Die Straße um dort anzukommen ist gar nicht so einfach wie es auf der Karte ausschaut bzw. man muss auf Erde Straße fahren mit sehr große Steine Im Badezimmer ist alles oxidiert und man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wohl

Hotel staff tried to scam more money out of us and gave us an ultimatum of either paying additional money on top of our prepaid reservation to stay or canceling on our own and paying the cost of the reservation in full. Absolutely horrible experience.

Gaston, the hotel manager, took great care of us and was very accommodating.

Un hôtel bien pratique et soigné, à quelques minutes de l'aéroport (pourtant le lieu est ultra calme, aucune nuisance sonore). On a pu faire un late check-out à 15H, moyennant un supplément tout à fait raisonnable. Très discret de l'extérieur, tout l'intérêt se vit à l'intérieur où nous avons la surprise de découvrir une végétation luxuriante ainsi qu'une piscine agréable. Il y a un restaurant au sein du complexe hôtelier, on y a mangé des burritos et des grosses salades composés, délicieux ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, la déco est sobre et chaleureuse. Un halte parfaite, juste avant de reprendre l'avion.

No me gustó la TV ya que no funcionaba bien porque el wifi no daba más de si, la ubicación malísima aunque normalmente creo que mucha gente elegirá este sitio por su cercanía al aeropuerto pero aquí va lo que menos me gustó que aprovechan esto y que no hay tacos por la zona y que pides Uber o demás y te cancelan y te quieren cobrar 840 pesos por un translado al aeropuerto me parece vergonzoso además de que no te facilitan pedir un taxi asique yo por suerte me busque la vida y pude coger un transporte externo pero en fin es vergonzoso que se aprovechen de la situación de esta manera si piensas coger un hotel porque al día siguiente tienes que ir al aeropuerto mejor cógelo en el centro de la ciudad o la zona hotelera porque esto aunque parezca cerca del aeropuerto el propio hotel hace que quede lejos y con todo esto también quiero decir que aún habiendo pagado la habitación por Booking llegué al hotel y me dijeron que faltaba por pagar la tasa de naturalidad o algo así que eran 84 pesos por noche le pongo un 5 en general porque la piscina estaba bien y la habitación sin contar con la tele normal

Situato vicino all'hotel è comodo per chi deve recarsi all'aeroporto presto la mattina. La piscina non è pulita bene ma questo è qualcosa che abbiamo riscontrato in diversi hotel in Messico, sembra che abbiano un uso molto superficiale dei filtri (pur sentendo odore di cloro si vedono in acqua mosche morte, onsetti, qualche foglia ecc inaccettabile per un boutique hotel). Le camere sono grandi, il bagno ha davvero pochissime amenities (viaggio in coppia con il mio fidanzato e in stanza abbiamo trovato un solo asciugamano e una boccina di bagnoschiuma con l'adesivo strappato come se fosse una boccetta già utilizzata). Menzione d'onore invece al ristorante che co ha servito un guacamole con nachos buonissimo e margarita e piña colada veramente squisiti. Menzione d'onore invece alla cucina

Ottima struttura molto comoda all'aeroporto. Bella stanza spaziosa pulita in contesto verde con piscina molto tranquillo. Buono il ristorante.

Posizione comoda all'aeroporto se si è in transito. Struttura molto bella, con piscina centrale, piccolo ristorante con buona cucina e camere pulite e spaziose.

Strada per arrivare piena di buche e dissestata, ma non dipende certamente dall'hotel. Mancanza di asciugacapelli e arredamento in bagno un po' scarno.

I really enjoyed the property. It was new. It was a little bit far away and the normal mosquito festivities overtook my body. I think it’s just a normal has something nothing to do with the property, but the staff is amazing. They’re also so lovely so helpful so inviting and to me that matters most when I’m having a holiday. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and it was peaceful and quiet. I particularly enjoyed that. It was like access to like a beach club style with beds and loungers with a beach front view and it was away from the crazy havoc of loud busy area.

I think they needed a few different options for breakfast and also maybe they can sell or provide like SPF and mosquito repellent so that we’re not walking and getting into town just for those items.

