Alles war gut, aber mehrmals täglich gab es in unserem Hotelzimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum für alle Quitchende Geräusche (von einer Wasserleitung oder einem anderen ähnlichem Ding). Auch einmal um 4-5 Uhr morgens. Besonders morgens um 8 Uhr mehr. Vermutlich vom duschen wenn das Wasser mit Druck durch die Leitungen kommt. Schwer lokalisieren, aber nervig. Sonst war alles gut, Service (zum Beispiel Wasser auf jedem Stockwerk zum gratis abfüllen (ohne Chlorgeschnack, was in Frankreich üblich ist). Gibt bis 18 Uhr auch Snacks gratis zum Beispiel Wasser, Joghurt, Kuchen, Apfel… 7-10 Minuten zur Bahn und dann ab ins Stadtzentrum. Ins Stadtzentrum laufen unmöglich (zu weit).

Close to RER A station, this district is safe and modern. I went there for the concert and this hotel is just right next to the Paris La Défense Arena, it was amazing. And the hotel offers concert menu in the lounge area for their guests that is really cool, especially it’s a bit hard to find restaurants still open after the concert.

Good business hotel, stayed rhere many times. However; very noise due to the rrain line at the back-ASK for room T the front , AVOID the baxk od the hotel-you wobt be able to sleep.Also, very low staff on Thursday morning, couldn't cope with the breakfast demand

Hôtel bien situé, personnel serviable, agréable et réactif. La chambre est satisfaisante et propre. Deux points noirs : 1- wc = une support et lunette pas adapté au wc + une chasse d'eau qui coul en continu. 2- douche = bien mais mauvaise évacuation ou bouchée.

The staff is friendly and efficient; I highly recommend staying for a vacation.

On ne peut pas rêver meilleur emplacement lorsqu'on se rend a la défense Arena. Station RER à deux pas. Hôtel neuf et bien entretenu. Personnel agréable. Rien a redire sur la qualité des prestations, mise a part que le matelas du clic-clac de la chambre familiale n'est pas très confortable.

It’s a different experience for a hotel. But everything was up to scratch. Loved the Club and everybody was really friendly. I’ll definitely stay again.

We attended a concert at the Paris la Défense arena and chose the Okko hotel as it was a 10 minute stroll away . The hotel is excellent staff were great checking in was easy . Rooms are fantastically clean smallish but modern decoration with a low but extremely comfortable bed concrete ceiling and quirky furniture. Club lounge with free snacks coffee juices all day . Breakfast was great with pastries ,meat eggs ,bread ,fruit plentiful. Great stay for a gig or event .

Bon hotel, bien décoré, avec un parking, emplacement idéal pour notre séjour, petit déjeuner très bien.

Bathroom set up gave no privacy

Helpful, cordial staff. Loved the filtered water, compostable coffee pods, and the ironing room. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The room was clean and simple, and remarkably quiet.

Quick stay arrived late at night and left early in the morning. Bed was super comfy and linens soft. Staff very helpful. Thank you

C’è da mangiare e a bere tutto il tempo anche la notte

Leider lag in unserem Bad noch eine Zahnbürste vom Vorgänger, aber ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Club, in dem es den ganzen Tag kleine Snack und Kaffee/Tee und Wasser kostenfrei gibt. Der Raum ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir haben uns in Allem sehr wohl gefühlt

Super Hôtel pour le prix , 15 minutes du métro et de la Grande Arche de la Défense. Café Espresso à volonté à tout heure du jour ainsi que des petites gâteries . Personnel très gentil. Vraiment 5 étoiles 😀

The 24/7 lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, juice, water, snacks and fruit was a added bonus and a great place to relax.

Vi stortrivdes på hotellet! Beliggenheten er perfekt – kort vei til La Défense Arena og enkel tilgang til togforbindelser. Loungerommet var et stort pluss, med kaffe og snacks tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Den flotte takterrassen ga et ekstra løft til oppholdet. Sengene var svært komfortable, og frokosten var helt grei – med et greit glutenfritt brød. Et lite minus var dobbeldynen og baderomsløsningen med glassdør mot soverommet. Det fungerer fint for par, men kan oppleves som mindre praktisk hvis man reiser med venner eller kollegaer. Anbefales for både fritid og jobbreise – spesielt for par!

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. Firstly, the noise level was unacceptable — loud train noises started as early as 5 AM and continued until almost midnight. It was difficult to get a good night’s rest. Secondly, the room lacked basic amenities such as a rubbish bin, which was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the stay. On multiple occasions, essential items like toilet paper and hand soap were not refilled, even though they had run out completely. The most serious issue was with the shower. The drainage was blocked, and water would not go down properly. I reported this to the front desk before leaving the hotel for the day, and they assured me someone would take care of it. However, when I returned in the evening, not only had nothing been done, but the problem had worsened — water from the bathroom had flooded into the bedroom area. We ended up having to switch rooms late at night, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay was far from comfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

2nd passage dans cet établissement. Petit souci d’évacuation réglé très rapidement. Chambre propre. J’apprécie la mise à disposition d’eau dans des fontaines situées au niveau des ascenseurs. Point d’amélioration : La température des douches varient souvent à certaines heures

Juste à côté de la défense Arena. Parking payant sur place. Bon confort, un peu cher mais c’est paris. ! Par contre, apéritive hyper mal organisé !

