Kamer was erg top! Enigste was dat we eerst geen warm water hadden maar dit was snel opgelost.

Les personnes répandent très vite et ils sont à l'écoute, je ne sais pas si c'est la chef mais elle gère très bien C'est vraiment très bien. Et l'emplacement c'est vraiment idéal pour ceux qui voyagent en train comme moi.

Les escaliers là avec les enfants, c'est vraiment pas pratique du tout, Surtout la chambre 3! Et le plus grand problème pour moi c'était les lits! Je n'ai pas vraiment bien dormi là-bas pendant toute mon séjour, que ce soit dans la chambre numéro 3 ou la chambre numéro 1, je n'ai pas bien dormi tout! Tous les matins, j'avais les courbatures. Je me sentais épuisé comme si quelqu'un qui avait travaillé toute la nuit.😂 mon conseil c'est juste de changer ses matelas, c'est vraiment pas idéal de dormir comme ça. C'est pas confortable du tout. Et d'ajouter une ou deux marmites avec un peu des assiette, ça sera Top, pour le reste cest oke comme ça, ça ne peut pas être parfaitement non plus

It was very hot and the windows didn't have screens so there were bugs inside. The bathroom smelled very much of mildew. It was overall not a comfortable or relaxing experience.

Mucho calor, y no hay Aire Acondicionado. Solo un ventilador viejo. Menaje escaso y en mal estado. Ducha resbaladiza. Mucha suciedad por los rincones. Se ve que limpian "por encima", rápido y mal.

1. Мало света, лампочки нужно поменять 2. Кофе было мало, на 2 дня проживания на двух взрослых нужно хотя бы 1 штука на 1 день проживания (то есть 4 или 6 в идеале) 3. Ковер, подушки и одеяло нужно постирать. 4. Поменяйте мусорные пакеты на более прочные 5. С учётом того что мы были с маленьким ребенком, который много ползает, полы нужно мыть лучше или оставить для гостей то чем можно помыть полы. Остальное было чисто

Apartman was clean, good size and well equipped

There's no AC, which is not a minus by itself, but we had the windows opened for fresh air. The street is very noisy, even during the night.

Accesso alla camera molto scomodo con scala stretta senza ascensore. Aria condizionata assente con ventilatore poco funzionale. Elevato odore di fumo nella stanza pur essendoci il divieto di fumare. Piuttosto rumoroso di notte con il via vai sulle scale al piano sopra.

It’s not far from the station close to everything. It’s very comfortable and clean.

They didn't disclose that the room/apt. was in a third floor without elevator. The stairs were narrow and with curves to the landing. In addition there was not air conditioner, only a fan. There was nobody to assist. Keys were left in a box. The communication previous and after my arrival was by whatsapp. There was a telephone number but they didn't answer the calls. I sent severals messages telling them that it was not possible for me to walk up and carry my luggage, I am a senior woman. i told them that they should have informed about the lack of an elevator as part of the advertising of the apt. Since they couldn't find me a room on the first floor they said that they were going to give me a free cancellation. I am waiting to have the refund.

We got an automated message saying we would be given instructions for how to access the key as soon as we paid the city tax. We paid the city tax using the instructions provided, but never received any instructions. We waited for multiple hours, and messaged them both on booking, and on whatsapp through the number they advertised as being 24/7 support. We also tried calling them both on a local number registered with booking, and directly on their customer support number, but got no response. Ended up being stranded with nowhere to go at night. Stay far, far away.

Comfortable bed. Very close to the train station. Coffee and tea to use in the kitchen. The place was very clean.

The kitchen is too basic. There are no closets or drawers for clothes (there is a bookcase for storage). It is a bit random when there is enough warm water to shower (maybe the apartment shares the water heater with other apartments?).

Mooie kamer voor 1 nacht, netjes en hygiënisch.

De buurt was helaas iets roemoerig snachts maar dat is te overzien met oordoppen. Communicatie in het Engels, dit is niet zo handig als je niet goed Engels kan. Toeristen belasting sturen ze via 2 manieren waarvan de prijs verschild.

Die Lage Unterkunft war sehr gut, um Antwerpen fußläufig zu erkunden.

Das Apartment war bei dem warmen Wetter schnell sehr warm. Es gab einen Ventilator, leider keine Klimaanlage.

Stairs one could break a leg or fall ,not easy to get a suitcase up to room you will have to bea very fit perso . Our stay was changed the day we were flying so didn’t know of this when we arrived , this was after we downloaded our maps instruction etc….our phone not working ,phone number on site not answering we were so lucky to find a very understanding person in the original building we found a number to contact the person who told him our site had changed that day ,he took it upon himself self to take us to the other building ,without his help we would of had to book another Room in Hotel at our expense .. so after 24 hrs of travelling not much fun.

Lighting could be better as the room was quite dark with the drapes closes. The front window needed a sheer curtain so that light could be in the room without feeling you were on display for the street.

Останавливались на 1 ночь. Нам нужна была квартира с кухней. На кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды. Удобное расположение от жд вокзала и центра города.

В кухонной зоне было не очень чисто. Перед использованием посуды пришлось все перемыть и тщательно вымыть столик для еды. Не работал интернет. Писали хозяину, но он не ответил. Кровать чистая и удобная, а подушки высокие и неудобные. Очень грязные панорамные окна.

Localização excelente, bastante confortável e com ótimo espaço.

Se viajar com malas grandes, poderá ter dificuldade com as escadas. Não foi o nosso caso, mas vale o aviso.

La situación, cerca de todo, el alojamiento está bastante bien por el precio que cuesta. La cocina y baño excelentes.

