Falta de iluminação, cheguei à noite e fiquei um pouco assustado, ma só dono é muito agradável e logo me passou confiança .

Lage zum Flughafen, nette Konversation mit die Inhaber, schöner Pool. Morgens gibt es Kaffee. Die openair Dusche war wunderschön.

Es ist gut zu wissen, dass es nachts laut werden kann (z.B. Frösche) und es gibt viele kleine Krabbeltiere. Uns hat es nicht gestört!

El alojamiento no está en el área del aeropuerto, llegar a este punto es encima bastante complicado.

El baño y la regadera estaban afuera de la habitación y no tenían puerta! Están a un lado de la cocina, donde el personal está trabajando, lo que lo hace aún más incómodo. La habitación no tienen aire acondicionado, lo que hace que las sábanas de material suave, pero sintético, hagan bastante complicada la parte de dormir cómodamente.

The place was beautiful and Saul was an amazing and generous host! He made an absolutely amazing breakfast of traditional quesadillas with the freshest ingredients and taught me how to make them too. The place is easily reached with an uber and has all the facilities you might need, including a kitchen if you choose to cook yourself. I was also allowed to hang around on the property all day to wait for my flight in the evening. The swimming pool is also incredible, and the dogs are lovely too!

Le cadre est incroyable, on se croirait littéralement en pleine jungle avec une superbe piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Le propriétaire était très accueillant et nous avons eu la chance de disposer de l’entièreté du lieu … ses deux chiens sont également adorables et très bien dressés.

Nous savions que nous n’aurions pas la clim mais en plein mois d’août nous avons grandement souffert de la chaleur. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit car nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir deux coupures de courant et donc aucun ventilateur fonctionnel. Nous recommandons tout de même ce logement pour la beauté des lieux et l’expérience immersive en nature !

Precioso lugar tranquilo Cerca del aeropuerto, pero se necesita auto o taxi o uber para llegar, no hay transporte pero justo está alejado de la zona turística y el lugar es súper tranquilo para descansar. La piscina súper bonita y las instalaciones muy agradables. El desayuno deli. Atención del dueño excepcional ! 100% recomendado Gracias

Il posto è magico, immerso nel verde e arredato con materiali naturali, bellissimo. Saúl è stato davvero gentile, e oltre a prepararci un'ottima colazione, ci ha dato preziosi consigli per continuare il nostro viaggio.

La zona è isolata, però per cenare arriva Uber eats senza problemi.

Great property and uniquely designed and built by the owner Saul. He was a wonderful host!

No Air conditioning. The fans and open air were nice, but I am accustomed to AC and keep my house at 68 degrees F. Hard for drivers to find.

Pretty much everything. I had stayed here in January and made a return visit.

Trés bel accueil. Propriétaire disponible rapidement et sur place. Auto requise sinon taxi nécessaire pour le moindre achat ou sortie. Bel endroit mais besoin d'entretien. Chambre et salle de bain propres. Lit confortable. Pas d’air climatisé mais ventilateurs en fonction. Piscine propre et grandement apprécié. Endroit très paisible. Chiens d'agréables compagnies.

Eau chaude pour ma conjointe.

Un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire, l'emplacement fait rêver car il est en pleine jungle. Les lits sont confortables, le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Emplacement à 10 minutes de l'aéroport de Cancun.

Pour ceux qui aiment dormir, il n'y a pas de volets aux fenêtres, donc beaucoup de lumière le matin. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche et pas de climatisation pour ceux qui aiment le frais.

The location was great for the airport. It felt rural and very natural- different to what the other hotels in Cancun have to offer.

Mitten im jungle (bestellt euch ein uber/taxi immer im voraus)

This is a nice 'quirky' kind of place. It was definitely not what we were expecting, but in a good way. It was amazing to me to have a total "jungle" experience in the middle of the city. To arrive, you were driven down roads that were very much 'back lane' which made it feel that you were more in the middle of the Mexican jungle not Cancun. But, within 5 to ten minutes of driving you were back in the middle of the city. Saul is an exceptional host. He is very easy to talk with and had many great stories to tell and the dogs were friendly companions as well. The beds were comfortable, our room was huge and featured furniture that Saul had made! The bathroom was top rate too. Overall, the stay was great!

It would have been nice to have air conditioning. Because the Lodge is in the jungle, it was very humid and there was very little air movement. However, it was not at all unbearable and did not make or break our stay.