Although quite a walk to train stations, it's in the middle of La Defense and Nanterre stations. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel has coffee, tea and pastry available in the lounge for 24 hrs. Has coffee maker in the room.

部屋は清潔でスタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで気持ちの良い滞在でした。 24hドリンク・スナック（クッキーやブラウニーなど）も提供されておりありがたかったです。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

Bonjour, Merci pour la prise en compte des remarques lors du précédent séjour, ainsi que de la petite attention à mon arrivée. Quelques améliorations à effectuer (pare-douche, un meuble de rangement supplémentaire long séjour, dessous des portes savons…) Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, personnel agréable et très sympathique.

Arrivée rendue un peu compliquée par l'entrée dans le parking ( que certains ne trouvent pas) qui s'ouvre sur un angle à 45°. Sympa la manœuvre. Accueil bien, sauf que pas d'explications donnée sur la mise en route de l'électricité dans la chambre, ni sur le fait qu'il faut avoir sa clé dans les mains en permanence pour entrer où que ce soit, alors que le dispositif n'est pas forcément visible (l'entrée dans l'hôtel le soir par exemple, pas expliqué non plus). Service totalement absent au club. Après avoir attendu j'ai dû retourner en réception pour demander quelqu'un pour commander à manger (la réceptionniste a pris la commande). Quelqu'un qui a fini par me redemander ("c'est bien ça que vous vouliez?"), puis l'a apporté sans jamais me proposer de boissons où ce je pouvais vouloir d'autre. Pour finir, devoir ressortir du lit pour éteindre les appliques au dessus du lit qui ne sont pas éteintes par le bouton judicieusement placé près du lit, qui éteint le plafonnier. Détail risible qui ne l'est plus en accumulation de tous les autres. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, franchement déçue.

Quartier La Défense calme, bel hôtel, accueil parfait au 1er étage avec accès au club (sport, sauna) avec rafraîchissements et collations offertes. Chambre sympa, seul bémol sur l’agencement de la salle de bain sans trop d’intimité. Rapport qualité prix correct pour le secteur

Seul bémol, la propreté de la salle de bain. Porte-savon HS et posé sur l’évier. Joints douche… photos à dispo pour la Direction. Bel accueil du personnel. Apéro offert avec boissons en libre service TOP. Chambre et literie ok. Retour semaine prochaine, nouvel avis à venir.

We spent four nights at the Okko Hotel in December, 2024 as we flew to Paris to see Paul McCartney's two concerts at La Defence Arena. The Okko is located across the street from the arena. It was a breeze getting to the arena and returning to the hotel. The hotel staff was amazing!!!! Jonathon, Paul and Ali helped us plan a day trip to Disneyland Paris. They arranged a driver who on time and friendly. Paul helped me obtain Disneyland tickets and even printed them out for us. The staff could not have been any better to work with!!!! We loved the Hotel Club with snacks. It was a fun place to meet other Paul McCartney fans who came for the concert. Our room was ample size and all of the ammenities worked just fine. Our room was immaculate. If we ever come back to Paris for another concert Hotel Okko is definitely where we plan to stay again!!!!

Séjour très agréable Personnel au top

Jag valde detta hotell då det låg inom gångavstånd från arenan, skulle på en konsert så de var passande. Personal var tillmötesgående, frukosten en enkel typiskt hotell frukost. Rumen rena, varma och fräscha. Inte långt från tunnelbanan, finns två olika stationer atr välja att åka ifrån. Ca 10 till centrala Paris med tunnelbanan

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und wurde auch nicht wärmer, es roch sehr nach Kloake. Frühstück war gut und liebevoll dargeboten. Mein office wsr nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Das war top.

We stay was excellent. From the beginning it was smooth and they were welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I would recommend staying here!

Was on business. Surprised only 1 iron and ironing board for entire hotel! There was a coffee machine in room but no proper kettle. To get tea you had to go to the restaurant. The snacks could have been better...fruit was limited and under ripe all 3 days. I think it was over priced but was convenient for my work. The Italian restaurant underneath had good service and reasonably priced. Room was fairly small. Bed comfy. Good shower. Good quality hairdryer.

