We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! This is probably the best villa I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. At check-in, they gave us lots of useful information about the villa, things to do in Hoi An, and even some tips for visiting the Old Town. Since it was my first time in Hoi An, this was really helpful and made our trip much more enjoyable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and both the room and swimming pool were spotless and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Excellent accueil, personnel enthousiaste et toujours disponible pour aider. Très bon restaurant, établissement magnifique avec une superbe cour et une très belle piscine. Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables, la clim fonctionne tres bien. Il est également très bien situé, la vieille ville de Hoi An est à 10 minutes à pieds.

Agosto 2026 • Visitatore dall’Italia Abbiamo soggiornato al The Muse House per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Avevamo una camera molto spaziosa, con terrazzo affacciato sulla strada. La nostra sistemazione si trovava al primo piano e per raggiungerla c’erano le scale, comunque assolutamente fattibili. Non sappiamo però se altre zone della struttura siano servite da ascensore. Il personale è stato sempre molto cordiale e gentile, con un ottimo livello di inglese. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il servizio lavanderia, veloce e puntuale. Molto comoda la piscina, perfetta per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata in giro. L’area era pulita e gli asciugamani erano disponibili direttamente a bordo piscina. La struttura si trova leggermente fuori dalla zona più caotica. Il centro è comunque raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15-20 minuti, mentre con Grab ci siamo sempre mossi senza problemi, trovandoli disponibili a qualsiasi ora. Peccato esserci stati solo due notti, perché il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.

THe pool had a little muddy water, but overall was good, cause we were alone in the pool, which was great!

La zona del jardin y la piscina es espectacular, las habitaciones son muy grandes y las camas también y cómodas. La zona está un poco apartada pero se puede ir andando perfectamente a la zona comercial. Para mi era perfecto porque el centro es muy ruidoso y caotico. Es un sitio muy tranquilo. Te prestan bicicletas para moverte a sitios mas alejados.

El desayuno es a la carta y las opciones son bastante limitadas (el menu son 6 o 7 opciones). Aunque todo esta muy bueno, si pasas varias noches se hace muy repetitivo y si tienes restricciones en la dieta lo tienes francamente mal.

La tranquilidad y la amabilidad del personal, dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea necesario.

La chambre est confortable et grande. La piscine était propre. L’emplacement est très bien situé également à distance à pieds de l’ancienne ville et des lanternes. Le déjeuner est excellent.

Fantastic room with lovely, old-world charm, and all rooms surrounding the courtyard pool area. Nice and quiet location that was only a 10-minute walk from the old town of Hoi An. Good breakfast each morning to set you up for the day. We were able to borrow bikes and use them comfortably on the roads to head out in the area.

Gostamos de tudo! Super recomendo este alojamento. Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos e queridos. O quarto era muito espaçoso e muito limpo. O espaço exterior da piscina estava em ótimas condições. Um espaço muito agradável. 5 estrelas mesmo!

We had a very enjoyable 3 week stay at The Muse House. Our Twin Room was a good size, with a lovely view looking out to the pool. Room was cleaned daily. Very helpful reception lady. Would definitely stay again.

Отель "уставший",. Матрасы с пружинами, которые впиваются в рёбра, жесткие как кирпичи подушки, ночь была бессонной. Запах сырости и плесени в номере, бассейн с водой, мутной как бульон. За 7 раз в Хойане впер₽е столкнулись с таким проживанием за весьма приличные деньги. Фото на сайте не отражает реальности. Пришлось экстренно искать другое место проживания

Хороший отель, красивая территория, очень много зелени. У нас был семейный номер (888, 999). Уборка в номере ежедневно. Фен есть, но очень слабый. Есть мини бар, цены адекватные. Нам отдых здесь понравился, недорогой отель, вкусные завтраки, меню в их ресторане то же давольно неплохое и по приемлемой цене. Есть велосипеды на прокат, бесплатно. Отель хороший, для того что бы изучить ХойАн идеальный!

Из розеток постоянно выпадали зарядники для телефонов, заряжали телефон в ванной и у окна в углу. Нужен небольшой косметический ремонт. Плюс девушка с ресепшен, если утром принимала заказ на завтрак, то четко контролировала, что бы мы заказывали 1 человек - 1 блюдо, и это очень напрягало. Складывалось ощущение что если мы возьмем больше мы не сможем за это заплатить.

Beautiful hotel with a really nice pool. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Old town, which we did several times a day with no problem. There are bikes available and it’s a 15 minute trip to be out in the rice fields. Overall a great stay, I’d highly recommend.

