variety of food, so we never left hungry. The hotel has its own swimming pool on the 9th floor and a beach with private sun loungers and towels. The hotel provides the most comfortable stay possible!

We had such a great stay at voco The Palm! Everyone was super helpful and kind. Honestly nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The doormen were fantastic, always so friendly and quick to help, a big shoutout to Surendra, who was just amazing every single day. The breakfast team were also outstanding. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but two of the ladies there really stood out. One with short bobbed hair and glasses (she has the best memory ever!) and another lovely lady who was always with her. They remembered our names, room number, and even our coffee order each morning. Such a nice personal touch that really made our mornings special. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, great service, lovely people, and a really relaxing vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – a special thanks to Shifa and Marion for their friendliness and great service during the breakfast. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the beach nearby was perfect for a quiet swim or a romantic walk. The only small downside was that our room didn’t have a balcony, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a relaxing getaway

Fabulous hotel, enviable position on the Palm, by the beach with a stunning roof top infinity pool and bar. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Roof top team were very welcoming, amazing service. Stayed half board, food and service excellent, lots of choices. Beach view room upgrade was the icing on the cake.

Very welcoming staff, sensational options (our package included dinner and breakfast daily). Fantastic beach front cabanas and rooftop pool bar. Hotel had a weird smell - possibly glen20; however, this was more of evident in the hallways and not so much in the room.

Breakfast service is exceptional especially Ei, she is very attentive and take care of any table that needs attention. Her colleagues Pratima, Shifa and Obed are all supporting Ei by cleaning up everything quickly and fill up tea, coffee and serve orders as soon as order is ready. Definitely will recommend people to come here for breakfast even if not staying here.

Had a fantastic experience from Glenys at reception who was very helpful andsorted out our room quickly despite arriving a few hours before check-in, to the restaurant and breakfast staff (Shifa, Obed and Mercy) who looked after us. Beautiful breakfast, everything you can think of all fresh from pancakes, fruits, pastries and full breakfast. Indra seating us, Shifa serving us, Akhail filling the food stations up. All very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel, the staff, the service, the amenities is all reached well above my expectations. Eating in the restaurant Maison Mathis, the food is mouth watering. The portions are on the bigger side and we had the pleasure of being looked after by Ei, our waitress. The atmosphere is electric. The live music is perfect. The access to the private beach, is perfect. I will definitely be back. A good tip is to sign up to the hotels rewards to get 25% off all your meals. I havnt been to the pool yet but I can only assume it is going to be incredible.

voco Dubai The Palm seems to offer a very strong stay, especially for leisure travellers: excellent service, great views, good dining, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location. It works particularly well if you don’t mind a bit of ambient noise in the evenings and are coming mainly to relax by the beach or pool. For those who need pristine quiet, early breakfast options, or deep soundproofing, some expectations may need adjusting.

Spent few days at the Voco Dubai the Palms, great relaxing atmosphere, good food, hang out on the pool. It is burning hot there, take plenty of sunscreen, pool attendant Samiullah helped us find place with maximum shade, and adjusted music a little, it was quite loud at area where we were sitting. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were spotless—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was a highlight of my stay—clean and relaxing, with attentive staff (Roni) who made sure everything ran smoothly and guests were comfortable. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are a top priority here. The hotel is very tidy and clean. Rooms are spacious with excellent marina view. What i loved the most is the direct access to the beach along with the many high quality restaurants and cafes options at a walking distance from it
