המזגן היה חלש מאוד והיה חם נורא בחדר, החדרים נמצאים על רחוב מאוד מרכזי עם מרפסת הפונה לרחוב הרועש ולמרפסת יש דלת לא אטומה כלל, שמענו את כל מה שקורה בחוץ כיאלו זה בחדר, אם זה מוזיקה של מכולת מלמטה או אנשים מדברים, היה בלתי אפשרי לישון. ביחס למחיר של כמעט 500 שקלים ללילה שלא יכלנו לישון בו זה היה נורא

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026the room was dirty with an unpleasant smell, the view from the room was of a construction site, it was very noisy, the windows could not be closed, the wind blew through the windows, the staff persistently wrote and called several times to impose paid services, which are usually free. very early checkout - 10:00, the towels were gray, not white, the bed did not have a fresh smell. I really did not like it.

המזגן לא מספיק מחמם למזג אוויר הירושלמי הקר, המים החמים לוקח זמן עד שמתחמים ומספיק למקלחת לאדם אחד, אין קפה, תה, סוכר. יש רק שמיכה אחת ומאוד קר.

Elevator was out of action the full 4 days. The code provided to get into the building was not correct and it took a couple of hours to get the correct code sent to me...the first code provided was also not correct. The room and bathroom were not well cleaned and the toilet seat was not properly fixed in place. The proprietor never answered the phone number provided despite multiple attempts to get through. The only way to get a response from the staff was by leaving a message on WhatsApp. The sound dampening between rooms is poor.

הייתה בעיה במנעול של הדלת נשארנו נעולים בלוך החדר כול הלילה ניסתי ליצור קשר עם איש צוות של המלון ואף אחד לא ענה במספר פון ולא בווצאפ רק ביום למחורת בשעה 10:30 הגיע איש צוות לפתוח לנו את הדלת של החדר לא יכולנו לצאת לטייל בחוץ בכותל בלילה עצרתיני נהרס לנו החופשה

לא היה נקי. המון לכלוך ואבק. חלק מהלילה היה רועש. בבוקר זה להתעורר באתר בניה. מוזנח מעט. אין בכלל אביזרים במטבח. לא נקי. היה מפחיד להשתמש במכונת הקפה. את המקלחת לא ניקו כמו שצריך תקופה. המאוורר במקלחת סתום מאבק של המון זמן. לא מומלץ לזוג. מתאים יותר ליחיד או להורה וילד.

Ayant demandé une clé pour entrer dans l’immeuble (ne pouvant pas utiliser le digicode car c’était Chabbat), on m’a assuré que la porte resterait ouverte et que je n’aurais aucun souci. Malheureusement, ce n’était pas du tout le cas : j’ai dû attendre longtemps dehors dans le froid, jusqu’à ce qu’un voisin sorte et me permette enfin d’entrer. Le lendemain, la situation s’est répétée et je n’ai même pas pu accéder correctement à ma chambre. Cette expérience a vraiment gâché mon séjour et ne correspond absolument pas au niveau de service que j’attendais. Je suis très déçu de cet établissement

tinha uma goteira que molhou todas as nossas roupas que botamos em cima da poltrona, não tinha cobertor quando chegamos e tivemos que pedir. Não parecia tão limpo mas nada fora do normal. O chuveiro é péssimo.

הזמנתי בטעות ולא הסכימו לבטל אלא רק להזיז ליום אחר. המיקום היה פחות נוח בחדר היה ריח של בושם חזק, החדר מאוד סגור כזה ומצד שני בחוץ יש רעש של עבודות בפתח המלון התנודד עד שנפל בחור שיכור וזה היה לא נעים ואפילו קצת מפחיד

ביחס למחיר הכל מצוין, קצת מסורבל כל הקודים הנדרשים להכנס לדירה אבל יש הסבר מופרט ומי שעושה לפי ההסבר לא מסתבך, המיתקנים קצת ישנים אבל בתמורה למחיר אין תלונות, שימו לב שהדירה קטנה מאד וזה מצויין בפירוט ולכן אין מה להתלונן וזה אומר שהשירותים קטנים והמיטה קטנה והמטבח קטן וכו' כך שלאנשים גדולים זה לא מתאים.

The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned with poop and pee stains on the toilet, behind the sink looked nasty and shower had black mold growing. They also didn't provide shampoo or soap. The worst of it was the bed. The duvet under the sheet was peeking out and it had all sorts of disgusting stains that horrified me 🤢. I tried so hard not to think about it and sleep for a night. Same goes with the pillows. Literally the worst place I've ever stayed. Sure, the location is super central but other than that it was an awful place. Do not book here.
