The motel is only about a five-minute drive from Parlee Beach, and they even provide beach chairs and towels for guests to borrow for free, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room clearly states that eating lobster inside is not allowed, which is understandable since there is no kitchen and the smell can be quite strong. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we were very satisfied.

Lack of pillows, type of coffee maker, could smell pot from other units, this smell is nauseating for us, not well insulated sonically or otherwise. No staff on property after 7pm nor when checking out.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Nous avions une suite avec deux chambres et avions assez d’espace. L’emplacement était très bien pour aller jusqu’à la plage parlee à pied. Il y avait aussi des chaises, serviettes, assiettes, bouiloire, grille-pain etc..à la réception en cas de besoin et la dame à l’accueil était très serviable.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026It’s a motel. Reasonably priced. It was clean but could be updated with fixtures etc. There was a neat fan in our room, it was also a light. Doors automatically lock when it closes behind you so be mindful of that. Parlee beach and Tim Hortons are quite close by. It was a quiet Thursday night.

Motel situé sous un grand escalier, pas de fenêtre à la devanture , éclairage très faible dans le motel, pas du tout agréable de s’asseoir sur les chaises à l’extérieur, à l’ombre, avec des autos qui se stationnent près du grand escalier pour rejoindre leur chambre au 2 e étage. Ce motel est humide, nos vêtements étaient humides même en ouvrant les fenêtres . Ne valait pas le prix qu’on a payé. Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour (motel #30) Malgré tous ces inconvénients, votre hotel-motel est bien situé dans le village mais le motel #30 est à oublier.

Route principale en travaux donc peu de possibilités pour marcher dans le secteur du motel. La fermeté des oreillers. C'est peu peu insonorisé ,on entend les gens marcher au dessus.

I was on a motorcycle, and there was lots of construction so I didn’t want to have to keep riding along a broken road. It is far from almost everything - restaurants, coffee, drugstore… I had to walk 45 minutes to get to a drugstore and walk back. I was given two numbers for cabs but one cab only did airport and hospital runs and the other one would not do short runs - I was told both cab companies were good.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026J’ai aimé les communications, le personnel nous a contacté afin de savoir si nous arriverions après les heures d’ouvertures de la réception afin de nous donner la marche à suivre après cette heure. L’endroit était propre.
Il n’y a pas de ventilateur de salle de bain ce qui occasionne beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre. Ce n’était pas majeur comme défaut par contre.

it's a two story motel, we could hear everything that was happening on top of our unit. it was really noisy. the cooling system was so loud that we could not leave it during the night. i would not go there again, way too expansive for what it is.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The room was very clean, including the floors. Both beds were comfortable. The visual when we walked in was wonderful. It had a fridge, microwave and a cute coffee machine (with coffee pks supplied), a nice table, a desk and plenty of chairs (a comfortable tub chair, a wicker rocker, 3 additional chairs and 2 folding chairs). The heat pump/ac worked great. Very nice blinds blocked out the light. When asked if we could get in a little earlier, they did their best to have the room ready for us. There was a 'map' of the Shediac area with places/restaurants marked for tourists' benefits. Overall, it is well worth it.
The roadwork made getting in/out awkward, but that'll be a short-term thing. Otherwise, nothing else.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Spacious well equipped and quiet room. AC unit that works very well and is quiet! Easy check in and parking. Friendly staff. The construction on the road out front makes traffic flow a little interesting but that is temporary. Would stay again!
