Great accommodations in the center of town. Coffee and muffin concession downstairs wasn’t quite the breakfast we were hoping for. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We liked the full room and really liked that there was a balcony

We stayed in a king room with water view. Note that the water view is distant, but at least you’re not looking out over the street. The room was large, modern, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located a walkable distance from several restaurants. My husband enjoyed the pool. A full breakfast is not available at the adjoining coffee bar. We enjoyed breakfast at Chez Linda.

The location and comfort of the rooms are excellent. Huge bonus that it has a quality bar/restaurant in it. Really enjoyed having access to a balcony too.

For a place of this quality and price I was shocked that our room was not equipped with a smart TV that allows access to streaming platforms like Netflex. Most equal quality places including a few in Shediac provide this service. We ended battling to find the best that was available via the provided cable package with a remote that was less than responsive. We also had to call down to the front desk to get instructions for where the controls to the heat pump where rather than having a remote available to us which seemed like a bit of an oversight.

The hotel is very well presented. The room had kitchen facilities which is very welcome to enable some self-catering. We were kindly checked in early after phoning ahead to advise we had reached our destination earlier than planned. A kettle was brought our room on request. The bed was really comfortable. There is an onsite restaurant, gym and small indoor pool, all which we did not access. It is walking distance to multiple dining places and shops in Main St.

Le restaurant de l'hôtel j'aurai aimé un menu adapté avec des enfants malheureusement on a pas retourné mais on a découvert de belles places près de shadiac

Room was awesome. Spacious and the shower was peak. The queen bed was crazy comfortable.

I slept on the fold out couch bed. It was horrendously uncomfortable. To be fair, I’m a big dude and it’s not made for people like me.

Ils ont fait une erreur pour la chambre, et malgré leur amabilité et un upgrade offert ( chambre vue mer) , la chambre oferte n’était pas bien entretenue et sentait l’urine de chat

La gastronomie est limitée, tous les restaurants ont le même menu, pas beaucoup de variétés pour Une ville côtière. L'hygiène à l'hôtel est passable.

Property and rooms were very nice. Loved the balcony on every room.

Around 10:30pm, the night before checking out, my mother and I loaded a few bags into my vehicle and then walked around the front of the hotel to sit in the bistro chairs out front of the cafe, by the main entrance, to enjoy the nice evening weather before going back inside to go to bed. Shortly after being seated together, a male staff member came outside and approached us informing us we could not sit there and his manager was inside and she will come outside and yell at us when she sees us on the cameras. His demeanour itself was polite.. but we thought it was odd that hotel guests couldn’t sit outside? He then said we could stay for a few minutes but we couldn’t be seated there all night… that’s when my mom caught on and got up and started to walk away saying we were accused of being homeless or something of the sort, as she flashed our room card in the air the staff member then said oh no no no if you are a guest you can stay here! (Maybe start with asking the people you are approaching if they are guests, before accusing them of being homeless people looking to sit at the front entrance all night). I’m sure he didn’t mean it that way, but it is pretty insulting to be guests of the establishment and be accused of being homeless people just because we are sitting at the entrance bistro table and chairs with our purses at night. The conversation would have gone totally different if it would have started with “Hello, just wanting to confirm if you are guests of this hotel or not” or you could have looked at the 2 minutes of prior camera footage from us sitting down, back tracking us to walking from my vehicle in the back parking lot, where we clearly came out of the back door of the hotel with some of our belongings.

The hotel let us in early and the downtown location was good

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on a ten day trip of Quebec and New Brunswick and we expected much higher quality. The room was cavernous and uncomfortable and almost austere; the lighting was extremely poor (for example no beside lamps for reading); the bathroom and shower area had no hooks or rods to hang anything let alone towels on; pillows were hard and uncomfortable and the shower room smelled of mold; the wifi connection was mediocre and was not remembered, so one had to constantly sign in again and again; the restaurant: was too high a price relative to the quality (in fact on this ten day tour of parts of Quebec and New Brunswick the meal was the most expensive and least appealing)

Plus ou moins propre, literie avec taches, gym sans serviette et produit nettoyant ce qui n’est pas hygiénique. Lit moyennement confortable, oreillers inconfortables. Je ne comprends pas le choix de ne pas servir de petit déjeuner, pour moi c’est un gros point négatif.

