Lokalizacja

Wszystko było ok

According to the price the service is bad. Hotel is dirty

Good quality food with a nice variety of choices. The staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay.

The bathroom was well-maintained and hygienic. The staff was warm, respectful, and always available when needed.

Not worth the price

Horrible and dirty hotel

hotel members sets the tone with respects and impeccable help and understanding that anticipates my needs before I even think of them.

I love it when the staff asks how my day has been, am i ok, do i need anything, etc, just amazing , what ever i wanted was not too much and they return with smiles, no complaints, no tension.

The staff are gracious, kindly, and provide outstanding service throughout the hotel.

We arrived after a long flight and were kindly allowed to check into our rooms early. The greeting was warm and the staff efficient in the process.

The hotel is highly maintained throught the day and night. Communication from the reception desk was flawless.

The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job and maintained a high standard of cleanliness and service.

Overall, it was a great experience. Everything from the room, bathroom, staff, location, and food was very good.

The property was gorgeous. Friendly, helpful and professional staff.

Staff is good

Area is not safe and inside mahabalipur. Not recommend for someone with family or with ladies around

Overall is the best choice with basic necessities covered, much convenient and thanks to all staff for helping us.

Comfortable and well maintained, It was a convenient place to stay near the airport, my room was spotless and fully equipped to ensure my comfort and convenience.

Well-kept premises, excellent rooms, good interiors, well-thought-out facilities.

Stayed for a day at this fantastically located property and the experience was pleasant.

Not good at all

I found the staff to be courteous and resolvable.

Staff was good and good breakfast as well

Not suitable for couple with babies. Not sure how old this property is but its like torn up. Dirty toilet (stained, showers didn’t work, poor amenties). Dusty and not worth the price

Really appreciate the services offered and Happy to stay at hotel.

Extremely well appointed rooms with good house keeping staff who are very helpful and keeping rooms clean.

All the staffs are highly trained and give respect to everyone.

Every corner seems perfectly made for a comfortly and long stay, room service is fast and fully efficient, position of the hotel is nice and they provide free pickup from the airport also.

The rooms are spacious, with so much facilities and amenities are incredible.

Nothing

We arrived at airport with free pick up add on on my rate, the driver did not come to pick us up, he called and ask for us to walk around 10 mins to where he is parked his car. We dont know where that is, later he said to meet him near gate 2 at the airport and he will bring his car, we walked 5 mins to the spot he asked, 10 mins later he walked to us and asked us to walk to parking lot with him, we denied, we are travelling with small child 2.5 years old and it was already 11 pm, plus he said he will bring car to where he asked us to walk to but he didnt. When he arrived, he looks a bit drunk and not property being able to communicate, we called hotel, staff picked up and i said i want to cancel the booking and that i dont want to travel with this driver, the best part is the hotel staff "PUT ME ON HOLD" for 5 mins at least and never came back, no call back, nothing. They might thought that since its the arrival date i wont have any other options, plus if i cancel they can charge me for my booking anyway.. this is their trick, they put you in situation where they dont have to answer anything and yet being able to charge for no show. Unfortunately, they cannot charge my card and i book Radisson Blu in mahipalpur instead, i'd rather pay 20k inr and get a peace of mind rathet than staying in this absurd property. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Property, rooms, service and overall ambience is very nice.

Extraordinary stay. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the service was polished and fast.

Nothing it just was horrible and misleading.

There were roaches in the floor and in the bed the stuff was rude and accused my gfs mom of stealing a towel when we left. It was in a horrible neighborhood, nothing was clean and the driver they arranged to pick us up when the plane landed was so late we got our own ride.

Hygiene of the hotel is clean, staff have always been nice, check-in process very efficiently, exceptional service.

Every spot seemed perfect for resting or taking a break.

Quiet neiborhood, very clean and modern rooms, everything available for the needs one can have. Suitable for those who want to stay close to terminal.

The friendly reception staff were happy to help with any situation and provided great advice or solutions on the spot. The room we stayed in was fantastic and very comfortable.

Good for airport transfer and services. Also close to airport. Plus the resturant was open at midnight.

The bathroom and toilet can be upgraded. Plus lack of cleanliness esp in the hallways was disappointing

The breakfast was amazing, the room was great and comfortable and the staff was great. It was great to have taxi pick up and drop off at the hotel. Great safe hotel for near airport stay.

Shower was not working.

Not a very pleasant stay

terrible rooms, dirty toilets with broken flush

Very good service nice hotel all overall good near the airport taxi service available all the time food also nice all ataff frankly

Vicinanza all’aeroporto, aria condizionata della stanza funziona bene

Non il massimo della pulizia: abbiamo avuto solo 2 asciugamani e uno di quelli era pure sporco di una grande macchia. Però ne abbiamo chiesto uno nuovo e ci è subito stato portato. Pulizia lenzuola e letto discrete.

Hotel location No cleanliness Dirty toilets Dusty room No soundproofing

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was truly impressive, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The service was great, and the overall experience was lovely.

This property is located close the the airport on the main road is the only plus point, but there is no noise everything was very peacful.

We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by.

Big rooms, central location and courteous staff make this a decent stay. Service is also equally good and excellent response time and prompt resolution. It’s location is also good.

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience.

The hotel has everything we needed for a wonderful stay and all the services are quick and perfect.

A very good hotel with excellent staff and a good base location for the area.

Staff were very good receiving in us and we felt very comfortable perticularly in airport droup-in and droup-off on time with flexibility.

It's expensive at that price of 5090/night

Helpful, friendly and hospital staff. Well situated for the airport. Reasonable size, clean rooms.

Extra water and ironing kit delivered within 5 mins of requesting, and fresh coffee served by the hotel which is more than that.

communication is easy, wifi and services work fine, Perfect bathroom, small but equipped with everything you need.

Good hotel, good pricing, courteous and helpful staff.

I have really a good experience here, all the hospitality services are excellent, recommend to all .

The service is impeccable, with the staff maintaining a level of courtesy and attentiveness. The food was great too and the property is amazing.

the rooms were compact, the overall experience was quite positive. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness truly stood out.

The stay was great really empathetic people and great service.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable facilities and very good airport pickup service.

Everything was managed well, Safe and free parking with helpful staff

The airport location was ideal for me. Transportation was convenient, and the hotel met all my expectations.

Pick up Facility from Airport. Flexible check In facility

It was far from airport. Took around 15 mins. The basic amenities like towels were not provided. Needed to ask for it. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience even better.