COMUNICAZIONE INGANNEVOLE. Un mese prima della partenza abbiamo scritto più volte sia tramite Booking che tramite Whatsapp (perché su Booking non potevo allegare fotografie) per avere conferma del numero di persone prenotate per ciascuna camera (4 camere per 10 persone) perché sul portale vedevo solo 6 persone prenotate. Tramite messaggio mi era stato confermato il numero corretto (10 persone). All'' arrivo hanno invece sostenuto che la prenotazione era per 6 persone, e che 10 era solo il numero massimo di persone ospitabili, e dovevamo pagare la differenza per 4 persone. Nonostante abbiano confermato di essere stati loro a non dare corso alla variazione richiesta (che su Booking il programma non mi faceva fare) hanno preteso il pagamento della differenza. Lamento quindi sia la comunicazione ingannevole (se un mese prima mi avessero detto che non potevano variare la prenotazione l'avrei cancellata ed eventualmente poi rifatta) sia la totale chiusura davanti ad una evidente loro mancanza. Quando l'hotel stava per addebitare la cifra alla ragazza della reception che mi aveva messaggiato, abbiamo ovviamente deciso di pagare noi. Come "gesto di gentilezza" ( come da loro è stato definito) ci hanno dato un' ora in più di tempo per fare il check out ( cosa che, dovendo andare all' aeroporto, non ci interessava.

I liked the room and the bed. It was very comfortable and the room was big enough and well distributed

The pressure on the shower was very low, unless you wanted to burn yourself in boiling water. Also, the courtesy breakfast was a joke: Just a glass of juice (not natural) or coffee, and 1 quesadilla (only cheese inside)

Kein Shuttle Service (800 Pesos) der Weg bis zum Hotel war deutlich länger als erwartet, da dieser nicht asphaltiert ist. Ein Uber dorthin ist teuer man sollte mit eigenem Auto anreisen und Zeit mitbringen.

A nosotros nos toco viajar en familia y nos gusto mucho las instalaciones generales, la alberca estaba muy cómoda, limpia y con camastros suficientes para descansar, Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. Punto y aparte la atención de todo su personal, todos muy amables y cálidos. Fue una linda experiencia para nosotros, ampliamente recomendable. Nosotros volveríamos a hospedarnos en LOL HA.

de verdad que es un paraiso escondido, no te imaginas lo lindo que es y el recibimiento de Gaston inmejorable, todo impecable la verdad es muy economico para lo que ofrecen a 9min del aeropuerto pero me alojare ahi por mas dias cuando vaya a cancun de verdad lamente no haberme quedado mas días por mi vuelo, exquisito el desayuno un ambiente familiar y cuidado hasta el ultimo detalle

la atencón de Gastón fue excelente, calida, amable, y el lugar no imaginas que sea tan lindo llegas y es literal un pequeño paraiso que no quisieras salir las habitaciones decoradas creo hasta con cariño muy confortable y el precio increible para lo que ofrecen

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch angelegt, mit Pool und vielen Pflanzen, Bar und sehr guten Frühstück. Ihr müsst unbedingt den Cafe de Olla probieren!!! So lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

It is well situated if you want to be near the airport. The pool was nice and the room spacious. If you don't have your own transport, you have to eat in the hotel restaurant, as there isn't anything nearby. The food is decent but rather pricey.

The breakfast was very meagre. A coffee, watery juice and some scrambled eggs, not even a piece of toast. Also it was supposed to start at 7:30 but the food only started arriving by 7:50, which made things quite tight for us. The price they charge for the airport shuttle is exorbitant (850Mx). Luckily Uber functions well (about 200 Mx).

La chambre est immense, la salle de bain magnifique, la piscine est un bonheur et la douche chaude est fabuleuse ! Nous avons eu un immense coup de coeur pour la personne à l’accueil qui était incroyablement charmante et parlait un français remarquable (merci madame, vous avez été notre rayon de soleil dans cet hôtel). Au début, cet hôtel nous a semblé merveilleux avec en plus un restaurant sur place (même si extrêmement cher).

-Impossible de dormir! Le fameux restaurant met la musique à fond jusqu’au bout de la nuit. On entend les portes claquées… il y a du bruit tout le temps. -Le petit déjeuner était inclus et servi jusqu’à 10h30. Mais, nous nous sommes présentés à 9h15 et il n’y avait plus rien. Nous avons eu des oeufs brouillés à la place des pancakes savoureux que dégustaient tous nos voisins.

There was no transportation to the airport and back. Booking.com is misleading. Bed super hard, thin sheet to cover yourself, the complementary breakfast was bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. No eggs unless you pay extra, no protein.

The staff are wonderful. Kind and attentive. I have mobility issues and nothing was too much trouble to make my stay comfortable and safe. Even a bar in the bathroom and large spacious room to fit a wheelchair or big walker.. While I had a problem with the taxi from the airport, the staff dealt with it and let me stay in my room later so I could get the afternoon train Maya to Chetumal. I would add the pool is well designed and clean. I was even helped to get into the pool so I could enjoy relaxing in the sun and water.

La colazione: il personale del ristorante, anche se gentili, sembravano disorganizzati. Portavano le cose una alla volta, senza spiegarti come funzionava o cosa era incluso. La colazione inclusa nella prenotazione era veramente povera: una quesadilla (tortilla e formaggio) e un caffè.

Emplacement à moins de 15 mn de l'aéroport, pratique ! La sympathie des personnels, la propreté et la piscine. Chambre propre et grande.

