We loved our room - it was huge, like a little apartment with a really nice view (we were not on the riverside but the pool side). The room was very comfy and spacious and the staff were very helpful. They helped us organise various trips and taxis around the place. We love the grab motorbike taxis and they are only ever 1 minute away. We enjoyed being slightly out of town as it was quiet in the evenings and had enough community and restaurants to be a good place to hang out away from the crowds. The fruit at breakfast was amazing.

We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing - we were there for 23 days so became friendly with them. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they went out of their way to be of help to us, which we really appreciated. The property itself was very nice, large room, comfortable bed, great breakfast room and attractive area around the pool and entrance. The breakfasts were delicious - a good selection to choose from and a large plate of fresh tropical fruits. Yummy. It is a close walk to restaurants, spas etc and just over the bridge is the Old Town. An excellent location.

A huge thank you to Anna for her warm welcome and kindness. The hotel is located in a quiet street close to the city center. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is excellent. Everything was perfect! Thank you again😘😘

Bellissima location, camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Bellissima piscina per qualche ora di relax. Fantastica colazione, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Noleggiato presso la struttura le biciclette per i nostri spostamenti. Assolutamente consigliato

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Silk River Villa sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ideal, da man dem Alltagslärm sehr gut entfliehen kann und trotzdem schnell überall hinkommt. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wählt man bereits am Vortag aus. Die Auswahl ist zwar überschaubar, aber dafür sehr gut – von vietnamesischen Gerichten wie Cao Lầu bis hin zu westlichen Speisen wie Bacon und Ei ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch der Wäscheservice ist sehr praktisch und mit 50.000 VND pro Kilogramm absolut fair. Besonders Chi An hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Mit ihrer herzlichen und freundlichen Art hat sie uns immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Aber auch das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Silk River Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Nichts – es war alles sehr gut. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass es keine Aufzüge gibt. Falls Sie in Ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkt sind oder Schwierigkeiten beim Treppensteigen haben, sollten Sie dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce homestay avec nos ados Ils avaient leur propre chambre et nous avions un suite parentale. la localisation est idéale, au calme, a 10min a pieds du centre de Hoi An. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis pour toute l’equipe qui était aux petits soins pour nous. les petits déjeuner étaient excellents et les moments de rafraîchissement dans la piscine tres agréables. je recommande a 100%.

Pulita e staff molto accogliente

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel de la part de Anna qui chaque jour nous a donné conseils et s'est préoccupée de notre confort. Une suite spacieuse avec vue rivière . A l'écart des touristes donc au calme mais à 10 min à pieds de old Hoï An. Le.petit.dejeuner doit être choisi la veille et est copieux. On peut louer bicyclettes.et.scooteurs pour circuler aux alentours. Une jolie piscine pour se rafraîchir et serviettes à disposition.

Die Lage war super, etwas weniger als 10 Minuten von der Markthalle entfernt. Von dort aus waren es nur noch wenige Minuten in die schöne Altstadt. Kleines Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab kein Buffet. Man entscheidet am Vortag a la carte was man essen möchte. Riesige Obstteller gab es immer dazu. Der Ingwertee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigen, waren alle sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab einen kleinen Pool. Den haben wir nicht benutzt und können daher nichts dazu sagen.

Rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Très proche du centre, accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Correspond aux photos. Nous avions du quitter un autre hôtel très décevant avec pourtant les mêmes prix et notes, comme quoi.

Bruit des travaux â côté mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable

Felt very welcomed from the hosts. The rooms were spacious and the view was very relaxing. Right on the river. The location was quiet. You can walk everywhere. The one thing that could be managed better would be to have less chlorine in pool.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. It was a really good location and quiet.

There were some minor repairs that could have been done on the door handles in our room. Nothing major but they were rather loose and the bathroom door was a little difficult to close properly.

È molto simile ad una bella guest house thailandese. Molto accogliente, letti molto comodi, pulito ed un' ottima colazione la mattina.

