Excellent property, good location, facilities are nice and the rooms have everything you need

Staff very good. Room small and heating didn’t work very well. Shower not very powerful and operating the room on an iPad was annoying. Overall I think the hotel is expensive

It was so "techy, techy" in the rooms and so much fun. The staff so unbelievable nice and everywhere was very clean. It was in a more remote location, so on the weekends hard to find other places to eat besides the hotel, but the hotel food was amazing, so that was a bonus.

It was a relief to arrive at CitizenM! Everything had gone wrong on my trip and arrive here to be welcomed by Rosie’s smile and help was wonderful. A great experience from dining, the ambiance and my room. A restful night sleep and ready for a new day! Thank you citizenM staff! You were all fantastic!

AC not working (during a heatwave in the city) - staff just apologised and did nothing to resolve the issue. Was offer 50% refund - which frnakly should have been 100% as I was not able to sleep. Will not be staying at any citizenM hotel in the future.

Convenient location to metro and stadium. Excellent, welcoming staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, including the beds - great for a couple of nights or those who don’t hang out in their rooms much. iPad conveniently controlled everything in the room - blinds, lights, TV. Nice breakfast. Wonderful, spacious and inviting common space on the 1st floor. My only wishes were: 1) the room to include music options, 2) the AC to work better. We had it set to high and the coldest temperature which should’ve been 64.5 degrees F; the actual temperature was closer to 70-72. Other than the AC, the stay was great and I’d stay again.

The stay was very comfortable. The area is a cool area right next to the sports arena. The metro is less than 10 minutes away and the metro lines take you into Paris in about 10-15 minutes which no time at all considering the actual distance the hotel is from the city center. The lines run late at night as well so you don't have to worry too much if you want to stay in the city center a little later. There was one issue where I charged an extra $700 upon checkout, but that was remedied when I contacted citizenM customer service about the charge. My only suggestion is make sure we're careful in the future to avoid charging costumers such a large sum of money, especially after they've already paid for their stay in full.

OMG! This was my first trip to Paris. I chose this hotel from the website because of the close proximity to the Paris LaDefense Arena because I was attending a concert. This hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I loved everything about it...the decor, the room, the pricing and the staff. The ambassadors were phenomenal.. Thank you Victoria for making me feel welcomed.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff stayed for an event and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the metro, the shopping mall and the arena. Beds are also huge and comfortable I would definitely stay here again!

The property and parking deck were difficult to locate. I didn't like that there was no direct connection from the lobby to the parking deck. You had to walk outside around the corner.

Room was small, however big enough for a single traveler. Everything in room controlled using a tablet, very easy to use even for me a 59 year old technophobe. Not a great choice at breakfast so not really worth the price, plenty of cafes nearby in which you could get a breakfast. Literally 3 minutes walk to La Défense Arena so you couldn’t get a better hotel if you’re coming here for an event at the arena. Overall reasonable value for money.

Conveniently located with small but functional rooms, this hotel is ideal for short stays.

Excellent place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay for two nights. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are great. Easy check in/out. Ten minutes walk to La Defense station and close to mall where you can get groceries and food. Breakfast was great and lots of choices.

I absolutely Love CitizenM hotels, my favorite one is still Nyc - Bowery, But this one in Paris is Awesome - The folks who work here are SO professional and kind -- And the location is fantastic -- some incredibly beautiful architecture here, and also literally directly across from the Defense Arena which hosted the Swimming events for the Olympics this year.

The actual hotel is up to the usual CitizenM standards and didn't disappoint! However, the area is pretty grim, so unless you really need to be there, choose somewhere else. €36 for breakfast is a rip-off, btw, - but that is probably because there are very few other choices.

Nice, clean hotel with very comfortable beds. It's got creative interior design and nice features, such as an IPad to control the TV and lights, and different mood lighting. I really appreciated the fast self check-in and check out system. The rooms sadly don't have a kettle or free coffee/tea, but this hotel is still really good value.

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are small but very well organized. The staff were incredible. Extremely polite and very helpful all the time. Parking was very convenient and locked underground. The room and hotel were very clean. The area is 20min from Champs des Elyse by car. Highly recommend this hotel

The staff was nice. They spoke great English and also let me speak to them in my broken French. I had a comfortable stay. Cheers!

If you have any reason to be near Paris La Défense arena, stop searching for hotels and book this place. The location is perfect. The hotel is literally across the walking path. Besides the perfect location, the hotel is modern, clean, efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to LaDefense Arena....and also close to a fun area to explore. The rooms are small (reminded of being in a cruise at first), but honestly for a reasonable price, it was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this hotel. I booked it because of its reviews, one review said it was the best hotel they had ever stayed at. But from all our nights there, could never get comfortable. Main problem being the A/C, it could never get cold enough. And they tried everything they could, switching our room 2 times. But it was universal across every room and floor. And so in the night me and my wife would wake up from being hot. The hotel did all they could, from being in 3 rooms I can say it was just a whole hotel issue. Their A/C just wasn’t strong enough, a typical European thing. Our American blood is just too hot haha. If you don’t like sleeping cold, then you’ll love this hotel! Can’t take any stars off for that!