The service staff are really helpful and friendly. Special mention to Sarah and Jonathan who helped me booked restaurant. They all spoke English fluently. Free access to level 1 lounge which provides free coffee, biscuits and fruits 24 hrs. It’s Fabulous. Room is newly furnished and very clean. My only gripe is it doesn’t provide a kettle for boiling water. To have hot water, one need to go down level 1 lounge to get it. It’s really a hassle. There is a filter where You can top up cold water at the common area outside the room. The room provides only basic soap for hair and body. No slippers. One has to ask for toothbrush, and conditioner and lotion from the reception which again I feel unexpected of a 4 star. The shower door glass is transparent. So would be awkward if you are travelling with someone else. Location - Good. it’s located 2-3 stops away from the central tourist attractions stations like Auber, Chatelet le Halle etc . The RER red line. To note - it takes 12-15 mins to walk to nearest Metro station- Naterre Prefecture. It’s very quiet at night to walk back to hotel, can be scary. Not recommended for families as there is no nearby restaurants nor supermarkets. If it rains, there is no shelter along the way. More suitable for solo/business traveller.

Good location, always spotlessly clean, staff couldn't be more helpful

Mooi hotel, ruime kamers, goede styling, schoon, stil, zeer gastvrije ontvangst en vriendelijke medewerkers. Gemakkelijk parkeren in parkeergarage onder hotel. Ontbijt was goed, ruime keuze en vers.

Hotel silenzioso pulito e personale gentile tuttavia il tratto che unisce la defance con l hotel la sera e deserto quindi tornate in hotel desta qualche preoccupazione. Inoltre ritengo che la hall dovrebbe estate al piano terreno

Clean, confortable bed, excelent service and very good breakfast.

The staff is what made our stay memorable. Everyone from check-in and in the guest club were complete professionals. This was so close to La Defense arena. It was about a twenty five euro Uber/cab ride to places like the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Seine cruises. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were very kind . The location wasn’t so near from the Center as it was mentioned.

It’s the fourth time my family and I stayed at Okko hotels and the experience has been always great with friendly and multilingual staff plus areas cleaned and comfortable. The only downside I would like to point out is common areas ambiance music: as a person/family, there is no need to have music at 7 or 8 or 9am, and also during night time. I could not talk over the phone and stuff like that. It’s a small detail but great companies take them on.

It was my first time in France and the stay was wonderful! The room was great and the staff was very helpful and polite.

The hotel is alright, the managers need to reconsider a few small things like the quality of the towels, bottles of water in the rooms, noise isolation (hotel is by railways and busy street so noise is to be expected), etc

We hadden doorgeven dat we de verjaardag van mijn schoonmoeder kwamen vieren en ze hadden de kamer helemaal versierd. Echt heel erg leuk gedaan. Personeel was vriendelijk & behulpzaam. Omgeving van het hotel is in het weekend natuurlijk uitgestorven, maar dat weet je als daar verblijft. Locatie t.o.v. de metro is prima!

Bon accueil, lieu moderne et propre. Personnel professionnel et souriant. Belle chambre et belle douche. Lit confortable. Notre seul regret est que la climatisation ne soit pas activée s'il ne fait pas excessivement froid ou chaud dehors. Donc si vous aimez un peu plus de fraîcheur ou de chaleur, tant pis.

This is a really cute boutique hotel in La défense. The club is a great addition if you just want a break, work, hang out with friends or family. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the toiletries were minimal. There was only soap provided and towels for one person. Even when we asked for more towels, they simply replaced the ones there and left a couple of towels. We had the large family room which was comfortable overall. Generally the service was very good, the staff was quite kind and I would recommend staying there.

We stayed here because we were seeing Taylor Swift at the arena. For that reason, this was the perfect hotel. Close and walkable. It’s a very simple hotel not a lot of amenities. But it was comfortable, had nice options in a common lounge and was safe.

Great location for the arena but rooms are very small and breakfast poor for the price, small selection often run out and horrible coffee from a machine

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. We need a hotel close to the arena as we were there for a concert and needed a convenient location which this provided. The hotel is fairly new and modern. However it lacked in hygiene. When we walked into our room it appeared it had been rush cleaned and with little care or attention to detail. There was hair on the bed, hair in the sink, and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. I was so exhausted from my flight and was traveling with my young daughter so just needed to deal with it, tidy up myself and not have to wait yet again for them to find a new clean room for me. Would only recommend for one night if going to a concert/ event at the arena.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so helpful and eager to please. Access to The Club 24/7 with drinks and snacks included was awesome.

Hôtel idéal pour assister à un événement à La Défense Arena : c’est juste en face. Moderne et bien équipé. L’insonorisation n’est pas au top : on entend les bruits de la rue et des autres étages.

Clean and friendly

Excellent week's stay at Okko, service excellent, Italian restaurant very good, rooms very comfortable, eco friendly(crinkle bed linen) and large enough. The appero's and snacks in Le Club were a nice touch. Only shortfall in my view, was the gym - eco friendly but inadequate sports apparatus. Apart from that, thoroughly recommended.
