الصباح كان فيه صيانة في الغرفة اللي فوقي مباشرة، و صوت ضرب بمطرقة و تصليح م قدرت انام ابداً ، اتصلت فيهم و ما كان فيه اي ردة فعل.. من المفترض يتم تغيير غرفتي من البداية اذا عارفين انه فيه صيانة في الغرفة اللي فوق او يعطوني في طابق آخر

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Otel her anlamda mükemmeldi çalışanlar kusursuz ve bilgiliydi fakat konakladığımız tarihte yabancı bir gurup gezisine denk geldik. Resmen yam yam sürüsü fareler ile konaklasam daha iyiydi Kahvaltı yaparken balgam çıkaran burun sümküren hepsi zeytini yiyerek çekirdeği diğer çekirdeklere atan yani burnumuzdan geldi konaklama. Personellerden özellikle neslihan hanım bizleri in şikayetini anlayarak memnun etmeye çalıştı kendisine ve diğer personellere çok teşekür ederiz. O kişileri de oraya kabul eden kişilere. selamlarımı iletiyorum.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Beim einchecken waren wir noch sehr positiv gestimmt, auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem Zimmer ohne Teppichboden wurden uns Optionen und eine Alternative geboten, Ausstattung und Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen, das ist auch okay - so lange es sauber ist. Das war es leider nicht, wir fanden Haare und an der ein oder anderen Stelle Schmutz, wie ein komplett verklebter und verdreckter Badezimmertürgriff. Dies haben wir am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption angesprochen, es wurde nicht wirklich zugehört oder ernst genommen. Deswegen waren wir auch wenig verwundert, dass nichts zusätzlich geputzt wurde, als wir am Abend zurückkamen. Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel wurden hier somit nicht erfüllt.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025I booked 2 rooms with sea view as I wanted to wake up seeing the sea, however, to our disappointment, there was a huge building in front of the hotel, between the hotel and the sea! These rooms should not be sold as "with sea view', but rather as "with partial sea view". I had wanted to stay at a hotel by the sea, but this hotel is not providing this experience. It is pretty far from the sea as well.
Selling these rooms with sea view is misguiding and frankly not ethical!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Nothing anymore. It used to be a decent clean hotel but everything was worn down. The floor of the rooms ware loose and old. The airco made the sound of a fighter jet. The shower almost fel on the floor and the room smelled like old cheese.
Everything. Worst hotel ever. Not worth a 1star. Let alone 4 stars. I think they stopped investing in maintenance and renewal 4 years ago

1- No isolation at all inside the room 2- No AC when we arrived. It took a maintenance group time to fix it. 3- AC was noisy all night 4- The place was not clean 5- Booking photos do not reflect the reality I did my best to meet the hotel manager. However, he refused to meet. I stayed only one night with difficulty and left the hotel the next day.