Je n'ai malheuresement pas déjeuner à l'hôtel mais la chambre était magnifique et que dire du lit extrêmement confortable.J'y ai très bien dormi! J'étais seulement de passage pour une nuit et je serais bien restée pour quelques jours tellement j'ai aimée la chambre!

Il est faux de dire qu' il y a des bornes de recharge à l' hôtel. Tout ce qu'il y a, ce sont des prises de 120V dont la majorité ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre séjour.

I liked the spacious room and beds were very comfortable.

I wished the balcony had solid panels instead of bars you could see through because you could see the residential homes and people in their yards and they kept starring at us while we were on the balcony. Solid panels would block the view of the houses out while you were sitting enjoying a drink or a coffee

Aucune mention lors de la réservation concernant le supplément pour un animal de compagnie. Les frais sont apparus 1 heure avant la prise de possession de la chambre. 50$ peu importe le temps de séjour. Comme j’y étais pour une nuit seulement je considère ce supplément prohibitif. Aucun dégât de mon chien et celui ci dormait sur son propre coussin et avait ses gamelles. Il ne s’agit pas d’un établissement dogfrendly mais uniquement d’un établissement qui tolère les animaux de compagnie et qui en profite financièrement. Je n’y reviendrai jamais.

Well situated and very near NB Power EV chargers. Rooms were large and the balconies overlooking the harbour must be nice when the weather cooperates (which it didn't). Wifi was also very good.

Good value, clean hotel.

I gave it a low overall score because someone got into our room late at night woke us up. Only the metal lock prevented the person from entering. We called from t desk and they handled it poorly. The only way they could get in is if staff gave someone a key for our room. Not ok.

Everything exceeded expectations!

Breakfast would have been nice. Also price through Booking was not good, which it usually is with my Genius status, but I realize that is not your concern.

The fan in the bathroom kept working even when not needed. It seemed to have a motion sensor that couldn’t be turned off.A little disturbing when using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The floor in the pool needs to be something very different as it was way to slippery 2 kids fell and hit their heads while I was in there and they were not running or playing around! I was very disappointed the Starbucks was not open again and there was no complimentary breakfast!

The room was spacious and tasteful. The hotel had many amenities and was in a perfect location for exploring the town.

The hotel is really beautiful with a focus on upscale design and high end finish. The suite we stayed in was spacious. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows but there is furniture in the marketed room photos that doesn't exist.

There was definitely more focus on a lux feel than on functionality. There was no desk, I didn't notice this when booking and honestly it's kind of expected, even cheap motels have a place to work. There is not a single towel holder or place to hang your towel. Not having a desk or table aside from the very short / small table that holds the room phone makes it really difficult to comfortably eat in the room. The bathroom is weird. There is no towel bar or anywhere to put your clothing when you shower. The vanity is outside the shower and toilet room (bad if you need to wash your hands in the middle of the night when someone's sleeping), and there's a tonne of wasted space in the toilet/shower room. It feels clinical in a really non-functional way. I don't want to put my towel or clothes on the floor or toilet when showering :( Complete lack of soft lighting. This room needs lamps or dimmers. Way too bright.

The pool was wonderful, the food was good and our room was really nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated and relaxing. I look forward to going back as I travel to NB from NS often.

The only single complaint is that our room 401 really needed a paint job. The paint was chipped everywhere and it didn't look good compared to how nice the rest of the hotel looks.

The property is well landscaped and well kept. I like that there is a rear entrance that works with my key card from the outside. I like that there is a Star Bucks on site.

The deck was unusable at night due to bugs but that isn’t the staffs fault, there’s also a spa in the basement near the pool but it’s privately run and didn’t accept clients

L’hôtel est situé près de la rue principale. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, le menu est élaboré et les plats servis étaient délicieux. L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux. Je donne un 10/10.

Très bien dans l’ensemble. Propre et pratique le coin cuisinette. Idéal pour une famille. Grande chambre, beaucoup d’espace puisque c’était un studio. Parfait pour nous. Nous avons toutefois moins aimé les oreillers qui étaient trop grosses / épaisses (mais c’est une question de goût) et le divan-lit n’est vraiment pas Confortable.
