Sole Vista Homes

Apartment is clean, great view, quit place, everything what you need for cooking

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect - close to everything, yet in a very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment is beautifully designed, and the entire property is stylish and very well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, which made our stay really easy and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is exactly as seen on the pictures, neat equipped with modern appliances and very clean. Parking was right in front of the property.

Great value for money.

The flat is clean, cozy and with a nice view Kassie was very friendly and helpful too

Nothing

The apartment was cozy ☺️ and the view is stunning 😍

None

Staff was not available most of the time, the place was not cleaned at the time we stayed, it was too expensive but we had no choice, location was good but walking a hillside not comfortable at all specially for a family, won’t recommend,

Almost everything

Perfekt

Great views, large and spacious. Nice to have laundry

was all great. it is a walk up hill to get back, but this is true of most places in Kas.

The views were amazing from the balcony.

Great! Very spacious stay and a close walk to restaurants.

L’appartement était propre et spacieux. L’hôte était très serviable. Nous étions près de tout. La vue sur la mer était magnifique.

We recently stayed in this hotel apartment and had a very positive experience. The price-quality ratio is excellent; you truly get great value for your money. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately gives a good first impression upon arrival. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. What stood out to us the most was the level of service: even for the smallest questions, we received quick and clear responses via WhatsApp late in the evening (around 11 PM). That really gives a sense of care and hospitality. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fair price.

The good state of the facilites, the view at the balcony, having a washing machine and the helpfulness of the staff

Niets.

Best place in Kas. Not very high but still with a view, quiet and comfortable bedroom, everything you need in the apartment.

only one keycard, but you can ask for the second

Clean, comfortable and convenient location

La superbe vue. L’appartement fonctionnel.

Le 3e couchage, pas très confortable

Great location, and sea view. Fully new furbishment.

Konforlu, temiz, merkezde, her detay düşünülmüş. Ailemle güzel bir tatil geçirdim. Çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar görüşmek üzere...

Everything was just perfect. The property was like new. Even though the weather was extremely hot outside, the building always stayed cool and we had good night’s sleep. Kitchen had everything you’d need. It had washing machine and dishwasher.

Nothing.

Otel tam zamanımda hazırdı. Oda son derece temiz eşyalar yeniydi. Mutfakta ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak her türlü eşya mevcuttu. Konumu merkezi olduğu için rahatça gezebildik. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz

Everything was great! Cozy, well designed, well equipped apartments. Amazing view, good location, super stuff! Highly recommended 👍🏻

Everything was good

Superb space, comfortable bed and everything you could need with stunning view to harbour, easy stroll to town and easy parking, friendly manager. Perfect in all ways!

Nice new apartment, good court yard, spacious interior.

Kitchen had very little cooking equipment. Outside noise was loud inside.

Comfortable, clean apartment with an amazing view of the coastline in the distance. Helpful staff. Walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants but located away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist section of town. Elevator in building, if needed. The deck was a plus.

The neighbors dogs bark throughout the night so bring ear plugs for a better sleep.

Location was great; far enough from busy area, close enough to walk to busy area. Unit was spacious.

It was a sparse apartment, and kitchen amenity was minimal. A toaster would be nice to have. There was just salt and pepper in the kitchen.

We were given a large room with a private yard at no extra charge. The room was big, cozy and clean. We had a great time here with our dog.

Nothing. Everything was great.

The hotel was amazing—everything from the location to the little details was spot on. It’s perfectly placed: close enough to the centre to get anywhere easily, but just far enough to keep things peaceful. Out front, there’s a beautiful lemon tree that really adds to the charm of the place and the amazing fresh smell. We had to ask the owner if we could have one and they did which was great, along with some salt for cooking—little gestures like that really show how much they care. The service overall was excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. One thing that stood out and was needed was soundproofing, and it defo was no sound escaping and none coming in Super quiet, super comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again or trying out their sister hotel next time I’m in town

Great location, great apartments with a lovely view, its very clean and well taken care of. It’s a little noisy so better take your earplugs for a peaceful sleep, and the couches in the living room could use a deep cleaning (but that’s always the problem at the rental apartments). Overall it’s a great place to stay in Kas, highly recommended!

Apart tamamen fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Gayet temiz ve güzeldi.

I had a fantastic stay at these apartments in Kaş! The location is absolutely perfect—everything is within walking distance, including supermarkets, shops, the town center, and the beach. The view from the apartment is stunning, and the balcony is a perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The sofa is incredibly comfortable and offers an amazing view—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. This is a great place to rest for a few days after hiking the Lycian Way. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!

Booked the top floor delux apartment; spacious and comfortable with a great view, lovely bathroom, the kitchen had good cooking equipment and ceramics. Great communication via WhatsApp, very responsive and friendly staff. Cute cats and dogs! The location was walking distance to everything in town. Parking spot outside.

Unfortunately we didn't get the balcony with the even more amazing view that I was expecting from the photos of the room. Curtains in the bedroom let a lot of light in.

This is a really nice place with a minor caveat being less than optimal WiFi and a few minor cosmetic issue (stains on couch, bizarre mirror placement….truly minor stuff). Hotel says it is staffed during the day, but that was not our experience — likely given we went in off season. It was not really an issue, but we did have to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. That said, the staff was great, very responsive, and provided everything we needed. The location is very good, and we booked a top floor room which had a brilliant view. The kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast in every day and having a washer was key. The shower was hot and had great pressure, so no complaints there. Value for price was truly excellent and if we didn’t have committed plans, we would have extended our stay. Would certainly highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay there again.

The location is very good, the apartment is lovely, the bed is confortable, the host is really nice to provide anything we need. Will book it next time definitely! It is our most fav hotel/homes during the vacation in Turkey!

Nothing

Location is great, just 10 min from old town's bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is lovely and clean and spacious. Very comfy bed. Beautiful shower room. Check in and out was really easy. Sea view was lovely - great to sit on balcony and watch the sun set over the peninsular.

My only comment is that it would be useful to have some more cleaning equipment like a dustpan and brush. There is no daily housekeeping - which is fine by me! - but good to be able to clean up yourself.

Absolutely wonderful in every way!

It was clean, close to the central of everything and the staff was very communicative from before we arrived to check in.

Cozy beautiful apartment in excellent location

excellent new property. spacious rooms. the only drawback is parking. usually have to be early in order to find one of 4 spots available.

Excellent apartment- spotlessly clean and in a good location close to the centre of town. Good communication from Yusuf and Lasim via whatsApp. Would highly recommend Sole Vista Suites.

The apartment perfectly matched the description. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The view is fantastic with stunning sunsets. The host was kind and helpful. Sole Vista is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the city center, close to tourist areas. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting!

Nice modern apartment with all amenities and comfortable bed. Great aircon. Had a balcony with a small view of the sea.

Little details like having to buy your own laundry powder and if you want to cook have to buy basic ingredients like salt and oil as well. One of the side balcony door’s lock was broken so didn’t feel totally secure.
