Luxury Suites Castel by Rikas Hotels

The location, the layout and the smoothness of checking in.

Maybe previous guests might have misused the bathroom appliances…

Spacious and comfortable, large private terrace, modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen, great location close to Antwerp Central, great value

Accomodatie zelf netjes

Good location, good size apartment with all the required amenities

The terrace door was broken and unable to be locked. Reported to property who were fully aware and could not do anything about it. This should be been flagged before arrival as I was concerned about security of an appointment which could not be locked. No TV signal as the chrome dongle was broken. (This was fixed in day 3 when I saw the housekeeper) This is not the apartment for anyone who can not carry their suitcases up 5 floors!

Location is in the center of Antwerp close to the station, there is a public parking not far away.

Filthy, broken stained furniture, bedspread was even stained

Nice appartments with beautiful room and living …In the shower you have everything what you need for yourself.Clean towels and clean rooms also .i like this place ,i come back again soon.

Airco did not work and the appartement was not clean the fridge was dirty and stains on the sofa.

Ligging

Klein bed, lekkage in badkamer

The location was easy to find from the metro. It is a nice apartment, it just needs some maintenance.

The terrace area is very dirty and some of the decking looks rotten. The door to the terrace was jammed half open, as the lower door hinge was broken. Fortunately it did not rain, but it did allow mosquitos inside. The bed space is poorly lit and not helped by one lamp unit not working. Being on the 8th floor, it is a long climb by the stairs. The room has an installed AC system, but it could not be made to function, although with the terrace door jammed open, its efficiency would have been poor.

Close to the station, spacious clean.

Top floor no lift. I was ok but I’m sure many wouldn’t be. No warning about this. No washing machine, no toaster, no functioning air conditioner or fan, no response from owner.

Near to station

The tv doenst work

Ligging

Netheid

Era cómodo, la ubicación muy buena

Beautiful rooms ,clean and nice location near to central station .

Beetje her en der wat achterstallig onderhoud. Slaapbank uitklappen ging moeizaam

Locatie, ruimte, mooie pand.

It's quiet

The apartment is in a deplorable state, everything leaks, smells, is half broken

Konum çok iyiydi. Sıcaklık, temizlik her şey çok güzeldi. Netflix de vardı.

10/10

The excellent location is the only postive thing I can really say about this apartment. They did allow for early check-in

Not as pictured and definitely has issues with smokers. - arrival access code- was given 4 different messages for arrival with various codes. This made arrival after a long flight and train ride very frustrating. Had to find cleaning staff to figure out the apartment and key. - first night there was a loud event happening- sounded like from the basement- this went on until 1am. Possibly a one-off, and we were unlucky. -from the moment we stepped into the room- terrible smell of cigarettes, old food and drains. It remined for the 4 nights we stayed. -burn holes in curtains and furniture. Smoke detectors have been removed, so clearly smoking is an issue here. My daughter has allergies, so this was very bad for us. - The reverse side of the mattress on the pull-out was disgusting. what looked like old blood stains. Pillows were terrible, old, saggy. -kitchen, not well stocked at all. Barely any cutlery, no forks. Dishes had been put away with food still on them. Gross. -No deep cleaning done- lots of stains on headboards, fabric, etc. -The shower and sink did not drain properly in the bathroom. Maybe part of the smell issue? -No lights inside the entryway, so expect to arrive home in the dark. (not great for single female travellers) I would also like to point out that the site's photography is "very creative." This is far from luxury. I have travelled extensively, both on a budget and in luxury. The minimum you expect is clean and maintained, and this apartment was not either.

Posizione, appartamento spazioso, pulito e silenzioso

Divano letto vecchio e con tessuto danneggiato, e materasso sporco

Het Terras eengiste goeie daaraan

Geen duidelijk communiceren

The property was in an excellent location, less than 5 mins from Antwerp Central Train Station. The suite was also very quiet.

There was hassle with the entry code. The code we were given did not work. We were told we could leave our bags after 11.30, but this didn’t happen as the suite had not been vacated. The sofa bed which my son slept on was not clean.

Locatie

I like this place ,and this Appartaments ,clean ,in the shower you have all necessary, kitchen also ,when I come here im felling like at homes .If you have any question, you receive fast answer …100% I come back here every times when I need to be in Antwerpen

Amazing place ,clean and beautiful style of appartments.