CitizenM exceeded all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room itself was spotless, and incredibly futuristic. My only criticism would be the inability to pay with cash. I understand as we step further and further into the future, we use it less and less. But my card hadn’t worked in France since I arrived, so I found myself unable to purchase anything.

Best hotel I ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. The hotel fit all my needs and much more. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are so cozy and you will refresh when you wake up. The technology aspect was super cool. Being able to control your room to how you want it was amazing.

Excellent! Had very slight reservations re its proximity to town. However, 5min walk to the Metro and then less than 10mins to Arc de Triomphe. Never had a bad stay anywhere at a Citizen M. Recommend!

By far the best hotel I ever stayed at. Situated in a perfect location. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Don’t get me started on the rooms. Most comfortable bed I ever slept on. First time staying at a Citizen M hotel and will for sure stay at one again.

We went to a concert at the arena, so it was absolutely as convenient as it could be. We watched the crowds dwindle and then walked over (it took one minute). The room was terrific, and the hotel food (we order pizza after the concert) was yummy and fast. So glad we stayed here

Great staff, clean and modern hotel. The provided iPad controls EVERYTHING in the room. Best Hotel to stay at if you go to La Defense Arena. 7mn walk to the metro line 1 which can bring you easily to the heart of Paris within 20/25mn!

I wish I was staying for two nights!! I love the unique style and atmosphere - the staff are very attentive and caring. I was here for the Taylor Swift concert and I appreciated how the lobby played Taylor and gave guests a Swiftie-fied, handwritten welcome card. In the same courtyard as La Défense Arena so you can exit the arena, have a drink or nosh at Billy Billy’s next door and stumble into your bed at Citizen M! Bedding was dreamy, the iPad controlling room temp, shades and lights easy to use. Yes, it’s a compact room, perfect for solo traveler or a couple with not a lot of luggage. The staff is amazing, this will be my new home base when I’m staying in Nanterre or La Défense.

Hotel modern and clean. Room quite small bit has eveything tou need. Staff helpful and friendly. Conviently located for La Defense Arena. Limited selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate area but large Westfield centre close by with greater selection.

One of my prefered hotel room ever. Room temperature easy to adjust, and fast to react. Very quiet. Great sky view from the bed every thing controlled bed (ligth, temperature, curtain, window shade…

Rooms are small. Just big enough for 1 or 2 at a push. Modern design ie most stuff is controlled by a (broken) ipad, but who needs it fir a room so small you can earily reach all the switches. I dont want a manual with my hotel room. Sink in the main room as shower room is to small for it. Coloured led lighting in the bathroom just makes your skin look a funny colour when trying to shower.

That was the best hotel we have ever stayed, literally. Even though we travelled across 40 countries and stayed in posh hotels,I am taking my hat off for this one. Very nice facilities, staff was amazing and so helpful. We ate here quite often as it was convenient but the food was also great. Rooms were comfortable and modern.

I have stayed in 3 CitizenM hotels in Paris before. I like each of them. The bed was big and comfy. The view from the room was very nice. I like the mood lights that you can set in the room. The door lock was very thoughtful too. The room was very spacious. You just feel very safe and cosy in the room. The facilities in the room were great. The fridge was very useful. What I dont like is that there was no kettle in the room, and there was no teabag, or coffee available in the room. You can get them at the bar but are not free, unless you have breakfast there. But it's still inconvenient to keep going to the bar to get hot water. Most of the staff were very nice. I encountered 1 that gave rather odd response to a request for more toilet paper. The walk from the metro to the hotel was slightly longer than I expected. But it's not too bad. La Defense is actually not too far from the centre. Because RER was very quick and convenient.

Clean Great service

The rooms are tiny but clean.The photos on the web site are misleading. I had twin beds with just about enough room to walk around it. I booked breakfast the night we arrived and was told it was cooked. Maybe it was lost in translation but breakfast was very basic, no hot cooked food at all. For the money i paid i should have had breakfast at a local cafe. The staff were polite, helpful and agreed to hold our luggage to late afternoon. The hotel could do with a redecorating as it looks very worn. I think its overpriced for what it is but worth it for the location alone which is near the river and crossing over to the beautiful old town. Would I go back there. No. It was very claustrophobic and tatty. Shabby chic? Not my thing sadly.

We only stayed for a few nights just as a little weekend getaway but couldn’t be happier from the room to the staff we was welcomed from the moment we walked in and everytime we spoke to the staff they was so accommodating. A definite 10/10 and would 100% go back

I enjoyed my stay. I found the staff engaging and very nice. The place has fresh vibe. My only wish would be if they could keep the balcony open while the bar is operating. Loved the breakfast with free coffee all day long since they don’t have coffee maker in each room. Loved the iPad too.