Seul was really kind. He offered an immersive walk through the jungle to the room and a beautiful pool. The dogs on the property are very friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any meat with us for the barbecue, otherwise we could have grilled something. However, we did order delivery.

That it was authentic, jungle, and a great way to say good bye to Mexico. We Were Met by the owner and shown our rooms. The old artifacts all over.

1 towel for sharing on each bed. We didn’t like the debri in the pool. There was lots of time to clean the surface before we arrived and vacuum the bottom of the pool, it was slimy and icky. So we did not swim in it. We sat mostly at the table where you first go in. Also we had only a very small dirty fridge that was full of ants to put our food and drinks we brought. So we did not use it. Then the owner Saul went into town for over an hour and said he would bring back ice. But he didn’t. And didn’t intend to. He gave us 12 fairly big cubes of ice to share between the 5 of us. One drink each and no more ice. 😞 Very disappointing. Also said we could bbq, it shows a fire oven for cooking pizza in his pictures glowing and feeling very welcoming but both were full of cobwebs and hadn’t been used in a while. This atmosphere did not feel welcoming although Saul seemed to be a nice enough person. We left behind alcohol, food and many drinks that we could not take with us home, and only thought that the hospitality should be paid forward at the same time. It also says you can eat there and Saul is a good Chef, but the only one eating was Saul and another man in front of all of us, while we sat at a big table near the pool. He said if we wanted to eat there we had to order in advance and he would buy food and cook it up but doesn’t really do that much anymore. Again it felt very strange like we were invading his space. While trying to enjoy ours. He needs to change up his website and be clear to those that are reserving a stay there. That there is no where to cook food. He said right off the bat that we had to order Uber Eats or go back into town. Having no cold fridge and no ice was a deal breaker for us. We will not be back there. He offered a room to our other couple that was with us at the beginning of our entrance and then wanted $14 USD extra a couple of hours later after they were settled.

Each room is a separate building. Everything is quite old but clean. We arrived late and were hungry. The very kind host fed us a home-cooked meal. There's also a wonderful pool inside, where we swam and relaxed after the journey.

This is a very remote place. There are no shops or restaurants here.

For our last night we wanted something totally different and the Jungle Lodge was the pefect way to end our trip. We loved the hotel designed and build by the owner-architect, using a variety of recycled materials . It's quirky, artistic and wonderful place to sit back and relax in the Jungle. The "Palace" room was large, airy, bright. The windows have screens. The grounds are beautiful. They grow many of the herbs used in the breakfasts and I enjoyed a cup of freshly picked lemon grass tea! Saul, the host, is extremely accommodating, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we were comfortable in our room. We had a pleasant night chatting with the other guests and our host. The location is close to the airport. There's so much more I could write about. - the place is magical!

For the room we stayed in bench would be handy for the luggage as well as a clothes rack of some kind to hang up clothing, wet towels, bathing suits, etc.

Usually, when you want to stay somewhere for one night before a flight, the easiest option is often a bland, white corporate box next to the airport. The Jungle Lodge, therefore, was a wonderful surprise and a fabulous way to end our trip. It truly is a 'boutique' place with all of the rooms having different themes, and each being carefully created by the architect-owner, using recycled materials from across Mexico. The pool is wonderful and the location is blissfully peaceful. The owner, Saul, speaks great English, and is happy to chat about your trip, where you are from, and his Jungle Lodge.

Nothing. I think those travellers who like their corporate white boxes, might not get the 'rural and recycled' ambience, but we loved it.

Unique property designed by the owner and hand built by locals. Very quiet and restful. Friendly owner. Super comfortable beds liked by the 4 adults and 2 children staying here.

Die Lodge ist unweit vom Flughafen Cancun entfernt. Ein Juwel sozusagen abseits von den Hotelbunkern entlang der Küste und ideal um sich auf die Weiterreise vorzubereiten oder die letzten Nächte vor dem Rückflug zu verbringen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region eignet sich die ruhige Oase bestens. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Very stylish, homely with a great vibe and host. The bed was comfy and the grounds are beautiful with birds, butterflies, dragonflies, squirrels and although we didn’t see them bats and owls. The pool is perfect for cooling down. The outside kitchen is good and the breakfast of tamales and eggs is great! There’s a shared fridge to use for guests, water is provided and Saul really is lovely.

Would be good to have more places to sit in the sun next to the pool! As I am sure most guests will come!