Personnellement, la literie n'était pas à mon goût, trop dure, tout comme les coussins. Un petit frigo et un sèche cheveux seraient les bienvenus dans la chambre. L'horaire du petit déjeuner trop tardive. 07:30 pour le début, le serveur prend son service et rien n'est prêt du coup. Mais on a quand même pu se rendre à l'aéroport en temps voulu.

Little oasis in Cancun, nice pool and garden in very nice atmosphere. Standard of the rooms is very good, definitely higher than normally in mexico (for this type/class of hotels).

The price was very reasonable and entire facility was spotless. The pool was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The tile even sparkled. The staff were very friendly, attentive and supportive. The food was pretty decent for the limited menu.

The bed was uncomfortable due to a very thin mattress. And there were no blankets, only a sheet and thin bedspread, so you had to keep the AC hotter than was comfortable because you couldn’t snuggle under blankets.

Albergo molto carino a 15 minuti di macchina dall’aeroporto. È inserito in un contesto molto naturale, c’è molto verde e l’albergo ha delle belle camere grandi e pulite, una bella piscina e c’è anche un ristorante aperto fino alle 22:30 se si arriva tardi. Il servizio è ottimo, sono tutti estremamente gentili, in particolare Gastone.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, l’unica cosa che migliorerei è la colazione, poiché offrono solamente delle pancake dolci semplici e del caffè. Renderai disponibile della frutta e un’opzione salata, tipo uova strapazzata per chi non può non vuole fare la colazione dolce.

La possibilità di fare il check in molto tardi. Il letto grande e comodo. La colazione anche molto buona. Ottima la posizione vicino all’aeroporto e con parcheggio, ma non so se soggiornerei lì per visitare Cancun.

Prodotti da bagno forniti scarsi, ma per noi non è stato un problema visto che siamo stati solo una notte.

Het hotel ligt niet ver van het vliegveld in een beetje een achteraf buurt. Er is niets in de buurt. Binnen de muren van het hotel is het aangenaam en stil. Het is perfect voor een overnachting als je op doorreis bent. De kamers zijn ruim.

es bonito el hotel, cómodo, confortable, las habitaciones amplias, esta limpio, clima excelente, situado en una zona de vegetación muy abundante, esta cerca del aeropuerto.

el checkout es muy temprano a las 11 de la mañana y si te excedes te cobran cada media hora en $150 pesos, el acceso no es muy fácil, parece laberinto y de noche si da un poco de miedo, no hay cerca ninguna avenida transitada, ni tiendas, literal es para pasar una noche y no estar ahí en el día, los precios de su restaurante son caros.

Vi bodde här i en natt, vi fick bara en handduk med två personer, tyvärr blev vi väldigt besvikna då vi hade inkluderat frukost och de stod att vi skulle få ”pannkakor, juice, ägg (tillagade som vi ville) och kaffe” vi fick mosade bönor och svart kaffe, när vi sa till så bara sa de att detta var frukosten som serverades idag! Jag tycker att de borde ha gett oss det som stod i vår bokningsbekräftelse endå! (Då de fanns på den övriga menyn)

Es un hotel recién construido y le faltan detalles que mejorar.. personal no esta atento de horarios de la piscina ( gente hasta altas horas cuando tienes que madruga para coger un avión) y desayuno mejorable y con horario más temprano por la misma razón

W środku nocy łomotanie do moich drzwi i krzyki personelu, bez powodu (wtf?) brak przeprosin, rekompensaty czy próby rozwiązania sytuacji. Z winy personelu zaserwowali mi pobudkę o 4 w nocy w fatalnym stylu (o którą nie prosiłam), brak przeprosin, wyjaśnien… Bardzo kiepsko podejście. Przy wymeldowaniu obiecano mi kontakt ale niestety do dziś nikt się nie skontaktował w celu rozwiązania sprawy.

I loved everything about this place. It was quiet, which I value a lot, the staff was genuinely helpful, especially Jessy (she loves what she does and she is amazing) and Veronica also was very helpful during my stay.

There's nothing I didn't like. Probably the entrance streets which are really rough and not maintained, but that's not the property s fault. SUGGESTIONS: probably a little fridge in the rooms would be nice, if it's too much of an investment I would recommend a common fridge for all the guests. Beach towels would be handy since their towels were perfectly white and it felt awkward to take them to the beach...

La relación precio versus servicio es una maravilla. Los administradores son muy atentos y serviciales. La instalaciones son nuevas y muy limpias.

Está un poco alejado de la carretera. El hotel solo tiene alberca pequeña, entonces para hacer actividades, por ello si quieres hacer cosas, lo ideal sería que a este hotel vinieras con carro rentado para poder tenerlo de punto central desde el cual moverte.