La poca luz que tiene. Hay que mejorar el mantenimiento de las paredes pero sobre todo el gran problema es el ruido que provocan las subidas y bajadas de los inquilinos de las plantas superiores.

La localización. Cerca de estación central. Metro y restaurantes. Lo amplio de la habitación y la limpieza.

La escalera. Son estrechas

Très bien situé, proximité des transports, des commodités et du centre historique. Une télécommande manquait, internet ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, mais aussitôt signalé, aussitôt réglé 👍🏼

Comme tout logement proche d'une gare, la population change le soir.... Mais ce n'est pas du fait des propriétaires

It’s just like the photos and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay where you can cook and rest comfortably. The location is also very central.

De locatie is perfect voor een bezoek aan Antwerpen. De auto parkeren in de Qpark Zoo was heel prettig.

Ten opzichte van andere slaapplekken was deze best goedkoop. Toch hadden we liever meer geld uitgegeven omdat een aantal dingen enorm tegenvielen. Maar voor wat je betaald verwacht je ook wel wat, een goed werkend toilet en op zijn minst warm water om te douchen is niet teveel gevraagd toch? En het alleregste vonden we dat de host nergens op reageert. Alle reviews leken positief maar wij vragen ons een beetje af of er niet heel wat nep zijn. Wij zaten in appartement 3, helemaal bovenin. Wij zijn een jong en fit stel maar nergens konden wij terug vinden dat het niet geschikt is voor minder valide mensen. Wij moesten 3 enorme smalle steile trappen op van 53 traptreden. Een grote koffer krijg je hier niet naar boven. Op vrijdagavond kwamen we aan. We hebben via een chatbot meerdere berichtjes gekregen en in elk een beetje andere informatie. En alleen in de eerste stond appartement 3, waardoor we even moesten zoeken naar de juiste lockbox. De kamer oogt mooi, gezellig en is leuk aangekleed. Wel wat weinig licht. Maar we roken ook direct een enorme riool lucht. Die avond meldde we aan de host dat de wc niet goed doorspoelde en ook de wastafel liep nauwelijks leeg. We kregen geen reactie. Nadat we uit eten waren geweest en we een filmpje op bed wilde kijken bleek dat we wel tv hebben maar je eigenlijk niks kunt kijken (want netflix account etc. nodig). We dachten via onze laptop dan maar een filmpje te kijken. Maar het wifi netwerk wat in ons berichtje op booking.com stond was niet vindbaar en ook de qr codes in het appartement gaven ons geen wifi. De volgende ochtend kregen we het zoveelste berichtje van de chatbot of alles in orde was en dat als we diner advies wilde, we contact konden opnemen. Dan hadden we nu nog zitten wachten want nogmaals deden we ons beklag maar geen reactie. Je merkt echt dat je in de stad zit. Veel omgevingsgeluiden en we hebben twee nachten niet echt heel goed geslapen maar daar kan de host weinig aan doen.

C’est compliquer d’atteindre facilement les studios du haut si l’on a de grosses valises. Si l’on ouvre les fenêtres la nuit la rue peut être bruyante. Mais ce n’est pas forcément gênant

A zaj a sètáló utcában elèg nagy, ès a közbiztonság nem a legjobb. Erről ugye nem a szállás tehet.

Świetna lokalizacja tuż obok dworca głównego, dworca autobusowego, licznych restauracji i sklepów. Czysto, wygodne łóżko, wejście stromymi schodami wąską klatką schodową ale to raczej typowe dla tego miasta. Cena do jakości świetna, wróciłabym tu ponownie, ciepło i przyjemnie.

W niedzielny poranek obudził nas hałas śmieciarek i urządzeń czyszczących ulicę.

Toen we aankwamen was de beddengoed vochtig/nat De mevrouw van schoonmaak kwam andere beddengoed brengen die net zo nat waren uit de droger, tot drie keer toe gebeurde dat🤔Zij was erg zenuwachtig voor gestrest. Drie dagen hadden we geen stroom en warm water. Zij hadden stroomstoring die de schoonmaak mevrouw probeerde te repareren. De laatste dag,voordat wij weg gingen kwam een elektricien de probleem aanpakken. Zij hadden aangeboden om ons te verhuizen maar dat was laat op de avond en de tweede keer was hetzelfde. Onze buren,twee dames uit Italië hadden dezelfde problemen en ze hadden geen contact kunnen krijgen met de host. De tweede dag was ons accomodatie dubbel geboekt door een meneer uit Den Haag die voor de dichte deur stond. Wij vroegen een aanzienlijke vergoeding voor alle ongemakken, wat precies lieten we aan hun over. Dat moeten we dus nog wel zien of wij iets van krijgen Alle contact was via de Whatsap.

Niks op aan te merken. Wel wat straat lawaai 's nachts maar daar kan de uitbater niks aan doen.

It was a big studio, with plenty of space. It has everything you need for a good stay. It’s one block away from the Central Train Station, and a couple blocks away from the centre.

I didn’t know that I’d have to go up three floors by stairs. I don’t recommend it if you have a huge luggage. Also there was a little miscommunication at the beginning: I received a message saying that my apartment was number 2, and then it was number 3, so I spent some time trying to get the keys for an apartment that was not for me. The location is practical if you need to be close to the train station, but it’s not the best to go around.

Zag er schoon uit. Op een prima locatie midden in het centrum. 4 min lopen vanaf de metro

Erg gehorig ook wanneer de ramen dicht zijn. In de avonduren veel jonge mannen in de straat/op het plein die wat van je willen. Maar daar kan de accommodatie niets aan doen. Op de tegels in de badkamer zat wat schimmel. Verder zag het er netjes uit.