We stayed at The Muse House for three nights, and from the moment we arrived, Phuong at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained everything about how the villa worked in great detail and also gave us many recommendations on things to do in Hoi An during our stay. Her help was invaluable, especially since it wa During our stay, we had access to complimentary bicycles, which was a great bonus. The room was very spacious and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pool was clean and well maint We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. We would gladly come back again in the future

We had a great stay and would always come back. Owners are very friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool is great and all is located in a nice backyard. You can get bikes to ride to the ancient city of Hoi An for free what made transportation very easy.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Die ganze Familie war unglaublich herzlich und freundlich, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, perfekt für einen guten Start in den Tag. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Pool und die ruhige Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The room was big with good storage space, and with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Cleaned every day and the pool was nice, could be a bit deeper. The lady at property reception was friendly and helpful , recommended tours and we booked on of them which was very good . The location is about 10 min walk from the historic centre across the busy bridge, but for us it was better than staying in the centre

Breakfast was good - better than more expensive place in Da Nang as it catered to westerners. Rooms were spacious and clean. Daily room cleaning. Lovely quiet location, not too far from old town.

Pool was tepid warm water - not cool. Had to pay in cash on departure - eftpos not working (for months according to others). Gardens looked a little run down, but not a problem. TV had lines across screen, but we weren't in the room enough to worry.

Great place — it exceeded our expectations. In reality, it is much nicer than the photos. It is within walking distance to the main attractions, located in a very quiet and safe area. It was the nicest place we booked in Vietnam. The owner and staff are very helpful and welcoming, The hotel is clean, we had 2 very nice connected rooms in the first floor

Quiet area close enough to walk to markets and lantern boats etc. With breakfast included and the size of the rooms it was a great location for ourselves and teenage son. Good eating places within easy walking distance and great to be able to order food at the location as well if we didnt all want to go out. Good transport service provided by them for pick up from train and drop off to airport.

Très beau logement, avec piscine qui enjolive davantage encore l'endroit. Personnel très sympathique qui donne plein d'explication. Petite verre de bienvenue. Prêt gratuit de vélo. Nettoyage quotidien de la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner. Le logement est à 25 minutes à pied du centre ville. Loin donc de l'agitation et du bruit de la ville mais à distance très respectable !! J'y retournerais sans hésitation !

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer, sauberer Pool und ruhige Lage. Der kostenlose Fahrradverleih war ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen.

Está regentado por una familia y el trato es muy cercano y amable. Es un hotel pequeño y muy cómodo. La piscina va genial para refrescarte. El desayuno es muy bueno. Tiene servicio de lavandería a buen precio y también servicio de taxi al aeropuerto. Está a 1 km aproximadamente de la Old Town, por lo que estás alejado del bullicio, en una zona tranquila. Hay restaurantes buenos y cafeterías en los alrededores. Habitación muy amplia, con acceso directo a la piscina.

No tiene caja fuerte en la habitación. No se puede pagar con tarjeta.

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, arranging things for us and advice on which beaches were best.

I wasn’t prepared for having to pay cash when checking out, and was told when checking out that their machine was “broken”…..If I had of known I would have had cash on hand, communication would have been good. As it turns out, I was taken on a scooter ride to various ATM’s to get the cash. Which I wasn’t happy about as the ATM’s had a limit of 3,000,000 Vietnamese Dong and my bill was close to 8,000,000. Combine that with the bank limit on Daily Cash withdrawals left me scrambling with virtually no cash for the rest of the day.

Le meilleur hôtel qu’on ai fait au Vietnam ❤️ La chambre est grande, propre, confortable, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours, on vous donne également de l’eau tous les jours. Les petits déjeuner sont à la carte et très consistant. La piscine est belle. On a l’accès gratuit à des vélo et il y a un service de blanchisserie pas cher. Le top du top.

Beautifull garden - pool area with a lot of flowers. Really spatious room and bathroom. We stayed in the villa part and enjoyed a terrace, facing the swimming pool and the beautiful garden, which was nice. The staff was very attentive - they made their best to accomodate us and our friends close to each other, arranged a lantern boat ride for us and advised us on the best things to do in the atea. The breakfast offered is simple, but tasty. We also used their loundry service - fast, efficiant and reasonably priced. All in all, a very good experience.

Our friends stayed in a connected room and complained that they hear their neibours snorring at night and see the light from the other room (as there was a glass between the two connected rooms).

Loved the quiet location, beds were very comfortable, pool was a nice size, breakfast was decent, great hot water and wifi was strong, bikes were convenient

No water bottle fill station, our room door was jamming and needed alignment, breakfast coffee was terrible, small dog that lives at the hotel would sleep on our stairs and aggressively growl and bark at us when we came home.