Loved the tropical palm garden and creative decor. Saul is an exceptional host - welcoming, generous and helpful ! And a great chef too. Everything I could have wanted, and a perfect introduction to my visit to Mexico.

Vše bylo naprosto geniální, krásné ubytování přímo v džungli, velmi vstřícný a milý majitel. V Yucatan jsme byli na cestě v 5 hotelech a jednoznačně toto bylo to nejlepší. Voňavé, čisté prádlo, moc fajn postel. Majitel opravdu přemýšlel, když ubytování budoval, vše má svůj smysl. Děkujeme za krásný zážitek.

Tout le reste. À commencer par la chambre, taux d’humidité et de moisissure hors de toutes normes acceptables. Nombre de moustiques dans la chambre très important . Nous avons du laver tous nos vêtements car ils étaient imprégnés de l’odeur de moisissure. Une pompe à eau juste au-dessus de notre tête, sur le toit nous a fortement dérangée ( mise en route régulièrement dans la nuit et très bruyant) . La salle de bain l’est pas intime. Ce site manque terriblement d’amour ….

This place is utterly charming and full of character, very different from the usual indistinguishable bland airport hotels. It’s only a short taxi ride from Cancun airport but feels a world away, in lush jungle with lots of trees. The pool is inviting and a decent size - and Saul and the other staff are exceptional - helpful, delightful friendly people who take a real personal interest in looking after their guests. Not the place for you if you don’t like being too far away from shops and bars, but we loved it.

Loved the jungle atmosphere, the birds and all the greenery. The pool, the conversations and the breakfast were all highlights!

Magical place nested in the jungle with a friendly owner and amazing dog. You almost feel like you're sleeping under the stars!

This is a remarkable place - a million miles from the concrete and bright lights of Cancun, and yet only fifteen minutes from the airport. If you want to feel you've arrived in the jungles of Yucatan, and are prepared to venture off the beaten track, it makes for the start of a wonderful holiday. It's 100% different from the standard airport hotels - we were delighted to have taken the plunge and stayed there amidst the birds and the bats and the magic of nature

The biggest challenge was getting past the airport taxi-touts, who seem to have a monopoly on getting out of Cancun. It seems impossible to avoid being ripped off - but we are still glad we made this decision. Saul's welcome, friendliness, and wise advice about onward travel options more than compensated for a tiresome experience at the taxi-stands.

Gran amabilidad y atención del dueño Seúl. Nos a explicado todo, nos ha llevado A un par de sitios que solos no hubiéramos encontrado. Un lugar con encanto, tranquilo y salvaje porque estás en la selva. Limpio y seguro puedes dejar tus pertenencias con tranquilidad. Si volvemos repetiremos sin duda. Gracias Seúl por tu hospedaje.

La gentillesse et l’excellent accueil de Saul. La sensation d’être au milieu de la jungle à moins de 10 minutes de l’aéroport, idéal pour aller prendre un vol le matin. La possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine ouverte pour se faire un petit repas simple le soir. Saul nous a même offert gentiment des légumes pour agrémenter nos spaghettis…ainsi que des fruits et des cookies pour nos filles le matin. Les chiens sont calmes et adorables.

Notre fille était fiévreuse et comme il n’y a pas la climatisation dans les chambres (ce n’était pas une surprise), seulement des ventilateurs, c’était un peu difficile au niveau de la chaleur. On n’a pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche, mais personnellement ça ne m’a pas gênée, c’était rafraîchissant.

Super établissement ! Une vrai jungle ! Changement total, la chambre ? Un vrai petit paradis avec douche donnant directement dans le ciel avec de vraies plantes. Nous avons adoré ♥️♥️♥️

C était formidable, dans un havre de paix, avec hôte exceptionnel qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients et de très bons conseils !

El diseño de la habitación en general con los baños separados, camas muy confortables y la sala de estar. El desayuno bueno. Creo que ayudaría una pequeña nevera con algunos snacks y bebidas...

La Ubicación. Tuvimos problemas con la consecución de transporte que nos parecieron muy costosos. Los de menor precio fueron ayuda y conseguidos con ayuda del Hotel

The place has an authentic vibe located right in the jungle, waking up hearing birds and seeing butterflies everywhere. Saul was a great host, and the other guests who stayed there were quite lovely.

It's a bit off the beaten track, but easily accessible with taxi and Uber.

