Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff
- •Very good location (close to airport, convenient transit)
- •Clean hotel in many reviews
- •Bidet (شطاف) available in bathrooms
- •Breakfast buffet available and often praised
- •Reasonable breakfast price
- •Named staff praised for making stay better (Ms. Asia mentioned)
- •Generally pleasant overall experience; guests willing to repeat stay
Areas to consider
- •Insufficient parking / parking not properly enabled
- •Reception/customer-service inconsistency and some poor interactions
- •Towels may not be changed daily unless requested
- •Lack of sufficient bathroom supplies in some cases
- •Poor room insulation / soundproofing
- •Occasional food/odor issues on floors and need to address smells on corridors
- •Room not always ready on arrival (delays)
- •Limited breakfast variety reported by some guests
Cleanliness
8.6/10Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness ('الفندق نظيف جداً', 'النظافة والتعامل ممتازة'), though some noted issues (photos not reflecting cleanliness, towels not changed daily unless requested). Overall above average cleanliness with occasional service lapses.
Service
9.6/10Service is frequently highlighted as a strong point (helpful, welcoming staff, named staff praised). There are isolated complaints about reception attitude and luggage handling, but the majority of comments describe friendly and attentive staff, justifying a high score.
Location
9.8/10Location is repeatedly cited as a major advantage (very close to the airport, easy to transit, on main street). Minor negatives: some noise on the main street and slightly far from central attractions for some, but overall location is excellent.
Room Quality
7.5/10Several negative points about rooms: poor insulation/soundproofing, double bed made of two single mattresses, some rooms not ready on arrival, lack of extractor fan in bathrooms. These issues lower the room-quality score despite overall cleanliness.
Amenities
8.3/10Amenities include useful features like external bidets (positively noted) and a breakfast buffet. However, guests mentioned insufficient bathroom supplies and inadequate/disabled parking, so amenities are good but inconsistent.
Value for Money
8.8/10Mixed but generally positive: some say the price is a bit high yet 'worth it', others call it an economical nice hotel; breakfast buffet price noted as very reasonable. Overall good value with occasional caveats.
Food and Beverage
8.6/10Breakfast and food receive frequent praise ('delicious', 'diverse') from many guests, while others note limited variety or issues with food-related odors on floors. Overall F&B is solid but not flawless.
Overall Experience
10/10Many guests reported a pleasant, repeat-worthy stay and highlighted excellent staff, good food, and convenient location. Despite some operational issues, the overall sentiment is highly positive.