Las instalaciones son muy completas. Las mujeres de recepción son majisimas y nos ayudaron en todo momento, recomendándonos qué hacer, dónde ir y con la reserva de los traslados. Las fotos del alojamiento coinciden con la realidad. Un buen desayuno a elegir en un menú (adicional siempre una bandeja de fruta y zumo). Si necesitáis lavandería, muy de fiar. Nos lavaron todo genial y muy rápido. Sin duda, volveré! 😊

L’hotel è una struttura semplice, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Hoi An. La nostra camera era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. La colazione non è a buffet ma i piatti vengono preparati al momento e sono abbondanti e molto buoni (il pancake alla banana è eccezionale) e serviti sempre con un piatto di frutta. La piscina è carina e funzionale dopo una giornata in giro per Hoi An. Le signore alla reception sono gentilissime. Noi abbiamo avuto modo di parlare di più con la signora con il caschetto nero ed è stata davvero di aiuto per riorganizzare il nostro itinerario dopo un problema logistico. Ha prenotato per noi macchine e traghetti, è stata davvero gentile e disponibile! Se cercate una struttura semplice ma accogliente in una zona tranquilla questo hotel è perfetto.

Potrei magari consigliare di curare un pochino di più il bagno e lo spazio vicino alla piscina.

Ik was naar een excursie naar My Son tijdens de tijd van het ontbijt. Ik kreeg een ontbijt mee, dat vond ik niet heel bijzonder met plakjes witbrood, ei en boter. Bij terugkomst in het hotel stond er nog een fijne schaal met fruit klaar, dat was dan weer heel fijn!!

Les infiltrations d'eau au plafond qui ne nous ont pas gêner mais qu'il faudrait faire réparer

A dieci minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla folla è un hotel molto carino, silenzioso, con camere pulite e un bel bagno. La piscina e lo spazio comune in cui si fa colazione sono carini. Consigliato anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo

Lo staff insisteva nel dire che avevamo consumato dal minibar anche se così non è stato, è stato spiacevole.

Petit hotel simple, loin des foules mais très propre, très confortable et surtout proche de tout. En seulement 7/8 min on atteint la vieille ville piétonne, le marché… Petit déjeuner cuisiné à la demande, c’est bon et très copieux! Les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Le balcon du dernier étage qui donne sur la rivière est magnifique! Enfin, le personnel est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire et vraiment aux petits soins! 🙏🏻

Les chambres avec terrasse sont superbe et la terrasse est top! Par contre quel est l’intérêt de proposer une terrasse sans aucun mobilier pour en profiter…?! Donc si vous comptez flâner dessus au coucher du soleil, ce sera debout! C’est tellement incompréhensible ! Il manque un rideau dans la fenêtre de la salle de bain de la chambre 241 exposée plein est. Le matin le soleil est direct dans les yeux!

Le 2 femmes à l’accueil étaient extrêmement gentilles et sont de très bon conseils et très réactives, la localisation parfaite et petit déjeuner très bon !

Pokój dość ciasny na 3 osoby. Wymaga odświeżenia, na ścianie był wielki żółty zaciek pod klimatyzatorem. Skromne, serwowane śniadania.

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Perfecta para relajarse después de pasar el día por Hoi An. Se puede ir caminando perfectamente al centro del pueblo. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. El desayuno se elige el día anterior entre varias opciones. Además va acompañado de fruta fresca.

We came to stay, and we left with some of the best memories of our trip. The location is fabulous, and the villa was tidy and clean. The staff were amazing! Friendly, engaging, and always so helpful. We will miss you.

We loved this place. Everything was perfect. Private, central and kind. Including the pool which was kind on my hair and eyes.

Our host was so welcoming and helped us with pretty much every random request we made of them, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation has a lovely chilled vibe to it and for somewhere only 10 min walk from the centre of old town Hoi An it was so peaceful and tranquil. We loved the decoration in our room and felt the accommodation was of a very high quality. We ate breakfast there every day and it was just like being at home. Highly recommended.