Saul is really welcoming, and will make you feel at home, helping with advice, and offering a free welcome beer

Saul ist ein unglaublicher Gastgeber! Egal welcher Art euer Problem ist - besprecht es mit Saul & er wird euch helfen. Nachdem er uns spät Abends noch empfangen hat, hat er uns kurzer Hand noch ein Privates Mietauto von einem seiner Freunde organisiert mit welchem wir bereits am nächsten Morgen zu einem Rund-Trip in Yucatan starteten. Wir sahen wohl sehr vertrauenswürdig aus. Unser lauwarmes Bier wurde umgehend mit kaltem aus seinem Kühlschrank ausgetauscht und unser Trip konnte wie geplant losgehen. Saul, wir brauchen mehr Menschen wie dich!

Lodge molto vicino all’aereo porto, parcheggio interno, strutture e camere di design, e soprattutto proprietario super accogliente, gentile e disponibile.

Essere così tanto dentro una giungla, c’è chi può apprezzare e chi no. Se siete amanti della natura é il posto giusto.

Saol (the owner) is amazing ! As I came in, he walked me through the property and explained every corner of the place with passion. Very artistic and the place has its own character ! Very quiet and peaceful. My Shower opened up to the jungle and tree branches falling from the top.

If you want to party at night you have to drive to zona hotel area which is around 350 Mexican pesos.

Saul is an amazing host ! Very nice, kind, helpful and comprehensive. We had a lot of fun eating our homemade tacos. If you are looking for an unexpected fun adventure, jungle lodge is for you !

I wouldn't say I disliked it, but I believe a fair warning is necessary : the name is "Jungle Lodge". As such, there are insects. They are unharmful, but if you are very afraid of them, especially spiders, then you'll have a hard time. Good news though : thanks to the spiders, there aren't mosquitoes! Also, if you're afraid of dogs, be careful, but to be honest they are absolutely adorable and do not yell or bite.

La rencontre avec Saul qui nous a fait visiter l'emplacement avant d'en prendre possession. La rencontre très amicale entre les usagers en préparant ensemble un souper tout mexicain. L'atmosphère très particulière en pleine jungle. La personnalité spéciale et très invitante de l'hote Saul.

Właściciel miły i pomocny i bardzo się stara. Jak byłem to zorganizował kolacje dla wszystkich domowników i było bardzo fajnie. Miałem okazje poznać turystów z innych krajów. Hotel ma fajny specyficzny klimat. Wspólne gotowanie, rodzinna atmosfera.Pobyt wspominam miło.

Lokalizacja to niestety duży minus. Po zmroku nie da się opuścić hotelu i wyjść nigdzie do miasta. Uber nie chce przyjechać na miejsce. Kierowcy ignorują twoje zlecenia.Jak szukasz życia nocnego to nie tutaj.

This is a unique place, for those who love nature and being away from the hustle and bustle. The design is retro, with lots of unique elements, for those who love 'retro, vintage, recovery and recycling'. The owner, Shaul, is the nicest person in the world, but it's not forced niceness, it's genuine caring. We were very happy to meet him and we actually sat and talked to him and he was with us, and it was wonderful to meet him. In terms of the area outside, dense vegetation, a real jungle, it's very special!!

We didn't like the specific room we got, even though it was special with a uniquely designed shower open to the sky. The place is right in the 'wild', there are insects, mosquitoes, spiders, so it's not suitable for everyone. We didn't think the place was particularly clean, but anyway we stayed one night and left early in the morning.

Endroit insolite, on se sent dans la jungle, installations plutôt défraîchies. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est fort sympathique. Lit confortable, propreté de la douche laisse à désirer. Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. Proximité de l’aéroport.

Endroit en deçà de mes attentes mais séjour quand même correct en grande partie à cause de l’accueil du propriétaire. Présence de 3 gros chiens doux dont deux qui ne semblent pas en bonne santé

What a little paradise! The place was designed with love. It is super cosy. Surrounded by nature. Saul's incredible hospitality immediately made me feel at home. I would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone.

Saul was the BEST host! Kind, welcoming and had amazing coffee. It is a literal paradise in a very warm mexican hacienda way. Truly one of my favorite places.

Saul is so nice He gave me a lot of information for my trip The lodge is so beautiful, i wasn't excepted to have a so nice place to stay I was first stay 1 night but after i extend my journey one day. I was so sad to leave. I recommand this hotel one thousand time If you look for a real journey and quiet, go there you'll be never desapointed.