El alojamiento está alejado del bullicio pero muy cerca para llegar cruzando el puente así que la ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno no es buffet pero te dan opciones a elegir el día anterior y está riquísimo. El personal súper agradable. Puedes alquilar bicis.

Las fotos de las habitaciones no son actuales, está más deteriorado. Por ejemplo el baño tiene mampara de ducha aunque en las fotos publicadas no aparece como tal. También tiene algunas manchas que podrían pintarse ya que el precio es elevado. En resumen, el hotel está bien pero necesita renovación para el precio que piden. Añado fotos: obvio la cama estaba sin hacer pero es para que se vea que la habitación no es igual que en las fotos publicadas.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und liebevoll empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Team war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns bei der Planung unserer Aktivitäten mit wertvollen Tipps unterstützt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch der schöne Pool und das leckere, abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful stay. The initial room we were in was a little bit too hot (AC working but the room was too big to cool it down). Staff went above and beyond and helped us change the room and made sure we felt comfortable and happy. Perfect location, quiet but close to the main old town, tasty breakfast, good facilities.

It was a spacious room with beautiful views over the river. The staff were so helpful and it was a good breakfast. Had a lovely little pool but ran out of time to use it. Good location, a little distance into the old town.

Gorgeous, spacious, modern apartment for such good value. Cleaning room each day which was great. About 10 min walk to centre which is very convenient. Delicious breakfast each morning and clean pool. Highly recommend.

Amazing 🤩 L’emplacement est idéal : au calme et à moins de 10min à pied du centre historique. La location de vélos sur place nous a permis d’aller à la mer. Le petit déjeuné devant la piscine est tout à fait incroyable : plat à commander la veille, servi avec une énorme assiette de fruits de saison. Les hôtesses sont très accueillantes et de bon conseil. Friendly staff, large clean rooms, delicious breakfast and a relaxing pool with shade.

Wir waren wiederholt dort, lieben den netten Service, das gute Frühstück, die sauberen Zimmer und die ruhige Lage etwas abseits der City. Besonderes Danke an Lananh, die uns früher eingecheckt und super-nett beraten hat. Auch nach ihrem Schichtende erhielten wir noch Infos von ihr.

Hôtel bien situé, dans une petite rue calme à environ 10 minutes à pieds du centre. Accueil très chaleureux.

Alles was perfect! De volledige accommodatie beviel ons echt, maar het top punt voor ons was toch wel de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de werknemers. Ik voelde mij thuis! Het was op perfecte wandelafstand van Hoi An Old Town. We konden ook de fietsen gebruiken, we geraakten er overal mee, dus zeker een aanrader om deze te huren.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was lovely, the whole place was nice and clean. The hotel is situated 5 mins from the market place and shops, and in the other direction 5 mins to HoiAn Memories, which is a must see. There are two minimart type shops almost on the front doorstep for snacks and water. The staff were exceptional, giving guidance where to visit, and in general both caring and friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I only had 3 days stay. I would happily have spent the whole week there.

We had a fantastic time, the staff was super nice and helpful. We rented bikes, a motorbike, had our laundry done, got recommendations for food and shops, all great experiences. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit. Would always come here again, 10/10.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with views over the river. 10 min walk into town to all the sights and market. Breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh bread and a fruit platter, plus what you ordered. The pool was very refreshing after a day out in the heat of the town.

Absolutely great hotel. Quiet location but only a few minutes walk over the bridge into the centre where there are plenty of great restaurants,bars and shopping. Hotel is fabulous, very clean and very comfortable spacious rooms. Breakfast is amazing with a great choice but also a free plate of fruit and juice. Staff were great, really helpful with everything and can also book your trips, taxis etc. Would throughly recomend

Staff were a delight and very helpful. The location was also fabulous, just slightly out of town to miss the noise but close enough to walk in. Breakfast was great and overall a lovely vibe.
